U-플랜지 트러스 복합보를 사용한 근린생활시설의 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Neighborhood Facility using the U-flanged Truss Hybrid Beam)

  • In this study, In order to apply the U-flanged truss hybrid beam to the actual construction site, the structural design of the basic module of the middle and low-rise neighborhood living facilities was performed according to the Korea Design Standard, and the construction cost and construction period were compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. As a result of analyzing the construction cost for the basic module, if the U-flanged truss hybrid beam and D-Deck slab system are used, the construction cost can be reduced by 86% compared to the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. In addition, as a result of analyzing the construction period for a floor area of 1,000m2, using the U-flanged truss hybrid beam and D-Deck slab system can save 2.0days in construction period compared to the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. Therefore, the U-flange truss hybrid beam can secure sufficient economic feasibility compared to the existing reinforced concrete method in terms of cost reduction and shortening of construction period.

  • The performance of the construction project is to be evaluated within 60 days of completion, according to relevant laws. It evaluates cost, construction period, design change, re-construction, safety, etc. for each project stage. And the project owners are inputting the evaluation results of the construction work into the construction project information system(CALS). The post-evaluation result information entered in this way can be referred to in the basic design of the construction project by referring to the related contents if there is a similar construction in the future. And It can also be used to predict and respond to the required period and cost by analyzing the accumulated data. In this study, in order to provide reference data that can be used in similar projects in the future, the latest analysis methods are reviewed and the possibility of future application is considered. Accordingly, this study intends to focus on the construction cost part among the indicators such as construction cost, construction period, design change, and re-construction that are currently being dealt with in post evaluation.

조선후기 궁중 연희무대 건축 장인(建築匠人)의 활동과 주요 목수(木手) 연구 (A Study on Activities of Architecture Craftsmen and Major Carpenters of Court Palace Performance Stages in the Late Joseon Dynasty)

  • A major performance stage carpenter, Jang Insang led performance stages from the 1719 Sukjong Royal Banquet and was confirmed by historical records to be the first craftsman. Lee Wandeuk led the Hwaseong Fortress performance stages of the Jeongjo period and Gichuk Jinchan performance stages of the Sunjo period. The carpenter techniques he used during the Jeongjo period were succeeded to the Sunjo period. Ahn Sungil was the head craftsman who led the performance stages of Jagyeongjeon Jinjak, Muja Jinjak, and Gichuk Jinchan of the Sujo period, under which the foundation for court palace performances was laid. The progression of major carpenters includes Jang Insang of the Sukjong period, Jeon Yoochu of the Yeongjo period, Ahn Sugil of the Sunjo period, Yoon Seoksin of the Heonjong period, Kim Yoonsik of the Gojong period, Lee Jongyoon, Kim Soongil, Seo Sangmook, and Han Sujoon. In addition, the Major Repair of Injeongjeon Hall (1857) of the Cheoljong period was the most important palace construction project for transferring the carpenters' skills. Through this project, Ahn Sungil of the Sunjo period, Kim Myeonggap, Yoon Seoksin of the Heonjong period, Kwon Deuknyang, and Kim Sungil of the Gojong period were able to interact with each other. That is, this major repair project of Injeongjeon Hall reflected the major carpenters' best techniques through performance stage construction, showing the progression of Ahn Sungil, Yoon Seokshin, and Kim Sungil, who led the constructions of Gichuk Jinchan of the Sunjo period (1829), Mushin Jinchan of the Heonjong period (1848), and Jeonghae Jinchan of the Gojong period (1887), the most impressive performance stages of the late Joseon period. The carpenters of the court performance stages participated in important construction projects of the royal palace, reflecting the superior technical skills of the carpenters in the construction of court palace performance stages. The carpenters who played a leading role in the construction of performance stages were able to interact with one another and transfer their excellent technical skills, providing the driving force that allowed court performance stages to blossom into splendid and high-quality court stages in the late Joseon Dynasty.

역타공법 중심의 골조 공기단축을 위한 시공시퀀스 변경에 따른 구조해석 및 요소기술 분석 (Structure and Construction Technology Analysis about Construction Sequence Change for Superstructure Construction Period Reduction in Top-down Method)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve a general Top-Down construction process for superstructure construction period reduction. In a general Top-Down construction sequence, the ground floor slab is set up first. Subsequently, 1st basement level construction including core walls is constructed. Initiation of the ground level superstructure gets waited until then. In this study, removable deck plate installation on the bottom of the core walls of ground level is preceding the concrete casting, therefore, ground level superstructure construction is able to get started earlier. Up to first typical floor concrete casting, total of seventy-two working(calendar) days will be resulted in a reduction from the total construction periods.

  • In accordance with recent changes in construction trends, interest in introducing the OSC, such as the Precast Concrete, is increasing in apartment buildings. In domestic studies, studies on the prediction of the construction period of PC apartment buildings through simulation have been conducted, but there is no study on the comparison of the construction period according to the actual construction of Precast Concrete(PC) and Reinforced Concrete(RC). Therefore, this study seeks to grasp the technology of the current PC construction method and to secure the original technology of project management through comparison of the absolute time of frame construction for PC and RC buildings composed of the same plane.

