본 연구는 언택트 시대에 건강과 안전을 중요시하고 있는 가운데 비대면 중심의 헬스케어 영역이 증가하고 있다. 헬스어플리케이션 이용자들의 재미요소와 몰입이 만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구로 총 235명 분석대상을 통해 헬스 어플리케이션을 사용하고 있는 표본을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 첫 번째 요인분석을 통하여 이용자들의 재미요소(즐거움, 흥미, 사교)와 몰입요소를 찾아내었다. 두 번째로 재미요소와 몰입이 만족(구전의도, 사용 지속)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 이용자의 특성에 따라 만족에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과 성별에 따라 헬스 어플리케이션 사용자들의 재미요소와 만족에 미치는 영향이 다르게 나타나고 있었다. 남, 녀모두 즐거움에 따른 구전의도가 유의미한 결과를 나타내고 있었으며, 여성의 경우 즐거움과 심리적 보상의 요소가 사용지속에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나고 있었다. 이는 헬스어플리케이션을 통한 이용자들의 재미요소중 즐거움의 요소를 강화하여 지속적으로 사용지속이나 구전에 영향을 줄 수 있도록 마케팅 차원에서 이를 고려하는 것이 중요할 것으로 보여진다.

본 연구의 목적은 금융기관 종사자의 이직 및 창업의도의 영향 요인을 밝히는데 있으며, 직무만족과 직무불안정, 은퇴기대 및 은퇴준비활동이 이직 및 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 조사대상은 서울 및 수도권에 거주하는 금융기관 종사자이며, 총 508명의 표본이 분석 자료로 활용되었다. 금융기관 종사자의 이직 및 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 직무만족, 직무불안정, 은퇴기대, 은퇴준비활동을 분석하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 첫째, 직무만족의 모든 요인이 이직의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치고 있었고, 보상만족과 대인관계만족이 창업의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 직무불안정은 이직의도와 창업의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있어 직무가 불안정할수록 이직 및 창업의도가 높아지고 있었다. 셋째, 은퇴기대의 강요된 좌절과 계속이 이직의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 강요된 좌절과 새로운 출발, 계속은 창업의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 은퇴준비활동의 창업준비와 사회적 준비, 신체적 준비가 이직의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있었고, 경제적 준비는 이직의도에 부(-)적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 창업준비는 창업의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 즉, 은퇴를 대비하여 창업준비를 많이 할수록 이직 및 창업의도가 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 금융기관 종사자 특성상 타 업종 대비 높은 임금에도 불구하고 이직의도와 창업의도에 대해 나타난 유의미한 결과는 직무만족과 직무불안정, 은퇴에 대한 기대와 준비활동이 이직 및 창업의도와의 관계에서 중요한 변수로 작용하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 결과는 금융기관 종사자들이 실제 창업을 했을 때의 성공사례와 실패사례에 대한 이해를 증가 시킬 수 있는 다양한 교육 프로그램과 이직 및 창업지원 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 계획행동이론(Theory of Planned Behavior ; TPB)을 바탕으로 코로나-19 환경에서 대학생이 인식하는 생활체육과 참여의사 및 참여행동에 관하여 인과 관계(SEM)를 적용하여 대학생이 인식하는 생활체육을 탐색하고, 생활체육 종목을 예측하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2020년 12월 1일 ~ 2021년 5월 1일까지 표본계획에 의해 모바일 프로그램인"서베이 몽키"를 사용하여 총 267명 분석에 사용했다. 연구결과 계획행동이론는 생활체육 참여의사와 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. TPB는 생활체육 참여행동에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 생활체육 참여의사는 생활체육 참여행동과 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 충주 조정아카데미 참여동기와 만족 및 지속의도의 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 조정체험아카데미 이용한 경험이 있는 일반인들을 모집단으로 설정하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 2017년 8월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 총 230부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답했거나 조사내용의 일부가 누락되어 신뢰성이 떨어지는 자료 29부를 제외한 201부를 유효 표본으로 설정하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 21과 IBM AMOS 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 통한 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 조정체험아카데미의 참여동기 요인 중 건강지향, 가정지향, 사교지향, 여가지향 등이 만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 조정체험아카데미 만족은 지속의도에 영향을 미쳤다.

코로나-19가 종식되지 않은 시점에서 위험을 감수하면서 운동을 지속하고 있는 필라테스 고객들의 열정을 살펴봄으로써 고객이 느끼는 심리적 행복감과 운동지속의도를 규명하고자 한다. 대상은 필라테스 고객 285명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하였고, 빈도분석과 신뢰도, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 SEM 사용하여 경로분석을 실행하였으며, 부트스트래핑을 활용하여 매개효과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 열정적 행동은 심리적 행복감에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 열정적 행동은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 심리적 행복감은 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 열정적 행동과 운동지속의 관계에서 심리적 행복감이 부분적 매개 역할을 하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 유도 참여자의 커뮤니티 특성이 가치, 태도, 행동(VAB) 및 지속참여의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상 표집은 편의표본추출법(n=192)을 사용하였으며, SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0을 사용하여 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 유도 참여자의 커뮤니티 속성 중 평판, 즐거움, 상호작용, 사회적 연결감은 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 2) 가치-태도-행동(VAB)은 위계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 행동 의도는 지속 의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 유도 커뮤니티는 참여자의 유도참여를 높이기 위해 긍정적인 가치를 창출할 수 있는 참여자 중심의 조직문화를 구축할 필요가 있다.

