본 연구는 병원행정직에 적합한 직업 및 직무가치와 자신의 능력에 대한 개인의 주관적 인식인 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구를 제시하고자 실시하였다. 연구는 부산·경남 지역 종합병원 및 병원에 근무하는 행정직 종사자들을 대상으로, 선행연구들에서 사용된 개인의 심리적·태도적 속성과 관련된 측정도구를 이용하였다. 분석은 직업 및 직무수행과 관련된 심리적·태도적 속성 측정내용의 타당성과 내적일관성을 확인하기 위하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 타당성과 내적일관성이 확보된 5개 성분은 전체 신뢰도가 94.4%로 병원행정직 종사자들의 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구로 매우 타당하다는 결론을 얻었다. 따라서 각 성분은 측정내용의 공통성과 명확한 의미전달이 될 수 있도록 직무수행 자신감, 보수 적절성, 직무 자부심, 업무목표 달성 능력, 업무수행 자율성으로 정의하였다. 현대적 관점에서의 전문직업성은 전통적 전문직업성 보다 넓은 개념으로 자격 및 면허 여부와 관계없이 직업 및 직무가치와 자신의 능력에 대한 개인의 주관적 인식 등에 대한 가치를 포함하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 포괄적 전문직업성 측정도구는 병원행정직 종사자들의 직업 및 직무수행과 관련된 심리적·태도적 속성을 측정하는데 매우 적합하고 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 간호간병통합병동과 일반병동에 근무하는 간호사의 업무수행능력 차이를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. D광역시의 S병원에 근무하는 간호사 185명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 간호전문직관은 윤은자 등(2005)이 개발한 간호전문직관으로, 업무수행능력 정도는 이원희 등(1990)이 개발한 임상수행능력 측정도구를 이용하여 측정하였다. 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호간병통합병동 간호사가 일반병동 간호사보다 간호전문직관이 높게 나타났고, 간호간병통합병동과 일반병동의 간호사 모두 간호전문직관이 업무수행능력 향상에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러므로 향후 간호사의 간호전문직관을 정립하는 방안을 모색하여 간호업무의 수행능력을 향상시키는 방안으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 입장에서 근무 실태를 파악하고 역할갈등 및 직무스트레스가 간호전문직관에 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 상관성 조사연구설계를 이용하여 C 지역 간호·간병통합서비스를 제공하는 간호사 174명을 대상으로 Likert식 척도를 이용하여 역할갈등, 직무스트레스, 간호전문직관을 측정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, correlation, regression 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 간호전문직관과 독립변수간의 상관계수는 역할갈등(r=-.186, p=.014), 직무스트레스(r=-.389, p<.001)로 유의하였다. 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무스트레스, 역할갈등 순으로 나타났으며(F=23.810, p<.001), 설명력은 11.8%였다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호 간병통합서비스병동의 간호사와 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족, 간호전문직관, 간호근무환경을 비교분석하여 기초융합자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 연구는 2016년 5월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 서울 경기지역 임상간호사를 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 일반병동 간호사 100명과 간호 간병통합서비스병동 간호사 92명을 비교하였을 때, 일반병동에서 간호근무환경 점수(t=3.027, p=.003)와 직무만족 점수(t=2.451, p=.015)가 통계적으로 높게 나타났다. 일반병동간호사는 간호전문직관이 높을수록 직무만족(r=.605, p<.001)에 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로, 간호간병통합서비스병동 간호사 또한 간호전문직관이 높을수록 직무만족 (r=.642, p<.001)에 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 간호 간병통합서비스의 질적 보장을 위해서는 간호 간병통합서비스병동의 간호근무환경과 간호전문직관의 확립을 위한 전략이 필요하다.

본 연구는 간호 간병 통합서비스병동의 간호사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 임상간호사 127명을 대상으로 설문조사하였고, 5점 Likert척도를 이용하여 간호직무만족, 간호전문직관, 간호근무환경을 측정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 23.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, correlation, Regression분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 간호 간병 통합서비스병동 직무만족과 독립변수간 상관계수는 간호전문직관(r=.90, p<.001), 간호근무환경(r=.75, p<.001)으로 유의하였다. 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호전문직관, 간호근무환경 순으로 나타났으며(F=31.516, p<.001), 설명력은 84.1%였다. 따라서 직무만족을 향상시키는 중재방안의 중요성과 올바른 간호전문직관 확립, 간호근무환경의 향상을 위한 융합적 전략의 필요성을 제시하였다.

