Minimization of Spill Code Insertion by Register Constraint Analysis for Code Generation for Application Specific DSPs

  • Application specific DSPs often employ irregular datapath structures with distributed registers. In the scheduling phase of retargetable compilation, resolution of register usage conflicts comes to be a new constraint for such datapaths. This paper presents a method of register constraint analysis which attempts to minimize the number of the spill codes required for resolving the register usage conflicts. It searches for a set of ordering restrictions among operations which sequentialize the lifetimes of the values residing in the same register as much as possible and thus minimize the number of the register conflict. Experimental results show that a combination of the proposed register constraint, analysis and list-based scheduling reduces the number of the register spills into 25%.

사회갈등의 원인에 따른 국회, 정부, 대통령의 책임 연구: 갈등유형별 조절효과를 중심으로 (A Study on Responsibilities of The National Assembly, Government, and President for Social Conflicts: Focused on the Conflict Causes and Types)

  • 본 연구는 사회갈등의 원인과 국회, 정부, 대통령의 갈등 책임 간 영향관계에 있어서, 갈등유형별 심각성의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회갈등에 대한 국회 정부 대통령의 공동 책임이 강화되어야 할 부문은 사회갈등 조정 제도의 확립과 노사갈등의 심화에 있는 것으로 발견되었다. 둘째, 이념갈등의 심각성은 국회 및 대통령의 사회갈등에 대한 책임에, 계층갈등의 심각성은 국회의 책임에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 발견되었다. 셋째, 사회갈등의 원인 중에서 갈등당사자간 상호의존성과 상호이해는 국회 및 대통령의 책임에 각각 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 세대 계층 환경 노사 지역갈등의 심각성은 사회갈등 발생의 원인이 국회 대통령 정부 책임에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 유의미하게 조절하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 같은 결과는 사회갈등 발생 원인의 근본적 해결이 국회 정부 대통령의 책임과 연계되어야 하며, 관리적 제도적 접근이 사회갈등 유형별로 구체화 될 필요가 있다는 것을 시사한다.

  • Religion has a very close relationship with our everyday lives. In particular, religion maintains an absolute and ultimate value system and is deeply associated with all sectors of society such as politics, economy, thought, arts, culture, and science. The original meaning of religion in Buddhism means the teachings that become fundamentals. There are numerous religions around the world, and each religion has its own object of faith, different system, and unique rites and lifestyles. Therefore, evaluating or denouncing other regions based on the doctrines or conventions of a specific religion can lead to conflicts and disputes. The Buddhist Vinaya Pitaka related to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is a method regarding the operation of a community. Vinaya Pitaka contains Buddha's teachings about individual and organizational ethics and on community life and activities. It is the Buddhist dispute resolution (BDR) of the Vinayata Pitaka that contains knowledge on howto remedy disputes among the four types of disputes that can occur. Vinaya Pitaka contains the principles and systems of BDR, and it is sufficient background for succeeding in the development of harmony today. The messages of laws, ethics, and Buddhist teachings are clear in these characteristics. The systems, progress, and procedures for various rites, events, and disputes as well as for everyday life, etc. display a rational operating system through karma. In particular, when disputes occur, the cause of the dispute is resolved as much as possible through transparent fairness and being unanimous using the seven remedies for disputes. Buddhist priests pursue private autonomy of ADR through karma, repentance, acceptance, etc. to maintain and continue the integrated functions of Buddhist priest harmony.

  • 연안습지의 손실은 국내 연안을 둘러싼 이해상충의 주요 요인이다. 본 연구에서는 이해상충과 관련된 국내 연안관리 및 습지손실과 관련된 상황, 이해상충의 배경 및 특성, 한국의 대규모 습지 훼손사례로 볼 수 있는 시화호, 순천만, 금강하구, 강원도 석호지역에 대한 이해상충의 실태와 조정사례를 근거로 이해상충해결을 위한 조정방법과 절차를 정리하였다.

