NCS 기반 교육과정의 전문교과 교사는 더욱 전문화된 교수역량을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 NCS 기반 교육과정 '전자' 교과의 마이크로프로세서 교육을 위한 교수역량을 규명하고, 역량 간 상대적 중요도를 분석하였다. 주요 연구 분석결과는 첫째, NCS 기반 교육과정 '전자' 교과에서 마이크로프로세서 교육을 위한 교수역량은 8개의 주요 역량과 22개의 하위 역량으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 주요역량 간, 각 하위 역량 간 상대적 중요도 조사에서 각각 '소스코드 작성 역량'과 '타겟 시스템 회로도 활용 소스코드 작성 역량'이 최고 순위이다. 본 연구는 전자 교과의 핵심이 되는 마이크로프로세서 교육의 내용과 방법에 대한 개선 및 교사역량 강화를 제안하며, 직업교육 체계화를 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 또한 교수역량 요소를 통해 교사 역량 개발을 위한 전략 수립에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 사회복지의 영역에서 변화가 나타나고 있는 국제사회복지의 역량있는 인재를 육성하기 위한 교육과정을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사회복지기관의 환경적 변화하는 국제사회복지에 대한 요구를 증가시켰고, 그로 인해 국제사회복지에 대한 교육의 필요성이 증가하였다. 본 연구는 국제사회복지직무에 필요로 하는 역량이 무엇인지를 살펴보고 이에 따른 역량중심의 국제사회복지 교육과정을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 직무에 따른 교육과정을 사회복지 NCS직무와 사회복지교육, 국제개발협력기관의 업무와 사회복지NCS, 그리고 NCS와 국제사회복지교육과정을 비교분석하여 제안하였다. 기관홈페이지에 제시된 직무와 채용공고를 토대로 국제개발협력기관의 직무를 파악하고, 교육과정은 사회복지지침서에 제시된 사회복지의 교육과정을 중심으로 파악하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 국제사회복지의 직무역량을 강화시키는 교육과정의 핵심교과목은 다음과 같다; 인권과 사회복지, 국제사회복지, NGO와 국제개발협력, 북한지역개발, 제개발협력과 ODA, PCM(Project Cycle Management), 평가와 모니터링, 국제사회복지세미나, 국제사회복지실습, 국제사회복지인턴십, 지역사회복지론, 프로그램개발과 평가, 사회복지윤리와 철학, 사회복지실천기술론, 다문화 사회복지, 빈곤과 사회복지, 사회적 기업과 제3섹터, 사회문제론 등이다.

As the direction of education in the fourth industry in the 21st century, convergence talent education that emphasizes the connection and convergence between core competency-based education and academia is emerging to foster creative talent. The purpose of this paper is to present the criteria for evaluating the competency of learning outcomes in order to develop a strategic model for innovation in engineering teaching-learning. In this paper, as a study to establish the direction of implementation of convergence talent education, a creative innovation teaching method support system was established to improve the quality of convergence talent education. Firstly, a plan to develop a teaching-learning model based on computing thinking. Secondly, it presented the development of a teaching-learning model based on linkage and convergence learning. Thirdly, we would like to present educational appropriateness and ease based on convergence learning in connection with curriculum improvement strategies based on computing thinking skills. Finally, we would like to present a strategic model development plan for innovation in engineering teaching-learning that applies the convergence talent education program.

4차산업혁명의 도래와 더불어 대학의 교양교육은 그 내용과 방법에 있어서 근본적인 혁신을 요구받아왔다. H대학교는 시대적 변화에 부응하면서 교육수요자의 필요를 충족시키는 교양교육체계를 확립하기 위해 지속적으로 노력해 왔다. 크게 보아 H대학교의 개선 노력은 역량기반 교양교육과 전통적인 자유학예 교양교육을 조화시키는 방향으로 이루어져 왔다. 구체적으로 이는 핵심역량중심 교양교육 체계 확립이라는 교육부의 요구와 기초-교양-소양이라는 교기원의 교양체계를 발전적으로 수렴, 조화시키는 교양교육체계 확립으로 요약할 수 있다. 그 변화의 출발점은 2017년 말에 받았던 교기원의 기본 컨설팅이었다. 이에 근거해서 2019년도 교양이 수체계를 전면적으로 개편하였으며, 교양이수학점도 기존 22학점에서 28학점으로 대폭 확대하는 동시에, 배분이수체계를 도입하였다. 또한 교육부의 가이드라인을 참고하여, 핵심역량 제고를 위한 2020학년도 교양이 수체계를 확립하였다. 이를 위해 교과목과 역량을 매칭시켰으며, 3대 핵심역량을 균형 있게 함양하기 위해 몇 몇 영역과 과목들을 신설하였다. <사회봉사> 과목과 <글로벌 시민의식> 과목군은 그 대표적 예이다. 이런 변화를 통해 H대학교는 4차산업혁명 시대를 능동적으로 대처해 나갈 수 있는 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는 교양교육이 되기를 기대하고 있다.

