As exhibition industry, which is a part of 17 new growth engines of the government, is related to other industries such as tourism, transportation and financial industries. So it has a significant ripple effect on other industries. Exhibition is a knowledge-intensive, eco-friendly and high value-added Industry. Over 13,000 exhibitions are held every year around the world which contributes to getting foreign currency. Exhibition industry is closely related with culture and tourism and could be utilized as local and national development strategies and improve national brand image as well. Many countries try various efforts to invigorate exhibition industry by arranging related laws and support system. In Korea, more than 200 exhibitions are being held every year, but only 2~3 exhibitions are hosted with over 400 exhibitors and except these exhibitions most exhibitions have few foreign exhibitors. The main reason of weakness of domestic trade show is that there are no agencies managing exhibitionrelated statistics and there is no specific and reliable evaluation. This might cause impossibility of providing buyer or seller with reliable data, poor growth of exhibitions in terms of quality and thus service quality of trade shows cannot be improved. Hosting a lot of visitors (Public/Buyer/Exhibitor) is very crucial to the development of domestic exhibition industry. In order to attract many visitors, service quality of exhibition and visitor's satisfaction should be enhanced. For this purpose, a variety of real-time customized services through digital media and the services for creating new customers and retaining existing customers should be provided. In addition, by providing visitors with personalized information services they could manage their time and space efficiently avoiding the complexity of exhibition space. Exhibition industry can have competitiveness and industrial foundation through building up exhibition-related statistics, creating new information and enhancing research ability. Therefore, this paper deals with customized service with visitor's smart-phone at the exhibition space and designing mobile framework which enables exhibition devices to interact with other devices. Mobile server framework is composed of three different systems; multi-server interaction, server, client, display device. By making knowledge pool of exhibition environment, the accumulated data for each visitor can be provided as personalized service. In addition, based on the reaction of visitors each of all information is utilized as customized information and so the cyclic chain structure is designed. Multiple interaction server is designed to have functions of event handling, interaction process between exhibition device and visitor's smart-phone and data management. Client is an application processed by visitor's smart-phone and could be driven on a variety of platforms. Client functions as interface representing customized service for individual visitors and event input and output for simultaneous participation. Exhibition device consists of display system to show visitors contents and information, interaction input-output system to receive event from visitors and input toward action and finally the control system to connect above two systems. The proposed mobile framework in this paper provides individual visitors with customized and active services using their information profile and advanced Knowledge. In addition, user participation service is suggested as well by using interaction connection system between server, client, and exhibition devices. Suggested mobile framework is a technology which could be applied to culture industry such as performance, show and exhibition. Thus, this builds up the foundation to improve visitor's participation in exhibition and bring about development of exhibition industry by raising visitor's interest.
This study has been carried out to provide marketing materials concerning recognition of parents and students for operators of private cooking education institutes and useful information for the parents who are to send their children to such training institutes, by identifying the effects of the quality of educational services and educational environment of cooking education institutes on satisfaction and positive recommendation intention of trainees. Especially, educational services and educational environment of cooking education institutes that provide education to foster skilled workforce in specialized culinary area were analyzed in detail to draw effective data. Firstly, it has been studied if educational services of cooking education institutes such as educational contents, service of instructors and educational service quality had positive effects on the level of satisfaction about the institutes. Secondly, looking into effects of satisfactory environmental service of cooking education institutes, such as educational environment and quality of administration, on behavioral intention, it has been surveyed that all factors affected satisfaction of students. Thirdly, as for the effect of use intention of action of cooking education institute on positive recommendation intention of trainees, it has been shown that satisfaction with educational services and environment had an effect on positive recommendation intention as well as on intention of reregistration. Therefore, it can be suggested that marketing strategies and management strategies need to be established in a way that quality of education services and educational environment provided by cooking education institutes can render positive behavioral intention to customers of cooking education and the education market through differentiated strategy establishment.
