Representative domestic start-up support organizations include the Business Incubator(BI), Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development(KISED), Techno Park(TP), and Center of Creative Economy Innovation(CCEI), and there are about 260 Business incubator nationwide. The Business incubator is operated by universities, research institutes, and private foundations or associations. The organization consists of the center director and the incubating professionals (hereinafter referred to as "manager"), etc., and performs tasks such as center operation management and incubation support services for tenant companies. Until now, research on the operation of Business Incubator has been mainly focused on the performance of tenant companies. Studies on whether the manager's competency characteristics directly or indirectly affect the performance of the tenant companies through psychological mediators such as self-efficacy and organizational commitment were very scarce. The purpose of this study is to explore various factors influencing organizational commitment and job performance by the competence characteristics of Business incubator managers, and to explain the causal relationship among those factors. In particular, the difference in perception was investigated by a manager's survey that influences organizational commitment and work performance at the Business incubator. Through this, we intend to present practical implications for the role of managers in the operation of Business incubators. This study is an exploratory study, and the subject of the study was a survey of about 600 managers working at Business incubator nationwide, of which 116 responses were analyzed. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, and reliability. Structural equation model analysis was performed for hypothesis tests. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the cognitive characteristics of the Business incubator manager, communication, and situational response as the behavioral characteristics had a positive effect on the manager's self-efficacy, and the behavioral characteristics had a greater effect on the self-efficacy. It was also found that the manager's cognitive and behavioral characteristics, and self-efficacy had a positive effect on organizational commitment and work performance. In particular, a manager's self-efficacy has a positive effect on organizational commitment and work performance. This result showed that the manager's competency characteristics increase the manager's self-efficacy as a mediating factor rather than directly affecting organizational commitment and work performance. This study explains that the manager's competency characteristics are transferred to organizational commitment and work performance. The results of the study are expected to reflect the job standard of the National Competency Standards (NCS) and basic vocational competency to the job competency of managers, and it also provides a guideline for the effective business incubator operation in terms of human resource management. In practice, it is expected that the results of the study can reflect the vocational basic skills of the Business Incubator manager's job competency in the National Competency Standards(NCS) section, and suggest directions for the operation of the Business Incubator and the manager's education and training.

The recent phenomenon of job "Miss Match", which is inconsistent with knowledge in the demand of educational training institutes and industries, has spread to an increase in private education costs for reeducation and employment of new hires, resulting in weak individual job competency and poor employment capability, as well as economic and material waste at the national level. To compensate for these problems, the National Competency Standards(NCS), which are available immediately in practice and look for a standard point of national job competency with the aim of fostering human resources sought by industries, were developed, and even the NCS-based qualification system was launched in line with the stream of times. This study is intended to look into the importance and priority of competency units and competency unit elements at the NCS-based qualification L3 level in the skin care field for an overall check of the NCS-based qualification level at a time when educational institutes are organizing and operating the school curriculums according to the NCS and NCS-based qualification level. And it is attempted to provide basic data for the development of curriculum in fostering professional human resources required by industries. To analyze the needs for competency units and competency unit elements at the L3 level, a survey using AHP method was carried out to a group of field experts and a group of education experts. In addition, the SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Science) ver. 21.0 and Expert Choice 2000, an AHP-only solution was used to do statistical processing through the processes of data coding and data cleaning. The findings showed that there was a partial difference of opinion between a group of field experts and a group of education experts. This indicates that the inconsistencies between educational training institutes and industrial sites should be resolved at this time of change with the aim of fostering field customized human resources with professional skills. Consequently, the solution is to combine jobs at industrial sites and standardized educations of educational institutes with human resources required at industrial sites.

A workplace trainer is required to have profound theoretical and technological knowledge, sufficient experience and problem-solving ability in order to play the role of a competent trainer and assessor for the apprentices and experienced worker students who are participating in the Work-Learning Dual System of the company. This study has introduced a Degree-linked Highly Skilled professional Course in Korea and proposed an optimized standard education model for the training of high-quality workplace trainers. It is expected that this study will contribute greatly to the training of highly skilled professionals for efficient implementation of the Work-Learning Dual System and stable institutional settlement of the Highly Skilled professionals Course as the first empirical study on the training of highly skilled professionals.
Currently financial support for vocational skills development training is provided based on the NCS standard unit price set according to the NCS occupational classification. Such a standard unit price system has the advantage of reducing administrative burdens required in managing the training levy-grant system. In this paper, it is pointed out that current unit price system may distort the social integration function of vocational training policy as it is based on the tuition fees of training course. As a basis for finding a more appropriate financial support system, we analyzed what factors are influencing the training course fees set by training institutions. As a result, it was confirmed that the monopolistic nature of the training courses or the high level of willingness of pay of training participants influenced the training course fees. Therefore, the necessity of removing the influence of such factors from unit price system was suggested so as that the training policy contributes to the social integration. Furthermore, it is required to establish new support criteria centered on the government's policy judgment if the training costs of all training courses cannot be exactly estimated.

