The main purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of participation motivation of continuing professional development between the level of organizational learning transfer climate and learning transfer. In the analysis of the relationship among the level of the organizational learning transfer climate, learning transfer and participation motivation of CPD, organizational learning transfer climate had indirect influence on learning transfer through participation motivation of CPD. Based upon the findings of this study, several suggestions were made to improve professional engineers' participation and learning transfer in CPD and implement future research on professional engineer's CPD.

Objectives: The purpose of the study is to investigate the participation motivation and satisfaction of continuing education in the dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 900 dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggido in continuing education 2015. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects (7 items), continuing education requirements (6 items), and continuing education evaluation (9 items). Cronbach's alpha was 0.859 in participation motivation and 0.901 in satisfaction. Likert five point scale was used. Data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 program. Results: The priorities of the contents were as follows; patient care and counseling(49.0%), the latest information and technology(43.9%), middle management roles(23.3%), health care management(17.6%), and lecture studies(4.4%) in order by multiple responses survey. The favorite instructors were specialized dental hygienist(52.3%). The ideal pay for education fee was 50 percent supported by the institution. The best official announcement of education was e-mail. The participation motivation of education was 4.45 points and was focused on the education completion issue. The lowest score was 2.77 of development of human relationships between participants. The choice for instructor was 3.43 and the lowest score was 2.49 of education fee. Overall satisfaction score was 3.04. Conclusions: Diversification of the continuing education is very important. It is necessary to develop and implement the education methods and to train the dental hygiene specialists for the education.

본 연구는 평생교육 프로그램에 참여하는 학습자들의 평생교육 참여동기와 교육만족도를 분석하고, 참여지속의도에 미치는 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 대학에서 운영되는 평생교육 프로그램의 질을 높이고, 요구도를 반영한 다양한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 성인학습자의 관심과 평생교육 참여지속률을 높이고자 한다. 본 연구는 2017년 5월 1일에서 6월 20일까지 경기도에 소재한 4개 전문대학 부설 평생교육원에서 강좌를 수강하고 있는 성인남녀 412명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Version 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 대상자의 일반적인 특성, 주요 변수들은 기술통계를 이용하였고, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 차이는 T-test와 ANOVA로 분석하였다. 참여자의 참여동기, 교육 만족도, 참여지속 의도의 관계는 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였고, 참여자의 참여지속의도 정도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 단계적 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 평생교육프로그램 참여 동기, 교육만족도 및 참여지속 의도 간에는 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 대상자의 참여지속의도에 미치는 영향요인은 참여 동기, 교육 만족도, 시설 및 환경 만족도이었고 모형이 유의하고 41.2%의 설명력을 보였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 전문대학 평새교육프로그램 학습자의 참여동기를 높이기 위해 참여동기와 교육만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 요인을 고려하여 프로그램을 개발하고 운영할 필요가 있다.

This study analyzed the reasons for continuing education among dietitians. An internet-based survey of 622 dieticians was conducted from August 31, 2012 to September 12, 2012. Based on data from the Participation Reasons Scale (PRS) questionnaire, factor analysis was conducted by principle component analysis for the extraction of major factors. Subsequent reliability analysis was performed by assessing Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. The ANOVA-test was performed to compare the participation reason scores for each factors according to general characteristics. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS ver.17.0, and P<0.05 was considered significant. Factor analysis for the participation reasons revealed four types of factors. These factors were "maintenance and development of professional competencies", "interaction and responsibility of professionals", "job stability and personal profits" and "services for customers" respectively. Among the participation reasons, "maintenance and development of professional competencies" was the first reason with a 29.34% variance. In addition, the participation reasons for continuing education differed according to age (P<0.05), the highest level of education (P<0.05), workplace (P<0.01), and work experience in dietetic area (P<0.001). In conclusion, continuing education programs for dietitians should focus on effectively developing and promoting professionalism.

본 연구는 학교도서관 전담인력의 전문성 강화를 위한 계속교육에 대한 현황과 실태를 조사하고 계속교육의 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 경기도 고양지역 초 중 고등학교도서관에 근무하는 사서교사 및 사서 69명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사서교사의 계속교육에 대한 관심과 참여 경험이 높다는 사실을 파악하였다. 둘째, 참여비중이 가장 높은 계속교육 유형은 단기연수 및 강습과정으로 나타났으며, 제공되고 있는 계속교육이 실무와의 연계성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관리자의 낮은 인식과 지역적 제약과 적합한 계속교육 프로그램의 부재가 계속교육의 방해요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 근무시간 중과 방학 중의 계속교육을 선호하며, 다양한 주제의 계속교육 필요성이 강조되었다. 이를 통해 지속적이고 장기적인 계속교육, 계속교육을 독려하기 위한 정책지원, 전문성을 위한 계속교육 과정 개발, 관리자의 인식전환 및 계속교육에 대한 홍보가 필요함을 제안하였다.

