Stocker 시스템에 적용한 비접촉 전원장치에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Contactless Power Supply System for Stokcer System)

  • 본 논문은 원거리 및 직선구간에 동작되어지는 Stocker 시스템에 대해 설명하고 있다. 파티클 발생을 줄이기 위해 Stocker의 전원은 비접촉 전원장치를 사용한다. 기존 비접촉 전원장치보다 회로구성과 토폴로지를 간략화 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 시제품을 제작하여 상용화에 가능함을 보이고자 한다. 비접촉 전원장치 전체 제어 시스템의 구조는 1차측 전원공급장치와 2차측 전원공급장치간 상호 정보를 광모뎀 통신과 TMS320F243을 사용한 구조이며, 비접촉 전원장치와 출력제어를 위해 주파수 제어를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 광모뎀 통신을 사용함으로써 크레인의 이동부(2차측 전원공급장치)와 고정부(1차측 전원공급장치)간 1:1통신으로 제어되는 상용화 Stocker 시스템에 적용하였으며, 향후, Stocker 시스템의 멀티 Crane의 동작을 위해 비접촉 전원장치의 고정부와 이동부간 1:다수가 제어 가능하게 하는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

  • In this paper, the concept of contactless inductive power transfer system used for the PRT system is suggested and some ideas for Power transformer design to improve the power transfer performance are presented. This system has a large air-gap and demands a large electrical power capability But, low output power is generated due to a loosely coupled characteristic of the large air-gap. Therefore, double layer construction of secondary winding, which was divided in half to increase both output current and output voltage was suggested. In addition, the performance of power transformer alignment condition between the primary power line and the power collector was verified by computer simulation of 2kW model.

  • As wireless power transfer (WPT) technology using strongly coupled electromagnetic resonators is a recently explored technique to realize the large power delivery and storage without any cable or wire, this technique is required for diffusion of electric vehicles (EVs) since it makes possible a convenient charging system. Typically, since the normal conducting coils are used as a transmitting coil in the CPT system, there is limited to deliver the large power promptly in the contactless EV charging system. From this reason, we proposed the combination CPT technology with HTS transmitting antenna, it is called as, superconducting contactless power transfer for EV (SUWPT4EV) system. As the HTS coil has an enough current density, it can deliver a mass amount of electric energy in spite of a small scale antenna. The SUCPT4EV system has been expected as a noble option to improve the transfer efficiency of large electric power. Such a system consists of two resonator coils; HTS transmitting antenna (Tx) coil and normal conducting receiver (Rx) coil. Especially, the impedance matching for each resonator is a sensitive and plays an important role to improve transfer efficiency as well as delivery distance. In this study, we examined the improvement of transmission efficiency and properties for HTS and copper antennas, respectively, within 45 cm distance. Thus, we obtained improved transfer efficiency with HTS antenna over 15% compared with copper antenna. In addition, we achieved effective impedance matching conditions between HTS antenna and copper receiver at radio frequency (RF) power of 370 kHz.

  • A new contactless Li-ion battery charging system was proposed. The conventional methods for charging Li-ion battery have some weak points. For example, there can be a contact failure, a poor waterproof, and a difficulty to standardize the battery charging systems. The new proposed system can overcome these weak points. The new charging system is composed of power transfer part and data transfer part. This paper focuses on the power transfer part for contactless battery charging. The power stage is mainly composed of PPRC(Push-pull Parallel Resonant Converter) and flyback converter. The new method of chaging Li-ion battery was proposed and PPRC + flyback-boost topology was analyzed. The proposed toplogy was tested under the constant voltage control and the constant current control which are adequate for charging Li-ion battery.

