현대사회는 TV나 인터넷 등 대중매체의 노출과 스마트 폰 보급으로 급성장한 SNS 등을 통해 이미지에 대한 지각이 신체관련 소비행동에까지 영향을 미치고 있으며 그로 인해 본인이 가지고 있는 콤플렉스에 대한 개선을 원하는 심미 증례 환자의 수요 역시 증가하고 있습니다. 심미적인 치료를 희망하는 환자군은 일반진료를 받는 환자군에 비해 더욱 적극적인 성향을 보이며, 이미지 개선에 대한 기대와 함께 기능적인 문제, 결과에 대한 만족도 등의 두려움을 가지고 있습니다. 심미 증례 환자의 상담에 있어서 가장 기본은 환자본인이 심미치료를 통해 개선하고 싶은 포인트가 어떤 것인지를 술자와 상담자가 정확하게 인지하는 것에서부터 출발합니다. 환자의 관점에서 시작되는 상담은 의학적인 분야의 접근을 통해 합의 즉 이상적인 것과 자연스러움의 균형점을 찾는 방식으로 진행됩니다. 초기 상담부터 각 진료단계별 상담 process를 구축하고 단계별 상담 내용을 정확하게 기재하여 술자 및 진료staff이 공유하며, 초기상담부터 Maintenance care까지 일관성 있는 정책을 운영하여 환자에게 무리한 기대를 주고 공감하지 못하는 결과로 실망을 초래하는 상담이 아닌 진정한 소통이 바탕이 되어 환자, 술자, 진료staff이 만족할 수 있는 결과를 이끄는 상담이 가능해 집니다. 심미 증례의 유형별 case를 통해 환자와의 공감을 바탕으로 한 심미 증례 환자의 효과적인 상담전략을 소개합니다.

산업자문은 교원이 경영 또는 기술적으로 산업체 등을 컨설팅 하는 일종의 인적용역으로, 통상 산학협력단이 주체가 되어 계약을 하고 교원이 책임자로 자문을 수행한다. 산학협력단이 자문의 대가로 교원에게 지급하는 산업자문료의 소득세 과세가 최근 논란이 되는바, 세무 전문 인력이 부족한 상황에서 동일한 성격의 금원에 대해 대학별로 다르게 원천징수하고 있어 합리적인 과세 기준 제시를 통해 대학의 혼란을 방지할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 산업자문의 속성을 살펴본 후, 우리나라 법령과 과세 사례를 중심으로 논의하고 비판적 고찰을 통해 대학 현장에서 용인될 수 있는 과세 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 교원에게 지급하는 산업자문료는 산학협력단과 교원 간에 실질적인 고용관계가 없다는 점을 감안할 때 일반 과세 이론상 근로소득으로 취급하기는 어렵다. 다만, 산학협력법 및 회계 관행 상 자문료의 지급 근거가 직무발명 보상금과 동일하고, 통상 산업자문 과정에서 직무발명이 자연스럽게 도출되는바, 현행 법 하에서 교원의 산업 자문료는 직무발명 보상금과 동일하게 취급해 소득세법 제20조제1항제5호에 따른 근로소득으로 보는 것이 타당할 것이다. 산업자문을 연구용역과 유사하다고 보아 연구수당처럼 기타소득으로 과세해야 한다는 견해는 산업자문에 대해 별도의 관리규정을 두어 엄밀하게 관리·감독하는 것은 아니어서 소득세법 상 인정되기는 어렵다. 산업자문료의 근로소득 과세는 높은 세율로 인해 산학협력 활동의 위축으로 이어질 수 있는바, 정책 당국의 조속한 과세 체계 정비가 요구되며, 소득세법 시행령 개정을 통해 산업자문을 연구용역과 동일하게 산학협력 유형의 일종으로 규정함으로써 기타소득으로 과세하는 방안이 타당하다.

Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate patient satisfaction of Korean medicine therapy using treatment tool by psychological type. Methods : 48 subjects were participated in this study. Before a treatment, we analyzed a patient's phychological type first by using a questionnaire. And then we divided 3 groups which were called a rational sympathy module group, emotional sympathy module group, control group. Manner of medical consultation according to patient's phychological type was carried out in all groups. After all treatment, we conducted a survey about medical service perception index, patient happiness index, medical satisfaction index. To evaluate a satisfaction degree, we analyzed results of survey statistically. Results : The results of the analysis, both rational sympathy module group and emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than control group statistical significantly on medical service perception index. Emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than control group statistical significantly on patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. But rational sympathy module group only had a higher tendency than control group on patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. Emotional sympathy module group got a higher score than rational sympathy module group on medical service perception index, patient happiness index and medical satisfaction index. Conclusions : Korean medicine therapy using treatment tool by psychological type consisted of patient's phychological type questionnaire and manner of medical consultation could improve a patient's satisfaction. It was more effective in emotional sympathy module group than rational sympathy module group.

