상업용 목질섬유소 분해 효소의 특성 (Characteristics of Commercial Celluloytic Enzymes)

  • It is very difficult to compare directly the research results of enzymatic process in pulp and paper industry because commercial enzymes have diversity in its property. The chemical and biological properties of commercial enzymes were Investigated to help comparison of various commercial enzymes each other. In most case, the solid content of liquid enzymes was about 20%. The higher protein content in enzyme product does not mean the higher enzyme activity. Enzymes for paper process should selected by basis of enzyme activity, not by price of enzyme products. The chemical composition of fiber was not so much change with enzyme treatment. The enzymatic hydrolysis of fiber might negligible in paper process.

인터넷 관문사업자와 디지털 콘텐츠사업자간 상생정책 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study of Win-Win Policies Between Internet Portals and Digital Content Providers)

  • This study explored which policies can be win-win strategies among internet portals and digital content providers. With taking the professional advise by interview and descriptive Questionnaires, the study suggested which governmental policies may be the mutual and proper winning strategies in internet industry, specifically between internet portal sites and content providers. Researcher kept in contact with five opinion leaders in this field and proposed thirteen candidate policies, which can give implications to the related governmental agencies, internet portals and contents providers. Some of these suggested policies may have been done and are being done conservatively in some area. But, in order to positively activate and develop the domestic digital contents industry, this study emphasized that the related agencies should perform the progressive policies and assign the financial supports to internet industry.

Total polyphenol and ferulic acid analysis of a new variety of corn, Bandiburichodang, according to steaming time and roasting temperature

  • Bandiburichodang (BDC) is a new variety of Zea mays L. Total polyphenol content (TPC) assay and quantitative analysis of ferulic acid (FA) were performed to determine the steaming, roasting conditions of BDC kernels that lead to the highest content. TPC levels increased after roasting under all conditions. TPC levels in samples steamed at 115 ℃ for 25 min were 3.157 mg/g before roasted, and increased to 3.825 and 4.739 mg/g after roasting at 160 and 200 ℃, respectively. Whether BDC kernels were roasted was relevant with TPC content. BDC kernels were extracted to perform quantitative analysis of FA. Roasting temperature affected FA content: the higher the temperature, the lower the content. BDC kernels that were steamed at 115 ℃ for 25 min had 0.178 mg/g of FA content before roasting, and levels decreased to 0.132 and 0.115 mg/g after roasting. Under different roasting conditions, FA content decreased 15 to 50%. We hypothesize that this phenomenon is due to a breakdown of phenolic compounds or cell wall disruption.

온라인 음악서비스 산업에서 전환비용의 선행요인 및 전환비용이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Antecedents of Switching Cost and its Effect on Customer Loyalty in Digital Music Service Industry)

  • Rapid development of information technology has generated a new industry and market. In particular, network technology such as the Internet and other computer networks made transaction activities switched from traditional offline commerce to e-commerce. Among them, digital content is bit-based object which is created and distributed through electronic environment. In particular, many entertainment contents such as the music, the movies, and the computer game softwares are main products. Although digital content commerce has high potential demand, it lacks the consideration about the factor related to maintaining existing customer such as customer loyalty and switching costs. There has been a number of research on customer loyalty and other factors affecting it in the traditional electronic commerce environment, but there is a lack of research which examines the characteristics of digital content. The study about the effect of switching costs on customer loyalty in digital content commerce is necessary because the customers of digital content commerce market are from those of other e-commerce market or traditional offline commerce market. In addition, customer loyalty and switching costs are important factors because they may build up greater customer retention. For that reason, this study focused on examining the relationships among switching costs, antecedents for switching costs, and customer loyalty in online digital music service industry. The study has three major purposes: (1) to find antecedents of switching costs on digital content commerce and examine effect of antecedents for switching costs; (2) to identify effect of switching costs on customer loyalty in digital content commerce and examine moderating effects of alternative attractiveness; (3) to identify the differences of antecedents for switching costs by contents transmission type(streaming service and downloading service). And, the online digital music service industry is selected in this study since there are many users and transactions incurring. To accomplish these purposes, a survey questionnaire was developed and distributed to 256 informants. Survey instrument was developed based on previous research and pre-established survey items. Total of 206 surveys are collected and used in the data analysis. Among the respondents, 56.8% is male and 43.2% is female. Also, 86 responses were streaming service user group and 120 responses were download service user group. These data was analyzed using regression analysis. Major findings of empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. First, switching costs have positive effect on customer loyalty in digital content commerce environment. Second, the influence of switching costs on customer loyalty increases under conditions of high alternative attractiveness. Third, DRM convenience and breadth of use have positive effect on switching costs. The findings imply that the digital content provider should pay more attention to switching costs in addition to customer satisfaction in order to attract customers. Also, increasing the convenience of DRM use by securing the convenience of user interface and expanding the support device and increasing the service use scope by providing diverse value-added service helps to create a switching barrier. The result of the study can become a practical use in marketing strategy for maintaining existing customer. In particular, switching barrier is very important under conditions of high competition in the online music service market. This study can be used as a basis for further studies about customer retention in digital content commerce.

  • Intelligent Content is defined as detailed information or fragment of content which contains a semantic data structure. This semantic structure makes possible to do various intelligent operations. There are wide range of content-oriented applications such as classification, retrieval, extraction, translation, presentation and question-answering. The concept of Intelligent Content is applied to various fields like MPEG and Semantic Web. In this paper, we discuss the several important researches of Intelligent Content and how to apply this conception to these fields.