Construction industry is based on receiving an order. So, it has a special feature that market and manufacture activity is formed by a user. For this reason, it has a great influence on other industry compare construction industry with other industry. Specially when build public structure as infrastructure, importance of owner is emphasized then private construction because the primary role of owner have a great effect on national finance. Inspite of that, the importance of a faculty and role of an owner and an ordering organ, it is weak that a study about objective and meaningful evaluation of the specially, common standard and ability of public ordering organ as a major user of domestic construction industry. So, this study define the evaluation sphere and an element of an ordering ability for develop an ordering ability evaluation guide which can evaluate objective ability of an ordering organ. Apply its evaluation sphere and element, judge a standard of an owner, thought the judgement, it can judge accurately of short ability and if it can make future oriented strategy, it can elevate the efficiency of an owner organization management.

Smart factory of Manufacturing sector is rapidly spreading, globally. In case of domestic, it is on going based on KOSF. It is neither lack of invest nor security of information due to it has been spread from manufacturing sector. Hence, that's very difficult to efficiency prevent from new type of intimidation and security accident happened sometimes from this situation. According to research information security condition with recognized new menace, there is a most efficient way is provide education of information security without any extra budget to safely spread smart factory. Thus, this study of research has developed security awareness training curriculum from international standard, requirement of the industry, and curriculum of educational institution based on NCS (National Competency Standard). It is be very helpful to spread smart factory safely due to expert group has been test of validity.
Background: The main purpose of this study was to survey the education and training of certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in Thailand. A secondary objective was to study the problems in fellowship training regarding palliative care for gynecologic cancer patients. Materials and Methods: A descriptive study was conducted by sending a questionnaire regarding palliative care education to all certified gynecologic oncologists and gynecologic oncology fellows in Thailand. The contents of the survey included fellowship training experience, caring for the dying, patient preparation, attitudes and respondent characteristics. Statistics were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation and chi-square. Results: One hundred seventy completed questionnaires were returned; the response rate was 66%. Most certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in gynecologic oncology have a positive attitude towards palliative care education, and agree that "psychological distress can result in severe physical suffering". It was found that the curriculum of gynecologic oncology fellowship training equally emphasizes three aspects, namely managing post-operative complications, managing a patient at the end of life and managing a patient with gynecologic oncology. As for experiential training during the fellowship of gynecologic oncology, education regarding breaking bad news, discussion about goals of care and procedures for symptoms control were mostly on-the-job training without explicit teaching. In addition, only 42.9 % of respondents were explicitly taught the coping skill for managing their own stress when caring for palliative patients during fellowship training. Most of respondents rated their clinical competency for palliative care in the "moderately well prepared" level, and the lowest score of the competency was the issue of spiritual care. Conclusions: Almost all certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in gynecologic oncology have a positive attitude towards learning and teaching in palliative care. In this study, some issues were identified for improving palliative care education such as proper training under the supervision of a mentor, teaching how to deal with work stress, competency in spiritual care and attitudes on responsibility for bereavement care.
National Competency Standards (NCS) is a good resource for curriculum development and operations corresponding to the industrial damand. Recently, four-year colleges and universities are committed to a restructuring of the industry demand-driven training courses in order to strengthen competitiveness. However, NCS is focused to train the technical personnel in vocational training institutions(ex. College, Polytechnic University). Accordingly, NCS applications of four-year colleges and universities are hard to find. In this study, we propose a new model for NCS-based curriculum development and operations. Also, NCS was utilized to complement the existing curriculum. This paper includes the following contents; 1) NCS-based curriculum development process, 2) NCS-based course development and operation, 3) learner satisfaction analysis. Finally, this study provide practical implications to four-year colleges and universities to consider NCS application.
In this study, considering the OECD's DeSeCo and 2030 projects, the curriculum to develop competency was expected to be more emphasized, and the evaluation standards of the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum for elementary school in Korea and the Australian curriculum were analyzed in depth. To this end, the capabilities newly emphasized in the OECD 2030 Project were examined in detail and examined how the Australian elementary school mathematics curriculum included capabilities in achievement standards and content descriptions. The achievement standards of elementary school mathematics curriculum in Korea and Australia were matched, and the contents of number and arithmetic domain were compared and analyzed, and the skill verbs included in the achievement standards were analyzed and compared to see how their competencies were reflected in the achievement standards. Based on the results of the analysis, implications for improving math achievement standards were derived to faithfully reflect the capabilities into the mathematics curriculum.
The competition for standardization in the enterprise environment starts with the data tier of the back-end and the standard enterprise middle tier is being stabilized by standardization as it is accepted as the Spring Framework. In addition, with the advent of new devices in an increasingly rapid cycle, securing compatibility with web and mobile services has become an important competitive advantage for web service companies. However, companies are unable to secure competent technical personnel appropriate for the rapidly changing environment of the information generation, and the curriculum of educational universities does not reflect the demand of new competency-oriented curriculum. Therefore, in this study, in order to acquire competency-oriented skills required for such an enterprise system platform environment and to develop a curriculum, the system using Spring Data JPA in the Spring Framework environment was implemented through documenting for each analysis and design step. It aims to provide a reference model for the full stack competency-based curriculum and capstone design curriculum that can be applied immediately in the enterprise environment.
