가족기업 종사자의 일-가족갈등 및 직업만족도와 생활만족도 (Work-Family Conflict, Job Satisfaction and Life Satisfaction of Family Business Workers)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts of personality variables, family variables, job variables, work-family conflict and job satisfaction on life satisfaction of family business workers. The major findings are as follows: 1. There was direct causal effects of job satisfaction, Sunday working level, the duration of the family business, an academic background on life satisfaction of family business workers. 2. Such variables family variables(family size, number of family workers, number of unpaid family workers), working time variables (working hours per a day, saturday working level, flexibility of working time), work-family conflict had indirect causal effects on life satisfaction of family business workers

치과위생사의 조직 내 갈등수준과 직무만족도간의 관련성 (The Correlation between Conflict Level within the Organization and Job Satisfaction of the Dental Hygienist)

  • 치과의료기관에 종사하는 치과위생사들의 조직 내 갈등수준과 직무만족도를 알아보고 갈등수준과 직무만족도의 관련성을 파악하고자 일부 지역 소재의 치과의료기관 중 치과위생사 5인 이상 근무하는 치과병(의)원 8곳을 임의로 선정하여 치과위생사 249명을 대상으로 하여 2011년 3월 2일부터 3월 31일까지 설문조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 치과위생사의 갈등수준은 2.53으로 중간 정도이며 무시 불쾌가 2.60으로 가장 높았으며 불신 2.59, 간섭 협조 2.52, 비협조 2.50, 정보제공기피 2.47, 의견마찰 2.42 순이었고 직무만족도 점수는 전체 3.13으로 중간 정도이며 동료관계가 3.57로 가장 높았으며 상사만족 3.27, 업무만족 3.27, 승진만족 2.90, 보수만족 2.51 순이었다. 치과위생사의 일반적 특성에 따른 갈등수준에서 연령 및 총경력과 월소득이 높을수록 갈등수준이 유의하게 높았다(p<0.01). 직무만족도는 총경력과 월소득이 높을수록 직무 만족도는 유의하게 높았다(p<0.01). 치과위생사의 갈등수준과 직무만족도의 관련성은 갈등수준이 낮을수록 직무만족도가 유의하게 높았고 갈등수준은 직무만족도 5가지 하위 영역 중 동료관계와 가장 높은 부(-)의 상관관계를 나타냈으며 승진, 상사, 업무 순이었다(p<0.01). 전체 직무만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 회귀분석 결과 일반적 특성 중 월소득과 갈등수준 6가지 하위 영역 중 의견마찰, 무시 불쾌가 유의한 변수로서 월소득, 의견마찰, 무시 불쾌 순으로 월소득은 높을수록, 의견 마찰과 무시 불쾌는 낮을수록 유의하게 높게 영향을 주었으며 설명력은 24%이다(p<0.01). 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 갈등수준이 낮을수록 직무만족도는 유의하게 높았으며 직무만족도에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 월소득이 높을수록, 갈등수준 중 의견마찰과 무시 불쾌가 낮을수록 유의하게 높게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 업무수행에 합당한 보상수준 체계뿐만 아니라 조직 내 상하간 동료간 구성원들과의 원활한 의사소통체계를 형성하여 상호이해의 폭을 넓히고 갈등관리를 통해 직무 만족이 높은 근무환경을 조성해 줌으로써 조직 내 생산성과 효율성을 증대함으로써 치과위생사들이 양질의 치과의료서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

주한 외국인 근로자 갈등방안에 관한 연구 -대전.충남지역 중소기업을 중심으로- (A Study on the Conflict plan of the foreign worker in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the conflict plan of the foreign worker in Korea. The concrete purpose of this study as follows : First, To Analyze Conflict factor of job according to the foreign worker conflict. Second, To present rethinking plan of job and efficiency management foreign worker in Korea. The Subject of this study were consisted of 308 foreign worker form 408 small and medium business in taejon city, Chung-Nam. Conflict factor of job was measured according to questionare used in precedent study. Statistical treatment were the mean, Standard, Deviation, One-way ANOVA analysis. The conclusions of the paper research were as follows. First, Foreign worker showed occasionally lower degree conflict of job. Second, Woman foreign worker had higher conflict of job than man foreign worker in wage, working condition, human relation, communication. Third, The foreign worker is short In Job-experience. therefore, efficiency management of job was fall. Fourth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict in communication, human relation. Fifth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict wage-discrimination. Sixth, The more education-level had lower conflict. Seventh, According to cultural characteristic had different.

