보호지역 관리정책 수립을 위한 국민 환경의식 및 실천 행동수준 분석 - 허베이 스피리트호 유류유출사고를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Environmental Consciousness and Protection Behavior to Establish Protected Area Management - Focused on Hebei Spirit Oil Spill -)

  • 본 연구는 허베이 스피리트호 유류유출사고 이후 일반 국민의 환경의식과 환경보호를 위한 실천행동수준 분석을 통해 보호지역 관리정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 도출하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2011년 5월부터 6월까지 5대 광역시(서울, 부산, 대구, 대전, 광주)에서 일반 국민 987명을 대상으로 현지조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 태안해안국립공원을 유류유출사고로 인한 피해복구지역으로 인지하거나, 자원봉사활동, 환경보호 및 보존 단체 및 교육프로그램에 참여한 경험 등과 같은 환경적 관심이 있을수록 환경에 대한 긍정적이고 적극적인 태도를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 생물학적 보전과 이용의 균형을 고려한 보호지역 관리에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

우리나라의 습지보전에 관한 국민인식도 분석 (Study on the Consciousness of the General Public toward Wetland Conservation Issues)

  • 우리나라의 습지보전에 관한 국민인식도 분석을 위해 2007년 9월 5일부터 약 1개월간 일반대중 및 습지 이해당사자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 우리나라의 현재 습지보전 수준과 관련하여, 전체 응답자 300명 중 9.7%만이 '우리나라의 습지보전이 잘되고 있다'고 응답하여, 현행 습지보전과 관련된 정책 및 제도의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 습지 이해당사자의 경우 습지의 공익적 가치에 대해 비교적 잘 인식하고 있으나, 일반대중들의 경우에는 습지의 공익적 가치를 잘 모르는 응답이 58.8%에 달하여, 보다 체계적인 일반대중 대상 습지교육 및 홍보가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 습지보전의 정도가 개인과 가정에 미치는 영향과 관련한 설문에서, 전체 응답자 중 습지의 보전이 '중요하다'는 응답은 63.5%이었고 15%만이 '중요하지 않다'고 응답하였다. 한편 습지보전의 정도가 국가의 자연환경과 발전에 미치는 영향과 관련하여, 전체 응답자 중 '중요하다'라는 응답은 83.2%, '중요하지 않다'라는 응답은 3%에 그쳤다. 이는 습지의 보전이 개인과 가정 그리고 국가에 미치는 영향이 있고, 특히 국가에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 것으로 인식하는 것을 나타낸다. 또한 습지가 인간에게 직접적인 경제적 이익을 주지 않더라도 마땅히 보호되어야 한다는 응답이 전체 85.1%를 차지하여, 직접적인 경제적 이익이 없더라도 습지가 보호되어야 한다는 인식을 보였다. 본조사의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때에 우리나라 국민은 습지는 공공의 자산으로 후대에도 물려주어야 할 중요한 자연자산으로 인식하고 있으며, 습지의 가치를 고려하지 않은 무분별한 개발은 바람직하지 않은 것으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다.

주민 및 이용자의 의식에 기초한 안면도의 현황 및 발전방향에 대한 기초연구 (The Foundation Research Development of Anmyundo Based on a Consciousness of Resident and Visitor)

  • For the purpose of building up the future direction for the development and usage of Anmyundo, this paper is intended to collect the basic sources of Anmyundo and to analyze the consciousness of its development direction, which was surveyed on local residents and visitors. The result shows that local residents are not fully satisfied with its environment(59.6 point), but natural environment(74.2 point) turns out the most influential factor of satisfaction and living environment(66.0 point), social economic environment(48.1 point) follow the next. Satisfied with its natural environment which includes good scenery and a lot of environment resources, residents and visitors are discontented with living environment and social economic environment. In terms of "development" and "conservation", the responses of residents are clearly divided into both sides in the same level by each 27.7%. On the other hand, visitors support "conservation"(36.8%) rather than "development"(22.8%) and prefer to keep its present natural environment as a environment study place and rest area.

