BIM기반 고속도로 공사 물량산출 신뢰성 검토 및 활용 (Reliability Analysis and Utilization of BIM-based Highway Construction Output Volume)

  • In case of applying the BIM method in the civil engineering of irregularly shaped structure, BIM method began to be introduced in the current building engineering area compared with the expected effects of the relatively high construction productivity has been recognized. In this paper, I have developed quantity calculation algorithms applying it to earthwork and bridge construction, tunnel construction, retaining wall construction, culvert construction and implemented BIM based 3D-BIM Modeling quantity calculation. Structure work in which errors occurred in range between -6.28% ~ 5.17%. Especially, understanding of the problem and improvement of the existing 2D-CAD based of quantity calculation through rock type quantity calculation error in range of -14.36% ~ 13.07% of earthwork quantity calculation. It's benefit and applicability of BIM method in civil engineering. In addition, routine method for quantity of earthwork has the same error tolerance negligible for that of structure work. But, rock type's quantity calculated as the error appears significantly to the reliability of 2D-based volume calculation shows that the problem could be. Through the estimating quantity of earthwork based 3D-BIM, proposed method has better reliability than routine method. BIM, as well as the design, construction, maintenance levels of information when you consider the benefits of integration, the introduction of BIM design in civil engineering and the possibility of applying for the effectiveness was confirmed. In addition, as the beginning phase of information integration, quantity document automation program has been developed for activation of BIM. And automatically enter the program code number, linkage and manual volume calculation program, quantity document automation programs, such as the development is now underway, and step-by-step procedures and methods are presented.

단위작업 물량 달성율과 투입 노무량을 이용한 진도율 산정방법에 관한 연구 - 공동주택공사의 골조공사를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Progress Measurement Method using Percent Complete of Work and Labor Productivity - Focusing on Structural Works of Apartment Construction -)

  • 건설공사에서 공정관리는 중요하다. 특히 공동주택의 경우 입주일이라는 절대공기의 준수가 매우 중요하다. 이와 같은 공정관리를 위해 공동주택공사에서는 공종별 진도관리가 필요하며, 이는 진도율 산정을 통하여 일정계산 및 기성 산정의 척도로서 사용되고 있다. 현재 국내의 공동주택 건설현장에서 사용되고 있는 대부분의 진도율 산정방식은 경험과 개략적인 수치에 의한 판단에 의존하는 경우가 많아공정의 계획과 공정의 지연시 합리적 만회 대책의 수립이 어려움등 한계를 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 단위작업에서의 물량 달성율과 투입 노무량을 이용한 진도율 산정방식을 제시하고 있다. 즉, 단위작업 진도율은 단위작업에서 수집된 투입 노무량을 층단위의 전체 투입노무량 중의 가중치로 환산하고 이를 물량달성도($\%$)와 곱하여 산출된다. 같은 방법으로 본 연구에서 제시하고 있는 작업분류체계의 상위단계인 층 진도율, 동 진도율을 산출하게 된다 공동주택공사의 골조공사를 대상으로 단위작업, 층, 동 진도율 산정방법을 예시로서 제시하고 있다. 이와 같은 진도율은 향후 단위작업의 노무생산성과 달성물량에 대한 실적데이터의 축적이 이루어질 경우 보다 합리적이고 과학적인 공정관리의 근간이 될 것으로 기대된다.

불포화토의 삼축압축거동에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Triaxial Compressive Behaviour of Unsaturated Soil)

  • It has been recognized unsaturated soil behaviour playing an important role in geomechanics. Up to now, only a few experimental data are available for the technical difficulties related to both volume changes and suction measurements. In this study, the volume changes of unsaturated compacted silty soil were monitored with proximeter (i.e. non-contactable transducer) during various triaxial compression tests, which gave a realistic estimation in the volume changes of unsaturated soil sample. The measurement of volume changes were performed with 0.5% of the maximum error under the axial strain ratio of less than 10%. The experimental results have revealed that the mechanical behaviour of unsaturated soil can be significantly affected by the matric suction. During the shearing processes, the level of maximum deviator stress under the initial suction pressure of 50kPa was higher than that under the initial suction pressure of 10kPa. On the other hand, the volume changes became smaller under the increase in the initial suction pressure.

  • The fine blast furnace slag is widely used as the admixture as it helps to increase the fluidity, long term strength of the concrete but decrease the heat of hydration. In case of the fine blast furnace slag, if the fineness of the slag is enhanced with the addition of gypsum to the concrete for the supplement of low strength in early stage and the facilitation of the initial hydration, the quality of the concrete is expected to change depending on the volume of the gypsum volume fraction. But, up to now the study on the fine blast furnace slag has only focused on the effect of fineness, replacement and admixture and there have been almost no studies on the effect of the gypsum volume fraction. Accordingly, this study focuses on what effect the gypsum volume fraction would make on the fluidity characteristics of the ultrafine furnace slag cement paste by using the rheology properties.

