해외 패션 명품 브랜드의 유통업태별 마케팅 전략 (Marketing Strategies of Imported Fashion Luxury Brands according to the Types of Retailers)

  • The purposes of this paper were to identity the present condition of the imported fashion luxury brands' market arid to analyze the differences of marketing strategies according to the types of retailers. We selected 3 department stores, 5 luxury brands, 5 stores in Dongdeamun Market, and 5 internet luxury shopping malls, and conducted key informant survey to 20 experts. The brands in department stores consisted the goods according to VIPs' pre-orders, sales of the previous year, and fashion trends, and offered the differentiated customer services to VIPs. The stores in Dongdaemun Market bought the products from the parallel importers or imported the goods from the original nations of the brands by themselves. The goods in stock and steady sellers were comprised of the main portion of all products, and leather goods were dominated. The price of goods in stock was about $30\∼50\%$ lower than the normal price of department stores, but the new products' price was only about 10$\%$ lower than that of department stores. Luxury shopping malls could be classified into two types; one conducted both product buying and commission sale, and the other conducted commission sale only. In former case, however, the product buying portion was under 30$\%$. Product assortments and the price strategy were similar to the stores of Dongdeamun Market, and CRM was conducted partially.

국민주택 가격결정요인으로서 세대연령의 효과 (Effect of Generation Age as a Determinant of National Housing Price)

  • 본 연구는 고령화 사회에 따른 인구구조변화에 대한 시사점을 논의하기 위해 서초구 국민주택규모 거래사례를 중심으로 세대연령의 효과를 검증하고자 분산분석 및 선형회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과 연령과 거래가격의 유의한 상관성을 확인하고 특히 후기노인(75세 이상)일 경우 거래가격이 유의하게 낮음을 확인하였다. 더불어 거래지역 및 연도를 보정하였을 때 역시 대부분의 지역에서 연령이 높을수록 거래가격이 낮아지는 경향을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 기반으로 거래사례에 있어 가격결정의 적절성 및 공정성을 제고할 수 있는 노력, 인구고령화에 따른 정책변화의 방향성 등에 대해 논의하였고 이를 바탕으로 정책당국의 지원방안까지 제시하였다. 또한 개별 공동주택의 관리상태가 매도에 있어 중요한 요소이고 인터넷 기반 플랫폼 활용미비가 낮은 가격 매도의 원인으로 예상되었다. 다만 실제 거래사례를 대상으로 하는 2차 자료를 활용하였기 때문에 더 다양한 개인의 특성을 통제하지 못하였다는 한계점에 관하여 후속연구의 방향을 함께 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 부동산 경매에서 유치권 제도의 문제점을 파악하고 이를 바탕으로 절차법적측면을 중심으로 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 부동산경매에서 유치권의 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 집행법원은 부동산의 점유관계에 있어서 일정한 기준을 정할 필요성이 있고, 유치권의 성립여부를 판단하여 첫 매각기일에 공시하는 것이 타당하다. 또한 부동산 경매절차에서 유치권 권리신고를 의무화하는 제도적 개선이 요구되며, 유치권에 대한 현황조사를 강화하고, 매각물건명세서에 유치권에 관한 사항을 포함하여 보다 공신력을 부여해야 할 필요성이 있다. 더불어 허위 및 과장 유치권자에 대해서는 법적 처벌을 보다 강화하여 부동산경매절차에 있어서 유치권의 법적 안정성을 도모 할 필요가 있다.

직접석탄액화 공정의 경제성 평가 (Economic Evaluations of Direct Coal Liquefaction Processes)

  • 석유를 대체할 수 있는 현실적 대안으로 주목받고 있는 직접석탄액화(direct coal liquefaction, DCL) 공정의 경제성을 평가하고자하였다. 이때 역청탄을 이용하여 주요 제품(디젤, 나프타) 생산량 50,000 bbl/day의 규모에 대하여 각 공정에 적합한 검토기준을 세워 비용 및 매출액등을 산정하였다. 또한 각 공정별 민감도 분석을 실시하여 공정에 대한 중요 변수들의 가격 변동에 따른 경제성을 평가하였다. 본 생산량을 기준으로 Illinois #6 유연탄을 원료탄으로 사용하였을 때, 총 투자액은 $3,994,858,000로 나타났다. 내부수익률(internal rate of return, IRR)의 경우, 기본조건에서 각각 6.60%로 나타났으며, 원료석탄 가격과 생산 제품 판매가에 가장 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 원금상환 기간은 12.8년으로 긴 시간을 요구하며, 이는 현재의 고석탄가 때문으로 해석된다. 또한 민감도 분석 결과 제품가격, 원료석탄 가격, 건설비의 변동률 순서로 수익률에 변화를 주는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 부동산정보윤리 의의와 필요성, 부동산정보윤리의 정립 방법 등을 도출하고, 현재 문제가 되는 부동산정보윤리 위반 행위에 대한 윤리적 수준을 제고하는 방안을 도출하기 위한 것이다. 선행연구를 통해 부동산정보윤리의 정의와 필요성, 범위, 기능, 기본원리를 도출하였다. 또한 현행 법률 상 불법적 행위를 제외한 부동산정보윤리의 대상으로 '우발적 오보'와 '지워야할 목록의 보존', '가벼운 표절', '정보의 부적절한 관리'를 도출하였다. 아울러 부동산관련 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해 현재 문제가 되고 있는 부동산시세정보와 매물정보의 비윤리적 현상을 유형화하고 그 원인도 함께 분석함으로써, 부동산정보윤리 제고 방안도 함께 도출하였다.