국내에 정착된 높은 수준의 인터넷 문화는 건강에 대한 대중적 관심과 맞물려 건강정보와 의료상담이라는 새로운 형태로 보건의료체계를 변화시켰으며, 건강정보와 의료상담 시장이 지난 잠재적 가치는 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 2011년 건강정보의 검색 실태와 온라인 의료상담에 대한 인식도를 알아보기 위해 서울시에 거주하는 20대를 대상으로 임의 추출방법을 통하여 sampling된 499명을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 응답자 중 75.2%가 건강정보검색 경험이 있다고 응답했으나, 온라인 의료상담 서비스 이용경험은 7.2%에 불과했다. 의료상담 서비스의 이용목적은 증상치료법(36.9%), 자기관리법(21.4%), 병명 검색(18.8%), 예방법(6%), 병원비(5.4%)순이었다. 건강정보 검색시 이용한 사이트는 포털사이트 지식검색(46.5%), 블로그(26.0%), 인터넷커뮤니티(14.6%), 병원홈페이지(9.9%), 국가운영홈페이지(2.9%) 순으로 집계되었으나, 향후 이용하고 싶은 사이트는 국가운영 홈페이지 (53.0%)와 병원홈페이지(32.8%)로 현재 이용하고 있는 검색 사이트와는 차이점을 보였다. 또한, 사이트 선택기준은 상담자의 신뢰성 (24.1%), 홈페이지 운영기관의 신뢰성(23.7%), 신속한 답변(21.2%), 상담의 비공개 여부(11.2%), 가입시 기재해야할 개인정보의 정도(8.3%), 회원가입절차 없이도 상담 가능 여부(6.8%), 홈페이지 상담란의 접근성(2.7%)등의 순으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 20대들에게 건강정보 검색 및 의료상담의 이용이 아직은 미흡한 상태이므로, 인식도를 높이고 사이트의 선택기준, 개인정보공개 정도 및 선호도 등에 맞는 사이트 구축 및 활성에 대한 노력이 필요하다.

This study action drama TV drama 'Ya-ha'(夜叉) the actual work practices of the pre-consultation stage through the Writers, Producer, Art directors and in consultation with the opinion of the character set the record of the contents and character changes over time in accordance with characters makeup the design elements were analyzed. The methods of study was used local and abroad related books, studies, publications and cases and the subjects were limited to be four male make up characters in drama 'Ya-cha'. As a result, TV action drama 'Ya-cha' make up design elements and representation techniques were classified as description of skin tone, wound, the shape of eyebrows, hair type, shape of beard and materials and carried out an important role in the character representation. First, presentation techniques changed skin tones depending on character and position and described wound shape as expression technique and materials were analyzed. Second, the shape of eyebrows was based on the physiognomy of the form. And hair type changed volume, thickness, length and texture depending on character. Third, shape of beard is expressed different kinds of volume, thickness, length and texture depending on character. There fore, that systematization of the make-up design elements is useful to express stable characters and make drama for make up in various image genres.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in HbA1c through an education and consultation intervention with diabetic workers. Methods: The participants were 65 workers with Type 2 diabetes. The data were collected from May to October 2014 using questionnaires. The intervention program included six monthly sessions on exercise, dietary habits, stress management, and diabetes knowledge. Changes in HbA1c were evaluated. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-tests with SPSS WIN23.0. Results: The mean of HbA1c was 7.67% before intervention and 7.28% after intervention, and this difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The mean level of HbA1c was significantly different depending on job position, working hours, work duration, and smoking habit. Conclusion: In conclusion, these findings support the usefulness of intervention programs in reducing HbA1c. Therefore, appropriate intervention programs involving exercise, dietary habits, stress management and diabetes knowledge should be developed and provided to diabetic workers.

Cyber counseling, one of the most compatible type of consultation for the information society, enables people to reveal their mental agonies and private problems anonymously, since it does not require face-to-face interview between a counsellor and a client. However, there are few cyber counseling centers which provide high quality and trustworthy service, although the number of cyber counseling center has highly increased. Therefore, this paper is intended to enable an appropriate consultation for each client by analyzing client propensity using Bayesian variable selection. Bayesian variable selection is superior to stepwise regression analysis method in finding out a regression model. Stepwise regression analysis method, which has been generally used to analyze individual propensity in linear regression model, is not efficient since it is hard to select a proper model for its own defects. In this paper, based on the case database of current cyber counseling centers in the web, we will analyze clients' propensities using Bayesian variable selection to enable individually target counseling and to activate cyber counseling programs.

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of role conflict, childcare stress, and stress coping type on organizational commitment among female workers at hospital settings, and thus, to suggest implications for improving their productivity and quality of working life. Data were collected from 195 female employees working at a general hospital in Busan Metropolitan Area by using structured self-administered questionnaire. Among study variables, role conflict(-) and direct-positive stress coping type(+) had statistically significant effect on organizational commitment. This study results imply that role conflict, and stress coping type are crucial for managing desirable job attitude of female employees. Therefore, education and training, and consultation programme for diminishing role conflict and adopting appropriate stress coping type should be developed and utilized.

Railway bridge type has been mainly selected by a intersection of roads and rivers, and economy. Now a days, it is required that the bridge type is considered a harmony with circumstances, a beauty and an expression of symbol of regions because of the enlargement of bridge structures and the advance of people's consciousness level. So it is adopted arch bridge with fan type hanger for a outer beautiful sight and a symbol of development of regions as 80m intersection bridge of railway and former national road at pal hung bridge in jolla line lot 1. It is performed that an examination, a consultation, a design of member sections and a detail analysis of joint parts according to the basic design. It is also performed a dynamic analysis with design loads and train loads reflection on railway bridge characteristics and examined a safety and a propriety of design compare with a fatigue design and design rules.

This research aims to analyze the Sasang constitutions of army soldiers using the measuring tools which were developed by the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine the government-affiliated Ministry of Science. Then, this research compares the The Sasang constitutions of soldiers to the Sasang typology of Yi Je-Ma, who systemized Korean traditional medicine in 1800s. Also, by comparing each result of subjected army unit, we will recommend proper diet management at regular intervals in order to enhance morals of soldiers. Finally, we also suggest to apply Sasang constitution to consultation in military so as to strengthen the combat power of the army.
