Among the Barrier Free (BF) certification evaluation items for public facilities, at which position the standard for the effective height of the stair railing handle should be calculated is not clearly determined. Because of this, not only the evaluation standards of the certification authority and the evaluation committee are different, but disputes are occurring between the ordering organization, the design company, and the construction company. Therefore, the stair railing installation standard laws for public facilities were analyzed and through a case study of institutions that obtained the BF certification, problems were analyzed. The results of problem analysis reveal the following. 1) The standards of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport were different. 2) The effective height calculation standard was ambiguous, and disputes occurred frequently. To solve this problem, we proposed improvement plans for calculating the height of the stair railing that can comply with laws while ensuring safety.

본 연구는 과거 전통조경공간의 설계 및 시공과 오늘날 이를 유지 계승하기 위한 문화재수리 및 정비 등의 시공방법을 임원경제지 섬용지와 문화재수리 표준시방서를 토대로 서술방식, 전통조경 분야 관련 공정 추출, 시공방법을 상호 비교하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임원경제지 섬용지와 문화재수리 표준시방서의 서술방식 및 전통조경 분야 관련 공정을 살펴본 결과 임원경제지 섬용지는 생활공간 전반의 시공방법을 집대성한 백과사전서로 구성요소별 시공방법의 사용처, 효과, 장·단점을 서술하고 구체적인 수치를 제시하여 전통조경공간 시공의 제도의 보급을 목적으로 삼았다. 문화재수리 표준시방서는 문화재 수리의 공정 전반을 제시하였으며, 문화재 수리 현장에서 참고할 수 있는 일종의 지침서 역할을 하고 있다. 이중 기초공사, 지붕공사, 조경공사, 담장공사 등이 전통조경분야에 적용될 수 있는 주요 항목으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 전통조경공간 시공방법을 기초공사와 지붕공사, 조경공사, 담장공사 등의 공정으로 구분하여 분석해보면, 기초공사는 지반을 다지는 과정을 반복하는 방식이다. 지붕공사 중 기와지붕 조성은 서까래 위에 산자를 설치하고 기와를 쌓았으며, 초가지붕은 볏짚을 여러 다발로 묶어 차례로 지붕을 덮었다. 석판지붕은 기와 대신 얇고 넓은 돌을 사용하였으며, 너와지붕은 나무판자를, 굴피지붕은 건조시킨 굴피를 여러 겹으로 깔아 조성하였다. 조경공사는 주로 잡석다짐을 통한 포장기법과 여러 단을 조성하고 상부에 석물이나 화초나 관목 등을 식재하는 화계 시공이 주를 이루고 있고 담장공사는 쌓는 재료에 따라 흙을 다져 쌓은 토담, 돌과 진흙을 사용한 돌담, 기와로 무늬를 만든 영롱담, 널판을 벽면으로 사용하는 판장 시공 등이 도출되었다. 셋째, 임원경제지 섬용지와 문화재수리 표준시방서의 시공방법을 비교해보면, 임원경제지 섬용지는 전통공간의 신규 조성을 위한 시공방법의 표준화에 중점을 두고, 문화재수리 표준시방서는 문화재 수리 현장의 다양성을 고려한 전반적인 시공 절차를 제공하여 시공의 범위 설정에 차이가 있다. 또한 과거 전통조경공간은 일상거주공간이었으나 오늘날에는 문화재로 지정된 곳으로서 기 구축된 시설의 유지관리 공정이 이루어지며, 관람환경 조성을 위한 시공방법이 추가되었다. 전통지식의 계승 차원에서 과거의 시공방식은 오늘날 문화재 수리에도 일정 부분 유사한 방법들이 확인되며, 일부 소재나 배합방식, 후대 추가된 시설의 구분, 효율적인 시공방식의 도입 등 전통기술을 재구성한 사례도 확인되었다.

With the tunnel to case of the construction slope it executes the periodic maintenance due to an objectivity standard. But, the standard connected with construction slope is not integrated with the important public paper organic enemy and it is duplicated and the standards which conflict are being scattered. Also, it is referred to some specifications simply and the feature which is diffuse appears. Therefore, there is a necessity which it investigates the problem point of the maintenance civil official and it improves rationally and it takes a triangular position a confusedly be standard system. In this research which it sees accomplished the fundamental research against the inspection item classified by reinforcement method for the construction slope maintenance.