요양기관 간병인의 갈등 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Determinants of Caregivers' Conflict Experience in Elderly Care Institutions)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of caregiver's conflict experience in elderly care institutions. This study focused on the three key independent variable groups(e.g., socio-demographic, job-related, and individual personality). The sample used in this study are 311 caregivers who are randomly selected from 21 elderly care institutions in Korea. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire by mail from Oct. 15 to Nov. 30 in 2007. The collected data were analyzed using logistic regression. The major findings of the study are as follows: 1) Nearly 40% percent of the respondents reported that they had experienced conflicts with elderly patients. The conflict with other caregivers ranked as second(20.6%), followed by patients' families(18.6%) and hospital employees(15.1%). 2) The personality, especially uniqueness caused conflict with patients or other caregivers. The professional identity reduced conflict with patients. The negative work experiences caused conflict with patients or family. The service attitude reduced conflict with family. The service-centered culture reduced conflict with hospital employees. Those who lived with the elderly showed lower level of conflict with family or hospital employees.

CI개발에 있어 의뢰인과 디자이너간 갈등의 영향요인과 해소방안연구 (Research on Influencing Factors on Conflicts between Client and Designer in CI Development and Conflict Resolution Strategies)

  • 본 연구는 CI개발 의뢰인인 기업, 대학, 지자체와 CI개발 디자이너간에 관계를 중심으로 CI개발 디자이너의 특성 및 의사 소통과 갈등과의 관계를 조사하고 이를 통해 상호간에 존재하는 갈등과 갈등해소전략이 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증함으로써 성공적인 CI개발 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 분석결과 CI개발에 있어 디자이너의 특성인 비밀유지성과 창조성은 CI개발 의뢰인과 디자이너 모두의 의사소통 인식에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 CI개발 의뢰인측에서는 디자이너와의 원활한 의사소통이 갈등을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. CI개발의 성과를 높이기 위해서는 이들간의 갈등을 우선적으로 낮추고 가급적 제 3자를 개입시키는 정치적해결방식을 지양하여야 한다. 그러나 갈등이 심화될 때는 의뢰인의 경우 정치적해결방식을 취하고 디자이너의 경우 문제해결방식을 취하는 것이 비교적 높은 성과를 달성할 수 있다는 분석결과를 도출하였다.

부모간 갈등, 어머니의 지지 및 통제와 또래관계의 질이 고등학생의 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 경로 (Pathways from Interparental Conflict to Adolescents' Problem Behavior through Maternal Support and Control and Quality of Peer Relationships)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine pathways from interparental conflict to adolescents' problem behavior through maternal support and control and/or quality of peer relationship. A sample of 340 high school students (166 boys and 174 girls) in Incheon completed questionnaires on interparental conflict, maternal support and control, quality of peer relationship, and problem behavior. Data were analyzed by means of structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated that interparental conflict had a direct influence in both internalizing and externalizing problem behaviors, indicating that adolescents who perceived higher levels of interparental conflict had more problem behaviors. Regarding pathways from interparental conflict to problem behavior through maternal support and control and/or quality of peer relationships, adolescents perceiving higher levels of interparental conflict reported higher maternal psychological control and lower support and behavioral control. This was followed by a lower level of quality in terms of their peer relationships; the lower quality of peer relationships resulted in more adolescent problem behaviors. These results indicate that interparental conflict and maternal support and control play crucial roles in the development of internalizing and externalizing problem behavior, respectively.

