공동주택단지 거주자의 환경친화 계획요소 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning Factor Evaluation of Environmental Friendiness by Apartment Residents)

  • The purpose of this study is to extract the main planning factors of environment friendly apartment complex through the residents' evaluations on importance levels of the planning factors. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1) Understanding on the environment friendly apartment complex is lacking, and the satisfaction level on the living space as the environment friendly apartment is very low. 2) The residents in the low-storied apartments want the introduction of facilities for energy saving, and those in the high-storied apartments demand to develop to green area. 3) In evaluating the importance of the environment friendly planning factors and the image of the apartment complex, the guarantee of green area and the development of water friendly space are closely related with the image of the apartment complex. So, they are the planning factors that should be handled importantly.

  • Since plug type passenger door has two motion modes, power transmission unit must be capable of plug-in or plug-out, and sliding mode. Complex planetary gear train is proposed, which is composed of two 2K-H, I type planetary gear units. For the proposed complex planetary gear train, ranges of addendum modification coefficients which would not lead to interferences is analyzed, and optimal addendum modification coefficients among these ranges which generate the maximum efficiency are presented. Based on the interference, efficiency and torque ratio analysis results, complex planetary new train is designed and manufactured.

Complex planetary gear train is proposed, which is composed of two 2K-H, I type planetary gear units.   • For the "Hopf bundle" $S^1{\rightarrow}S^{2n,1}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{C}H^n$, horizontal lifts of simple closed curves are studied. Let ${\gamma}$ be a piecewise smooth, simple closed curve on a complete totally geodesic surface $S$ in the base space. Then the holonomy displacement along ${\gamma}$ is given by $$V({\gamma})=e^{{\lambda}A({\gamma})i}$$ where $A({\gamma})$ is the area of the region on the surface $S$ surrounded by ${\gamma}$; ${\lambda}=1/2$ or 0 depending on whether $S$ is a complex submanifold or not. We also carry out a similar investigation for the complex Heisenberg group $\mathbb{R}{\rightarrow}\mathcal{H}^{2n+1}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{C}^n$.

  • Members of the genus Acinetobacter are recognized as newer pathogens of the nosocomial infection with an increasing frequency in recent years. Strains that belonged to A. calcoaceticus A. baumannii complex (genomic species 1, 2, 3, and 13TU) were major groups associated with nosocomial infection. Phenotypic identification was unreliable and laborious method to classify Acinetobacter strains into 19 genomic species. Rapid and reliable identification of clinical isolates is essential to diagnosis and epidemiology of Acinetobacter. We investigated the suitability of amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis (ARDRA) to identify genomic species of 131 Acinetobacter isolates. The 16S rRNA genes (ribosomal DNA) were enzymatically amplified and the amplified PCR products were restricted independently with the enzymes, AluI, CfoI, and MboI. Genomic species of Acinetobacter was classified by the combinations of restriction patterns. The analysis was showed that restriction profiles were characteristic for each genomic species. One hundred fourteen isolates were identified as A. baumannii, twelve were identified as genomic species 13TU, and one was identified as genomic species 3. Four isolates were found to be unknown organisms. All of the isolates which were identified to A. baumannii by phenotypic tests were completely discriminated into A. baumannii and genomic species 13TU by ARDRA. This study demonstrates that ARDRA is a rapid and simple techniques for the identification of Acinetobacter species according to the genomic species.

Crystallization and Preliminary X-Ray Crystallographic Analysis of UDP-N-Acetylglucosamine Enolpyruvyl Transferase from Haemophilus influenzae in Complex with UDP-N-Acetylglucosamine and Fosfomycin

  • The bacterial enzyme UDP-N-acetylglucosamine enolpyruvyl transferase catalyzes the first committed step of peptidoglycan biosynthesis, i.e., transfer of enolpyruvate from phosphoenolpyruvate to UDP-N-acetyl-glucosamine. We have overexpressed the enzyme from Haemophilus influenzae in Escherichia coli and crystallized it in the apo-form, as well as in a complex with UDP-N-acetylglucosamine and fosfomycin using ammonium sulfate as the precipitant. X-ray diffraction data from a crystal of the apo-form were collected to $2.8{\AA}$ resolution at 293 K. The crystal quality was improved by co-crystallization with UDP-N-acetylglucosamine and fosfomycin. X-ray data to $2.2{\AA}$ have been collected at 100 K from a flash-frozen crystal of the complex. The complex crystals belong to the orthorhombic space group I222 (or $I2_12_12_1$) with unit-cell parameters of a = 63.7, b = 124.5, and $c=126.3{\AA}$. Assuming a monomer of the recombinant enzyme in the crystallographic asymmetric unit, the calculated Matthews parameter ($V_M$) is $2.71{\AA}^3Da^{-1}$ and solvent content is 54.6%.

KI를 사용하여 제조한 Poly(vinyl alcohol)-I2 착체 필름의 편광특성 및 열저항에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heat Resistance and Polarization Characteristics of Poly(vinyl alcohol)-I2 Complex Films Prepared with a Potassium iodide)

  • Potassium iodide(KI)를 함유하는 poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) 필름의 산화공정에 의해 제조된 PVA-iodine 착제물(PVA_KI계)의 편광특성을 조사하였다. PVA-KI계 편광필름의 UV-visible 스펙트럼은 220 nm, 290~360 nm와 650 nm에서 $I^{-}$, $I{_3}{^-}$$I{_5}{^-}$ 발색단에 해당하는 흡수밴드를 각각 나타냈다. PVA-KI계 필름의 편광효율과 투과도는 산화시간, 연신비율, KI 농도 등에 크게 의존하였다. 제조된 편광필름은 99.5%와 45%의 높은 편광효율 및 투과도를 나타냈다. 특히 산화공정에 의해 제조된 편광필름의 열저항은 기존의 PVA-$I_2$계 편광필름에 비하여 뛰어났다. 이러한 결과는 PVA 편광필름의 산화공정의 차이에 기인된다고 생각된다.

  • Let A be Noetherian ring, a= (${\tau}_1..., \tau_n$ an ideal of A and $C_{A}$ be category of A-modules and A-homomorphisms. We show that the connected left sequences of covariant functors ${limH_i(K.(t^t,-))}_{i\geq0}$ and ${lim{{Tor^A}_i}(\frac{A}{a^f}-)}_{i\geq0}$ are isomorphic from $C_A$ to itself, where $\tau^t\;=\;{{\tau_^t}_1$, ㆍㆍㆍ${\tau^t}_n$.

  • In the present paper, a new analytic function valued integral operator is introduced which is defined on n-copies of a subset of the class of normalized analytic functions on the unit disc of the complex plane. This operator, which is denoted here by $\mathfrak{J}^{{\alpha}_i,{\beta}_i}(f_1,{\ldots},f_n)$, unifies and generalizes several integral operators studied earlier. Interesting sufficient conditions are derived for the univalent starlikeness of $\mathfrak{J}^{{\alpha}_i,{\beta}_i}(f_1,{\ldots},f_n)$.

  • The automorphism group of domains is main stream of classification problem coming from E. Cartan's work. In this paper, I introduce classical technique of computations of automorphism group of domains and recent development of automorphism group. Moreover, I suggest new research problems in computations of automorphism group.
