The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of marital conflict on children's social relationship. The subjects were 1,600 elementary school students in A city of Kyungpook. They were surveyed by questionnaire and the data from 1,436 (89.8%) respondents were analysed. The results of the questionnaires were analyzed by person correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows As a result of the correlation between marital conflict and social relationship factors, there was a correlation in verbal aggression and violence, which are sub-factors of marital conflict. Between the sub-factors of marital conflict, verbal aggression negatively affected the closeness of sub-factors of parent-child relationship. Between the sub-factors of conflict, verbal aggression and violence negatively affected the peer social skills of children. Between the sub-factors of marital conflict, verbal aggression and violence negatively affected the school interest of the children.

Because of a wide range of performance and diversity of project and uncertainty caused by complexity and a number of stakeholder, conflict occur necessarily in Urban generation including large-scale and many project which do the same time, for long time. So active conflict management which recognized risk before the fact and deal with conflict is necessarily needed. This paper based on the conflict cases related an urban regeneration. In those cases, we proposed the reason of the conflicts by analysis the most frequent combination of the conflicts and a case of conflict between each group.

This study examined the effect of interparental conflict and parent-child conflict on overt aggression in upper elementary school students and investigates if children's father-child conflict or mother-child conflict mediated the effect of interparental conflict on overt aggression. The participants of this study were 532 of fifth to sixth graders from three elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. Participants were asked to respond to a written questionnaire to measure research variables of the Peer Conflict Scale, the Conflict Tactics Scales, and the Conflict Behavior Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and hierarchical multiple regression. Mediating effects were examined using analysis procedures of Baron and Kenny. The major findings were as follows: first, the level of interparental conflict and parent-child conflict of both mothers and fathers in upper elementary school students increased the level of overt aggression. Second, parent-child conflict of both mothers and fathers in upper elementary school students partially mediated the relation between interparental conflict and overt aggression. Higher levels of interparental conflict resulted in higher levels of parent-child conflict, and the subsequently higher frequency of overt aggression in upper elementary school students.

In this era of cut-throat competition, innovation is a source of competitive advantage, and securing core competency through innovation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the survival and growth of an organization. In an organization, R&D team is a core division driving innovation, and creative tension and conflict among researchers fuels innovative performance. Despite heated debate over the positive and negative effects of conflict, insufficiently-identified process factors have left sophisticated mechanisms between conflicts and effects unaddressed. This study assumes that team learning behaviors can bean important process factor given that conflict propels learning, and that learning is a decisive factor in creating competitive advantage. This study conducted an empirical analysis of the relationship between relationship/task conflict and team innovative performance, and the mediating role of team learning behaviors using data collected from a questionnaire sent out to the heads of 262 R&D teams and second highest-ranking officials thereof. The analysis conducted based on structural equation model indicates that relationship conflict has negatively affected team learning behaviors, whereas task conflict has positively influenced team learning behaviors(full mediation effect), team learning behaviors has positively influenced team innovative performance. Based on these results, the study has suggested implications of intra-team conflict and team learning behaviors for team innovative performance.

Compared to research on the success of IT projects in general, research on the management of conflict in IT teams and its impact on project success is insufficient. This research performed a comparative study to analyze the nature and evolving phenomenon of conflicts in IT project teams. This study aimed at; First, Why a conflict is created within and around an IT project team. Second, What is the phenomenon of conflict evolution, diffusion, and/or resolution? Third, How the differences in conflict management style affects the IT project performance? Three propositions were drawn from the analysis of two intensive analysis of conflict cases and their comparison. Proposition 1 : Both 'the method of pointing out a problem' and 'the pointed-out contents' can be the trigger of conflicts around an IT project. Proposition 2 : While the focus of attention of one party is 'the method of pointing out a problem', if the other's and focus of attention of one party is 'the pointed-out contents', that is, if the focus of attention mismatch, the conflict can be amplified. Proposition 3 : According to the temporal nature of the relationship, e.g., short-term versus long-term, the way people approach and deal with the conflict differs.

