American options no doubt is invariably more popular than European options, due to the fact that it gives the owner the option to exercise a contract before and up to the expiration date, unlike an European option, which only allows the owner to exercise a contract on the date of expiration. Owing to its popularity, many methods like the binomial numerical method and the pseudo American method have been devised for computing of the value of the American options. The stumpage price changes were calculated and analyzed from the data collected by Timber Mart-South from 1998 to 2007. We analyzed the relationship between pine sawtimber stumpage prices and timber sale characteristics using hedonic pricing method. Quadratic transformation was employed for sale size and contract length. Stumpage prices increased with sale size, contract length, bid sales, and the number of bidders. The presence of above average or excellent grade, market conditions, and logging conditions also are positively related to stumpage prices.

During the administration of a construction project, various types of participants are engaged in the project. From the design phase to the maintenance phase, these participants may confront many risks. To avoid these risks, participants should utilize an insurance company or a bond company. The types of risks and liability that a construction manager may face are listed in the construction law or contract. But there are some arguments related to risk transferring and the content of risks. For this reason, construction managers must carefully consider any possible risks in the contract and the construction law. Therefore, for construction managers to deal with risks appropriately, the introduction of a legal requirement to carry professional liability insurance, a defined compensation range for damages, a method of guarantee in the event of defects, a defined compensation claim period for damage, and a method of damage claim were suggested in this study.

This study analyzed the recent precedents of the Korean Supreme Court's Royalty and License fee on this issue and presented implications for future taxation of Royalty and License fee and digital content imports related to reproduction rights. If the price related to imported goods and the price not related to them are combined, it is necessary to revise the statutes to supplement the allocation method of royalty and license fee. In addition, if there is an agreement or a back contract for intellectual property rights through the headquarters or branch office other than the trading party, a method of inducing the importer to voluntarily report it when reporting imports should be considered. Whether Royalty and License fee is taxed or not must be determined after examining the various contract details and circumstances of the transaction.

최근 군수품에 대한 개발 및 생산이 날로 증가하고 있다. 그러므로 생산된 군수품에 대한 제한된 자원과 인력에 맞는 효율적인 품질 보증 방안이 요구되는 실정이다. 군수품은 특징적으로 사업 계약 단위로 개발 및 생산이 진행된다. 더불어 계약별로 사업 관리 및 품질 보증이 이루어진다. 이러한 이유로 하나의 생산 업체에서 여러 계약이 체결되고 유사한 제품들이 생산되는 경우가 많다. 사업 및 품질 보증도 많은 인력과 노력이 필요한 실정이다. 하나의 업체에서 여러 유사한 동종 제품을 생산 하는 경우에는 좀 더 효율적인 관리 방안이 요구된다. 이런 문제점을 알아보고 해결 방안을 찾아보았다. 하나의 업체에서 수행하는 군수품 계약 형태와 생산되는 제품의 특성을 분석하고. 그 결과를 기반으로 계약별 관리 방법에서 업체별 즉, 사업장별로 통합하여 관리 할 수 있는 방안을 제시해 보았다. 한 엔진 제작 전문 업체에 그 방안을 적용하여 통합 관리 방안을 검증해 보고 효과를 확인하였다. 사업장 단위 품질 보증 효과는 기존 계약 단위의 관리 방안에 비해 관리 인력 운영 측면에 상당한 절감 효과와 사업별 품질 보증 활동 결과를 타사업과 비교 검토하여 장점을 전 사업에 확대 적용 가능하여 품질 안정화 및 개선 효과를 만들었다.

