디지털홈기기 사용실태에 관한 사례조사 연구 - 생활공간 중심으로 - (Analysis on Usage of Digital Home Appliance in Spatial Context)

  • In the information society, individual, enterprise and nation must be equipped with environmment and competence with which they can acquire useful information anytime and anywhere to process and utilize it in required form. Therefore, this study intends to investigate how digital TV, refrigerator and computer are laid out in the residential space in terms of life space, analyze the preference of residents an d forecast the preferred functions of the products to be introduced in the future. To build frame for making questionnaire tool of this survey, 3 households of the first constructor among the top-ranked constructors in the first half of 2004 were chose and in-depth interview was made from April 12 to April 17. On the basis of result of preliminary survey obtained by this process, the questionnaire was revised and supplemented. Targeting those living at the apartment house in Seoul and constructors ranked in top-four in the order of construction of the first half of 2004, I selected 3 households for each group in the range of 30$^{\sim}$40 pyung. Twelve cases were surveyed from April 19, 2004 to June 5, 2004. First, TV will continue playing the role of central entertainment mustering family at one place rather than separating them to each room.   • The scope of this study is the construction conformity assessment system according to the new paradigm of construction management To minimize the differences between domestic and international state, construction Conformity Assessment is subdivided into system certification and product certification. For the former, WASCON(Worldwide Assessment System of Construction Quality Maturity Stage) is applied. For the latter, AQUA(Advanced Quality Assessment System) was developed and adopted to model project for demonstration. Both systems are designed to enable quantified rating, integrated into PQCS(Project Quality Certification), which is an advanced project quality certification system. The construction work observing PQCS will gain quality score on its own quality certificate(Quality mark on construction itself or facilities is also available, if needed or preferred by customers). This Quality Rating System will inspire and encourage any related parties. PQCS score would let supplier/constructor recognize how much themselves are operating effectively and efficiently, offering them the opportunity of redeeming their weaknesses.

  • The processes of informatization of the modern educational space are inextricably linked with the active introduction of innovative information technologies, which diversify the forms of education and upbringing. The use of these technologies in education due to their specific properties significantly enhances the clarity of learning, emotional impact on students, helps to deepen interdisciplinary links, intensifies students' work, and improves the organization of educational activities. Innovative information technologies offer new opportunities for the use of text, audio, graphic, and video information in lessons, enriching the methodological possibilities of the lesson. Today, the use of these technologies is becoming an integral part of the study of any subject. Using multimedia presentations, publications, and websites created by students in the learning process, they can develop learning skills. According to researchers, there are many multimedia programs for working with a computer in a music lesson, namely: a music player, a program for singing karaoke, a music constructor, music encyclopedias, and training programs. The introduction of innovative information technologies in the system of music education allows expanding learning opportunities.

  • 건설 기업을 포함한 대부분 기업의 운영의 최우선 목표는 이윤 창출로 볼 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위해서 수많은 기업들은 기업 환경의 변화와 발전에 적응하고자 스스로 개선하고 진화를 거듭하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 공동주택 공급사들이 공동주택 입주자들의 주거만족도를 향상시킬 목적으로 CRM 활동을 수행하고자 한다. 향후 이를 기반으로 우리나라 공동주택 공급에 대한 시책 수립에 대한 기술적 정보를 제공하여 산업적 기여할 수 있도록 정보를 제공할 것을 목적으로 한다.

노후 공동주택 리모델링 수직증축분 소형 평면 계획에 대한 연구 (A Study on Small Size Plans of Vertical Extension Remodeling for Aged Apartment)

  • This study suggested practical considerations in case of planning Small-Sized Household Units of the Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment along with selecting particular Age-Apartment Complex to plan Small-Sized Household Units. Four parts of consideration; (1) Architectural planning aspects, (2) Resident aspects, (3) Structural aspects, and (4) Facility aspects were thoroughly examined to apply in the remodeling construction period. Proposals for Small-Sized Household Units, in this study, covered two different combinations. One was the combination of six equal units, the other was the combination of eleven different types of household units which reflected resident aspects in plan organizations. Plan organization proposal could be chosen and applied to Vertical Extended units by Local Government, Remodeling Association, or Constructor based on their potential residents' aspect, such as family size, life style, age, amount to income and etc. to fulfill their satisfaction. Furthermore, this study had great significance of the adequately reflecting demand on Small-Sized Household Units in Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment.