한국인의 에너지 절약의식이 에너지 절약행동에 미치는 영향 분석 - 에너지관련 방송의 유형별 매개효과 - (An Analysis on the Effects of Energy Conservation Consciousness on Korean Energy Saving Behavior - Through Mediating by Energy-Relating Broadcasting Type -)

  • 본 논문은 한국인의 에너지 절약의식이 TV 등 에너지관련 방송매체의 매개효과를 통해 에너지 절약행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 각 변수에 대한 구조화된 설문조사를 기반으로 Hayes(2013)의 PROCESS Macro를 이용한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과 에너지 절약의식이 높은 사람일수록 에너지 절약행동을 많이 하고 있으며, 특히 에너지관련 방송미디어에 노출될수록 에너지 절약행동을 활발하게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 방송매체별 효과를 분석한 결과 에너지 공익광고 및 캠페인을 통한 효과가 15.3%로 가장 컸으며, 다음으로 에너지 뉴스를 통한 효과가 12.1%로 분석되었다. 이에 비해 에너지 다큐멘터리는 에너지 절약행동에 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 에너지 절약행동을 활성화하기 위해서는 에너지관련 방송의 빈도를 높이면서, 에너지 절약행동을 유도할 수 있는 에너지 다큐멘터리를 강화하는 방송정책의 수립이 필요하다. 또한 향후 에너지 절약행동에 의한 실제 절약정도를 나타내는 전력사용 영수증이나 유류비 사용액 등 실증자료를 통해 분석의 신뢰도를 높이는 노력이 필요하다.

The Occurrences of Allergic Diseases and Accidents within Housing and Residents' Consciousness

  • Allergic diseases as the major symptoms of Sick Building Syndrome have significantly increased because of the indoor pollutants resulted from the enhanced energy conservation performances of residential buildings. Following traffic accidents, domestic accidents are known as the second most frequent accident type. This study analyzes the occurrences of allergic diseases and home accidents caused by housing conditions, together with the residents' consciousness of the diseases and accidents. The findings of this study are expected to help develop the design guidelines and new housing types conducive to the healthy housing environment. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted in two rounds which include face-to-face questionnaire survey and online survey, collecting 200 responses and 1000 responses respectively. The data based on the valid 1011 responses were analyzed by Frequency Analysis and T-test.

공정무역커피 소비자의 가치, 태도 및 행동의도의 인과관계 - 윤리적 소비의식의 조절효과 - (Effect of Values on Attitudes and Behavioral Intentions of Consumers towards Fair Trade Coffee - Moderating Effect of Ethical Consumption Consciousness -)

  • This study investigated the effects of values towards Korea fair trade coffee consumers upon attitudes and behavioral intentions and verified the moderating effects of ethical consumption consciousness between relationships among values, attitudes and behavioral intentions. A total of 283 data were analyzed for consumers of fair trade coffee residing in Seoul. Structural equation models were used to identify the relationship between the variables. As a result of the analysis, Schwartz (1994)'s 30 value items were factored into four areas: openness to change, self-enhancement, conservation, and self-transcendence. The value of 'self-transcendence' showed a significant positive impact on attitudes toward fair trade coffee, whereas 'openness to change' had a significant negative impact. Positive attitude toward fair trade coffee showed a significant impact on intentions to buy fair trade coffee. In addition, a moderating effect of ethical consumption consciousness between attitude and behavioral intention was found. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

도시경관에 대한 주민의식 변화 연구 - 전라남도 영암군을 대상으로 - (A Study on Changes in Residents' Consciousness on Urban Landscape - Focused on Yeongam-gun in Jeollanam-do -)