This research investigates how teachers evaluate the School Comprehensive Evaluation administered by KEDI from 2000 to 2001. To provide basic data for improvement of the School Comprehensive Evaluation, the following six questions were asked: 1. What are the teachers' evaluations of the School Comprehensive Evaluation? 2. What are the teachers' evaluations of the operation of the School Comprehensive Evaluation? 3. What are the teachers' evaluations of the results of the School Comprehensive Evaluation? 4. What are the teachers' evaluations of the effects of the School Comprehensive Evaluation? 5. What are the teachers' opinions regarding the problems of the School Comprehensive Evaluation and solutions to them? 6. What are the teachers' evaluations of the open classrooms and evaluators? 360 questionnaires were distributed to teachers who had been working at the Busan and Ulsan Metropolitan City schools taken the School Comprehensive Evaluation, and 258 questionnaires were processed by a SPSS WIN. The followings are major findings of the study: 1. The teachers evaluated the School Comprehensive Evaluation to be more desirable compared to the usual School Evaluation. 2. They recognized the need for preliminary training with extended time about the School Comprehensive Evaluation. They evaluated that the procedure and area of the evaluation were quite valid. 3. They evaluated the evaluation reports were objective but not leading changes in the respective schools. 4. The School Comprehensive Evaluation did not much contributed to the improvement of the schools. 5. Stress from interview and class observation was the major problem to the teachers. 6. The teachers did prepare for their open classes, but highly evaluated the evaluator's professionalism.

경찰은 범정부적 대책의 일환으로 학교폭력 근절을 위한 추진과제를 실행해 왔고, 학교폭력 대처를 위한 법집행기관으로서의 경찰의 역할은 더욱 강화될 것으로 예상한다. 이런 점에서 본 연구에서는 향후 경찰의 학교폭력 예방 활동을 위한 몇 가지 정책적 제언을 하고자 한다. 우선, 학교전담경찰관 활동의 명확한 법적근거를 통한 내실화와 전문성 제고를 위한 채용 교육 제도가 필요하다. 다음으로, 학교폭력 이해당사자들의 책무성을 강화해야 한다. 각 지방경찰청장과 교육감이 주관하는 가칭 'Safe School 인증제도' 그리고 보호자에 대한 학교폭력 책무성을 강화하는 방안도 고려해야한다. 마지막으로, 학교폭력 위험성 정도에 따른 차등적 경찰대응과 종합적인 상담전화 기능의 117학교폭력 전화를 적극 홍보하고 상담사의 전문성을 제고하여 피해신고를 활성화해야 한다.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate issues and performance of development projects of Gurye Banggwang villages' key projects, especially directly or indirectly related to resident income augmentation. The agricultural products processing factory, the valley resting, the urban and rural exchange center, and the village festival have been closely selected as directly or indirectly related to the resident income. Analysis of survey of resident and two agriculture unions' members led the performance and problem of Banggwang villages' development projects. The income project has the difficulties of recruiting members, lack of professionalism of people in production and marketing of processed products, and conflict between members etc. For this reason, income projects being adopted as the comprehensive rural village development project is often negative. Compare to the other cases, Banggwang village has more reflection of the income project, and has lot of interest by policy makers whether it be pursued successfully. It is too early to evaluate a performance properly because it is the beginning of income projects and the experience are not yet being sufficient. However, the performance is appearing gradually from various sides. For example, dividend of business profits, employment opportunities and sales of agricultural products are developing increasingly. Income projects have strengthens the residents' participation and interest in comprehensive rural village development project and with securing stable funding it will help to maintain the facilities.

Research suggests that medical students frequently experience mental health problems such as stress, burnout, and depression, which may, in turn, affect suicidal ideation and behaviors. Since mental health problems profoundly impact academic achievement and professionalism, it is vital to understand factors influencing students' mental health and identify strategies to provide the necessary support. Some relevant influencing factors range from the personal level, including gender, personality traits, perfectionism, and social support, to the environmental level, including the grading system, educational phases, exposure to patients' death, mistreatment, and culture of medicine. In this regard, a comprehensive mental health support system that encompasses environmental interventions, as well as personal-level support, is needed. Simultaneously, proactive approaches that address the improvement of self-care and alleviation of systemic burdens are essential, together with the predominant reactive approaches focusing on problems and deficits. Altogether, we proposed a framework for enhancing mental health constructed by four categories (personal-reactive, environmental-reactive, personal-proactive, environmental-proactive) based on the intervention level and goal of support. All four categories have important implications, and one cannot replace the other, but expanding environmental-proactive support will allow more students to learn how to pursue health independently. We expect that this comprehensive framework for enhancing mental health could expand support systems for medical students' personal and professional development.

Objectives: This study was performed in order to provide evidence-based data for the expected professional impact of dental hygienists, and to apply and disclose the comprehensive dental hygiene care process through an in-depth analysis of their scaling experience and investigation of the importance of an evidence-based scaling work performance. Methods: The data were collected from June 3, 2019 to October 3, 2019 by conducting in-depth individual interviews on 10 dental hygienists who are working in dental clinics and hospitals by region. The data were analyzed by using the grounded theory methodology, which is a field of qualitative research method. Results: Study results showed that the core category derived from the paradigm model and change process in this study was 'a process of becoming a mature professional outside practical work'. Conclusions: In this study, the participants were able to gain a sense of occupational accomplishment as dental hygienists by performing scaling based on the comprehensive dental hygiene care (CDHC) process, and to advance into professionals through continuous efforts and research in order to enhance their job competencies.
