The purpose of this study is to confirm the possibility of whether learning using a math learning platform can be used to expand students' conceptual structure and to consider how to use it. To this end, first-year middle school students studied using a math learning platform. Then, the concept map created was compared and analyzed with the concept map created before learning to examine the change in the concept structure. The results of analyzing the concept map are as follows. First, the change in the hierarchical structure of the concept appeared as the division of the upper concept was subdivided. However, it has also been changed to comprehensively integrate and simplify higher concepts. The term-centered concept structure has changed to content-centered superordinate and subordinate concepts. In the concept structure, subordinate concepts linked to one higher concept were expanded and differentiated. Second, changes in the integrated structure did not form a linkage structure. The expansion of the integrated structure of concepts through learning using the learning platform was influenced by the composition of the learning contents designed in the learning platform.

The importance of information education is recognized at home and abroad, and education policies are changing in the direction of expanding informatics education. Therefore, in this study, an elementary school information curriculum content system was developed by forming an expert group consisting of professors at the University of Education and the College of Education working in the Department of Computer Education and elementary and secondary information teachers with experience in curriculum development. Specifically, a content system was developed for the area of elementary school information education with linkage and hierarchy with the secondary information curriculum in the 2022 revised curriculum, core ideas for each area, content elements for each area, and instructional content for each grade level. Through this study, connectivity was secured in information education in elementary and secondary schools, and it is meaningful that the content elements of digital literacy were included in each content area. It is expected that the content system of the elementary school information curriculum proposed in this study will be helpful as a basic data for the development of certified textbooks and independence of information subjects in the future.
To examine physico-chemical properties of the polysaccharide extracted from liquid-cultured mycelia of Schizophyllum commune, each the polysaccharide was extracted with hot water treatment and then fractionated with ethanol, alkaline solution and ultrafiltration. And we determined carbohydrate contents, composition of amino acids, infra-red spectrum and viscosity. Carbohydrate contents of polysaccharide treated with ethanol and ultrafiltration were 72.0% and 62.3%, and proteins content were 15.3% and 32.0% respectively. The carbohydrate consisted of four monosaccharides and the protein contained 16 amino acids. The polysaccharide obtained from ultrafiltration was shown an absorption band characteristic of the ${\beta}$-glycosidic linkage by infra red spectra. These results suggest that the polysaccharide extracted from Schizophyllum commune showed the characteristics of proteinbounded polysaccharide, and it was ${\beta}$-glycosidic linkage with strong viscosity.

The water soluble fractions(WSF) from Japanese larch wood were isolated, purified by anion exchange resin and Sephadex gel filtration and identified its chemical structure by means of periodate oxidation and methylation reactions. Its major components are arabinose and galactose (1 : 3.4). Based on the results of periodate oxidation, methylation and gas chromatographic analysis of purified WSF, main chain is composed of β-1,3-glycosidic linkage among D-galactopyranoses, and two different side chains; β-1,6-glycosidic linkage among 2-3 units of D-galactopyranoses and β-1,6-glycosidic linkage between 1-2 units of D-galactopyranose and L-arabinopyranose. Addition of WSF to culture media of oak mushroom (Lentinula edodes) accelerated the mycelial growth. In the case of PDA cultures, 2 percent addition of WSF in Sanlim No. 6 strain and 4 percent of WSF in Mok-H strain mostly enhanced the mycelial growth of the mushroom. In the case of sawdust cultures, 4 percent addition of WSF in two strains showed the best mycelial growth. High percentages addition of WSF inhibited mycelial growth of the mushroom. Mushroom production was increased with addition of WSF. By the addition of WSF, ergosterol contents in the media were quite high at the colonized stage and rapidly increased at the fruiting stage. Therefore the ergosterol content could be utilized as an indicator to evaluate the culture maturity for the mushroom fruiting.