증감지(增感紙)-Film계(系)의 감도측정(感度測定)에 관(關)한 실험(實驗) (An Experimental Study on the Speeds of Various Screen-Film Systems)

  • Author has made an experiment on absolute speeds of 18 screenfilm combinations that have been on sale in Korea, with various beam qualities. At this time, the beam qualities were 60kVp with the ANSI extremity phantom, 80kVp with the ANSI chest phantom and 85kVp with 20 mm aluminium filter under scatter free condition. The obtained results were as follows; 1. When three independent measurements were performed, the percent standard deviations of mAs quantities of 1.0 + fog were decreased by the hardening of the beam quality, and the decreasing tendency was somewhat great in the blue systems. 2. Generally, the increasing tendency of absolute speeds was distinct by the hardening of the beam quality in the green systems. Conclusively, the green systems were more strongly dependent upon the beam quality rather than the blue systems. Therefore, the relative speed of green systems to blue systems were great under the same condition. 3. Differences in the green systems were kept almost constant even though the beam qualities were changed. 4. They were shown the mutual relationship of absolute speed and relative speed rather than independent.

Second, risk about transporting goods passes to purchaser at signing a contract. But, when there is special assessment, risk passes to purchaser when goods are delivered to carter who publish document that embody contract of carriage. Nevertheless, it is loss if seller did not notify this truth to occasion purchaser who could knew loss or damage of goods or know justly at sales contract conclusion defamation danger seller of be burdensome. Third, seller has responsibility about damage or loss as long as hide in own artificiality or forbearance after risk passes to purchaser. Regulation about risk in Incoterms 2010 was separated into 11 condition, and move time of risk differs in angle condition. It is appeared that the substance handles relatively comprehensively because compare in Incoterms 2010 although it is because it becomes if it examines regulation about deliver and passing of risk of goods setting in CISG relatively concise. Also, segments that can become posibility of analysis controversy exist.

웹(web)기반의 국내 의류쇼핑몰 관련 기존 연구 분석 (The Analysis of Previous Domestic Online Fashion Store Studies)

  • This research categorizes and analyzes different online fashion store studies conducted over the past 10 years based on study type. The results are as follows. First, it was found that 116 studies out of 118 studies on online fashion stores conducted from 2000 to 2012 were based on PC web. Second, the studies on PC web-based fashion stores were reclassified into 9 different categories based on their topics: purchase behavior, word-of-mouth behavior, website, and product information presentation as well as products for sale, return behavior, customer service, system, present condition, marketing strategy, and promotions. However, mobile web-based studies were categorized into 2 categories of introduction of the fashion stores and purchase behavior. Third, we reclassified the studies chronologically to observe studies conducted at different times. In the early phase (in addition to studies on purchase behavior) studies on present condition, marketing strategy, and website constituted the majority of studies conducted because the field research was just starting to grow; however, studies conducted in the latter phase showed new patterns of study, such as word-of-mouth effect, and return behavior. Future studies conducted on competitive PC web-based fashion stores require a more specific classification of studies (according to their purpose) to develop an effective marketing strategy.

  • Packaging should be made fitting for the special characters of goods along with development of modern industry, in the aspects of protection, safety, function, convenience, and good. As the Packaging industry is being developed it has contributed not only Packaging goods but also has appeared with important purpuses protecting goods from infection of vacterium sanitarily,keeping nice outside looks of Packaged goods. I am sure this report will become good references for the development of various problems such as item plan ad activity, promotion of sale, etc, applying GMPs so that the harmony according to reasonable ideas of both maker and designer and it may become on intensive study for the plans of export goods.

  • Domestic construction industry is facing big difficulties by a worldwide financial crisis. Especially the deterioration of liquidity by the reject of banks for project financing and unsold housing project made a big problem on financing for the ongoing and new projects. To solve this, it is critical for construction companies. banking facilities and public organizations to cooperate and support each other. In this study, the methods which each part can do are investigated. Construction companies can do a price reduction, finance condition improvement for deposit and down payment, asset sale and cost reduction. And Public organizations can buy the assets of construction companies with proper price and ease the regulation to activate transactions of real estate. In the case of Banking facilities, they can support arrangement and liquidation of insolvent projects and so on.
