Propose: To identify the effects of job stress for depression in clinical nurses. Method: The subjects were 304 clinical nurses in Busan Metropolitan City. Data was collected by questionnaire surveys using convenience sampling. The instruments used in this study were the short form of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS-SF) and the Beck Depression Inventory-Korean Version Standard Ten(K-BDI STEN). Result: After adjusting potential confounders, we found that the group of 50~75% job stress score for interpersonal conflict was more likely to have depression than the group of less than 25%(OR=3.522, 95% CI 1.06~20.25). The group of equal or more than 75% job stress score for job insecurity was more likely to have depression than the groups of less than 25%(OR=9.413, 95% CI 4.00~71.03). The groups of equal or more than 75% and 50~ 75% job stress score for lack of reward was more likely to have depression than the group of less than 25%, respectively(OR=19.302, 95% CI 2.50~244.25; OR=38.201, 95% CI=6.25~344.45). Conclusion: To prevent depression in clinical nurses, we need to intervene job stress for insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity and lack of reward.

The shear strength of unsaturated soils, a research hotspot in geotechnical engineering, has great guiding significance for geotechnical engineering design. Although kinds of calculation models for the shear strength of unsaturated soil have been put forward by predecessors, there is still need for new models to extensively consider the nonlinear variation of shear strength, particularly for the nonlinear effect of the net normal stress on the shear strength of unsaturated soil. Here, the shear strength of unsaturated soils is explored to study the nonlinear effects of net normal stress with the introduction of a general nonlinear Mohr-Coulomb (M-C) strength criterion, and the relationship between the matric suction (or suction stress) and degree of saturation (DOS) constructed by the soil-water characteristics curve (SWCC) of van Genuchten is also applied for unsaturated soil. Then, two calculation models (i.e., an envelope shell model and an effective stress model) are established for the shear strength of unsaturated soils under the nonlinear strength theory. In these two models, the curve of the shear strength of unsaturated soils versus the net normal stress exhibits a tendency to gently. Moreover, the proposed formulas have flexibility and convenience with five parameters (for the effective stress model) or six parameters (for the envelope shell model), which are from the M-C strength parameters of the saturated soil and fitting parameters of SWCC of van Genuchten. Thereafter, by comparison with the classical theory of the shear strength of unsaturated soils from some actual cases, the rationality and accuracy of the present models were verified.

스마트폰의 이용은 현대인의 생활에 편리함과 효율성을 증진시키나, 스마트폰이 없으면 일상생활을 하기 어려운 사용현상도 나타남으로써 개인의 정신건강을 위협한다. 특히 재난 및 화재에 노출되는 근무환경으로 인해 직무스트레스가 매우 높은 소방공무원의 스마트폰 사용현상은 이들의 개인적 안녕 및 직무수행에 매우 부정적인 영향을 미친다고 추측되어진다. 따라서 소방공무원들의 스마트폰 사용과 스트레스간의 관계에 대한 분석은 이들의 스트레스관리에 대한 문제점들을 살펴본다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 이 연구는 소방공무원의 스마트폰 사용 그리고 스트레스간의 관계 및 영향을 분석한다. 연구대상자는 총 230명이고 통계방법은 SPSS 20.2에 의한 집단별 분석(t-test와 ANOVA) 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 주요연구결과로는 소방공무원의 가구형태와 월수입이 스트레스에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 스마트폰 사용 하위요인 중 금단경험이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과는 소방공무원의 스마트폰 사용에 대한 실증적 자료로 제공될 것이다.

In this study, effects of welding conditions on the fatigue life and prediction methods of fatigue life of spot welded joint have been studded . Fatigue life was estimated by stress index parameter considering multiaxial stresses. Fatigue tests were conducted with the tensile-shear specimens using SPCC. Fatigue life of spot welded joint was influenced by welding currents and was predicted exactly with taking into account StageIII.

본 연구의 목적은 병원이용 경험이 있는 일반인과 의료종사자 사이의 개인의료정보의 중요성, 개인의료 정보 관련 법규, 의료정보시스템에 관한 인식차이와 이를 토대로 병원이용 편의성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 고찰 이후 연구모형을 설정하였고, 일반인 150부, 의료종사자 150부 총 300부의 설문을 회수 후 분석을 실시하였다. 먼저 집단 간의 차이분석에서 일반인과 의료종사자 간의 인식의 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 그리고 성별, 연령별, 거주지별 집단 간에도 인식의 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 병원이용편의성에 있어서도 의료종사자들은 개인의료정보보안에 대한 인식이 강화되면 병원 이용 편의성이 향상된다는 인식이 일반인에 비해 높은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 가설 검정 결과에서는 개인의료정보의 노출 및 의료정보시스템에 관한 인식이 높을수록 의료기관 활용에 있어서 의사결정 편의성이 높아짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면 개인의료정보보안 관련 법규에 관하여는 인식이 높아질수록 병원 이용의 의사결정 편의성과 거래 편의성에 영향을 주지 않음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 개인의료정보보안에 대한 인식의 강화는 의료서비스를 제공받고 선택함에 있어서의 의사결정과 거래편의성을 향상시킨다는 것을 실증분석 했다는 것이다.

This study focused on the development of a conceptual model of the turnover intention of part-time sales associates in apparel retailing. A convenience sample of 294 college students who were part-time apparel workers was used to test the model. In this proposed model, organizational support and growth opportunity indirectly influenced turnover intention through work engagement, which in turn positively affected work effort, job performance, and job satisfaction. The results also revealed a direct relationship between work/role stress and burnout, which influenced turnover intention. These findings make a unique contribution to the extant literature and enable development of relevant strategies by apparel retailers.

There are many Beam-Column connections in general structures and ship structures. For simplicity and convenience of analysis, the connections are mostly considered hinged when not reinforced or rigidly fixed when reinforced. This paper has intended to analyze the Beam-Column connection which is assumed two dimensional flat plate. The analysis has been preformed by Finite Element Method following the change of moment of inertia at connection. The conclusion of this investigation is as follows: By reinforcing or increasing the moment of inertia at connection part, the stress distribution of whole structure and the stress concentration at that part are relieved. Displacements of beam(when column is fixed) are almost linearly decreasing by the change of moment of inertia at connection.

Railway has been pointed to the efficiency of transportation, rapid transit, and comfortable train ride. the construction of railway near the downtown area and station building are increasing for maximization of utilization and convenience. but the heavy of transportation and rapid transit lead to increase noise and vibration. The noise and vibration of railway may cause the civil appeal, decline in the serviceability and insufficiency of environmental standard. In this study, floating slab vibration and repeated connection of devices to support joints and fatigue stress analysis of punching shear performance review was conducted to evaluate the safety.
