Traditional records information system has greatly improved accessibility to users by providing internet access to the digitized form of traditional records, access to which have previously been restricted for the purpose of preservation. This study investigated the accessibility and serviceability of Korean traditional records by examining current traditional record information systems in Korea. After compiling a list of traditional records information systems, which were grouped by operating agency, we analyzed them by coverage period, document type, and content format as well as examining search options and browse categories. We also categorized and examined the information systems by user type. The result showed that out of 105 traditional records information systems serving various content types and services, only a fraction(16.1%) provide a comprehensive information that includes bibliographic information, annotated description, content image, content text, and translated text, and less than a half(49.5%) provide a detailed search, all of which point to a less than optimal conditions for access to traditional records and suggest a strong need for improved traditional records information systems in Korea.

This research was examined to evaluate whether the websites of 6 policy research institutes provide web resources which were collected and provided as information resources, and that they were sure that the web resources had value as policy information by content analysis method. Web resources provided as policy information in policy research institutes were classified into and evaluated by 4 categories. Evaluation had been conducted on 10 items in the 4 categories of content, design, accessibility and meta data. From the result, the information content have been found to be reliable and up-to-date although more thorough description is required. Navigation and the search function in the design category were found to be excellent, but dead links were present in all of the institutions. The accessibility was proven to be great as it was able to access information with only three clicks. However, it has been found that a comprehensive review of the meta data is required in order to improve the accuracy of search functions. In conclusion, improvements to the dead link problems, quality control of the meta data, systematic and professional management plan of policy research information, and the establishment of a comprehensive policy research information portal system have been proposed.

YouTube has become a popular platform for vlogs. Among various forms of vlogs, office worker vlogs, in which a person engaged in a specific job shows his/her work environment and daily routine, are gaining popularity. Thus, focusing on office worker vlogs, the present research investigates the effects of office worker vlogs' characteristics (i.e., vlog content characteristics, vlogger characteristics) on the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog and their job engagement. Specifically, this research examines whether(1) vlog content characteristics (i.e., usefulness, accessibility, and vividness) and (2) vlogger characteristics (i.e., job similarity, credibility, and expertise) influence the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog. Moreover, this research examines how the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog affects their job engagement. With a sample of YouTube viewers of office worker vlogs (N = 215), structural equation modelling was implemented to investigate the relationships in the proposed model. The results indicate that (1) perceived usefulness of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (2) perceived accessibility of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog, albeit marginally significant; (3) perceived vividness of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (4) perceived job similarity to the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (5) perceived credibility of the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (6) perceived expertise of the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; and (7) the educational value of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the YouTube viewers' job engagement. The findings provide important implications for the production and use of office worker vlog contents.

In the reality that the use of the web is becoming commonplace, the general people are complaining about the inconvenience because they are not standardized when using the web site. Especially, the disabled people such as the social underprivileged classes people suffer from the inconvenience due to the web site that is not accessible. The purpose of this study is to conduct an authentication audit to obtain web accessibility certification mark on the homepage of a specific public institution. Through these practical cases, it is possible to improve the recognition of web accessibility by practitioners or managers, And suggest ways to improve the Aging existing public institution web sites. Although there are a lot of existing literature and previous researches, it is still not being newly produced because of lack of awareness of web accessibility, As a result, the users who access the web site of the public institution for the first time are much inconvenienced. In order to solve this problem, this paper compares the Korean web content accessibility guideline 2.1, revised in April 2015, and verified the effectiveness of the guidelines through web accessibility evaluation of specific public institution sites.

