반복되는 불일치 상황에서 상황 제시 방법에 따라 초등학생들이 예상을 바꾸는 특성 (The Characteristics of Elementary School Students' Prediction Changes by the Suggestion Types for Situation in Repeated Anomalous Situation - Focused on Buoyancy -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of elementary school students' prediction changes by the suggestion types in a multiple anomalous situation. We investigated the responses, the rate and time of changing prediction, and cognitive conflicts of the students when repeated anomalous situation was suggested in experimental or logical way in science classes focused on buoyancy. As the anomalous situation was repeated, the students to change the prediction increased in number and also the rates to choose the correct prediction became higher. The group who was exposed in experimental way changed their prediction more than in logical way. In addition, when we classified the students to change the prediction by types, the group in experimental way showed higher rate of NM, MM type and FFT type. With anomalous situation repeated, cognitive conflicts of the students has been gradually declining in both groups. But it seemed that the group in experimental way experienced higher mental conflicts. In particular, as students changed the prediction more and arrived at the correct answer after changing their prediction, all the more so. It is concluded that the degree of students' changing prediction and experiencing cognitive conflict can be different according to the suggestion types for situation. Therefore the correlation with cognitive conflict factors can be also observed with the types of students' reactions.

간호사와 치과위생사의 행동유형에 따른 직무만족과 조직몰입, 직무스트레스에 관한 연구 (The Study of DISC Behavioral Patterns on Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment and Job Stress in Nurses and Dental Hygienist)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the DISC behavioral patterns of health care workers on their job satisfaction, organization Commitment and job stress in a bid to suggest an ideal behavioral pattern of Nurses and Dental hygienist. The subjects were 184 health care workers who worked in general hospitals and clinics in Busan and Ulsan for a year or more. The collected data were analyzed using ANOVA and linear regression. As a result of analyzing the relationship of their DISC behavioral patterns to job stress, organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment, there were significant differences in job stress according to their DISC behavioral patterns(p=0.015). In regard to relationship between their DISC behavioral patterns and the subfactors of job stress, there were significant gaps in role conflicts(p=.007), conflicts with subordinates(p=0.001) and conflicts over underpayment(p=0.015) according to their DISC behavioral patterns. As a result of investigating the influential factors of job stress, factors produced significant results(p<.001). The findings of the study illustrated that out of the DISC behavioral patterns, type I was most prevailing among the health care workers, which indicated that the weight of this type was highest among the behavioral styles. There were no significant gaps in job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to their DISC behavioral patterns.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the perceptions of stakeholders in environmental conflicts. The private rental housing project in Busan Sasang-gu Jurye 3 District, which took place in 2017 is one of many cases of environmental conflicts between developers and local residents. The case is considered as a typical failure of collaborative governance that has consequently caused negative impacts to both local residents and government. To understand why local residents could not come to consensus even though the majority of them were against the development project, we analyzed residents' perceptions and subjective opinions towards environmental conflicts. This study adopted 'Q methodology' to investigate human subjectivity. The results showed three distinguished types of subjectivity structures. Each type was named as 'collaborative governance advocates', 'public administration distrusters', and 'current local government supporters' based on their characteristics. Participants in all three types showed opposition to environmental damages that can be caused by the private rental housing development, but they revealed different perspectives on the importance of public participation and institutional responsibility in the process of decision-making. This study makes better understand what makes it difficult to build collaborative governance as a means of overcoming environmental conflicts.

  • Due to the evolution of computer systems and the proliferation of Internet, numerous information resources have been constructed. The deluge of information makes the need to integrate information, which are distributed on the internet and are handled in heterogeneous systems. Recently, most of the XML -based information integration systems use XML DTD(Document Type Definition) for describing integrated global schema. However, DTD has some limitations in modeling local information resources such as datatypes. Although W3C's XML Schema is more flexible and powerful than XML DTD in specifying integrated global schema, it has more complex problems in resolving conflicts than using DTD. In this paper, we provide a taxonomy of conflict problems in integration information resources using XML Schema, and propose conflict resolution mechanism using XQuery.

  • This paper examines characteristics of the accounting rate system whereby international telecommunications carriers settle net balances of account arising from bilateral traffic flows. Using a two stage game model, we explain problems in the system: growing traffic and payment imbalances, and resulting conflicts regarding accounting rates between carriers of, say, developed and developing countries. In this paper, we view the problems as a splitting-a-pie game in which one carrier cannot get more without a loss of the other, but total pie size depends upon the accounting rate. Therefore, a natural solution should be inevitably of a Coasian-type to establish a mutual agreement. In this regard, we first derive an efficient accounting rate, in the sense that it can make both carriers better off. Next we suggest some ways of attaining the efficient outcome. Regulatory and policy implications are also discussed.

