교대 여부에 따른 기혼간호사의 역할갈등과 직무만족도 (A Comparative Analysis on the Married Nurses' Role Conflict and Job Satisfaction in Accordance with Shift Work)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of shift work on married nurses' role conflict and job satisfaction. Method: Study subjects consisted of married nurses employed at four general hospitals with over 500 beds located in Seoul and Kyunggi area. The data were collected from March 15th to April 7th, 2004 using the survey and the subjects were asked to reply through self-administrative method. Results: Mean value of role conflict of nurses who worked shift work was measured 3.12 out of 5, and that of nurses who did not was measured 2.98. Mean value of job satisfaction of nurses who worked shift work was measured 2.79 out of 5, and that of nurses who did not was measured 2.86. There was a significant reverse correlation between mean level of role conflict and of job satisfaction. Both groups, nurses who worked shift work and nurses who did not, showed significant reverse-correlation in two areas. In the case of nurses who worked shift work, role conflict not showed a significant correlation. Job satisfaction showed a significant correlation with the plan to work as a nurse and remuneration in the case of nurses who worked shift work. Duty of supporting family was the factor affecting role conflict and measured 4.2% in the case of nurses who worked shift work, and the plan to work as a nurse and the academic background in the case of nurses who did not work shift work. Conclusion: To reduce role conflict and to improve the degree of job satisfaction, there should be taken a measure to improve a financial compensating system for working shift work for nurses who worked shift work, and to help nurses not working shift work to design plans for their job as nurses with stability.

여성의류 유통경로에서 의존성.권력원천.갈등 - 백화점 입점업체를 중심으로

  • The aim of this paper is to investigate the women's apparel distribution channel in the well-known department stores located in the central Seoul area. Since the department store has its reputation, information and enormous buying power, it is the one of the major leading retails in the women's apparel industry. In doing so, the relationship between the channel members in terms of the level of dependence, power sources and perceived conflict and manifest conflict has been studied. Particularly, based on French and Raven's power sources, position source is added. It refers to a channel member's (Merchandizer in the department store) source over another based on the expection the former (Merchandizer in the department store) will be able to allocate the location and size of the store influencing the latter's sale and profit. The key informants are the merchandizers who work in the apparel companies contracting with major department stores. Finally, of the 284 questionnaires collected, 235 are usable. The hypotheses are tested through LISREL. The results of statistical analysis support that : Dependence has a positive effect on noncoercive bases of power. Coercive bases of power have a positive effect on manifest conflict as well as perceived conflict while noncoercive bases of power have a negative effect mainly on manifest conflict. Thus, the relation between the major department stores and the women's apparel companies in there seems to have bilateral dependence rather than highly unilateral dependence.

다중 디바이스에서 데이터 동기화를 위한 충돌 해결 (Conflict Resolution for Data Synchronization in Multiple Devices)

  • 모바일 환경이 일반화되면서 모바일 디바이스간 또는 모바일 디바이스와 PC 또는 서버와의 동기화가 요구되었다. 모토로라, 에릭슨, 노키아 등의 업체들은 컨소시엄을 구성하여 데이터의 동기화와 다양한 전송프로토콜과의 연동을 목표로 산업계의 표준인 SyncML(Synchronization Markup Language)을 제정하였다. 그러나, SyncML에서는 동기화 과정에서 둘 이상의 클라이언트가 동일한 데이터 동기화를 요청했을 때 데이터 충돌이 일어나게 된다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 동기화과정에서 발생할 수 있는 다양한 충돌에 대해서 분석하고, 체계적으로 분류하였다. 이를 바탕으로 동기화에 대한 정보를 추적할 수 있는 Change Log Information(CLI)을 구축하고 운영 원칙을 수립하여, 데이터의 안정성과 일치성을 보장하기 위한 충돌 해결(Conflict Resolution)을 위한 방법을 제안한다.

  • 체첸 민족의 역사는 외세의 연이은 침략에 대한 항쟁으로 점철된다. 특히나, 러시아와 체첸간의 갈등은 약 200여 년 동안이나 지속되어 현재까지도 해결되지 않는 문제로 남아있다. 양국은 체첸이 독자적으로 독립을 선언하면서 관계가 악화되어 전쟁으로까지 발전했는데, 이 때 러시아와 다른 체첸의 종교, 즉 이슬람이 체첸인들을 결집하게 한 원동력이 되었다. 즉, 이슬람의 신앙심과 수피 이슬람의 형제애가 체첸 민족주의와 결합하여 대(對)러시아 항쟁에 큰 역할을 한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 체첸-러시아 분쟁에 대한 근본적인 이해를 돕기 위해 체첸 민족 문화와 정체성, 체첸-러시아 갈등의 역사, 체첸 민족의 이슬람화 과정과 체첸 민족의 저항정신의 구심점인 수피 이슬람 세력의 대러시아 투쟁 과정을 중심으로 고찰해보고자 한다.

