Design and Implementation of System for Sensing Data Collection in RFID/USN (RFID/USN 기반의 센싱 데이터 수집을 위한 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • Ubiquitous computing is technology that provides services appropriate for the user. At places where environmental and situational context are relevant in making the determination of what services are appropriate, there are sensor nodes installed, which automatically collect, manage and control environmental information. In this computing environment, in order to meet the requirements of services provided to users, a context awareness system is needed for context awareness processing. In this thesis, using RFID/USN sensors, the context of a user entering and leaving an area was produced, and the user's identification information was received via the RFID reader and antenna. At the same time, to decide whether or not to allow access for the user, a distance sensor node was installed to collect context data. Based on this, a system that provides practical services needed in real life for users was designed and implemented. The context of a user entering an area was produced, which the system recognized and provided appropriate services for the user.

  • The ubiquitous computing environment focuses on recognizing the context and Physical entities, whereas, previous computing environments mainly focused on the conversational interactions between the computer and the user. For this reason, there has been an increase in the research of context aware computing environments. In previous researches , context services are designed using context ontology used in context aware middleware. So, context service cannot change the context ontology in execution time. We propose a hierarchical context ontology management for context aware service to change their ontology in execution time. And we also a resolution model for context conflict which is occurred in inference of context. We have designed a middleware based on this model and implemented the middleware. As the middleware is implemented on the OSGi framework, it can cause interoperability among devices such as computers, PDAs, home appliances and sensors. It can also support the development and operation of context aware services, which are required in the ubiquitous computing environment.

  • In this paper, user personalized services through the emotion perception required to support location-based sensing data preprocessing techniques and emotion data preprocessing techniques is studied for user's emotion data building and preprocessing in V-A emotion model. For this purpose the granular context tree and string matching based emotion pattern matching techniques are used. In addition, context-aware and personalized recommendation services technique using probabilistic reasoning is studied for personalized services based on context awareness.

  • In this paper, we propose a level of contexts such as low level and high level contexts, and its criteria of categorization are the existence of interaction and composite process done by the inference mechanism. When there is no matching high level service for the associated high level context, this context is described as meaningless. If the services cannot be provided with the entities by the system, this situational information is of little consequence. To provide services with the entities, we propose "community computing" architectural concept which provide the high level service to a group of agents in a community, and can be managed by the service scenario

  • This paper introduces u-learning service model based on context awareness. Also, it concentrates on agent-based WPAN technology, OSGi based middleware design, and the application mechanism such as context manager/profile manager provided by agents/server. Especially, we'll introduce the meta structure and its management algorithm, which can be updated with learning experience dynamically. So, we can provide learner with personalized profile and dynamic context for seamless learning service. The OSGi middleware is applied to our meta structure as a conceptual infrastructure.

  • 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 환경은 인간이 생활하는 각종 기기들이 컴퓨팅 능력과 네크워킹 능력을 가지고 상호간에 정보를 교환하며 서비스를 제공하는 것을 말한다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자의 감정, 상태 또는 의도에 기반하여 특화된 서비스를 지능적으로 제공하기 위해서 사용자의 컨텍스트-인식(Context-Awareness)이 필수적이나 이와 관련된 연구가 아직은 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 인식된 여러 가지 상황정보를 체계적으로 표현할 수 있고, 최종 컨텍스트를 활용하여 사용자의 감정이나 의도를 분석하고 개인화된 서비스를 능동적으로 제공하는 지능형 에이전트 구조를 제안한다.

  • Context-Aware system using ontology is able to infer a context from help by reasoning engine. It can solve the ambiguity of intention reasoning of context-aware system as it is being made a reasoning rule followed reasoning grammar and being helped by reasoning engine, Also, it has a merit that is easy to apply to new environment by excluding reasoning algorithm from the program. In this paper, we are present context-aware system using ontology, We have tested and implemented it at home basis environment to verify of its effectiveness.

  • In an environment in which a limited type and number of sensors are used, a demand for acquiring various context information may appear. In this study, a new method for acquiring various context information than before was proposed in an environment in which a limited number of sensors are required. To this end, a clue was obtained from the Exon-Intron theory, which is gaining great interest in the field of biology, and a method for acquiring various context information was proposed based on this. By applying Exon-Intron's selective cutting and combining method, events of each sensor were efficiently cut and each event data was combined and utilized, thereby realizing the diversification of the acquired context information.

  • With the distribution modernization policy advanced by the government and consumers preference toward it, the so called "modern market" has undergone rapid growth. Conversely, traditional market is losing popularity with consumers as a result of inadequate modern structures, small market size, convoluted relationships, inefficient operation and disordered transactions, among others. Therefore, this study seeks to utilize ubiquitous computing, that is, the upgrade of context aware information to 6W1H and promote the market through the interface with Smartphone and provide advanced information through the augmented reality technology. For the construction of context-aware system using user context, the results may significantly differ according to how reference rules are applied to and implemented on knowledge base. In light of above, through the use of RFID technology and 6W1H context awareness, we seek to promote traditional markets.
