사회적 지지체계에 따른 아동의 사회적 능력 (Children's Social Competence According to Chldren's Social Support System)

  • The purpose of this study were to develop 「The Inventory of Children's Social Support」 to investigate the sex difference of the perceived social support and social support satisfaction level and to identify the relation between children's social support system and children's social competence. The subjects were 213 5th, 6th children and their 6 teachers of elementary school at Kwang Ju. The data were analyized by frequency percentile factor analysis t-test and canonical correlation analysis, The results were as follows ; 1) The reliability and validity of 「The Inventory of Children's Social Support」was confirmed. 2) Sex difference of perceived social support and social support satisfaction level were partially found 3) There were significant relations between social support system and social competence of children. In conclusion children's social support system can be recognized as significant variable in predicting the social competence of children.

  • This study examines the effect of group-counseling programs for parents of children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) on parenting stress, parenting competence, and symptoms related to ADHD. For this study, 9 parents of children with ADHD were selected as an experimental group that participated in a group-counseling program and another 9 parents of children with ADHD for a control group that participated in a group of free conversation without a program. The program consisted of 9 sessions (a 70 minute meeting per session) with 2 sessions a week. Data were analyzed by a paired t-test and independent samples t-test, using SPSS program packages. Results showed significant before and after differences in the degree of parenting competence and that Parenting competence was improved with the experimental group.

  • Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

프랜차이즈 모기업 핵심역량 자원이 가맹점 관계결속과 재계약의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Core Competence and Resource Sharing on the Relational Bond among Franchisees and on Re-contract Intention in the Franchising Parent Companies)

  • Purpose - The domestic franchise industry has made significant contributions to industry such as investment, employment, and community economy development, facilitating growth potential. The franchise industry provides management knowhow transfer between parent companies and franchisees as per contracts addressing use of business signs, franchisees' independent position, franchisor support, and royalties to be paid to the franchisors. However, many franchisors lack management knowhow and provide insufficient support because of poor control of franchisees and not having a systematic approach to support. This results in dissatisfied franchisees and failure to establish long-term relationships. Few studies have examined relational commitment and/or re-contract intention by support resources between franchisors and franchisees, despite a considerable output of theories and studies of the growth of the franchise industry. The purpose of this study, therefore, was to examine the effects of the ability to provide resources on relational commitments and re-contract intention, and to suggest causal relationships and implications. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject was domestic franchisors registered with the Association of Franchise with more than 50 franchisees. Franchisees under contract for 2 years and considering re-contract of their franchise 2 years later were used. The subjects totaled 300 franchisees in Seoul. A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the subject of franchisees' concessions during the 10 days from November 21, 2013 to November 30, 2013. After excluding 16 surveys with poor answers, 284 responses were finally used. Four areas and 44 questions were used. A nominal scale was used for four common characteristics questions including gender, ages, educational background, and franchise managing time. Questions regarding ability, relational commitment, and re-contract intention made use of a Likert 5-point scale. Data coding and data cleaning were used. SPSS 18.0 was used as follows. First, frequency analysis was done to investigate demographic characteristics. Second, exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of testing tools, and Cronbach's α coefficient was used to verify reliability. Third, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. An exploratory factor analysis was done to verify validity of concepts. A correlation analysis was done to test relationships between the variables, and multiple regression analysis was done to verify franchisor's ability, franchisees' relational commitment, and re-contract intention. Results - The following were the outcomes. First, store operation management, finance operation management, and human resource management affected the calculated bond. Second, store operation management and finance operation management affected the emotional bond. Third, store operation management, finance operation management, human resource management, and marketing management affected the prescriptive bond. Fourth, calculated bond and prescriptive bond had an effect on re-contract intention. Conclusions - As stated above, in franchise management, parent companies' offer and instruction of core competence to their franchisees as an information resource could improve the relational bond by helping them grow together through the resource sharing. Consequently, core competence factors were promoting factors that could improve franchisees' re-contract intention for a long time.

임상간호사의 감성역량, 학습조직화 및 간호조직문화가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Competence, Learning Organization, and Nursing Organization Culture among Nursing Performance of Clinical Nurses)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional competence, learning organization and nursing organizational culture on performance among clinical nurses. Methods : This study was conducted over a six-month period, with 170 nurses from general hospitals with 400 beds in three regions of Korea. Data were gathered from August 25th to September 10th, 2016, using a self-report questionnaire, and analyzed using the IBM SPSS 19.0 program. Results : The significant predictors of nursing performance were self-awareness (${\beta}=.32$), a master's degree or higher (${\beta}=.20$), relationship management (${\beta}=.26$), personal mastery(${\beta}=.23$), and 5~10 years in a clinical career (${\beta}=.16$). These variables explained 47.3% of the variance in nursing performance. Conclusions : To improve nursing performance, interventions that can enhance nurses' emotional competence and the need for program development to enhance their learning organization, as well as related variables, including academic credentials and clinical career, should be considered.

AHP기법을 활용한 간호사의 NCS직업기초능력 우선순위 분석 (Priorities Analysis of NCS Vocational Key Competence of Nurse using AHP Method)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

아동이 지각한 부부갈등과 또래관계가 아동의 자기유능감에 미치는 영향: 다문화가정 아동과 일반가정 아동 비교 (Influence of Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict and Peer Relationship on Children's Self Competence: Comparison of Children from Multicultural Families and Korean Families)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in self competence between children from multicultural families and children from Korean families, and to study how interparental conflict and peer relationship influence the self competence of children. The subjects of the present study were 138 children of multicultural families and 254 children of Korean families in the 3rd or 4th grade in Seoul, Daegu, Gyeong-gi province, and Gyeong-buk province. The instruments of measurement were the Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict, Friendship and the Perceived Competence Scale for Children. Date were analyzed by independent samples T-test, MANCOVA, ANCOVA and multiple regression using the SPSS program. The results showed there was significant difference in the self competence of children between those from multicultural families and those from Korean families, but there was no significant difference when income was controlled. Second, for children of multicultural families, gender, income, and the intensity of interparental conflict had significant influence on self competence while gender, aid, conflict, and disclosure of negative affect in friendship, and being a peacemaker in interparental conflict influenced self competence significantly in the case of children of Korean families.

정신전문병원에 입원한 알코올 의존 환자의 신체상, 정서표현 신념이 의사소통 능력에 미치는 영향 (Effects of body-image and emotional expression beliefs on the communication competence of admitted to a psychiatric hospital)

  • 본 연구는 입원한 알콜의존환자가 지각하는 신체상, 정서표현신념 및 의사소통 능력의 정도와 상관관계를 파악하고 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 J시 소재 2개 정신전문병원과 S시에 소재한 1개 정신전문병원에 입원 중인 151명의 알코올의존 환자들을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 10월 11일부터 11월 20일 까지였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0을 이용하여 T-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 분석과 다중회귀 분석을 사용하였다. 알코올의존 환자의 신체상과 정서표현 신념은 유의한 부적 상관관계, 신체상과 의사소통능력은 정적 상관관계가 있었고. 정서표현신념과 의사소통능력은 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 의사소통능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 신체상, 학력, 정서표현신념이었고 총 설명력은 24.9%였다. 따라서 알코올의존환자의 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 긍정적인 신체상을 가지도록하며 정서표현신념을 낮출 필요가 있다. 본 연구결과가 알코올 의사소통능력을 향상시키는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