Video Palmprint Recognition System Based on Modified Double-line-single-point Assisted Placement

  • Palmprint has become a popular biometric modality; however, palmprint recognition has not been conducted in video media. Video palmprint recognition (VPR) has some advantages that are absent in image palmprint recognition. In VPR, the registration and recognition can be automatically implemented without users' manual manipulation. A good-quality image can be selected from the video frames or generated from the fusion of multiple video frames. VPR in contactless mode overcomes several problems caused by contact mode; however, contactless mode, especially mobile mode, encounters with several revere challenges. Double-line-single-point (DLSP) assisted placement technique can overcome the challenges as well as effectively reduce the localization error and computation complexity. This paper modifies DLSP technique to reduce the invalid area in the frames. In addition, the valid frames, in which users place their hands correctly, are selected according to finger gap judgement, and then some key frames, which have good quality, are selected from the valid frames as the gallery samples that are matched with the query samples for authentication decision. The VPR algorithm is conducted on the system designed and developed on mobile device.

IoT 기반 비접촉 초음파 측정 시스템 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of IoT-based Contactless Ultraosonic System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 IoT기반 무선 비접촉 콘크리트 시스템(ICUS)을 개발하고 이를 성능 평가하는데 있다. 개발된 시스템은 16개의 MEMS, 2Mhz의 digitizer, 증폭 회로, FPGA 및 wifi 모듈로 구성되어 있으며 무선 측정 시스템으로 콘크리트의 누설되는 표면파를 측정한다. 데이터 분석은 신호의 정확성을 높이기 위해 다중 채널 분석을 수행하였으며 이를 통해 누설 표면파 및 음향의 속도를 도출할 수 있다. 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 기존의 초음파 전달속도 시험( UPV)과 결과비교 하였으며 이는 철도 현장의 콘크리트 침목에서 수행되었다. 시험 결과, 초음파 전달속도 시험(UPV)을 통해 균열을 검출하는 것은 침목의 균열 형태와 초음파 경로가 평행하거나 접촉식으로 현장 적용의 한계가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 개발된 IoT기반 비접촉 초음파 시스템(ICUS)은 손상되지 않은 침목에 비해 동탄성계수가 최대 59%감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 개발된 시스템의 표면파 신호 분석은 현장에서 균열을 평가하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • Conventionally, for transferring the primary power to the secondary one, the high frequency series resonant converter has been widely used for the contactless power supply system. However, the high frequency series resonant converter has the disadvantages such as the low efficiency, the high voltage gain characteristics and deviation of the phase angle in the overall load range. To improve this disadvantages, In this paper, the characteristics of the high efficiency and unit voltage gain as well as in-phase are revealed in the proposed three-level LCLC (Inductor-Capacitor- Inductor-Capacitor) resonant converter. The results are verified on the simulation based on the theoretical analysis and the 4kW experimental Prototype.

  • 본 논문에서는 비접촉식 충격-반향 기법을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 탐지에 있어서 비용 효율성을 높이기 위한 다이나믹 마이크로폰의 적용 가능성에 대하여 알아보았다. 박리 손상이 인공적으로 모사된 콘크리트 슬래브 실험체에 대하여 비접촉 충격-반향 실험을 다이나믹 마이크로폰을 이용하여 수행하였으며 저비용 센서 시스템의 손상 탐지 성능을 분석하였다. 실험 결과 다이나믹 마이크로폰으로 의미있는 신호의 측정이 가능하며, 또한 콘크리트의 박리 손상도 고성능 음압 센서만큼 명확하게 검출 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 신재생에너지 중에서 태양광 에너지가 중요 에너지원으로서 각광받고 있고 적용이 증대되고 있다. 특히, 미래에는 하이브리드 태양광 발전 시스템이 독립 분산 전원 시스템으로 널리 사용될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DC전력을 기계적인 접촉에 의해 전달하는 것보다는 마그네틱 커플링에 의해 비접촉으로 에너지를 전달 할 수 있는 무접점전원장치를 사용한 직류수용가 서비스 태양광발전시스템을 제안하였다. 제안 적용된 무접점 전원장치는 무접점 변압기와 Half-bridge LLC 공진컨버터, 영 전압 스위칭 Boost컨버터로 구성되어 있다.