With the rapid expansion of smart-phone based brand app and its marketing implementations, the marketers stake much resources in the success of brand apps so that they are able to reinforce the user satisfaction and intention for repeat use. The purpose of this paper is to understand the characteristics underlying the brand applications and to analyze the usage and attitudes of the users. Self-administered survey on the research variables for respondents of 20-49 age group was conducted and the results as follow. The results are as follows the consumers are more satisfied with its usefulness, entertainment, and design attributes of the brand app. They tend to keep using a brand app that contains useful contents and great entertainment elements. Marketers thus need to reflect those elements when developing and distributing a brand app in order to meet the needs of their customers. The study results would help marketing firms find new competitive edges by providing basic insight for new competition strategies for brand app development.
This study was intended to investigate the attributes of the Internet shopping mall and to examine the effects of each attribute on the consumer purchase intention. 279 valid responses of total 300 questionnaire were used for the analysis of this study. Both the exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to evaluate the conceptual validity and internal coherence of the determining variables and the use intention. The factor analysis resulted in identifying the five factors of the Internet shopping mall and on the multiple regression analysis, three of the five identified factors were found to affect significantly the purchase intention. According to the verified results interactivity(t=4.384) was found to affect positively the use intention, while privacy risk(t=-2.985) and delivery risk(t=-2.257) were found to affect negatively the purchase intention. Managerial suggestions are recommended as the results of analysis. It is urgently necessary for decreasing countermeasures delivery risk and privacy risk to enhance purchase intention of customers in internet shopping malls. Especially obtaining more information on consumers gives short-term advantages to marketers, perceived slackness in privacy will hinder purchase intention in internet shopping malls in the long run by causing distrust of consumers. Other limitations and future research directions are also mentioned.
Data is the most important asset in the financial sector. On average, 71 percent of financial institutions generate competitive advantage over data analysis. In particular, in the card industry, the card transaction data is widely used in the development of merchant information, economic fluctuations, and information services by analyzing patterns of consumer behavior and preference trends of all customers. However, creation of new value through fusion of data is insufficient. This study introduces the analysis and forecasting of consumption trends of credit card companies which convergently analyzed the social data and the sales data of the company's own. BC Card developed an algorithm for linking card and social data with trend profiling, and developed a visualization system for analysis contents. In order to verify the performance, BC card analyzed the trends related to 'Six Pocket' and conducted th pilot marketing campaign. As a result, they increased marketing multiplier by 40~100%. This study has implications for creating a methodology and case for analyzing the convergence of structured and unstructured data analysis that have been done separately in the past. This will provide useful implications for future trends not only in card industry but also in other industries.
This study investigated the perception of beauty-agriculture convergence industry for businesses in senary industries in Jeju Special Self-governing Province. Currently this area is in the stage right before the suggestion of a convergence-based win-win industrial development model. The ultimate goal is to provide basic data to beauty-agriculture convergence industries. Agricultural products are used as main ingredients in the cosmetics industry and recently, farmers have been focusing on certain areas of the beauty industry, such as the internal production of beauty products and the attraction of customers. According to a comparative analysis on the beauty-agriculture convergence industry between employees and non-employees, a statistically significant difference was found in the following: Possibility of creating high profits, personal interest in the beauty industry and the possibility of utilizing natural resources. In terms of the reasons for beauty-agriculture convergence industry development potential such as added value, leading industry, product competitiveness, aesthetic lifestyle and market size, as well, a significant difference was found. In the perception of the necessity of government supports such as financing, facilities, technology, education and PR marketing, no significant difference was observed. Since creative and diverse contents are needed for beauty-agriculture convergence, high-quality technical support and continuous education are essential. Therefore, diverse government supports including funds and facilities are needed.