The article clarifies the conditions for information, digital and educational accessibility for higher education seekers with disabilities in terms of distance learning caused by quarantine restrictions. It is established that such conditions are regulated by international and Ukrainian legal documents (The Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Sustainable Development Goals, Law of Ukraine "On Education", Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine 2021-2031, Development Strategy areas of innovation for the period up to 2030, Development strategy of the sphere of innovation activity for the period up to 2030). As a part of information barrierlessness, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) should provide access to information in various formats and using technologies, in particular Braille script, large-type printing, audio description (audio descriptive commenting), sign language interpretation, subtitling, a format suitable for reading by screen access programs, formats of simple speech, easy-to-read formats, means of alternative communication. The experience of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is described. In particular, special attention is paid to the study of sign language: in view of this, the initiative group implemented the project "Learning to hear and overcome social isolation together" with the financial support of the British Council in Ukraine. Within the framework of digital accessibility, the official website of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education has been adapted for the visually impaired in accordance with WCAG 2.0 World Standards. In 2021, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University implemented the project "Cultural, Recreational and Tourist Cherkasy Region: Inclusive Social 3D Map" funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation; a site with available content for online travel in the region to provide barrier-free access to the historical and cultural heritage of Cherkasy region was created. Educational accessibility is achieved by increasing the number of people with special educational needs, receiving education in inclusive groups; activities of the Center for Social and Educational Integration and Inclusive Rehabilitation Social Tourism "Bez barieriv" ("Without barriers"); implementation of a research topic for financing the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: "Social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs by means of inclusive tourism"; implementation of the project "Social inclusion of distance educational process"; development of information campaigns to popularize the ideas of accessibility, the need for its implementation, ongoing training programs and competitions, etc.

This study, in the perspective of universal design, newly suggests UD-WCAG 2013 for the evaluation of job information sites used by the silver generation. Using this, 13 senior clubs run by social welfare corporations chosen by the central and local government for the silver generation job information provision organizations to analyze the compliance status of web accessibility. The web compliance status analysis was done through a self-assessment tool from Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion and UD-WCAG 2013. Although both analyses showed that there weren't differences according to region, the general level of compliance was shown as low. In the UD-WCAG 2013's 7 major categories the part about errors was shown providing appropriate solutions, but in the other parts it was shown that the all 13 websites were being run with insufficient consideration of the social and physical characteristics of the silver generation.

Rapid development and dissemination of ICT have brought about vast change in people's lives, including academic research and communication. Considering that the purpose of constructing Internet was to facilitate information exchange among research institutions and to secure stability through distributed preservation of critical information of the countries, increase in utilizing Internet resources for academic research seems to be natural consequences. This study examines the stability of Internet information resources by analyzing the following four factors. First, monitoring whether there is a change in accessibility to information resource as time passes. Second, examining various factors affecting the accessibility. Third, checking if there is a change in the content of information, if still accessible. Lastly verifying if any alternative access path is provided in case of original resource is no longer accessible.

The content industry is the core of the creative economy. The content industry is a fast-growing and high value-added industry, but becomes a high risk market on the other hand. Content related enterprises are difficult business environment. Thus, the accurate evaluation of content on its value is essential. But, it is hard to assess the value of content because of its intangible characteristics. This study is enabled improving the financing conditions of enterprises through the vitalization of value assessment for contents. Improve financial accessibility is required composition, means of access financial diversification, financial ecosystem to vitalization of value assessment for contents. In addition, the system should be established to support the economic activities of the creative content sector companies. The content industry should develop a new strategy for sustained growth. But, we believe that the accordance and cooperation from related parties, including contents producers, contents developers and governmental departments, are definitely required to boost the game contents industry. We hope that the more efficient methods are vitalizing the contents industry.

This study examines the access index to the development of immersive contents suitable for elementary school users. The findings of this study can be used as a correct development guide for companies participating in the production of virtual reality sports room contents, by providing users with an effective content experience of education and physical exercise based on the immersive content of sports, physical education, and convergence learning linked with various sensor technologies. As for the research method, this study selected content developed based on the standardization guide of the supporting institution. Through research using expert advice, interviews with sports managers, and content experience survey, this study derived a content access standard index of the virtual reality sports room. Finally, the study verified the developed contents through advanced development applying the production standard indicators.

Watchface is a content accounted for the largest number of current Smartwatch content posted on the App Store. However, the watch face itself does not find that the game content. Games operated in connection with the Watchface can minimize game controls and increase accessibility, while decreasing battery use, which ultimately can enhance immersion into the game. Beginning with background research on wearable devices, the current study puts forth development methodologies encompassing the entirety of the content development process from content design, to production. Through the current study, the author hopes to the ultimate effect of vitalizing Smartwatch game development.