보육교사의 발달에 적합한 실제(DAP)에 대한 신념 및 교사효능감이 갈등해결태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Teachers' DAP Beliefs and Teacher Efficacy on Conflict Resolution Attitudes)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 발달에 적합한 실제(DAP)에 대한 신념 및 교사효능감이 갈등해결태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 인천지역 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 128명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석, 다변량 분산분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 변인 가운데 연령에 따른 차이만 유의미하게 나타났는데, 20대 교사가 30대 이상 교사보다 DAP신념, 협력형 갈등해결 수준이 높고 회피형 갈등해결 수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 DAP신념과 교사효능감은 협력형 갈등해결과 정적 상관이 있는 반면에, 회피형 및 경쟁형 갈등해결 수준과는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 보육교사의 DAP신념 및 교사효능감은 사회인구학적 변인을 통제한 이후에도 갈등해결태도에 영향을 미쳐, DAP신념과 교사효능감 수준이 높을수록 협력형 갈등해결을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 사회성 발달을 위한 적절한 교육이 이루어지기 위해 교사의 신념 및 교수전략에 대한 교사교육의 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

웹기반 소프트웨어 요구 조정 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Web-based Software Requirements Negotiation System)

  • One of the most important prerequisites for a successful software process is the collaboration and software requirements negotiation of all stakeholders in the software development process. Remote users using computer networks can negotiate software requirements by computer supported system, and can share their informations. The goal of software requirements negotiation system is an integration of all win conditions and an agreement after resolution of conflicts. The existing systems need an exclusive system and must be dependent on specific platform and network. Users must have the knowledge of all stakeholder's status and use homogeneous collaborating applications. This paper presents the Web-based software requirements negotiation system for the purpose of resolution of the existing systems' problems. The Web-based software requirements negotiation system can be driven by WinWin Spiral model, and it is based on hybrid execution method. The proposed system is validated and tested on heterogeneous environments.

조정제도의 통합적 운용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study for Active Plan for Integrating Mediation Systems)

  • This article focuses on integrating institutional mediation systems, especially the analysis of the leading ADR operation. Mediation is a process in which an impartial third party, a mediator, facilitates the resolution of a dispute by promoting voluntary agreements by the parties to the dispute. A mediator facilitates communications, promotes understanding, focuses the parties on their interests, and seeks agreement. These standards give meaning to this definition of mediation. Standard mediation clauses are construed as broadly as possible, and mediation is compelled unless it may be said with positive assurance that the mediation process is not susceptible to an interpretation that covers the asserted dispute. Performing the conflicts check early in the process helps in eliminating any awkwardness or delays caused by making disclosures after mediation commences. Mediator impartiality is central to the mediation process. A mediator should mediate only those matters in which she or he can remain impartial and evenhanded. If at any time the mediator is unable to conduct the process in an impartial manner, the mediator is obligated to withdraw.

Train Scheduling and Rescheduling In Pakistan

  • This paper provides an overview of Pakistan Railways scheduling and rescheduling. First of all, Pakistan Railways is introduced with its brief history and importance in this country. Assets of this network with passengers and freight using this are given. Current hope less situation is leading to privatization of this system as well as promoting short distance traveler to use road and Government efforts to retain is also presented. Train scheduling in Pakistan is being done manually, based on manual time distance graph preparation and resolution of conflicts based on manager's experience and ability. In Real-time management of this traffic Lahore head office is connected with six control stations in the Pakistan, decision for resolution of any disturbance is coordinated among them. It is recommended that computer aided tools must be developed for this system to help traffic managers and it is needed to invest on the segments to increase their speed limits which might attract passengers to use this mode of transportation with high priority.

