Analysis The Intensity of Weathering of The Rock Surface Using 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanner and Thermal Infrared Instrument (열적외선 기기와 3차원 레이저 스캐너를 이용한 암석 표면의 풍화강도 분석)

  • This paper is used in a recent civil engineering field in three-dimensional laser-meter tiles using thermal imaging cameras for the weathered rock slopes precisely measured indirectly, to the degree that began in the will. In the field is difficult to access the degree of weathering of the rock slope to the existing direct way to compensate for the shortcomings of 3D Terrestrial Laser Scanner and weathering characteristics of rocks using thermal imaging cameras to get the information to analyze the degree of rock weathering is. Intensity of 3D TLS and the thermal camera with image analysis to analyze the degree of weathering of bedrock in the field of core drilling targeting indoor laboratory tests were analyzed through the study. Granite, gneiss, sandstone, much of the cancerous samples, each experiment has a 40 per category, each of which 30 were used to analyze the data collected. That degree of rock weathering, the rock, depending on the strength of the Intensity values can change, depending on the level of thermal imaging camera, also weathered the changes in temperature could see.   • This study is to explore the contents and interaction of residents voluntary network and propose the strategies to promote residents voluntary network. The grounded theory was utilized to attain our object. Total of seven social worker and 17 residents participated in the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documents. The data were analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin's method. Results are the followings. In open coding 13 categories, 32 subcategories and 133 concepts were constructed. In axial coding causal conditions were qualitative ascent of needs, emergence of the right welfare consumer. Phenomenon was agitation of praxis ground and grope of exist. Contextual conditions were crisis resources, skepticism of welfare. Intervention conditions were maturation of welfare cognition and proliferation of the sense of community responsibility. Strategy were resocialization of voluntary organization and construction of field related service delivery system. Consequence were grass routing welfare strategic fitting service system. In selective coding we constructed the core category: The praxis revolution from bottom for break social welfare environment.

  • IMO is treating various and numerous agenda with time, and the contents of agenda have been tending to achieve international standardization for details of technology, for example GBS(Goal based new ship construction standards), PSPC(Performance Standards of Protective Coating), LRIT(Long-Range Identification and Tracking of Ships), etc. This paper presents the latest agenda trend of IMO committees and analyzes the ROK's activities in response to IMO committees. In the result of analysis, ROK lacks in performance ability as a A-category council member as well as infrastructure to support the government activities in IMO continuously. Therefore, ROK should be conscious of policy approaches to international maritime tendency and needs to complete the internal/external infrastructure which leads the international maritime policy.

A Study on Characteristics of On-Street Parking on Local Streets (국지도로의 노상주차 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to provide guidelines for the selection of on-street parking spot on local streets considering conditions of surrounding area and characteristics of traffic generation. This guideline provides the method which determine required roadway width for planning and design of local streets. It is necessary to identify factors for the location selection analysis. This research team selects 12 case study areas to investigate traffic environment on the sites for this analysis. Most of factors which influence on-street parking are found to have a qualitative data format except traffic volume and pedestrian movement data. Quantification theory II which is known to be suitable for qualitative analysis has been applied to identify the meaningful variables for dependent variable. In addition, discriminant analysis has performed to verify the correlation for each variable with hit ratio. Road width, traffic volume, street traders and their heavy packages, and illegally parked vehicle are found to be most significant factors for selection of on-street parking location. Therefore, it is necessary to consider traffic volume generated from massive residential complex and traffic volume for outside and above-mentioned factors for installation of on-street parking facility in the case of new road construction or road width widen.