기업의 사회적 책임이 강하게 요구됨에 따라 기업의 부당행위에 대한 소비자 불매운동이 증가하고 있다. 불매운동의 합법성에 대해 이견이 있으나, 소비자 권익 및 사회적 측면에서 긍정적인 효과가 크기 때문에 불매운동을 효과적이고 올바른 방향으로 발전시키는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구는 불매운동이 대중화되어 가는 시점에서 불매운동의 지속 및 중단의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 이들의 영향력을 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 불매운동 참여기간(저/고) 및 강도(저/고)에 따라 선행요인이 불매운동 지속 및 중단의도에 미치는 상대적인 영향을 살펴보았다. 현재 불매운동에 참여 중인 소비자를 대상으로 총 272부의 설문지를 수집하고 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 선행요인은 불매운동 지속 및 중단의도에 차별적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 선행요인은 참여기간 및 강도에 따라 불매운동 지속 및 중단의도에 상이한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 한계점 및 향후연구방향을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine after graduation of dental technology-do continuing education confirm attendance and expectation level. Methods: The subjects in this study were 151 dental technician in Seoul, Inchon, Gyeonggi and Chungcheongnam-do in province. A survey was conducted from April to May 2011, and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program. Results: Participation the continuing education 40.4%, do not attend the continuing education 59.6%. General characteristics of respondents according to education after graduation, participate the continuing education in career 5-10 years 54.1%. Do not attend the continuing education three-year graduation 90.6% is the most highly statistically significant survey showed significant differences(p<0.05). Through continuing education, four-point scale of satisfaction survey results, general average $3.00{\pm}0.65$, higher educational status will create more autonomy and authority in the work place $3.15{\pm}0.62$ was the highest. Conclusion: Expectation effect about continuing education and education effect after participating, the dental technician recognized that they felt pleasure and satisfaction through education.

본 연구의 목적은 아웃도어 레크리에이션 참여자의 친환경행동에 이르는 과정, 친환경행동, 지속요인 및 제약요인 등 참여과정의 전반전인 요인을 탐색하고, 이들 사이에 논리적인 연관성을 밝혀 이론 모형을 만드는데 있다. 이를 위해 근거 이론적 분석 방법을 적용하여 해석하였다. 첫째, 인과적 조건과 상황적 맥락이 순차적 영향에 의해 아웃도어 레크리에이션 참여자의 친환경행동이 형성되었다. 둘째, 중심현상인 친환경행동에 참여하는 아웃도어 레크리에이션 참여자는 친환경행동과 관련된 독특한 지속요인과 제약요인을 경험하면서도, 일반적인 지속요인 및 제약요인이 부분적으로 나타났다. 셋째, 결과의 친환경 여가활동으로 정착은 중재적 조건의 참여지속요인과 상호작용전략의 동호회에 부분적으로 환류 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 아웃도어 레크리에이션 참여자의 여가참여 경험 및 여가제약을 폭넓게 이해하고, 관련 후속 연구들 간의 유기적 결합을 통한 연구진보에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 방사선사 보수교육의 현황을 파악하고 전반적인 평가와 개선방향을 모색하기 위하여 보수교육에 참가한 방사선사 93명을 대상으로 보수교육 실태와 만족도 및 요구도를 조사하였다. 설문은 크게 보수교육 참여도, 만족도, 요구도로 나누어 조사를 하였다. 또한 방사선사 보수교육 규정 등 관련 자료를 수집하여 보수교육 이수현황 및 관리체계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 2010년부터 2012년 까지 방사선사의 보수교육 이수율은 각각 42.6%, 43.4 %, 34.2%로 의료기사의 평균 이수율과 비슷한 비율을 보였다. 보수교육에 대한 참여도는 연간 5회 이상 10회 미만의 경우가 48.4%로 가장 많았고, 만족도는 보통(3)이 34.4%로 가장 많았다. 보수교육 요구도에 대해 조사한 결과 전공분야의 임상기술에 대한 교육을 원한다는 응답이 32.8%로 가장 많았다. 보수교육은 형식적인 교육 이수가 아닌 방사선사의 실력향상 및 자기개발에 도움을 줄 수 있는 방향으로 운영할 필요가 있다. 또한 방사선사의 요구도에 따라 보수교육의 질적 향상과 만족도를 높여야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This study investigates the participation status in clinical nursing education and nurses' continuing education needs to develop educational programs. Methods: Participants were 227 nurses working in medical institutions where nursing students practiced, and the selection criteria were nurses with more than two years of clinical education experience; data were collected using structured questionnaires. Results: More than half of the clinical nurses had completed a preceptor training program for clinical nursing education, and the subjects mainly educated by nurses were new graduate nurses and nursing students. The obstacles to clinical nursing education were lack of compensation, lack of manpower, lack of patient nursing time, excessive workload, and lack of knowledge as educators. The educational methods preferred in continuing education were small-group workshops and online education. The desired educational topics in continuing education were current nursing practice standards, simulation nursing education, and the role of clinical nursing educators. Conclusion: Based on our results, it is necessary to understand the importance of clinical nursing education, which is essential for clinical nurses, to prepare a specific system for them and to develop and operate a systematic education program according to medical institutions' characteristics.