THE CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STYLE ADOPTED BY THE SUBCONTRACTORS OF HONG KONG BUILDING PROJECTS

  • It is a common practice in Hong Kong for the main contractors of local building projects to sublet most of the work to subcontractors. Consequently their roles have gradually transformed from a constructor to a manager of subcontractors. The outcomes of a project therefore depend heavily on the subcontractors' performance. However, most of the subcontractors complain that they are unable to efficiently and effectively operate due to site coordination problems, such as inaccurate site reference lines, caused by main contractors. The site problems may consume significant amounts of resources if practical solutions cannot be agreed by the project participants early enough. Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II (ROCI-II) model was developed by M.A. Rahim that measure five types of conflict management style including Integrating, Obliging, Dominating, Avoiding and Compromising. This paper presents the questionnaire survey based on the ROCI-II model to rank the preference on the conflict management style adopted by the project representatives of the subcontractors in handling the site coordination problems and its impact to the time used to agree the solutions to the different types of site coordination problems with main contractor. The survey results show that most of the subcontractors' project representatives preferred to adopt the Compromising style to tackle the site coordination problems and the time used to agree the solutions with main contractor was influenced by the conflict management style adopted.

한.일 인터넷 정보유통을 위한 이용자 친화적 다국어 시소러스 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Modeling a User-Friendly Korean-Japanese Thesaurus for Internet Circumstances)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 이용자 친화적인 한 일 시소러스 구축을 위한 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행연구 분석과 한국과 일본의 시소러스 구축 경험자 인터뷰를 통해 기존의 다국어 시소러스 구축방법에서 제기될 수 있는 문제점을 분석하고 현재의 정보환경에서 언어적 혹은 문화적 차이에 따른 이용자들의 어휘사용의 차이를 확인하기 위해 한국과 일본의 이용자 태그를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인터넷 정보유통 환경에서 적합한 시소러스모형인 탐색 시소러스 모형을 확인하고, 이를 적용하여 이용자친화적인 형태의 한 일 시소러스 모형을 제안하였다.

  • With a focus on different aspects of PMIS in construction projects, various sets of critical success factors (CSFs) have been suggested in the literature such as IS Success Model by various researchers. It is crucial to explore the relative importance and groupings of these factors. This paper aims to identify CSFs associated with Project Management Information System (PMIS) in construction projects, and explore their ranking and underlying relationship. CSFs for PMIS identified through a literature review, and consolidated by interviews and pilot studies with professionals in construction industry. A questionnaire instrument was sent out to experienced users (Construction Manager and Constructor) in Korea, and 253 completed questionnaires were retrieved. To increase the generalizability of the results, the respondents were spread across construction site. Using factor analysis and considering the high importance of the factor, CSFs were grouped into three dimensions. All these three groupings and their relationship were included in a framework for successful PMIS in construction projects. These findings help to clarify what the high prioritized factors are, and could also be used as an assessment tool to evaluate the performance of PMIS and thus help to identify areas for improvement.

  • Recently, much attention has been increasingly paid to the efficiency of the delivery system in order to manage construction project in a smooth and effective way. The integrated plan in consideration of the life cycle of building is required for the effective and integrated management of information in a huge amount. To this end, collaboration between each field is indispensable from the beginning of project. But there is a limitation that the designer and the constructor sign the contract separately in the conventional delivery system. In the US, the recent trend is that the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) has been introduced to improve the effectiveness of project management in an increasing number of the cases where project is implemented by utilizing the IPD. In Korea, there is also an increasing need to introduce the IPD for the integrated project management. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the laws and the contracts that are applied to domestic cases of placing order and signing contract based on the concept and principle of the IPD before the actual introduction of the IPD. Based on such examination and analysis, this study intends to figure out the constraints to the introduction of the IPD. It is expected that the results of this study will be used as basic data for IPD-related study in the future.

완충재의 시공결함과 경량충격음 편차에 관한 사례 연구 (A Case Study of the Relationship between the Defects of resilient materials and the deviation of Light-weight Floor Impact Noise)

  • The floating floor is a structure which introduced to reduce the noise of apartment houses. This structure can decrease vibration energy through resilient materials. However, it is limited to completely construct resilient materials in South Korea due to floor heating structure and other reasons. And It is a controversial issue how well the resilient materials should be constructed to prevent floor impact noise. These resilient defect areas are typically found in wall corners, door sills, hot water dispenser in kitchen and areas where thermal insulation is attached. This study investigates the acoustical effect of the defect areas in two ways. First, it is analyzed by several assumption conditions and calculated how much deviation would occur. Then we researched the deviation of the 76 field test data about light-weight floor impact noise. This study could be useful for a constructor to determine how much should minimize resilient materials defect areas.