그림책에 그려진 성인 등장인물에 대한 연구 (A Study About Adult Character Portrayed in Picture Books)

  • This study analyzed the portrayal of adult characters in 176 picture books published in Korea by variables of character's external condition(sex, name, age and occupation), type(3-dimensional or flat), conflicts, and image. Standards for analysis of the picture books were devised by the researcher. Results showed that (1) adult male characters appeared much more frequently than female; they appeared most often without names and in order of older, middle aged, young adult. They appeared most often without occupations. (2) 3-dimensional characters appeared much more than flat ones. (3) Adult conflict situations were rare and were mostly interpersonal. They often resolved their conflicts by themselves. (4) The 20 kinds of images of the adult characters were mostly humorous, warm-hearted and attentive.

  • 본 논문에서는 재개발사업에서 많이 발생하는 분쟁, 민원, 갈등에서 나타나는 원인과 문제점을 살펴보고, 특히 재개발사업에서 나타나는 추진단계별 갈등현황을 설문지를 통해 실증 분석하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재개발사업에서 나타나는 갈등을 예방 할 수 있는 이론적 대안을 제시하고 재개발 사업이 보다 원활하게 진행될 수 있도록 하는 데에 연구의 목적이 있다.

유아의 사회적 갈등에 대한 국내연구 동향 분석 (An Analysis of the Tendency of Native Studies on Children's Social Conflicts)

  • 본 연구는 유아 사회적 갈등에 대한 선행연구들을 분석하고 연구 시기, 방법, 내용별 동향에 따른 변화 양상을 살펴보는 데 목적을 두었다. 국내 연구들을 중심으로 101편을 선정하여 연구 기준으로 양적 분석하였고, 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율로 처리하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 유아 사회적 갈등에 관한 연구 연도별 추이는 1995년부터 2005년까지 증가를 보였으며 2005년 이후 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 유아 사회적 갈등에 관한 연구대상은 또래와의 갈등에 대한 연구 빈도가 월등히 높았으며 부모-자녀, 교사-유아와의 갈등에 대한 연구 빈도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 또한 연구대상 수는 50명 미만이 가장 높았으며 그 다음으로 50명에서 100명을 대상으로 한 연구의 빈도가 높았다. 연구기간은 단기 연구가 많았고 종단 연구가 전혀 이루어지지 않은 것으로 나타났으며 연구방법 유형은 양적 연구가 질적 연구에 비해 상대적으로 높았고, 실험처치방법이 가장 높게 나타났다. 연구도구 수는 1가지, 2가지, 3가지 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연구주제는 유아 사회적 갈등 변인과 유아발달과의 관계를 밝히는 것이 가장 많았으며 유아 사회적 갈등 변인 및 갈등 양상 분석, 유아 갈등해결전략의 변화 순으로 나타났다.

조직 내 정치와 구성원 간 갈등이 의사소통의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 간호조직을 대상으로 (The Effects of Organizational Politics and Conflicts on Quality of Communication among Nurses)

  • 조직 내 정치와 갈등은 어떠한 유형의 조직에서도 발견되는 일상적인 현상이며, 다양한 조직성과 및 산출 변수들에 영향을 주고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 간호조직 내 정치와 갈등에 관한 선행연구는 많지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 그 동안 간호조직 관련 연구에서 배제되어온 조직 내 정치와 갈등이 간호사 사이 의사소통의 질에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 A대학병원 간호사 310명이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS21을 활용하여 기술통계, 피어슨상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 조직 내 정치와 부정적 유형의 관계갈등은 수직적, 수평적 의사소통의 질에 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있었으며, 긍정적 유형의 업무갈등은 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있었다. 공식적 의사소통의 질에 대해 조직 내 정치와 관계갈등은 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있었으나, 업무갈등은 유의하지 않았다. 조직 내 정치와 갈등은 비공식적 의사소통의 질에는 유의한 영향을 주고 있지 않았다. 줄세우기나 편가르기와 같은 조직 내 정치적 행위와 조직 구성원 간의 감정적인 갈등 현상에 대한 적극적인 관리가 필요함이 강조되며, 나아가 간호조직 내 정치와 갈등에 대한 본격적인 실증연구가 확대되어야 할 것이다.

종합병원 간호사의 부서별 사회심리적 업무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Psychosocial Work Environment on Nurses' Job Satisfaction Based on the Type of Hospital Departments)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of nursing work environments based on department type and to investigate the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. Methods : The participants were 420 nurses from the ward, emergency room, intensive care unit, and operation room. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, and multiple regression test using the SPSS Win. 18.0 program. Results : The results were as follows: There was a significant difference in possibilities for development, meaning of work, recognition(reward), role clarity, and social community at work based on department type. The factors that influenced job satisfaction were influence, meaning of work, recognition(reward), role conflicts, and quality of leadership and these differed based on department type. Conclusions : The results of this study indicate that nursing work environments vary based on the type of hospital department. Therefore, it is necessary to develop diverse strategies for human resource management considering the type of department.
