노후 성격적응성향과 노인이 지각하는 기혼자녀와의 갈등관계연구 -장남부부와의 관계를 중심으로- (A Study on the Relation of the Later Personality Adjustment Types and the Aged Perception of the Conflict with their Married Children -Focus on the Relationships with their Eldest Sons and Wives-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between the later personality adjustment types and the elderly percepted conflict with their married children. The subjects for this study are the aged over 60 years in Seoul both having the eldest sons' couples and perceiving their own economics level as the middle-upper. The results based on this are as followed: 1) The Active Integrated Coper is appeared in the higher educational level group in the better health condition in the 11-30 thousand won of personal expense in the professional and management occupation and in the more vigorous for social activity. The Failing Overcoper the Dependent Passive Coper and the Self-negating Undercoper is appeared in th female elder group in the later group of the older age in the lower educational level in the worse health condition in the group without spouse in one without income in the below 10 thousand won in the less preparation for the later life. 2) The problems of emotion and iew of values bring about the conflicts between them and theirs rather than the financial problem. when they are in the worse health condition in the group without religion in the group not cohabiting their eldest sons' couples and in the group not well-prepared for their later life as the socio-demographic variables the old recognized the seriousness of the conflict with their eldest sons' couples. 3) The lower the Active Integrated Coper is and the higher the Failing Overcoper is the more intense the conflict between them and their eldest sons' couples is. 4) The t-test to examine the difference in the old's conflict with their eldest sons' couples among the later groups shows that it is in the less the Active Integrated Coper and in the more the Failing Overcoper that the conflict is more surfaced. 5) The educational level the level of the later life preparation the contact frequency with their daughter the level of their social activity as the socio-demographic variables and the Failing Overcoper as the later personality adjustment type answer for 22 percentage of the conflict.

물리실험에서 선개념과 불일치한 실험 데이터에 대한 학생들의 해석 유형 (The Types of Explanation about Different Experimental Data with Students' Preconceptions on Physical Experiment)

  • 이 연구는 학생들에게 예상과 불일치한 실험 데이터를 제시한 뒤, 학생들이 이 데이터를 어떻게 해석하는가를 알아보는 것이다. P 대학교 대학생을 대상으로, 진자의 주기에 대해서 과학적 개념을 가지고 있는 학생 중, 깡통진자에 물을 넣어가면서 깡통진자의 주기를 측정할 때, 주기가 일정할 것이라고 예상한 학생 45명을 선발하였다. 학생들에게 깡통진자에 물을 넣어가면서 주기를 측정한 데이터를 제시하고, 표에 기록하게하고 그것을 그래프로 그려 자료변환을 하도록 하였다. 검사문항지를 통해 불일치 인식, 데이터에 대한 선뢰, 인지갈등, 개념 변화 및 실험 결과에 대한 가설 등을 조사하였다. 인지 갈등정도를 측정하기 위해 CCLT(Cognitive Conflict Levels Test) 검사문항지를 사용하였다. 일부 학생들은 선개념에 의존하여, 데이터를 실제 데이터가 아니라고 간주하거나 실험 오류로 간주하였다. 불일치 상황을 인식 한 학생들은 그렇지 않은 학생들에 비해 인지갈등 정도가 높았다. 선개념에 대한 신념이 변한 학생들은 불일치 상황을 인식하였고, 신념이 변하지 않은 학생들에 비해 인지갈등 정도가 높았다. 선개념에 대한 신념이 변하지 않은 학생들은 데이터를 실험 오류로 간주하였다.

  • This study conducted an empirical analysis of the effects of job characteristics on work-family conflict relation and quality of life, as well as moderating effects in accordance with operation type, by targeting 245 dietitian/cooks working for contract foodservice companies. The results of this study are as follows. First, the autonomy and feedback had negative (-) effects on work-family conflict while functional diversity had positive (+) effects on work-family conflict. Job identity and job importance had no relation with work-family conflict. Second, work-family conflict had negative (-) effects on job satisfaction, work-family relation, job support, general happiness, and job environment while having positive (+) effects on job stress. Third, in all paths except for the path with effects of work-family conflict on job stress, there were no differences between the group of shops operating 365 days and the group of shops operating 5 days a week. It would be helpful to the effective operation of human resources by emphasizing the necessity of differentiated management for companies with shops operating 365 days and shops operating 5 days a week, as well as managing employees' job characteristic factors, work-family conflict, and even quality of life.

