기술의 발전에 힘입어 SNS를 활용하는 기업은 급속도로 증가하고 있으나 SNS를 단순히 '사용'하는 것만으로 그 기능을 '활용'했다고 말하기는 어렵다. 이에 본 연구는 사용을 넘어 디지털 기술과 SNS 기능을 온전히 활용하여 사용자의 편의성을 증대시키고, 공급자의 효율을 높여 현장을 활성화시키고자 하는 목적 아래 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 2021년 2월부터 2021년 12월까지 A대학 대학원 신문사의 페이스북 이용실태를 참여관찰법을 통하여 분석 및 고찰하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양질의 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 공급할 수 있도록 콘텐츠의 주제와 유형을 다변화시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 타겟보고서나 인사이트 등 SNS 기능을 활용하여 사용자의 범주와 특성을 살피고 이를 기반으로 사용자의 니즈에 맞는 콘텐츠를 공급해야 한다. 셋째, 저조한 사용자 참여와 페이스북 비활성화 문제를 해결하기 위하여 온라인 이벤트 등의 촉진전략을 새로이 개최할 필요가 있다. 이러한 본 연구는 디지털 환경 속에서 시장의 변화를 따라가지 못하는 일부 기업의 현실적 문제를 직시하고, 그 실패 요인과 이를 타진할 수 있는 해결 방안을 제시했다는 점에 연구의 의의를 둔다.

IT기술의 발전에 따라 소비자의 쇼핑 유형이 다양해지면서 온라인과 오프라인의 경계를 없앤 O2O서비스가 증가하고 있다. O2O서비스의 발달과 함께 온라인의 지속적인 성장과 반대로 한계에 부딪힌 오프라인 유통업체에 새로운 변화를 일으키고 있다. 이러한 변화를 기반으로 본 연구는 선행연구들을 통해 검증된 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model)에 근거하여 O2O서비스의 사용자가 지각하는 서비스품질이 소비자의 O2O서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한다. 연구 결과 외부변수인 지각된 품질은 기술수용모델의 주요 변수인 지각된 유용성, 지각된 용이성에 영향을 미치고, 또한 지각된 유용성과 용이성은 태도와 행동의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 사용자의 지각된 용이성이 높을수록 지각된 유용성이 높아지고 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 사용자의 O2O서비스 활용도를 높이기 위해서는 인지할 수 있는 서비스의 품질을 부각시키고 동시에 편리성과 유용성에 대한 관리가 필요하다. 이는 O2O서비스를 고도화하고자 시도하는 기업에 의미 있는 방향성을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

최근 우리나라는 2050 탄소중립을 선언하였고, 산림청에서는 첨단 정보통신기술을 접목하여 디지털트윈 기반으로 산림자원 관리, 산림재해 예방 등을 위한 K-포레스트 추진계획을 발표하였으며, 드론, LiDAR 등의 활용으로 산림자원 조사의 정밀화 및 첨단화를 추진하고 있다. 이처럼 산림자원 관리에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있으며 산림공간의 디지털트윈 구축 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 우리나라의 디지털트윈은 도시 및 전국단위 디지털트윈 환경인 가상도시 서비스만을 구축 및 제공하고 있으며, 산림 공간을 대상으로하는 3차원 디지털트윈 서비스는 운영 및 제공되고 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수목 단위의 수고, 흉고직경과 같은 수직적 정보에 해당하는 3차원 산림공간정보 서비스 제공을 위한 산림 디지털트윈 환경을 구현하고자 하였으며, 실감형 3D 나무모델의 경량화, 3D Tiles 적용으로 3차원 산림공간정보 서비스를 위한 산림 디지털트윈 환경 구현 가능성을 확인하였다. 지속적인 연구를 통하여 도심지 내의 가로수를 포함해 전국단위 수목을 대상으로 3D 나무모델 배치 및 서비스 가능한 산림 디지털트윈 구현할 예정이며, 이를 통하여 산림자원 관리를 위한 산림 디지털트윈 서비스 개발이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