This study investigated the National Competency Standards (NCS) of fashion planning to compare the fashion planning curriculum of domestic universities and colleges with NCS as well as suggest ways to activate the application of NCS to fashion planning education. Qualitative research was employed based on references from the old and new homepages of NCS as well as fashion planning related subjects of domestic universities and colleges. The results are as follow. First, fashion planning NCS was composed of 10 competency units. Competency units were composed of competency unit elements and performance criteria. The levels of the competency units and the competency unit elements were suggested based on 8 stages. There were significant differences in the content of competency units and the level of competency units between the old version and the revised version of fashion planning NCS. Second, considerable fashion planning related subjects seemed at a higher level than the function level of recent college graduates. There were also omitted subjects which were required for recent college graduates. Third, the requirements for the reorganization of curriculums and education systems as well as the cooperation among industry, colleges, universities, and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the validation of NCS.

Since ABEEK ("Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea") began its accreditation in 2001, the 595 programs in 100 institutions have been accredited, and now the number of accredited programs is continuously increasing. On the other hand, NCS ("National Competency Standards") which is directed by government, has been also introduced in recent years, and it becomes the center of attentions of many universities in Korea. Each of these 2 systems has its own strengths and weaknesses, even though their main purposes are very similar. This paper deals with the comparison between the curriculum based on NCS with ABEEK. And also, the examples of making the curriculum based on the NCS would be introduced. At the conclusion, some suggestions for the new NCS system would be proposed.

Purpose: This study was intended to identify the competency model for korean health teachers. In order to enhance job effectiveness and talent development of health teachers in schools, this study would provide policy makers and school administrators with a competency model to be used as a valid and reliable tool for selection, development, and appraisal of health teachers. Methods: This study used three-round Delphi technique, which was a series of surveys to obtain a consensus of experts in school health and health education. 31 experts were finally involved in Delphi panel, which consisted of professors, administrators, and school teachers. Results: This study found that the competency model of health teachers was composed of fourteen competencies and 75 performance indicators. The fourteen competencies were as follows: consulting and teaching competency, students understanding competency, health problem solving competency, health assessment competency, relationship building competency, information management competency, curriculum management competency, teaching activity competency, writing competency, professional expertise competency, health business management competency, self control competency, school commitment competency, and achievement orientation competency. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, policy makers and school administrators would be able to use the competency model as a tool of new health teachers selection, existing health teachers appraisal, and new and existing teachers training and education. Future research needs to classify the levels of each performance indicator as a kind of behavior indices.

역량 함양을 강조한 2022 개정 수학과 교육과정이 고시됨에 따라, 본 연구는 초등학교 수학과 교육과정에서 역량이 구현된 양상을 역량, 내용 체계와 성취기준 연계를 중심으로 분석하였다. 교육과정 개정 연구 보고서의 역량과 그 하위요소, 교육과정 내용 체계의 '과정·기능', 성취기준 동사 간의 연계성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수학과의 다섯 가지 교과 역량(문제해결, 추론, 의사소통, 연결, 정보처리)은 대부분 내용 체계의 '과정·기능'으로 구현되고, 이는 성취기준 동사로 더욱 구체화되어 제시되었다. 둘째, 다섯 가지 역량은 모든 영역에서 동일한 비중으로 구현된 것은 아니며, 영역별/학년군별로 다루는 지식·이해의 내용에 따라 적합한 과정·기능이 차별화되어 제시되었다. 셋째, 2022 개정 초등학교 수학과 교육과정에서는 이전에 비해 성취기준에서 동사를 더욱 풍부하게 구체화하여 제시하였다. 넷째, 전체 영역을 통하여 '이해하기'는 여전히 가장 높은 비중으로 제시되었다. 또한, 연구 결과를 통하여, 향후 문제해결 역량의 의미와 타 역량과의 관계에 대하여 명확히 정립하고 '이해하기'를 보다 구체적인 과정이나 기능으로 개발하여 제시할 것을 논의하였다.

엔터프라이즈 환경의 표준화 경쟁은 백엔드의 데이터 티어로 시작하여 대표적인 엔터프라이즈 미들 티어가 스프링 프레임워크로 받아들여짐으로써 표준화로 안정화되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 점차 빠른 주기로 새로운 디바이스의 출현으로 웹과 모바일 서비스에 대한 호환성 확보가 웹 서비스 기업들의 중요한 경쟁력이 되고 있다. 그러나 국내 기업들은 이러한 정보화 시대의 격변한 환경 변화에 적절한 역량있는 기술 인력을 확보하지 못하고 있으며, 교육중심 대학들의 교육과정에서도 새로운 역량중심의 교육과정의 요구를 반영하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 엔터프라이즈 시스템 플랫폼 환경에서 필요한 역량중심의 기술을 습득과 교육과정을 개발하기 위하여 스프링 프레임워크 환경에서 스프링 데이터 JPA를 활용한 시스템을 분석 및 설계 단계별로 문서화 작성을 통하여 구현하였다. 향후 엔터프라이즈 환경에서의 바로 적용할 수 있는 풀 스택 역량중심의 교육과정 및 캡스톤 디자인 교육과정의 참조 모델을 제공하고자 한다.

산업체가 요구하는 능력 중심의 현장 인력을 양성하기 위하여 산업인력공단에서는 국가직업능력표준을 개발하였고 국가직업능력표준에 의거하여 제시된 과정과 교재개발 방안에 따라 프로젝트 기반의 기계설계교육용 훈련 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 몇 개 대학에서 적용하면서, 그 유용성을 학생들이 과정 중 수행한 프로젝트보고서로서 제시하였다.