This study is under doing to suggest application manual using assembling reference plane design & standard finish material basis upon material classification code as a tool of a linkage between building design and construction standarization in order to enlarge the applicability of house building material that is produced by the module plant. We can say the goal of building standardization intend not only the improvement of construction productibility but also guarantee of subsequent performance through automatization basis upon informationalization of building design. For a etabilishing of this condition, it is neccessary to link the standardization's result of material--design--construction field. According to this neccessity, we are going to suggest information factor that can make relative business manager easily approach to the standardization practical task.

플랜트 산업은 2004년도 기준 해외 건설 수주액의 70%를 차지하는 매우 중요한 산업이다. 플랜트 산업의 기술력은 일부 시설관련 상세설계와 시공부문의 경쟁력을 확보한 상태이다. 그러나 플랜트 산업 가운데 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 기획, 기본설계 기술이 미흡하여 기술력 향상이 필요하다. 따라서 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 기획, 기본설계 기술 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여 플랜트 설계를 위한 표준코드의 문제점 및 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

The law(construction standard specification, construction, standard-work regulation, Industry safety standard related regulation) related to the installation of scaffolding being used commonly on the construction site is regulated that the gap of ledger is within 1.5m and first ledger is within 2m. The gap of ledger here is essential for the stability of scaffolding structure. But it is determined that it is possible for the gap of ledger is applied by explaining safety handrail as ledger, because of the fact that in current, on the construction site, safety handrail is installed with the material of scaffolding ledger as a steel tube pipe. On this study, it is aimed to guarantee the safety by analyzing the ledger of scaffolding practically and prevent the accident of manager and laborer through the actualization.

Construction Standard Specifications, part of contract documents, has been improved through various amendments since their first enactment in 1967 up to the latest 2013 version. However, complaints about inconvenience and low availability have been continuously made in their structure and contents. Therefore, an improvement is needed based on the experts' opinions both from industrial and academic fields. This basic study is to compare the Korean specifications to those from the developed countries and derive the suggestions on their improvement. Furthermore, it aims to delve into the experts' opinion on the subject and identify the direction and priority for the improvement of the specifications. Through this study, user friendliness and efficiency are expected to be obtained in using the specifications.

시소러스 작성에 있어서 가장 현실적인 어려움은 용어의 수집에 있다. 용어사전 뿐만 아니라 어휘사전도 시소러스의 중요한 용어 수집원으로 사용될 수 있다. "표준국어대사전"은 어문 규정을 충실히 반영한 우리나라의 대표사전이다. 또한 "표준국어대사전"은 단순히 표제어에 대한 용어 정의뿐만 아니라 해당 용어에 대한 다양한 정보를 체계적으로 담고 있기 때문에, 이를 시소러스 사전 구축에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 "표준국어대사전"이 갖고 있는 다양한 용어관계 정보를 시소러스 용어관계로 정의하는 방안을 모색하였다. 또한 용어의 분리, 동등관계와 계층관계의 설정, 한정어의 사용, 북한어 관계 등 시소러스 구축에서의 문제점과 해결 방안을 제시한다.

In this paper, we give a proof of the Robinson-Schensted-Knuth correspondence by using the geometric. construction. We represent a generalized permutation in the first quadrant of the Cartesian plane and find a corresponding pair of semi-standard tableaux of same shape. This work extends the classical geometric construction of Viennot [10] for Robinson-Schensted correspondence.

국내의 경우 일반적인 2차로 도로터널은 시공경험 및 축적된 제반자료가 풍부하여 표준적인 지보패턴이 제시되고 있으나, 2-Arch 도로터널의 경우 아직 시공경험 및 계측자료가 부족하여 특정지형 및 암질에 대해 별도의 발파설계와 해석을 통해 선정한 지보패턴을 표준적으로 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2-Arch 도로터널의 설계 및 시공시 적용되고 있는 표준지보패턴에 대하여 하중분담률 및 편토압에 따른 거동을 분석하고 발파진동이 중앙벽체에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 적용된 지보재의 적정성 여부를 검토하였다. 그 결과 표준지보패턴에 적용되는 지보량은 적정한 것으로 나타났으나, 이는 특정지형 및 암질 조건을 고려하여 해석 후 선정된 것으로, 향후 2-Arch 도로터널의 설계 및 시공시 최종적인 표준지보패턴 선정은 대상 터널의 지형조건, 토질조건, 시공조건 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 결정되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.