최근에 이동객체의 위치정보를 활용한 위치기반서비스(L8S, Location Based Services)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 전통적으로 정적인 위치정보를 갖는 공간 객체는 GIS(Geographic Information System) 서버에 저장, 관리되었다. 이동객체는 시간에 따라 위치의 변화가 매우 빈번하여 위치 정보가 계속 갱신되기 때문에, 전통적인 GIS 서버로는 관리가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 연속적인 최근접 이웃탐색 기법에서 데이터의 처리 순서에 따라 탐색공간과 계산비용이 증가하는 문제점을 슬랩을 사용하여 해결한다. 최근접 이웃의 수직연장선 사이의 공간인 슬랩 내부영역에 대해서만 탐색하도록 하여 탐색영역을 줄이고, 그 내부에 있는 점들에 대해서만 처리하여 계산비용을 줄인다.

The satellite communications are expected to play an important role to provide broadband multimedia services in the 21st century. According to this requirements, this paper describes the design and implementation of ATM-based high speed satellite modem ASIC chipset. The ASIC chip consists of three main parts, CODEC, Modulator and Demodulator. It supports burst and continuous mode operation with TDMA frame consisted of Reference bursts, Inbound burst, and Traffic burst. The maximum transmission rate is OC-3 (155Mbps) and the maximum operating clock speed is 220MHz. This ASIC chip was implemented with 0.25um CMOS technology.

Media trust technologies are capable of playing a significant role in the development of ICT, and may play a complementary role in existing security and privacy technologies to cope with the complex interactions among people, objects, media, and services that are being created. We hope that the results of this study will aid in strengthening the foundation of source technologies related to media trust, and to secure technological competitiveness through continuous research in this area.

To survive in the e-Business environments, companies should be changed through the continuous innovation and adapt through the external innovation as well as existing internal limited innovation. Companies should strategically use the e-SCM composed of Internet-based digital technologies. So companies should reconstruct their business model along to these new changes and try to build relevant e-SCM based virtual company through the strategic use of e-SCM in the e-Business which is completely different from traditional commerce. The development to the virtual company can be the solution about the customer satisfaction through providing high quality products and services in order to cope with the individualized customer needs in the faster, more flexible and more cost-effective manner.

Because of the continuous increasing of energy consumption, metallic pipelines are widely used to supply services to customers such as gas, oil, water, etc. Most common metallic pipelines are underground and are now frequently being installed in nearby electric power lines. In recent years, buried gas pipeline close to power lines can be subjected to hazardous induction effects, especially during single line to ground faults. because it can cause corrosion and it poses a threat to the safety of workers responsible for maintenance. Accordingly, it is necessary to take into consideration for analysis of induced voltage on gas pipelines in transmission lines. This paper analyzed the induced voltage on the gas pipelines due to the 154kV transmission lines in normal case and in different faulty case conditions using EMTP (Electro-Magnetic Transients Program).

The purpose of this study is to survey the development trends of school libraries in the western world namely U. S. A., Canada by analyzing such items as education and environment, staff, policy, standard and professional organization, and to find out how and why they were able to maintain efficient library services. The major findings are summarized as follows : (1) There are school district supervisor whose functions are to direct and supervise the school libraries in the district. (2) The school district supervisor, school administrator, Teacher and Teacher librarian all recognize the importance of its educational role and cooperate together for the development. (3) They gether statistical data on school library for continuous revision of statement, guideline and standard. (4) Not only the educational organization and the library organization but also the private foundation conduct systematic research and extend financial aid for the development of school library. (5) The Compulsory Codes and pertinent laws have been enacted to promote school library development.

Recently, retrieval or various video data has become an important issue as more and more multimedia content services are being provided. To effectively deal with video data, a semantic-based retrieval scheme that allows for processing diverse user queries and saving them on the database is required. In this regard, this paper proposes a semantic-based video retrieval system that allows the user to search diverse meanings of video data for electrical safetyrelated educational purposes by means of automatic annotation processing. If the user inputs a keyword to search video data for electrical safety-related educational purposes, the mobile agent of the proposed system extracts the features of the video data that are afterwards learned in a continuous manner, and detailed information on electrical safety education is saved on the database. The proposed system is designed to enhance video data retrieval efficiency for electrical safety-related educational purposes.