경석고 및 황산나트륨을 함유한 하이볼륨 고로슬래그 시멘트의 수화특성 (Hydration of High-volume GGBFS Cement with Anhydrite and Sodium Sulfate)

  • 시멘트를 대체하여 고로슬래그 미분말을 건설재료로 대량으로 활용하기 위해서는 잠재수경성을 향상시켜 조기강도를 개선시킬 수 있는 적절한 활성화제가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 경석고와 황산나트륨을 이용하여 하이볼륨 고로슬래그 시멘트의 수화특성에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 수화특성을 평가하기 위해 고로슬래그 미분말을 전체 바인더의 80%로 고정하였으며, 나머지 20%를 시멘트와 활성화제로 구성하였다. 경석고와 황산나트륨의 치환율(1~7%)에 따른 응결, 압축강도, 미소수화열 및 미세구조 특성을 시멘트만을 사용한 경우와 비교하여 분석하였다. 이 연구에서는 경석고와 황산나트륨을 활성화제로 사용한 경우, 하이볼륨 고로슬래그 미분말의 조기 수화특성을 향상을 위해 필요한 $SO_3$ 함량을 전체 바인더 중량대비 약 3~5% 제안하였다.

  • This study presents a complete octree construction algorithm for 2D depth images obtained from orthogonal face views, which can represent 3D objects exactly. In constructing quadtree, optimal quadtree construction algorithm is applied to depth images for efficient use of memory and reduction of tree construction time. In addition, pseudo-octrees are constructed by using our proposed method, which construct pseudo-octrees according to the resolution value given in each node of constructed quadtree and mapping relation between quadrants and octants. Finally, a complete octree, which represents a 3D object, is constructed by volume intersection with each constructed pseudo-octree. The representation accuracy of a complete octree constructed by our algorithm is investigated by using a 3D display method and a volume ratio method for a complete octree.

  • In order to respond to environmental problems and to efficiently recycle resources, it is important to evaluate the amount of construction waste generated. In particular, the estimation of the amount of waste generated in the demolition work was performed based on the basic unit of waste generated per floor area. This study proposes a method using drones as a method for evaluating the amount of demolition waste in a wide area. In the simulated application, the field measurement results and the proposed method were compared, and the effectiveness of the building volume calculation using drones was confirmed. It was confirmed that the building volume can be calculated quickly in the additional pilot application.

  • 토공량 산출은 건설현장에서 최적 공사비 산정을 위한 데이터로 정확한 토공량은 토목 공사의 설계 단계에서 시공단계까지 고려되어야 하는 중요한 요소이다. 토공량 산출을 위해서는 정확한 지형 자료와 정밀한 토공 부피 계산이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 짧은 시간에 정확한 지형 파악이 가능하고, 경제성 측면에서도 장점을 갖는 드론 측량 기술을 이용하여 고정밀 토공량 산출 시스템을 도출하였다. 시스템의 정확도 검증을 위해 현장 검증시험을 수행하였으며, 드론을 이용한 토공량 산출 결과와 GPS 측량 장비를 이용한 토공량을 비교·분석하였다. 또한, 새롭게 개발한 토공량 부피 계산 알고리즘을 기존 항공사진측량 소프트웨어(Pix4D) 계산 방식과 비교하여 정확도를 검증하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 암성토의 토공량 설계에 대한 대책방안으로 현장밀도시험을 수행하였으며, 현장밀도시험결과 암성토부의 발파암 평균 체적환산계수는 1.001로서 풍화암의 체적환산계수 1.1보다 작은 값이 나타났다. 이와 같이 암성토의 경우 여러 가지 현상에 의해 토공량의 증감 원인을 제공하고 있으나, 이에 대한 조사 및 시험방법 등 구체적인 기술 등이 부족한 실정이므로 본 연구결과에서와 같이 체적환산계수를 검토하기 위한 조사방법으로 현장밀도시험방법이 매우 유용한 방법임을 확인하였다.

Attributes for Developing a Database for Construction Information Interface

  • Earthwork is an operation that provides space for structures, and it takes up a large portion of the construction costs in a construction project. In large-scale earthwork, numerous types of construction equipment are used in the operation. The types of equipment should be selected based on the field conditions and the construction methods. These construction vehicles are constantly changing positions during the earthwork operation. Therefore, the equipment operators require effective communication to ensure the efficiency of the earthwork operation. All equipment operators should exchange information with the other equipment operators. Information should be exchanged continuously to support decision making and increase productivity during the earthwork operation at the construction site. This paper investigates the attributes required for an information interface between construction vehicles during an earthwork operation. This paper 1) discusses the importance of an information interface for construction vehicles in order to increase productivity during an earthwork operation, 2) analyses the types of attributes that need to be communicated between construction vehicles, and 3) provides a database that has been built for attribute control. The database built for the information interface between construction vehicles will enhance communication between vehicle operators. Table I shows the typical attributes that should be shared between the excavator operator and the dump truck operator. This information needs to be shared among the operators, as it helps them to plan the earthwork operation in a more efficient manner. A database has been developed to store this information in an entity relation diagram. A user-interface display environment is also developed to provide this information to the operators in the construction vehicles. The proposed interface can help exchange information effectively and facilitate a common understanding during the earthwork operation. For example, the vehicle operators will be aware of the planned volume, excavated volume, transportation time, and transportation numbers. As a part of this study, mobile devices, such as mobile phones and google glasses, will be used as hands-on communication tools.