  • This study aims to identify spatio-temporal land price change pattern in Gongju city including the area incorporated and surrounding area depending on the Multifunctional Administrative City Construction. For this, GIS data was built by calculating the average land price each 209 Dong and Ri by the time of the year 2000, 2005 and 2010 based on. The first, the change in the land price was to identify in the 5-year intervals through a kriging interpolation as a kind of geostatistical techniques. The second, a trend analysis was conducted to know directional change pattern of the east-west axis and the north-south axis. Finally, the weighted mean center was calculated by the land price at a weight to examine moving direction on the center point of land price, point of view. The result is that the land price change pattern appeared visible higher growth on the eastern built in the Multifunctional Administrative City, moving direction on the center point of the land price appeared that the phenomenon was concentrated in the northeastern area.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel fingerprint classification method to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the fingerprint identification system, one of biometrics systems. According to the previous researches, fingerprints can be categorized into the several patterns based on their pattern of ridges and valleys. After construction of fingerprint database based on their patters, fingerprint classification approach can help to accelerate the fingerprint recognition. The reason is that classification methods reduce the size of the search space to the fingerprints of the same category before matching. First, we suggest a method to extract region of interest (ROI) which have real information about fingerprint from the image. And then we propose a feature extraction method which combines gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) and wavelet features. Finally, we compare the performance of our proposed method with the existing method which use only GLCM as the feature of fingerprint by using the multi-layer perceptron and support vector machine.

  • On July 2004, the brand new CASBEE for construction (Brief version) has completed while trying to highlight and improve major items adequate for each region's characteristics in Japan; at the same time, from the start of NAGOYA CITY (operated since April 2004) to the point of May 2011, it has been mandatory for specified size buildings in 23 regions by law. Evaluation sheet of CASBEE is published on each region's home page and various genre of information on building evaluation which is scheduled to be completed by 2016 and is for 5-6 years of quantity is accumulated until October 2012. It is good study resource to verify how new buildings being evaluated are closely match with CASBEE's original purport (eco-friendly, energy efficiency, publicity etc). Particularly, for Japan's multi-family housing where small sized mid to high level single housing type is majority in city, it is an important point that improved performance on eco-friendly buildings have more value in city rather than suburb. Categorized score through evaluation is a resource to confirm the latest trend of multi-family housing built in congested city; on the other hand, demand of the time can be recognized by the score focused on category. It is meaningful resource to determine the adequacy of evaluated items and the degree of reality.

  • Recently, various development projects have occurred due to rapid industrialization and urbanization. Both industry and population grew rapidly which causes a corresponding rise in pollution. The accumulated pollutants are washed-off during rainy days, highly degrading the water quality of the receiving water body. This is because a lot of non point source (NPS) pollutants were accumulated on the surface during dry periods. This research focuses on the development of Eco-Bio Filter (EBF) system that treats NPS pollutants. It is constructed at Kongju National University campus. The EBF is a type of a structured infiltration system that falls under the category of Low Impact Development (LID) hydrologic design practices. The monitoring of rain events was performed. It includes the development of design, the lessons learned from the post-construction testing and the improvements in the renovation made. After a series of monitoring, the MOE will use the results to apply the design to other areas in the country.

  • In any production and construction of geospatial information covering surveying, survey control point is a vital geospatial information. Survey control points in South Korea are currently classified as following: national control points, public control points, and cadastral control points. Each of these different categories of survey control points act as a basis and sets perimeters for the production, management and operation of subjects within the category. Universal standard, the unified format between different survey control points, also, are not yet defined, causing difference in basic information provided by altering categories and disturbance in connecting, managing, utilizing and operating survey control points. Establishment of a standard regarding survey control points, is therefore required for the efficacy of their utilization. This study, to solve such inadequacies, selects management items for creation of standardized survey control point, by investigating domestically and internationally the status of operating survey control points, determining data model for management, establishing TTA and agency standards, and establishing of activation methodology for survey control point standards.

  • As Internet and network technologies have been developed, e-commerces are getting more complex and more various. This paper, for meta-data and data exchange between heterogeneous database systems, uses XML schema proposed in W3C, and XML schema can present meta-data and data of relational database system as XML document format which is structural. It supports various primitive data formats, so that it uses the structure which reflects adequately data formats which relational database system offered. However, current e-commerces use heterogeneous platforms, so difficulties that is mutual interchange and management exist. For the solution for these problems, a standard ontology which defines relations of product classifications and the standard of property expression and the location ontology which offers e-commerce's information about products are constructed. Applying these ontology information to search system, by offering information which customers need efficient search is performed. Combining these ontologies and product classification category information, called XMDR, this XMDR is introduced into product search system, so this paper proposes to construct ontology server method for efficient search.