A Study on Factors Related to the Conflict in IT Project Teams

  • IT projects need engineers with various backgrounds to cooperate to build an IT system that satisfy the requirements of users given a limited expense and time. Such diversity of team members and the complexity of task naturally involve considerable amount of conflict among team members. High level of conflict among team members is known to be detrimental to the performance of the team. The purpose of this study is to examine the reasons for conflicts among team members in IT projects and to check how the level of conflict affects the performance of a project and the satisfaction of the members of the project team. To test the relationship, a survey on 166 participants in IT projects was conducted. The reasons for conflicts in IT projects were categorized into five types. The level of ambiguity was found to have a significant correlation with the level of conflict. And the level of conflict, in turn, is found to have a significant effect on the degree of satisfaction among team members and the project results. Based on the research results, it is suggested that a clear definition of tasks and their boundaries is required to reduce ambiguity and thus, the level of conflict and improve the level of satisfaction of IT project team members.

부부간의 지위부조화와 갈등해결방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Status Incompatibility and Marital Conflict Resolution Method.)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations between marital status incompatibility and the ways of dealing with marital conflict. Research was conducted by interview using questionnaire on 177 employed wives. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, t-test, chi-square test. 1) In resolving marital conflict four types of method are appeared, namely constructive method, passive method, evasion and physical violence. 2) Only physical violence of husband-to-wife of the four methods is related to status in-compatibility. That is the incidence rate of physical violence of husband-to-wife in incompatible couples is higher than that of compatible couples in conflict situations. 3) In case the wife's occupational status is high relative to her husband the incidence rate of physical violence of husband-to-wife is extremely high, but is significantly low in couples which are compatible in this status. 4) In case wife's status advance ent is controlled, there is significant relationship between status incompatibility and the method of conflict resolution by husband whose wife is status striver.

간호대학생의 MBTI 지표에 따른 갈등해결유형의 차이 (Differences in Conflict Management Style according to MBTI Indicators of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 MBTI 선호지표에 따른 갈등관리유형의 차이를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다 자료수집은 2023년 8월 30일부터 9월 30일까지였다. 자료분석은 independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's를 시행하였다. 연구결과 갈등관리유형에 유의미한 차이를 보이는 MBTI지표 중 에너지 방향에서 I는 E보다 회피가 높았다(t=-3.776, p<0.01). 의사결정기능의 경우 F가 T보다 양보(t=-3.478, p<0.01)와 회피(t=-3.389, p<0.01)가 높았고, T가 F보다 지배가 높았다(t=2.070, p<0.5). 외부생활 대처양식의 경우 J가 P보다 협력(t=2.756, p<0.01)과 타협(t=2.044, p<0.5)이 높았다. MBTI의 심리기능유형에서는 NF형이 ST형보다 양보가 높았고(F=4.174, p<0.05), SF형이 ST형보다 회피가 높았다(F=4.202, p<0.05). MBTI 의사결정기능 유형과 외부생활 대처양식을 조합해서 갈등관리유형의 차이를 분석한 결과는 FJ형이 FP형 보다 협력이(F=2.907, p<0.05), FJ형이 TP형보다 양보가(F=4.662, p<0.01), FJ형이 TJ형보다 회피가 높았다(F=3.327, p<0.05). MBTI의 태도지표는 EJ형이 EP형 보다 협력이 높았고(F=2.817, p<0.05), IP형이 EP형 보다 회피가 유의미하게 높았다(F=4.551, p<0.01). 본 연구에서는 현재까지 국내에서는 연구되지 않은 MBTI 의사결정기능 유형(F,T)과 외부생활대처양식(J,P)을 조합해서 갈등관리유형의 차이를 확인한 것에 의의가 있다. 후속연구에서는 본 연구결과를 반영하여 대상자 수를 확대한 MBTI 성격유형별 갈등관리유형에 대한 연구, MBTI 지표 및 성격유형별 갈등관리 프로그램개발과 프로그램 효과성 분석 연구를 제언한다.