In conclusion, Forestry sector ODA project in South Korea are associated with the SDGs Goal 1 (No Poverty), Goal 2 (Zero Hunger), Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), Goal 13 (Climate Action), Goal 15 (Life on Land) and Goal 17 (Partnership for The Goals). Therefore, With the launch of the SDGs, This study analyzed the linkage among the Forestry sector ODA Project in South Korea, the 2016 Korea Forest Service Performance Management Plan and the SDGs. it presented the limitations of Forestry sector ODA Project in South Korea and made proposals for the implementation of the SDGs.
Improvement of the macro- and micro-elements density of rice (Oryza sativa L.) is gradually becoming a new breeding objective. In this study, the genomic regions associated with potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron content in rice grain were identified and characterized by using a doubled haploid (DH) population. Fifty-six simple sequence repeat (SSR) and one hundred and twelve sequence tagged site (STS) markers were selected to construct the genetic linkage map of the DH population with a full length of 1808.3cM scanning 12 rice chromosomes. Quantitative trait loci (QTLs) were detected, and QTL effects and QTL interactions were calculated for five traits related to macro- and micro-elements in the DH population from a cross between 'Samgang' (Tongil) and 'Nagdong' (Japonica). Twelve QTLs were located on five chromosomes, consisting of two QTLs for potassium, three QTLs for calcium, two QTLs for magnesium, one QTL for iron content and four QTLs for the ratio of magnesium to potassium (Mg/K). Among them, qca1.1 was detected on chromosome 1 with an LOD value of 8.58 for calcium content. It explained 27% of phenotype variations with increasing effects from 'Samgang' allele. Furthermore, fifteen epistatic combinations with significant interactions were observed on ten chromosomes for five traits, which totally accounted for 4.19% to 12.72% of phenotype variations. The screening of relatively accurate QTLs will contribute to increase the efficiency of marker-assisted selection (MAS), and to accelerate the establishment of near-isogenic lines (NILs) and QTL pyramiding.
In this study, we polymerized new materials for soft contact lens using HEMA (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) which is the based-monomer of soft contact lens, EGDMA (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) as cross linkage agent, and the new additives of monoester or di-ester derived from itaconic acid commercially produced by the fermentation of Asp. itaconicus. New polymer materials for soft contact lens were synthesized with the mixture of HEMA and mono- or diester at different ratios and presented to a good water content and oxygen transmissibility (Dk/L) values. In case of polymerization with HEMA and mono-ester (15%), the water content and oxygen transmissibility of contact lens were found to be good values at 57.6% and 28.5 Dk respectively. The mixture of HEMA and mono-ester is more excellent than HEMA/di-ester in the water content and oxygen transmissibility. The toxicity of new contact lens materials were confirmed in the fibroblast L-929 cell line using a agar overlay test and a growth inhibition test with the extract solution of contact lens.

This study investigated the collagen and texture properties of commonly consumed sliced raw fish species (CC-SRF) [olive flounder (OF), red seabream (RS), Atlantic salmon (AS), coho salmon (CoS) and sockeye salmon (SS)] distributed in Korea as sliced raw fishes. The crude lipid contents of CC-SRF were 5.5% for OF, 6.8% for RS, 18.5% for AS, 16.1% for CoS, and 5.7% for SS. The collagen content and solubility from CC-SRF were 622 mg/100 g and 78.0%, respectively, in OF, 270 mg/100 g and 75.6%, respectively, in RS, 237 mg/100 g and 24.1%, respectively, in AS, 341 mg/100 g and 65.7%, respectively, in CoS, and 246 mg/100 g and 17.9%, respectively, in SS. The texture of CC-SRF was affected by the lipid content, collagen content, acid solubility, hydroxylation, and cross linkage degree. The highest hardness of CC-SRF was obtained from OF, followed by RS, SS, AS and CoS. There was, however, no difference (P>0.05) in hardness between OF and RS and between AS and CoS.
This study conducted an exploratory empirical analysis on the factors affecting the performance of digital classical music based on signaling theory. For this purpose, using the classical weekly chart provided by the music platform Genie, 297 digital music sources that entered the top 100 chart from March 2020 to October 2020 (35 weeks). In this study, as signals that can influence consumers' choice to listen to classical nusic, we set an the artist's award history, artist's broadcast content linkage, taking the top spot in the first classical music chart entry, producing companies' competency, and the popularity of classical music repertoire. The effect of these signals on the chart success of digital classical music was verified subsequently. As a result of the verification, it was found that the artist's broadcast content linkage, taking the top spot in the first classical music chart entry, and the popularity of the classical music repertoire indeed had a positive effect on the chart success of a classical music. On the other hand, the artist's award history and the producing companies' competence did not significantly affect the chart success of digital classical music. This study is the first empirical study on the success factors of digital classical music performed from a business perspective, and is expected to contribute to subsequent studies related to classical music.
Background: To train dental hygienists to utilize knowledge in practice, an integrated curriculum based on the competencies of dental hygienists is expanding; however, in the field of basic dental hygiene the curriculum is still fragmented and based on segmented knowledge. This study developed an integrated curriculum based on the competencies of dental hygienists in Anatomy, Histology & Embryology, Physiology, which are subjects for basic dental hygiene that have high linkage and overlap. Methods: After selecting the learning objectives for the integrated curriculum from those of Anatomy, Histology & Embryology, Physiology, the duties of the dental hygienist in relation to the learning objectives were analyzed. Learning objectives were combined with the duties of a dental hygienist to derive competencies for an integrated curriculum. Referring to the syllabus and learning objectives for each subject, the weekly educational content, learning objectives, and credits of the integrated curriculum were derived. After conducting a Delphi survey to validate the competency and content of the derived integrated curriculum, an integrated curriculum was developed. Results: By using the first and second Delphi surveys, four competencies were developed for dental hygienists that can be achieved through an integrated basic dental hygiene curriculum. In addition, an integrated curriculum including the courses Anatomy, Histology & Embryology, Physiology, Structure and Function of the Human Body/Head/Neck, and Structure and Function of the Oral Cavity was established. Conclusion: This study presents a specific example for developing a competency-based integrated curriculum that can be used as a framework to derive a competency-based integrated curriculum among subjects that can be integrated according to the linkage of learning contents and the competencies that can be achieved.
