This study was designed to investigate children's response types, which are always consistent when they meet with different evidence materials. The participants in this study were 119 students of 6th grade in elementary school, who were acquainted with evidence materials presented and able to state logically. Evidence materials were constructed on the main subjects of a cause of the dinosaur extermination and a purpose of the astronomical observatory establishment. The criteria, 'whether or not believe evidence materials presented', 'whether or not believe evidence materials newly presented', 'where or not decrease their belief in the preinstructional evidence materials', and 'whether or not change their belief' were used to classify the type of their responses. So the students' responses to the evidence materials were classified into low types: rejection, reinterpretation, belief decrease, and valuation by evidences. Only about a third of them was also consistent with response types, but the others showed individually different responses to new evidence materials. The types of belief decrease and valuation by evidences were relatively below, while those of the rejection and reinterpretation were likely to represent them again, and these results did not reflect a meaningful difference between male and female. These results show that children's response type are not always coherent, and that they respond variously according to the evidence materials except for an individual cognitive view and a background in estimating evidence materials, and most of them are contents dependent in evaluating evidences. Therefore we are expected to apply it to studies on a thought process of the student as data on the basis of them and develop more various evidence materials responded by basis on evidence.

정보통신의 발달로 인하여 소프트웨어의 중요성이 증대되고 있으며, 이에 따른 소프트웨어 저작권 분쟁도 증가하는 추세에 있다. 본 논문은 제출된 프로그램들의 소스와 관련하여 프로그램 수행에 필요한 파일들을 감정범위로 하였다. 분석 대상인 대용량 파일 전송 솔루션 프로그램은 데이터에 대한 전자서명 및 암호화를 통하여 기밀성, 무결성, 사용자 인증, 부인방지 기능 등의 부가 기능을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그램 A, 프로그램 B, 프로그램 C 3개에 대하여 분석을 수행한다. 프로그램 유사율을 산출하기 위하여 다음과 같은 내용을 분석한다. 패키지의 구조, 패키지 이름, 각 패키지 내 소스파일 이름, 소스파일 내 변수명, 함수명, 함수구현 소스코드, 제품의 환경변수 정보에 대하여 유사 여부를 분석하고 프로그램의 전체 유사율을 산출한다. 패키지 구조 및 패키지 이름이 일치되는 정도를 확인하기 위해, 폴더 구조를 비교하여 유사도 판단을 하였다. 또한 패키지 구조 및 패키지 이름이 어느 정도 일치하는지와 각 패키지 내 소스 파일(클래스) 이름이 어느 정도 일치하는지에 대한 분석을 하였다.

정보화 사회가 발전함으로써 다양한 저작권 침해 사례가 발생하고 있다. 기업간의 여러 분쟁은 소프트웨어 유사도 감정이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 본 논문은 감정 대상 규격서의 유사도 산정 방법에 관한 연구이다. 즉, 감정 대상 규격서의 수정 및 추가 분량이 어느 정도 인지 산정하는 연구이다. 감정 분석 방법은 양측의 규격서 목차 비교하고 동일 또는 유사 부분을 찾아낸다. 유사 정도에 따라 유사도 가중치를 결정한다. 가중치는 전문가의 전문적 지식과 규격서의 유사 정도를 파악하고 부여한다. 완전히 새로 추가된 경우 유사도 가중치는 1, 일부 수정한 경우 유사도 가중치는 0.4, 기존과 거의 동일한 경우 가중치 0.05를 주어 산정한다. 본 논문을 통하여 규격서에 대한 동일 유사성 산출 결과 21.2 페이지임을 알 수 있었다.

Objectives: Wastewater treatment plants typically produce a large volume of waste sludge. In this study, the conditioning and dewatering properties of a digested and thickened sludge from an industrial wastewater treatment plant were investigated in order to improve the dewaterbility of the sludge. Methods: Jar-tests and Buchner funnel tests were carried out to assess the conditioning and dewatering properties of a waste sludge. TTF (Time to Filter Test) and SRF (Specific Resistance to Filtration) were adopted as the indices of sludge dewaterbility. Results: The valuation indices influencing the dewaterbility of the waste sludge, including TTF, SRF, water contents, VS/TS ratio and turbidity, were measured. The TTF and SRF of the digested and thickened sludge were decreased to 40 sec, $3.43{\times}10^{12}$ m/kg, and 39 sec, $1.09{\times}10^{12}$ m/kg, respectively. Conclusions: The conditioner composed of natural inorganic materials turned out to be effective in the reduction of sludge water contents.