보육교사의 발달에 적합한 실제(DAP)에 대한 신념 및 교사효능감이 갈등해결태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Teachers' DAP Beliefs and Teacher Efficacy on Conflict Resolution Attitudes)

  • 본 연구는 보육교사의 발달에 적합한 실제(DAP)에 대한 신념 및 교사효능감이 갈등해결태도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 인천지역 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 128명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석, 다변량 분산분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회인구학적 변인 가운데 연령에 따른 차이만 유의미하게 나타났는데, 20대 교사가 30대 이상 교사보다 DAP신념, 협력형 갈등해결 수준이 높고 회피형 갈등해결 수준은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 DAP신념과 교사효능감은 협력형 갈등해결과 정적 상관이 있는 반면에, 회피형 및 경쟁형 갈등해결 수준과는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 보육교사의 DAP신념 및 교사효능감은 사회인구학적 변인을 통제한 이후에도 갈등해결태도에 영향을 미쳐, DAP신념과 교사효능감 수준이 높을수록 협력형 갈등해결을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 사회성 발달을 위한 적절한 교육이 이루어지기 위해 교사의 신념 및 교수전략에 대한 교사교육의 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

건설현장 건설사업관리기술자의 조직갈등과 직무스트레스 상관관계 분석 (Correlation Analysis between Organization Conflict and Job Stress of Construction Manager in Construction Site)

  • 감리업무가 CM으로 통합되면서 조직의 업무가 확대되고, 업무의 관점 및 목표가 변경되었기에 조직 내 갈등상황이 증가할 가능성이 크다. 조직갈등은 구성원에게 직무스트레스로 작용하여 조직의 성과를 도출하는데 부정적인 요인으로 작용한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 국내 건설현장의 CM기술자에게 발생하는 조직갈등과 직무스트레스의 상관관계에 관해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과 CM기술자의 조직갈등은 대체로 낮게 나타났으며, 직무스트레스도 다른 분야 근로자에 비해 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 상관분석 결과 조직갈등과 직무스트레스는 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 CM 현장조직에서 조직체계를 개선하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

결혼이주여성의 문화적응스트레스가 부부갈등에 미치는 영향 -사회적 지지의 조절효과 중심으로- (A Study of the Effect of Acculturative Stress on the Marital Conflicts of Immigrant Women Who Are Married to Korean Men -Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Social Support-)

  • This study focuses on immigrant women who are married to Korean men and who live in a multicultural family situation in Gyeonggi-do. These women experience acculturative stress and marital conflict and this study aims to determine how social support seeks to mediate the effects of those stressors. The women in this study participated in activities and received services from one of Gyeonggi-do Province's civic organizations, religious organizations, or social service organizations, such as the Social Welfare Agency and the Multicultural Family Support Center. In order to verify the study's hypothesis, the researchers used the following statistical analytical methods : t-test, two-way ANOVA and multi-regression analysis. Analysis of the study's results showed that the highest degree of marital conflict was found in the sub-zones and variables that were personal. Those variable were : the difference in mindset and values (personal domain), economic problems (communal living area), a child's upbringing and education issues (third party area), and the participant's sex life (in the marital relationship). The hypothesis was tested using the research model validation and the results are summarized as follows. First, in order to analyze the relationship between the marriage migration females' acculturative stress and the impact of that stress on marriage conflict, the hierarchical regression analysis was used. It identified that a direct correlation existed between acculturative stress and marriage conflict; where a higher degree of acculturative stress was present, a higher degree of marriage conflict was found. Second, the study found a statistical significance in the correlation and relationship (${\beta}$=.208, p<0.05) between the acculturative stress of the marriage migration female and material support. In other words, the material support can be seen as having a moderating effect on the acculturative stress, which is the independent variable, and the marital conflict, which is the dependent variable.

종합병원 진료협력간호사의 전문직업성, 역할갈등, 근무환경이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Professionalism, Role Conflict and Work Environment in Clinical Nurses with Expanded Role on Job Enbeddedness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the influence of professionalism, role conflict and work environment in clinical nurses with expanded role (CNE) on job embeddedness. Methods: The participants in this study were 136 CNE working in general hospitals in Seoul, the wider metropolitan area and Gangwon Province. Results: Job embeddedness, work environment and professional performance of the participants showed positive correlation with each other. Significant predictors of embeddeness were belief in public service and sense of calling in the professional subcategory and participation in hospital affairs and nurse-doctor relationship in the work environment subcategory. Conclusion: Finding from this study indicate the need to evaluate and improve the significant predictors of job embeddedness for CNE.

지방자치의 활성화를 통한 수질보전정책연구: 낙동강 수계오염과 위천공단 조성에 관한 갈등해결의 모색 (A Policy Study to Preserve the Water Quality through the Activation of Local Autonomy)

  • This research emphasizes the necessity of the understanding and cooperation among focal governments to preserve the water quality of the Nak-dong river that runs through four local governments. First, this research considers the status of water-pollution in the Nakdong river, describes and finds problems within the central government's. "Clean Water Supply Plan" and local governments' water quality-related policies. Second, it deals with the conflict among local governments concerning the planning and building of "Wicheon Industrial Complex" in the middle-upstream of the Nakdong river which has triggered the opposition movement of the local governments and residents of the river's downstream area. With stressing the necessity of the understanding and cooperation among local governments, this research emphasizes roles of central government, of academic experts, and of local news-media in preserving the water quality. Key words : the Nakdong river, water quality policy, the conflict among local governments, the activation of local autonomy, Wicheon Industrial Complex, the cooperation among local governments.

의·치·한의학 간 분쟁에 관한 역사적 고찰 (A Historical Consideration of Dispute Among Physicians, Dentists, and Korean Medicine Doctors)

  • Until recently, dentistry did not show notable social conflicts with other medical professionals. This means that conflicts did not surface as medical doctors took the dominant position even though areas of intervention have been overlapped. The recent conflict between medical professionals, which began with clashes in the area of oral and maxillofacial surgery, have been embodied in the Supreme Court ruling on the use of Botox by dentists and the court ruling on the use of oral devices in oriental medicine. We look discuss at each case in detail to seek a solution to the problem of interprofessional conflict. We present professional duty of self-development and interprofessional education as a way to resolve disputes between medical professionals, which would be a major problem in the future of dentistry and medicine.