도시근교 농촌주부의 부부갈등에 관한 연구 (A Study on Marital Conflict of Wives in Rural Areas)

  • This study attempted to explore the characteristics of conflicts in marriage life, and to analyze their impacts on global marital satisfaction perceived by wives in rural areas. The survey data was gathered from 151 rural wives. The degrees of three types of conflicts were shown to be low. while in terms of the degree of seriousness, environmental, interpersonal and intrapersonal are in descending order. Especially the degree of the environmental types of conflicts were significantly different across the family life cycle. In order to analyze the relationships between the types of conflicts and the marital satisfaction, logistic regression were performed. It was found that the environmental type of conflict was negatively associated with the likelihood of satisfaction in the marriage life. On the other hand, one of the control variables, the degree of satisfaction on the husband's job, i.e., farming, was positively associated with it.

The Effect of Conflict with the Apparel Manufacturer on Satisfaction of the Frsnchised Agency in the Apparel Industry

  • The Purposes of this study ar (1) to identify types and levels of channel conflicts between an apparel manufacturer and a franchised agency, (2) to investigate the effect of economic dependence on conflicts, and (3) to examine the effect of conflicts on satisfaction in a franchised agency's perspective in distributive channel of Korean apparel industry. For this study, questionnaires were administered to the owner or manager of 300 franchised agencies. Employing a sample of 209, data were analyzed by using means, factor analysis, pearson correlation and multi-regression analysis. Major findings are as follows: 1) Types of conflicts between apparel manufacturers and franchised agencies are identified as goal divergence, difference in perception, ineffective communication and lack of role clarity. The highest level of conflicts are lack of role clarity, followed by goal divergence, difference in perception and ineffective communication. 2) Economic dependence leads to channel conflicts in part. Greater levels of economic dependence foster greater conflicts such as lack of role clarity and lower conflicts such as ineffective communication. 3) With respect to effect of conflict on satisfaction, the greater the levels of conflict, the lower the degree of satisfaction with ole performance and with business decision and overall satisfaction.

과학개념과 인지적 갈등의 유형이 학생들의 개념변화에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Types of Scientific Concepts and the Patterns of Cognitive Conflict on the Change of Students Conceptions)

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the types of scientific concepts by theoretical concepts and empirical concepts in physics, and to create cognitive conflict in students with logical statements and demonstrations, and to investigate conceptual changes. It seems that mechanics has much to do with the empirical concepts, and electromagnetics has much to do with the theoretical concepts. The condition of the instrument is intellegible, plausible, fruitful, and able to state and demonstrate. The instrument appropriate for these conditions was developed, which consisted of 6 items in mechanics and 6 items in electromagnetics, and conceptual changes were investigated. Structured interviews were conducted with 32 high school students to create cognitive conflict. We have elicited their ideas three times : pretest, posttest and delayed posttest. As the results of this study, demonstration method was more effective for conceptual change than logical argument method. In case of content areas, the misconceptions on mechanics concepts were changed more easily than those on electromagnetics concepts. In addition, the results of the study showed that the more cognitive conflict, the more the conceptual change was occurred.

스타트업 팀워크와 성과: 과업 갈등과 관계 갈등의 영향을 중심으로 (Startup Teamwork and Performance Research: the Impact of Task Conflict and Relationship Conflict)

  • 스타트업은 공동의 목표를 가지고 소수의 전문가들이 모여서 한정된 자원을 이용하여 창의석인 성과를 달성하는 소규모 조직이다. 실제 스타트업 환경에서 빈번하게 발생하는 갈등을 과업 갈등과 관계 갈등으로 구분하고, 팀워크에 미치는 영향을 긍정과 부정으로 나누어 연구 모형을 설계하였다. 팀워크의 요소로는 의사소통, 협업, 업무조정과 응집력을 설정하였으며 최종적으로 스타트업 팀의 성과에 미치는 개별 구성요소의 영향력을 검증하였다. 스타트업 팀 142개를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 PLS를 이용하여 통계적으로 분석하였다. 구조모형 검증 결과, 과업 갈등은 팀워크에 긍정적인 영향을, 관계 갈등은 팀워크의 일부 요소에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 팀워크 중 의사소통을 제외한 협업, 업무조정, 응집력은 팀의 성과를 높이는 효과를 가지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 스타트업 조직의 리더 또는 관리자와 구성원을 위한 조직 운영 방안을 제시하고, 이론적 기여점을 서술하였다.