The purpose of this study is to present the design method to embody the cultural heritage and to reproduce the image of Korean Traditional Garden these days. For this purpose, to begin with, the major elements which can be applied to the planning and design were extracted by to study on the prototype of Korean Traditional Garden, and the process and the outcome for reconstruction of traditional garden were presented by design proposal for the Korean Garden in the exhibition space of EXPO '90, the International Garden and Greenary Exposition, Osaka, Japan, 1990. The study on the prototype of Korean Garden is focused on the spatial organization, the facilities allocation, and the gardening technic of traditional garden, and the major contents of the case study are as follow ; (1) To investigate the constraints and the opportunities of site development by the analysis and the synthesis of the site condition for the case study, (2) To study on the planning technic which can be applied to the site, (3) To establish the planning models which can be introduced into the site and to choose the final model by the comparison and valuation of them, (4) To set up the Master Plan on the basis of the final model. In spite of the fact that the method and the contents have a lot of problems, the significance of this study is to present a possibility to reproduce the Korean Traditional Garden these days, moreover to grope for the opportunities to propagate it internationally.

다양한 시장정보 및 가격정보의 취합과 분석이 요구되는 부동산 감정평가분야에서 정보체계의 구축은 매우 중요한 과제라 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지 이에 대한 구체적 현황 파악과 발전방안에 대한 논의가 충분하지 못했다. 이러한 배경에서 정부가 구축 운영하고 있는 감정평가정보체계는 정보구축을 위한 종합적인 계획수립 없이 추진되어 왔으며, 현행 감정평가정보체계는 정보구축상의 많은 비효율성과 문제를 지니고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 감정평가정보체계 정보구축과정 및 현황의 문제점을 파악하고 효율적 정보구축을 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 향후 정보구축의 효율성 제고를 위해서는 종합적이고 체계적인 계획수립이 선행되어야 하며, 이를 바탕으로 자료구축과 관리 등을 위한 세부지침 마련이 요구된다. 아울러 타 공공 정보체계와의 연계를 통하여 감정평가에 필요한 속성정보 및 공간정보의 추가구축과 연계가 적극적으로 모색되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

폭발적인 UCC의 증가로 특정 시간과 장소 등에서 개인이 접한 경험들은 웹상에서 보다 손쉽게 다른 사람들과 공유가 가능해졌다. 또한 자연스럽게 콘텐츠에 대한 평가가 이루어지면서 UCC는 보다 신뢰할 수 있고 유용한 자원이 되었다. 이러한 사용자들의 경험에서 비롯된 유용한 UCC자원들은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 서비스 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 요소로써의 잠재적인 가능성을 가지고 있다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술들이 나날이 발전함에도 불구하고 웹상에서의 UCC자원을 효과적으로 사용하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자가 가지는 잠재적 정보 요구에 부합하는 서비스를 위해 UCC자원을 이용한 새로운 상황인식 정보검색기법을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction for scheme cultural rural village. It is very difficult to forecast accurately a damage from the natural disasters which occurs frequently. If the significant weather event was forecasted one or two days ago, we will be able to minimize a damage from the severe weather event through the suitable prevention activities. It said that 2000's our country's total damages from the meteorological disasters was several trillion won(Park et al, a, b, 2005). Therefore, we analyzed the Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA) and television broadcasting's reports, information contents, and transmission system, an ex post facto valuation about typhoon Nabi which struck the Korean peninsula from September 5 to 7, 2005. Through these investigations, we want to present the basic data to rises the application effect of disaster prevention meteorological information. We think KMA must present many information report to promote a citizen's understanding about the meteorological information and the serious disaster situation. And also we think the KMA and television broadcasting must present an advisable reports, the contents which is suitable to disaster response stages. And we must grasp the problem of disaster prevention meteorological information through an ex post facto examination, improve it effectively.

The specific objectives of the study were as follows: 1) To investigate the composition system (design, usability and interactivity) of web sites of textile exchange of B to B 2) To examine and valuate contents and marketing (announcement, satisfaction and variety of contents) of web sites of textile exchange of B to B. The data were collected from search engine, portal sites of evaluation, direct contact, interview over the phone with web master of concerned web sites and the result of analytical valuation of web sites. The results of this study were as fellows: 1) The Dongsung trading intended to mainly use their homepage as a inside communication place by intranet network. The Daechang trading was mainly using their homepage as a tool of expansion of their outside export market. The etextiler was selling their web solutions through homepage. The texcom was offering the web place and useful informations to trading companies in Asia. 2) The texcom consisted text with little image to speed up for loading and navigation for usability of users. The Dongsung trading made intranet network for communication and exchange of informations of company inside. The etextiler offered a booking menu to inquiry in homepage. The Daechang trading tried to give good impression from the introduction page at homepage.