This study aims to determine how demographic characteristics and SNS use traits of audiences are different depending on preferred performance types such as pop music concert, musical; play, dancing and ballet. SNS use traits are as follows: duration of SNS use, average number of access to SNS account, average time of SNS use, SNS activity type, motivation for SNS use, preferable type of SNS, annual total number of performance watched, and method to gain performance information. Also, the study was conducted to get significant insights in designing marketing strategy using social network services. The results are as follows. First, the result of examining audience's demographic factors depending on preferred performance type showed meaningful differences in sex, age, marital status, form of family, academic level, job and monthly income of the audiences. Second, SNS use traits of the audiences according to preferred performance genres vary in duration of SNS use, average number of access to SNS account, average time of SNS use, SNS activity type, motivation for SNS use, method to gain performance information. These findings showed that demographic characteristics and SNS use traits needed to be classified more specifically based on genres. Additionally, marketing strategy using performance information, traits of contents and customers' patterns through SNS should be specifically developed based on specified target.
One of the recent important issues in IT fields is the convergence. It had been simply focused on functional convergence of technologyies. However the convergence in terms of businesses or services also has been made in recent years. The convergence between broadcasting and telecommunication industries can be possible because the e-transformation of broadcasting industry based on digital technology such as multimedia and multi-channel, can be combined with the high speed telecommunication network. It is giving a birth of various convergence services such as IPTV. IPTV is a kind of new service that is combined with the convergence of network, contents, and device. Nevertheless the controversy about the scope and the value of this new convergence service has constantly been raised; for example, what is the difference between IPTV and Internet TV? or what are the benefits that customers can have? This study measured the expectation level and the cognitive level of users before and after using the service and analyzed the gap between the importance and the satisfaction of the service. From this study, we proposed the priority of each function by analysing Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) method to suggest required functions of IPTV service based on N-Screen technology. This study will identify the gap of awareness level between service providers and end users for the functions of broadcasting and telecommunications convergence service and suggest a solution enhancing user satisfaction.

Everything is coming into the world of network where modern people are living. The Internet of Things that attach sensors to objects allows real-time data transfer to and from the network. Mobile devices, essential for modern humans, play an important role in keeping all traces of everyday life in real time. Through the social network services, information acquisition activities and communication activities are left in a huge network in real time. From the business point of view, customer needs analysis begins with SNS data. In this research, we want to build an automatic collection system of SNS contents of web environment in real time using Python. We want to help customers' needs analysis through the typical data collection system of Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, which has a large number of users worldwide. It is stored in database through the exploitation process and NLP process by using the virtual web browser in the Python web server environment. According to the results of this study, we want to conduct service through the site, the desired data is automatically collected by the search function and the netizen's response can be confirmed in real time. Through time series data analysis. Also, since the search was performed within 5 seconds of the execution result, the advantage of the proposed algorithm is confirmed.
Screen Golf provides a more realistic interface to users by implementing sophisticated sensors and 3D graphics so that they can play golf in an environment almost identical to the actual golf course, to provide a sense of reality that goes beyond simply enjoying golf indoors. In addition, users who experienced this interface environment showed a tendency to feel the fun of golf more and become more immersed in golf. Therefore, it is most important to provide an effective realistic interface in screen golf. In this study, the meaning of screen golf as a tangible sport and various interface elements embodied in screen golf were summarized. Also the factors that enable users to feel reality and fun of actual golf to make users more immersed in screen golf were identified. For this, interface elements based on sensory elements were arranged in terms of visual, auditory, and tactile sense, and improvement plans and directions for providing effective sensory interfaces for screen golf were suggested through user FGI, targeting regular customers of Golfzone and KakaoVX screen golf, and in-depth interviews with experts. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the course information including the yardage and the play situation-directed graphic are elements that make immersion in the visual aspect. In terms of tactile aspect, the fact that users actually use golf equipment, as well as the sense of existence of a physical interface that embodies various course environments and course setting appeared to be an important factor. In particular, in the auditory aspect, it was confirmed that providing customized services for each user through AI caddy implemented to resemble a actual caddy is the most effective way to immerse users in screen golf with greater fun and realism.
