It is a reality that users do not know well what kind of information protection policy the cloud service provider presents to consumers. The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve the effectiveness of information protection by analyzing the content and linguistic characteristics of information protection policies provided by cloud service providers. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we investigate the contents of information protection policies of 47 companies that provide cloud services and analyze the influence of linguistic characteristics to come up with a plan to increase the efficiency of cloud services. The research results showed that low readability due to comprehensive expression of technical processing methods, etc., could lead to legal disputes and to hinder the spread of cloud services. The research results can increase the effectiveness of information protection by suggesting items to be provided to users.ing, Privacy, confidentiality, linguistic characteristics, Accounting Information.

Purpose: A study of the family planning and Maternal-Child Health Services that disciplined itself in primary health care post form 1980 to 2009. Method: Investigation studies family planning in primary health care post and a change process of a Maternal-Child Health Services into case by case until 2009 from 1980. Results: Our country family planning business began at economic development dimensions in order to solve a poverty issue. This business goal were childbirth decrease of pregnancy possibility couple aged 19~49 and improve to mother and child health. For this goal, all kinds of health education included sex education and contraception education, contraception service, comprehensive maternal and child health service that management of front and back of childbirth etc. are provided. According to fail down a birthrate from 6.0(1962) to 1.25(2009), the nation reached to a dilemma called childbirth encouragement policy. Conclusions: Decrease of labor supply by low birthrate, decrease numerical an employed person by aging was brought a labor shortage and decrease of productivity of labor of industrial manpower. Deterioration phenomenon of financial income and expenditure by consumption and investment contraction caused decrease of slowdown of economic growth and potential growth rate, and a social cost burden is increased by deterioration financial old man support burden increase by this and pensions and health insurance, a sharp increase of social welfare cost etc. Now, in order to solve a low birth issue, the government establishes a whole nation forwarding system and establishes basic plan social low birth and advanced age, and to prepare for childbirth fault factors removal and advanced age society shall endeavor.

Recently, starting with the deep underground road construction plan in Seobu Expressway, Korea, there area many studies on deep underground roads to be newly built. However, there is an extreme lack of safety standards, which does not consider traffic conditions and road driving characteristics. Therefore, this study reviewed safety elements to reflect in the deep underground road planning by analyzing driving stability of longitudinal tunnels with road environments, which resemble deep underground roads. For comprehensive analysis, the characteristics and causes of the accidents that have occurred in seven longitudinal tunnels with a length of 2km or over in Gangwon area, were collected. Specifically, geometric structures and facilities of each tunnel were investigated. Also, the present state of facility installation and the changes in driving speed of vehicles passing through each tunnel were observed to analyze the causes for the traffic accidents in each tunnel and accident reduction alternatives. It was revealed that the most frequent accidents in the tunnels resulted from the changes of traffic flow due to the abrupt speed reduction of forward vehicles, or the failure in speed control of following vehicles during the traffic congestion situation. Moreover, installing facilities such as plane and longitudinal curves, median strips and marginal strips seem to induce consistent driving speed. These results mean that for accident prevention, speed management must be preceded and there is a need to develop and introduce safety facilities actively to control the driving flow of forward and following vehicles.

While the first step of the comprehensive plan for educational informationization focused on the infrastructure establishment, the second step aims to develop creativity and problem solving skills of students through the use of Information and Communication Technology(ICT). The purpose of this research is to investigate the current status of the educational use of ICT in elementary schools, and to give guidelines for future educational informationization. Four aspects of ICT(i.e., school environments, teachers' abilities to use ICT, methods for using ICT in class, and factors hindering the use of ICT in schools) were examined in the survey. From the survey, it is found that ICT is now used in schools more actively than before. However, it is also found that more efforts need to be made in some areas such as instructional strategies using ICT in class, and the design and the management of teacher training programs.

With increasing astronomically damage costs caused by frequent and large-sized flood, a hazard map containing comprehensive analysis results such as inundation trace investigation, flood possibility analysis, and evacuation plan establishment for flooded regions is a fundamental measure of non-structural flood prevention. Though an inundation trace map containing flood investigation results occurred by typhoon, rainfall and tsunami is a basic hazard map having close relationship with a flood possibility map as well as a hazard information map, it is often impossible to be produced because of financial deficiency, time delay of investigation, and the lack of maintenance for flood traces. Therefore, this study proposes the accuracy enhancement procedure of inundation trace map with flood damage information and three-dimensional Digital Elevation Model (DEM) for the past frequent flooded regions according to a guideline for inundation trace map of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).

This study investigates the beginning background of the Smart Education Policy. Besides this article suggests the policy task and direction through analysis of politique characteristic of the Smart Education Policy. First of all, the Smart Education Policy belongs with distribution policy. Distribution policy means that the government positively provides goods and services that people in need. Second, the Smart Education Policy has high tangibility and the policy's output appears immediately. Thus, this step required verification of policy output as well as policy impact. Third, the Smart Education Policy is succession policy of historical and contextual homogeneity of educational information comprehensive development plan that has been promoted in our country since 1996. So, Policy implementation must based on this. Fourth, in order to smooth driving of the Smart Education Policy, to keep up with a rapidly changing politique environment, driving of policy need to secure high flexibility.

This study was conducted for the purpose of providing help to preparation of preventive intervention plans on job stress and the quality of life by investigating how resilience affects the relationship between job stress and the quality of life of the employed mentally disabled. As for the methods, this study collected materials by combining mail survey and visiting survey through a self-administered method targeting 113 mentally disabled who have been cared at community psychiatric rehabilitation centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and been employed for more than 3 months after the researcher of this study gave explanation to and asked for consent to the staffs of the centers. Study results show that job stress perceived by the employed-disabled exerts a significant influence on the quality of life, and resilience have a significant mediating effect between job stress and the quality of life. Through the above results, this study showed a possibility to apply resilience of the employed mentally disabled as an internal countermeasure, suggesting a comprehensive intervention plan for lowering job stress and improving the quality of life.

The closure of education office is due to a decrease in the number of students, but it is necessary to look at various causes of this decrease. In particular, unlike other regions, Gyeonggi Province has a large number of students due to redevelopment, relocation of businesses, and changes in school districts. In addition, it is necessary to set the overall direction for the use of closed schools and seek ways to establish an efficient operation and management system in preparation for the changing future of the educational environment. Through this study, the closure of schools in Gyeonggi-do is different from that of local schools. The measures to utilize closed schools in Gyeonggi-do Province should be different and contribute to realizing the utilization of closed schools.

This paper studied about environmental protection and Free Trade in FTA. FTA is representative means that maximize trade profit through free trade. But Regulation for environmental protection is infringing profit of free trade(FTA). It is the natural matter that the all countries must do environmental protection. but, measure for environmental protection must not be used on trade limited constituent. This study studied about enactment plan of environmental regulation to achieve two targets of environmental protection with trade liberalization. Study Finding is as following. First, it is that to apply existent environmental standard in the FTA expands trade liberalization. Second, need enactment of rule that can interchange Environmental Goods or a technology effectively. Third, there is necessity to establish procedural regulations and substantial regulations that refer environment problems. also to include comprehensive form in case of choose Multilateral Environmental Agreements is reasonable.