Background: In Korea, the breastfeeding (BF) rate of infants aged 6 months or more is drastically decreasing, and this phenomenon is particularly worrisome for the future health of the population. The present study aimed to identify an antenatal strategy for initiation and continuation of human BF, and to identify how Baby-Friendly Hospitals (BFHs) may positively influence the intention to breastfeed. Methods: A total of 414 pregnant Korean antenatal women were surveyed using questionnaires to determine current knowledge of the benefits of human breast milk, whether they planned to breastfeed after delivery, to continue BF after reinstatement in the workforce, are willing to abide by rooming-in care for infants, and plan to give birth at BFHs. Results: We found that planning room-in care, greater awareness of BF benefits for infant and mother, participation in antenatal education programs, and provision of BF facilities in the workplace were positively associated with plans for exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) and longer BF duration. The mothers who planned to give birth at BFHs also desired to breastfeed immediately after birth, implement in-room care, continue BF at their workplace, participate in antenatal BF educational programs, and were more aware of the benefits of BF. Conclusion: If the beneficial effects of BFHs were well known to individuals, these would enhance the success rate of BF in Korea. Antenatal education and consequent acquisition of better knowledge of the benefits of BF are important for increasing the rate of BF practices.

현재 공공도서관의 자원봉사자는 주로 내부 인력보충의 측면으로 관리되고 자원봉사자 관점에서의 고려가 부족하여 참여의 지속성과 경영효과가 제한적이다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 자원봉사자의 참여 동기와 지속 요인들을 검토하고 이 요인들이 자원봉사자의 만족도와 마케팅 의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 자원봉사자, 만족도, 동기요인에 대한 이론적 개념을 기반으로 각 변수에 대한 개념 및 측정요인을 확인하였으며, 자원봉사자 5명의 심층면담을 통해 연구가능성 및 고려요인을 검토하였다. 이를 바탕으로 개발된 설문지로 설문조사를 진행하여 수집된 데이터를 기반으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 자원봉사자의 참여동기와 지속 요인은 보수 등의 관리적 요인보다 정서적·심리적 요인들이 자원봉사자 만족도와 마케팅 의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 관계 중심적 관리 방식으로의 변화의 필요성을 나타내며 자원봉사자를 인력 충원의 관점으로 인식했던 것에서 더 나아가 자원봉사자의 만족을 기반으로 한 공공도서관의 마케팅 자원으로서 활용가치를 높였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose - This study examines the changes in the mobile MMORPG market in recent years and the factors affecting the performance of mobile games through flow experience according to the characteristics of game content. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focuses on the fact that the cause of game use behavior changes is the flow experience which influences the duration of mobile game continuation. The flow experience and the influencing factors are divided into the relationship between first, second-leading factors, and lagged factors. Results - The user's sense of challenge, skillfulness, concentration, and reality influenced the flow experience as a leading factor influencing the performance of MMORPG games. On the other hand, fun and preference were found to be the outcomes of the flow experience. This is because the game content is experienced not through passive enjoyment but by intentionally enjoying the game content. The flow experience has a positive effect on the intention of continuous use as in the previous study. Conclusions - This study found that the flow experience of game users is necessary for continuous use by organizing relationships of flow experience in mobile MMORPG users' gaming behavior.

Vesely explains, the main source of our confusion and nihilism comes most probably from the ambiguous relationship between modem architecture, technology and aesthetics. Also, to overcome such crucial problems, many theorists recently emphasize to take part in cultural civilization and to preserve creative genes of great culture that is based on our interpretation of 'ethical and mythical nucleus of mankind,' rather than in technical modernization that constitutes a sort of subtle destruction of mytho-ethical nucleus of a society. They for architecture also strongly stress on a mythopoetic imagination and an ontological construction of building, which could make a form symbolic and mythical rather than mathematical and aesthetic representation. On this point, 'myth' becomes a vital idea for constructing and construing architectural form and space. And it is also one of the essential concepts to understand both the motive power of cultural continuation of place and the meaning of architecture. Nevertheless, its meaning and the citation of word in architectural essay are still obscure. It might be because the original concept of myth not only has been lain in the matter of philosophical contemplation. Thus, the intention of the research is focused on lightening the meaning of myth in architectural term. Especially, it is, first, concentrated on interpreting philosopher Ernst Cassirer's reflections which were written in order to emphasize the importance of 'mythical consciousness' for the world's cultural civilization. And, the second, it will continue to interpret the myth as a sign within the semiotic concept of Charles Sanders Peirce, and further to emphasis the significance of mythic signs for the continuance of artistic and cultural idea including architecture. The contents of the paper is not that of architectural planning and design methodology, rather architectural philosophy and epistemology. Nevertheless, in regard to architecture, the research will, against today's un-discriminated use of symbolic motifs and instrumental representation of form, suggest a concrete architectural and aesthetic theory of myth and sign, especially of the relationship between the idea of semiology and the function of cultural continuity.