서비스수준관리(Service Level Management)의 목적이 단순한 재무적 계약(서비스 수준협약의 계약 자체)에서 고객의 기대와 제공자의 서비스에 대한 관리 시스템(서비스 수준협약에 대한 관리시스템)으로 최근 변해가고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 통계적 기법을 이용해서 체계적인 정보기술 서비스 수준관리 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 통계적 기법과 서비스 수준관리 라는 두 가지 관점에서 서비스 수준을 다루고 있다. 첫째, 통계적 기법을 이용해서 목표 서비스 수준을 설정한다. 둘째, 전체 서비스 수준에 대한 평가방법을 제시한다. 이와 같이 제시된 방법을 이용해서 기업 전략 측면에서 정보기술 아웃소싱 성과로서 종합 서비스 수준을 계량적으로 측정하는 것이 가능하다.

본 논문의 목적은 마음챙김의 올바른 이해를 바탕으로 그 실천의 중요성을 인식하고, 마음챙김 실천을 통해 정보시스템 아웃소싱 성공을 위한 하나의 방법을 찾아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 계약 완결성, 관계강도, 마음챙김 실천, 신뢰수준, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 성공으로 구성된 이론모형을 제안하고 분석한다. 자료는 설문방법으로 수집하였고, PLS 방법으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 마음챙김 실천은 신뢰수준 뿐만 아니라 정보시스템 아웃소싱 성공에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 계약완결성과 관계강도는 모두 마음챙김 실천에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보시스템 아웃소싱 성공에 있어서 마음챙김 실천의 역할을 이해하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하게 될 것이다.

이더리움 토큰 스마트 계약의 표준 API인 ERC-20은 지갑이나 분산 거래소같은 응용 프로그램들에서 호환성을 보장하기 위해 도입되었다. 그러나 API의 동작에 대한 엄밀한 기능 명세와 표준 적합성 리뷰 도구는 지원되고 있지 않아 호환성 취약점 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이더리움 블록체인의 ERC-20 토큰 스마트 계약 프로그램들의 관례상 표준에 부합하는지 검사하는 새로운 리뷰 절차와 이를 지원하는 도구를 제안하였다. 기존 이더리움 블록체인 시장 상위 100개의 토큰 스마트 계약 프로그램들을 ERC-20 API 기능 동작면에서 분석한 지식을 바탕으로 관례상 표준을 명시적으로 정의하였고, 이렇게 정의된 관례상 표준으로 새로운 ERC-20 스마트 계약 프로그램을 체계적으로 리뷰할 수 있는 방법을 설계할 수 있었다. 이 리뷰 방법을 지원하는 도구를 개발하고 벤치마크 프로그램에 대해 실험 평가하였다.

In this paper, to prevent overspending of the CM Fee, Agent CM for the normal work-oriented, Willing to separate order model being used in the construction, using a multi-national grouping Go to offer the right company, a number of groups according to the appropriate CM Fee setting is aimed to suggest a reasonable basis. This paper does not use the domestic point of order characteristic of the model, and using a different theory of affinity grouping projection method is presented. The main disadvantage of the domestic order model because it is a contractual relationship, the contractual relationship as unified as possible by the most reasonable way of construction and construction capabilities and commercialization agreement upon the ability of companies also expect to be very helpful. The grouping by using the multi-order construction of the separation problem of the increase and thus the management object construction type administration was to solve the problem.

The SW-centered battlefield management information system R&D project takes a long period of 5-10 years or more by applying a complex and rigid batch acquisition strategy. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to institutionalize a rapid and flexible battlefield management information system R&D project management procedure applying agile development methodology, and a government project management organization and contract management method to support it In this study, we analyzed the case of applying the Agile development method centered on Scrum to the US SW-centered weapon system R&D project and the characteristics and problems of the battlefield management information system R&D project in Korea, and suggested improvement measures as follows. First, the battlefield management information system R&D model applies the hybrid development method, and the system requirements analysis and system structure design use the existing waterfall development procedure, and the agile method is applied from the SW requirements analysis to the system integration stage. Second, flexible adjustment of performance, schedule, and cost by organizing an Agile IPT in which military (requirements) - DAPA (project management) - developer - functional specialized organizations (test and evaluation, quality, government research institutes, etc.) participate. Third, improving the Basic Order Agreement so that it can be applied to agile R&D.