  • In accordance with changes in the domestic construction environment, interest in off-site construction methods (factory-manufactured construction methods) including modular construction methods is rapidly increasing. Among various off-site (OSC) construction methods, the front runner is the steel-based box-type modular construction method. Compared to the existing wet construction method, the steel modular construction method is increasing in terms of securing economic feasibility by shortening the construction period and increasing the prefabrication rate. However, due to the recent rise in raw materials and a sharp rise in the exchange rate, the economic feasibility of the wet method is deteriorating compared to the wet method. Therefore, a hybrid between 9-Matrix-based OSC construction methods is considered as a solution, away from the steel-box type combination, and a comparative study of the construction process between each construction method is being conducted. It was analyzed that the PC modular construction method shortened the construction period by 9% compared to the existing steel modular construction method. On the other hand, when comparing the construction period of the Gayang-dong demonstration complex calculated assuming that all modules are applied, it is estimated that there will be a 12% reduction in construction period compared to the steel modular method and a whopping 43% compared to the RC method.

  • Tilt-up construction is the method that the wall structures are fabricated horizontally on site and placed at specified location using heavy lifting equipment. Tilt-up method generally has several advantages, such as of productivity improvement, labor savings, shortened the construction period the and cost savings. In this study, Tilt-up method is used for wall construction of detached house. Result shores the substantial improvement on construction period. The use of Tilt-up method led construction period reduction of 20%.

통계적 분석기법을 통한 함정 건조기간 예측모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Prediction Model of the Warship Construction Period through Statistical Analysis)

  • 소요군에서 원하는 성능의 함정을 적기에 획득하기 위해서는 정확하게 일정을 예측하고 계획하여 함정을 건조해야 한다. 하지만 지금까지 함정의 건조기간을 산정한 연구를 살펴보면, 전문가 집단의 설문을 통한 주관적인 연구방법으로 수행되어 건조기간 산출의 정확성과 일관성이 부족하고, 실 데이터를 바탕으로 이루어진 학술적 연구는 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 함정 건조기간 산출의 정확성을 높이고 일관성을 유지하기 위해 실 데이터를 바탕으로 선형회귀분석을 통해 예측 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 함정사업의 절차 및 특성을 이해하고 함정사업 유경험자를 대상으로 함정 건조기간에 영향을 미칠 것으로 추측되는 요인을 찾아보았다. 그 다음 과거 연구개발된 함정들의 실적을 바탕으로 함정 건조기간에 영향을 미칠 것으로 추측되는 요인들의 실 데이터를 최대치로 수집하고 단계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 함정 건조기간에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 소요군 주관 시험평가 항목수, 장비수, 연구개발 장비수가 선정되었다. 수집한 데이터를 회귀방정식에 대입하여 내적 타당성을 확인해본 결과 평균 96.5%의 정확도를 보였다.

재시공발생에 따른 적정계약공기 및 적정출력인원 추정에 관한 사례조사 및 분석 (A Case Study and Analysis on Reasonable Construction Period and Appropriate Number of Persons for Works According to Reconstruction)

  • 재시공 발생에 따른 계약단계에서의 적정계약공기와 적정투입인원을 추정하고자 한 본 연구는 아파트 RC공사 현장사례를 대상으로 계약금액, 계약기간, 재시공발생현황을 조사하였으며, 이를 토대로 재시공발생에 따른 적정계약공기 및 적정출력인원을 추정하였다. 이와 같은 절차 및 방법에 따라 수행된 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 각 사례규모별 적정계약공기 및 적정출력인원 첫째, 아파트 4동 규모(계약금액 40억$\pm5\%$)인 경우에서의 적정계약공기는 750일 이상 $\~$800일 미만으로 조사되었으며, 적정계약공기를 기준으로 한 1일 적정 출력인원은 63.5명으로 나타났다. 둘째, 아파트 8동 규모(계약금액 78억$\pm5\%$)인 경우에서의 적정계약공기는 850일 이상 $\~$900일 미만으로 조사되었으며, 적정계약공기를 기준으로 한 1일 적정 출력인원은 100.6명으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아파트 12동 규모(계약금액 115억$\pm5\%$)인 경우에서의 적정계약공기는 1000일 이상 $\~$1050일 미만으로 조사되었으며, 적정계약공기를 기준으로 한 1일 적정 출력인원은 145.0명으로 나타났다.

건물 규모 및 재현주기 변화에 따른 주거용 RC건물에 대한 시공 중 지진하중의 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Effect of Seismic Loads on Residential RC Buildings using the Change in Building Size and Return Period)

  • 완공된 건물과 달리 시공 중인 건물은 설계단계와 다른 하중 작용 및 콘크리트 강도 미발현 등 다양한 요인에 의해 설계단계에서 검토한 하중을 초과하는 하중이 작용하여 건물의 안전성에 문제가 생길 위험이 있다. 또한 시공 중인 건물에 지진이 발생할 경우 더 큰 피해가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 전형적인 다양한 규모의 5층, 15층, 25층, 60층 예제모델을 작성하고 골조완성도에 따른 시공단계 모델을 통해 시공 중인 건물의 지진하중의 영향을 분석하였다. 시공 중인 건물의 시공기간은 완공단계 이후의 사용기간에 비해 매우 짧으므로 설계단계와 동등한 수준의 지진을 적용하는 것은 과도한 하중이 적용될 수 있으므로 시공단계 모델에 재현주기 50~2,400년의 지진을 적용하여 지진하중을 검토하고 부재단면성능을 분석하였다. 그 결과 설계단계를 초과하는 하중의 여부 및 구조적 안전성 확보가 가능한 수준의 지진재현주기를 검토할 수 있었다. 또한 각 예제모델의 시공기간을 가정하여 시공기간에 따른 지진재현주기를 선정하고 선정한 재현주기의 설계 적절성을 확인하였다.