치과의사와의 관계에서 치과위생사와 간호조무사의 직종 간 갈등 연구 (A study on conflicts between different occupational categories of dental hygienists and nursing assistances in terms of relationships with dentist)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the state of conflicts among dental health care workers. A survey was conducted on 266 dental hygienists and nursing assistants who worked in dental institutions from September 12 to November 13, 2017, and SPSS(statistical package for the social science) version 20.0 was employed to analyze the collected data. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The most common reason of the dental hygienists for turnover was working hours and heavy workload(24.6%), followed by pay (22.6%), conflicts with dentists(16.0%) and conflicts with colleagues (11.3%). The most dominant reason of the nursing assistants for turnover was pay(31.1%), followed by working hours(24.4%), heavy workload(17.8%), conflicts with dentists(15.6%) and conflicts with colleagues(8.9%). 2. The largest reason for unsuccessful communication with dentists was that heavy workload reduced the opportunity to communicate well(54.5%). The second biggest reason was that they couldn't communicate well though they had the opportunity(24.0%), and the third greatest reason was that they tended to lag behind dentists in terms of professional knowledge(16.9%). 3. The biggest reason for unsuccessful communication among the dental health care workers was that they didn't have a lot of chances to communicate well on account of heavy workload(41.0%). The second largest reason was the differences in professional knowledge(24.9%), and the third greatest reason was that they couldn't communicate well though they had the chance(23.7%). 4. The most dominant reason for conflicts with dentists was the difference in power(24.0%), followed by poor communication skills(22.1%) and a lack of mutual respect(18.1%). But the opinions of the nursing assistants were different from those of the dental hygienists, as they cited poor communication skills as the most common reason, which was followed by the difference in power and a shortage of understanding of each other's work. 5. The most common reason for conflicts among the dental health care workers was a shortage of communication and communication skills(22.9%), and the second most dominant reasons were a lack of mutual respect and poor understanding of each other's work(17.5%), followed by a lack of mutual respect(17.2%). 6. As to the ways of resolving conflicts with dentists, the most common case was making some mutual concessions to compromise (28.9%), followed by delivering opinions through the staff meeting (23.9%), resolving conflicts by candidly exchanging opinions(15.8%), avoiding each other in moderation(11.7%) and following the opinions or assertions of dentists(1.3%). 7. Concerning the conflict resolution methods among the dental health care workers, the most prevalent way was making some mutual concessions to compromise(36.4%), followed by resolving conflicts by candidly exchanging opinions(23.0%) and conveying opinions through the staff meeting(18.5%). 8. Regarding communication among the dental health care workers, the dental hygienists(3.53±.729) considered themselves to be better at communicating than the nursing assistants(3.29±.745) did(p<0.05), and the dental hygienists(3.45±.809) who thought there was respectful treatment among workers who were different in occupational categories found themselves to be better than the nursing assistants(3.21±.952) who had the same thought did(p<0.05). As a result of analyzing whether frequent job-related meetings occurred among the workers whose occupational categories were different, the dental hygienists(3.05±.975) perceived that there were more frequent meetings than the nursing assistants(2.67±.955) did (p<0.01).

도심지 대심도 터널건설에 따른 갈등분석 및 대책 (Conflict analysis and countermeasures due to construction of very-deep tunnels in urban area)

  • 지하공간의 개발, 특히 도심지 대심도 터널은 지상의 부족한 공간을 대체할 수 있는 건설사업으로 개발 필요성이 꾸준히 증가하고 있으나 복잡하고 장시간이 걸리는 설계 및 시공특성, 장대화 특성 등으로 인하여 관련 공공갈등이 더욱 심화되고 양상이 복잡해지고 있다. 또한, 주로 공적인 예산이 투입되므로 민원발생 시 소극적인 대응이 이루어져 갈등이 증폭되거나 교착이 장기화되는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 최근 발생한 도심지 대심도 터널 시공관련 주요 갈등의 진행상황을 분석하여 갈등 발생 원인, 장기화 요인 및 해결방안 등을 검토하고, 일반시민과 터널 전문가를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 대심도 터널건설에 대한 인식, 주요 갈등요인에 대해 분석하고 도심지 대심도 터널의 갈등 최소화를 위한 제언사항을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 도심지 대심도 터널건설에 대한 시민 공감대 형성을 위한 다각적인 홍보방안 및 사업추진 절차의 개선사항 등 대안을 수립하고 터널 건설관련 인식 제고방안을 마련하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