대규모의 다수 프로젝트가 동시에 장기간에 걸쳐 이루어지는 도시재생사업은 넓은 수행범위와 사업의 다양성, 복합성에 기인한 불확실성을 가지고 있으며 다수의 관련주체들 간 이해관계의 복잡성으로 인해 사업 생애주기 동안 갈등의 발생은 필연적이고 그 사안의 성향 및 크기 또한 다양하다. 따라서 사전에 위험을 인지하고 적절하게 대응하는 적극적인 갈등관리가 절실히 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구는 관련주체들이 사전에 발생 가능한 갈등을 인지하여 이에 대한 대비책 모색에 참조할 수 있도록 하며, 이러한 정보들을 사용자가 사용목적에 맞게 활용할 수 있도록 도시재생사업의 단계별, 주체별 갈등사례들을 유형화하고 주요 갈등유형을 제시 해보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the marital conflict and the conflict-coping method of self and spouse have an effect on the marital satisfaction in the early stage of marital life. The subjects of this study are the 132 couples in the area of Taegu and Pohang city. The instruments of measurement are marital conflict scale, conflict-coping method scale and Kansas marital satisfaction scale(KMSS). The data are analysed through factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation, paired t-test and stepwise regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows: Firstly, as a result of figuring out couples' marital conflict, husbands and wives are having the highest conflict in the personality factor. The difference of marital conflict between husbands and wives is shown significant in the relative factor. Secondly, as a result of figuring out couples' conflict-coping method, husbands and wives use mostly the reasonable behavior and leastly physical aggression. The difference of conflict-coping method between husbands and wives is shown significant in the verbal aggression, adjustment renunciation and physical aggression. Thirdly, as a result of figuring out how the marital conflict and the conflict-coping method of self and spouse have an effect on the marital satisfaction, the communication factor of the conflict factors, the wives' verbal aggression perceived by husbands, and the reasonable behavior of the self have much effect on the marital satisfaction in case of husbands. And the personality factor, sexual factor and role factor of the conflict factors and the husbands' verbal aggression and reasonable behavior perceived by wives have much effect on the marital satisfaction in case of wives.

The purpose of this study is to examine the aspects and the characteristics of conflict among people in agricultural villages shown in the course of conducting a rural community development project, and to suggest a theoretical basis for the solution of the conflict. various theories on rural community development projects and conflict, and relevant sociopsychological theories were perused to lay a theoretical foundation for the study, and 5 actual cases of conflicts in agricultural experience villages were analyzed in the light of the grounded theory which is one of suitable methods of qualitative research. And comparative and comprehensive analysis of conflicts of different farm villages was done. Based on the result of analysis of conflict among residents on agricultural experience village, this paper suggests some ways for solution of the conflict.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the gender difference in adolescent's problem behavior and depression, and to analyze the effects of marital conflict, parenting behavior, parent's monitoring on adolescents' problem behavior and depression. Data obtained from 453 students in middle school was used for final analysis. This study found that female adolescents showed higher level of depression than male adolescents. Male adolescents reported higher level of marital conflict than female adolescents. On the other hand, female adolescents showed more mother's monitoring than male adolescents. Path analysis revealed that parenting behavior and parent's monitoring were negatively influenced by marital conflict. Adolescents' depression was negatively influenced by parenting behavior, but problem behavior was not influenced by parenting behavior. Father's monitoring had an impact on problem behavior of male and female adolescents. Depression was influenced directly by marital conflict, but problem behaviors were not directly influenced by marital conflict.

Objective: The goals of this research were (1)to examine the relationship among parental conflict, mothers' depression and preschoolers' sleep problems, and (2) to examine the mediating effects of mothers' depression between marital conflict and preschoolers' sleep problems. Methods: The participants were 1,639 mothers with preschoolers taken from the 5th year Korean Children Panel. Date were analyzed using descriptive statistics, partial correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The results were as follows: First, preschoolers' sleep problems were positively related to marital conflicts. Second, preschoolers' sleep problems were positively related to mothers' depression. Third, marital conflict was positively related to mothers' depression. Lastly, mothers' depression fully mediated the relationship between marital conflict and preschoolers' sleep problems. That is, marital conflict had an effect on preschoolers' sleep problem, only through mothers' depression. Conclusion/Implications: Based on the results, intervention programs should be developed to prevent preschoolers' sleep problems such as marital relationship improvement programs and mothers' depression improvement programs.