  • In this study, we investigated and analyzed changes about the landscape consciousness of Yeongam-gun residents, in chronological order. As a result, the landscape consciousness of 10 years ago and the present has not changed significantly. Also, the residents' consciousness of the Yeongam-gun landscape image has not changed from 10 years ago, and we recognize that it is necessary to preserve and form the natural landscape. As for the problem of urban landscape, the needs of residents for the development of urban infrastructure facilities and the development of tourist spots are higher than 10 years ago, and the problem of each landscape element is found as the formation and management of a road environment. It was found that the degree of satisfaction with the Yeongam landscape is generally below average, compared to 10 years ago. Residents' willingness to participate in landscape projects has changed as the number of respondents who do not want to participate has increased compared to 10 years ago, and the project method must be promoted by residents / administration / experts as one. The awareness is judged as administrative agencies need to change from the role of regulation-oriented in the past to the role of resident support and cooperation.

중고패션제품의 구매경험에 따른 소비자 특성 (The Comparison of Consumer Characteristics according to Purchasing Experience of Secondhand Fashion Goods)

  • This study explored the differences in consumer characteristics-consumer self-confidence, attitude toward, trust and purchase intention for secondhand fashion goods, self-confidence in fashion coordination, price sensitivity for fashion product, and environment conservation consciousness-according to purchasing experience of secondhand fashion goods. A set of questionnaire was administered to 400 university students in Daegu from 18 to 28 April 2011. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, frequency, t-tests. Secondhand fashion goods shoppers were 135(37%) and non-shoppers were 230(63%). The difference analysis results between the two groups were as follows. First, in consumer self-confidence, shoppers showed higher than non-shoppers except persuasion knowledge, and there was no difference in marketplace interfaces between the two groups. Second, there were significant differences in attitude toward secondhand fashion goods, trust and purchase intention for secondhand fashion goods between the two groups. Third, shoppers had higher self-confidence in fashion coordination than non-shoppers, but there was no difference in environment conservation consciousness and price sensitivity for fashion product between the two groups. For future study, it is suggested to find out more general characteristics of secondhand fashion goods shoppers covering other age brackets.

지구환경보전과 가정에서의 생태적인 생활양식 (A Study on the Ecological Life Style in the Home and Preservation of the Earth Environment)

  • Since the Rio Convention of 1992, the international community has displayed a heightened consciousness concerning the Earth environment and domestic attention on the said subject has also rapidly increased. An Ecological life style signifies the conscious efforts to preserve the environment interpreted into quotidien action. For the realization of conservation in action, an understanding of the specific details of environmental preservation must precede. The environmental conservation action in the homes was systematically approached in this study as an input-process-output and feedback cycle. The input phage is the consumer oriented buying stage, the while the process is the actual use of the products and the output stage consists of categorizing and producing wales, the feodbach being recycling of resources. At each stage the attitude which is devoted to environmental consciousness plays a big ride in the actual preservation of the Earth environment. in order to effectively conserve the environment, efforts displayed by the business sector is as important as implementation of environmentally conscious action at home. During the process of producing and distributing products, and attitude and action in preservation efforts are crncial and the responsibility ageat. For the business sector to effectively initiate environmental preservation into action, institutional support from the government and cooperation from the homes is of essence. Consolidated efforts to atter the superfrony life style into ecological life styles and ralues is essential to solve the most important socio-economic issue of the 90's of preserving the earth.

농촌체험 마을경관의 보전가치평가 연구 (A study on conservative Value Evaluation for landscape of the Rural Tourism villages)

  • This paper researches conservative value evaluation of rural tourism villages with "CVM(Contingent Valuation Method)" focusing on visitor to offer the guide for preservation and management in landscape of rural tourism villages based on critical consciousness for conservation and utilization by regional development. The option value is 37,624won(36.7%), the bequest value is 34,856won(34.0%), existence value is 30,073 won(29.3%), and overall average willingness to pay of conservation value is 102,517won(100.0%) for conservative value of sesim-village in Kyung-Ju. The results show that landscape of rural tourism villages has great value historically and culturally. In conclusion, it suggested that planners and staffs of rural tourism villages recognize that it is positively necessary to be considered not only multiple landscape index but also conservation policy in process of development planning in rural tourism villages.