국내 수집 표고 5품종의 일반성분, 유리당, 아미노산 및 무기성분 함량 (Content of proximate compositions, free sugars, amino acids, and minerals in five Lentinula edodes cultivars collected in Korea)

  • 이 연구는 국내에서 개발된 표고의 성분차이에 의한 특성을 분석하고자 5 품종을 수집하여 일반성분 및 유리당, 아미노산 및 무기성분 함량을 비교하였다. 일반성분 분석 결과, 조지방과 조섬유 함량은 품종간에 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았으나, 가용성 무질소물, 회분, 조단백질 함량은 시료구별로 유의적인 차이가 나타났다. 유리당 함량을 분석한 결과 총 3종의 유리당이 검출되었으며, glucose 함량은 시료별로 5.94~12.08%까지 큰 차이를 보였다. 구성아미노산은 총 16종이 검출되었으며, '산림 5호'가 13,768.33 mg%로 가장 높게 나타났고, 유리아미노산은 총 16종이 검출되었으며, '산림 4호'의 총 유리아미노산 함량이 6,790.57 mg%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 무기성분 함량을 분석한 결과 potassium, calcium, magnesium 및 sodium 4개의 미네랄이 검출되었으며, sodium의 함량은 567.16~2,356.09 mg%를 차지하여 가장 큰 함량을 보였고, magnesium의 함량은 9.79~20.88 mg%였으며, calcium은 3.85~7.42 mg%로 나타났고, sodium은 19.60~22.62 mg%로 품종간 유의적인 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

굴을 이용한 조미 건조포의 개발 (Development of Seasoned and Dried Oyster Slice)

  • 남해안 일대에서 다량 생산되고 있는 굴의 소비 촉진을 위하여 조미 굴포의 제조를 시도하였다. 굴 첨가비율에 따른 조미 굴포의 일반성분, 색조 및 관능검사의 결과로 미루어 보아 조미 굴포의 제조를 위한 굴의 최적 첨가비율은 30%로 판단되었다. 최적 조건에서 제조한 조미 굴포는 조미 수리미포에 비하여 아미노산의 총함량은 차이가 없었으며 주요 아미노산으로는 glutamic acid, leucine, lysine 및 threonine 등이었다. 또한, 조미 굴포의 칼슘 및 인 함량은 조미 수리미포에 비해 높았으며, 조미 굴포의 유리아미노산의 총함량 및 taste value는 각각 1,576.8 mg/100 g 및 226.05이었고 맛의 지대하게 영향을 미치는 아미노산은 glutamic acid 및 aspartic acid이었다.

Experience Type Applications by the Behavior of Food-Content Creators

  • It has emerged Food-content among various forms of 1-person media through social media. Food-content influencer also market products through 1-person media, generating revenue through increased views and subscribers of 1-person media. It also sells products through sponsorship. In general, there is a profit structure through 1-person media viewing, but research on how restaurant companies generate profits directly through food-content is insufficient. In addition, research on converting subscribers to consumers through food-contents is minimal. In this paper, we propose an experiential application system based on the behavior of food-content creators. The proposed system collects and categorizes food-content information, and maps between highly related words to organize into keyword categories. The ontology tag-based concept network applied to the proposed system connects representative information by pre-extracting/mapping information related to information requests among a wide range of data. This method maps relevant food-content information to provide the user with data collected/storage in the form of an application. The user uses the application while watching the food eaten by the influencer and creator. And, it is meaningful that the user could be provided is provided with information about the food they want to eat.

비선호 분리 적용 콘텐츠 추천 방안 (Contents Recommendation Scheme Applying Non-preference Separately)

  • In this paper, we propose a recommendation system based on the latent factor model using matrix factorization, which is one of the most commonly used collaborative filtering algorithms for recommendation systems. In particular, by introducing the concept of creating a list of recommended content and a list of non-preferred recommended content, and removing the non-preferred recommended content from the list of recommended content, we propose a method to ultimately increase the satisfaction. The experiment confirmed that using a separate list of non-preferred content to find non-preferred content increased precision by 135%, accuracy by 149%, and F1 score by 72% compared to using the existing recommendation list. In addition, assuming that users do not view non-preferred content through the proposed algorithm, the average evaluation score of a specific user used in the experiment increased by about 35%, from 2.55 to 3.44, thereby increasing user satisfaction. It has been confirmed that this algorithm is more effective than the algorithms used in existing recommendation systems.

문화콘텐츠 관련 융복합 기업들의 주가동향 및 향후 투자가치 분석 (Analysis of a Stock Price Trend and Future Investment Value of Cultural Content-related Convergence Business)

  • 본 연구에서는 종합주가지수와 코스닥지수, 문화콘텐츠 산업과 관련이 높은 오락 문화, 디지털콘텐츠 지수를 이용하였다. 지난 2004년 3월에서 2015년 7월까지 총 597주 동안 각각의 주가지수 및 수익률 동향을 파악하였다. 각 주가지수의 수익률, 변동성, 상관관계, 동조화현상 등을 비교 분석하여 콘텐츠관련 주식들이 투자가치가 있는지 살펴보았다. 향후 문화콘텐츠 산업의 높은 성장 가능성을 보았을 때 관련 주식들의 투자 가능성에 기대를 걸어보았다. 분석 결과 지난 2008년도 글로벌 금융위기 이후 문화콘텐츠 관련 주식들이 더 높은 상승률을 보여주었다. 최근 문화콘텐츠 산업에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 점점 투자가치 메리트가 증가하고 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 향후 문화콘텐츠 산업이 계속 발전할 것으로 예상되어 이들 기업에 대한 투자자들의 많은 관심이 이어지면서 문화콘텐츠관련 기업들의 투자가치 상승에 많은 기대를 걸어본다.