유아기자녀를 가진 어머니의 모성갈등 예측요인 (Factors Predicting Maternal Conflict in Mothers of Toddlers)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify degrees of maternal conflict, differences, and factors predicting conflict in mothers of toddlers. Method: A convenience sample of 300 mothers living in G city, Kyounggi-do whose child was between 12 to 36 months old was used. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey and analyzed using SPSS WIN 10.0. Results: The average score for maternal conflict was 67.35 (SD=10.18), somewhat lower than moderate in level. 'I as a human being' was the area of the 6-sub areas with the most conflict. Mothers experiencing higher maternal conflict were those who were less satisfied with marriage, quality of life, and maternal role, and whose child was stubborn and hard to please, who were unsatisfied with baby sitters or who had to rush their sick child to hospital. Factors that were significant in predicting maternal conflict were low satisfaction with maternal role and marriage, and a child who was difficult to care for. These factors accounted for 22% of explained variance. Conclusion: Nurses should help mothers resolve maternal conflict through education and counseling on the maternal role, but at the same time nurses should consider relationship of the mother with her husband and also special characteristics of her child.

학교 조직에서의 교사 갈등에 대한 영향 요인 분석 (Analyses of Factors Affecting Conflict of Teachers in School)

  • 이 연구는 학교 조직에서의 교사 갈등에 대한 영향 요인을 탐색하기 위해 실시되었다. 연구를 위해 학교조직 구성원, 교육 수요자, 교육정책에 대한 갈등의 영향 요인을 분석하였으며, 독립변인은 개인, 학교, 지역 수준으로 구분하여 설정하였다. S시교육청 소속 교사 561명의 응답 자료가 분석에 활용되었으며, SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 활용하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 교사 갈등 전체에 대해 개인 수준에서는 경력, 학교 수준에서는 담임 여부와 전입 여부, 지역 수준에서는 근무 지역이 통계적으로 유의한 변인으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 교육청과 단위학교 수준으로 구분하여 교사 갈등에 대한 지원 방안을 제시하였다.

  • Objective: This study was aimed to examine the mediating effects of mother's marital conflict and satisfaction between father's child-rearing involvement and mother's warmth of parenting style, and the moderating effect of mother's depression and self-esteem. Methods: The analyses involved using cross-sectional weights from the 1,703 samples of the 5th Panel Study on Korean Children to classify them into high and low depression groups, and high and low self-esteem groups. Path analysis and multiple group comparison analysis were conducted, controlled by child sex, mother's age and highest education level, and household financial assets. Results: The results were as follows: First, mother's marital conflict and satisfaction had a mediating effect on the relationship between father's child-rearing involvement and mother's warmth of parenting style. Second, mother's depression and self-esteem levels had a moderating effect the relationship between father's child-rearing involvement and mother's warmth of parenting style. In particular, mother's depression level affected the path between marital conflict and warmth of parenting style, and mother's self-esteem level affected the path between marital satisfaction and warmth of parenting style. Conclusion: Father's child-rearing involvement and mother's psychological level affect mother's marital relations and parenting style. Also, father's parenting involvement and psychological support is needed for a mother to regulate mood disorders, including depression and any self-serving bias.

유아-교사 관계의 잠재프로파일 집단이 유아의 또래 상호작용에 미치는 영향에 관한 종단 연구 (Longitudinal Study of Child-Teacher Relationship and Peer Interactions Based on Latent Profile Analysis)

  • This study clarified the maintenance of relationship between children and teachers based on longitudinal data and explored the latent classes. It clarified the latent classes connection with the children's peer play interaction. The subjects of this study were 194 children (aged 3) who attended 11 different kindergartens and daycare centers. We collected data three times (once every 6 months) until they reached age 4. The results of this study were: first, closeness, conflict, and dependence of child-teacher relationship that showed a continuous short-term connection. Second, we classified the child-teacher relationship into three groups according to longitudinal data. Those groups were, 'low level maintenance group' which had the lowest conflict and dependence compared to the highest closeness with teacher, 'middle level maintenance group' which had the teacher relationship in the middle level of the sub element area, and 'high level maintenance group' which showed high conflict and dependence compared to low closeness with the teacher. Third, the group which maintains a longitudinal high conflict.dependence showed more interruption and disruption behavior than the group which maintained a low conflict and dependence. In conclusion, the child-teacher relationship seemed to be the steady characteristic because it showed the early formation of a stable relationship. It was possible to predict the child's peer interaction through an early child-teacher relationship. Teachers need to be educated by the kindergarten and daily care center because the early formation of a child-teacher relationship can be the foundation of child's later peer and teacher relationships.
