The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors on the intention of career choice toward psychiatric nurses among nursing students. The participants were 261 senior nursing students from five schools in D and W metropolitan cities. Data were collected from August 1 to 20, 2019, and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS 26.0 program. In the multiple regression analysis, age (𝛽=.13, p=.048), satisfaction of mental health nursing practicum (𝛽=.16, p=.035) were significant factors on intention of career choice toward mental nurses with 10.3% of total explanatory power. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the practice satisfaction of nursing students by improving the practice environment and clinical nursing instructors' teaching competence. In addition, an further study was proposed that can identify various variables that affect the career choice of mental health nurses by expanding the subjects.

Because of the rapid change in the educational paradigm in the Fourth Industrial Revolution Era, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Education is becoming increasingly important today. The 2022 Revised Curriculum focuses on AI Education that can cultivate the fundamental skills and competencies needed in the future society. The following are the directions presented in this study for improving computational thinking and mathematical thinking in AI Education in elementary and secondary schools. First, studying teaching principles that allow students to understand AI concepts and principles and develop their ability to solve real-life problems is necessary in terms of computational thinking skills education. Second, an educational program is required for students to acquire algorithms using formulas and learn principles in the process of computers thinking like humans as part of their mathematical thinking ability to understand AI. A study on expectations through the analysis of competent learning effects that may arise from the relationship between instructors and learners was proposed as a future research project.

Metaverse have begun to attract attention because it facilitate interaction between learners and teachers in non face- to- face environment. In order to use the metaverse in the educational field such as online class, it is important that pre-service teachers intend to use it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between the pre-service teacher's educational competence and the intention to use the metaverse based on the technology acceptance model. The influence factors of flexibility for new technology, teacher efficacy, and TPACK were examined. It was conducted with 240 pre-service teachers, and the data of 183 pre-service teachers finally collected were used for the analysis. As a result of the study, among the metaverse educational competencies of elementary school pre-service teachers, flexibility and TPACK mediate perceived ease, and the pathways affecting metaverse use intention were significant. In this regard, theoretical and practical implications that can be helpful in the discussion and intention of using the metaverse of pre-service teachers were presented.

As the untact culture spreads, the digital divide, which is a problem of access to digital information for the vulnerable, can appear as information inequality in various fields, including the social and cultural field. This study identified the digital divide level for the vulnerable population and analyzed the effects of information accessibility, demographic and social characteristics, and physical and mental health characteristics on the information level. As a result, the higher the accessibility of information, the smaller the digital divide and the greater the digital utilization, so it is necessary to increase the accessibility of information devices and increase the ability to utilize them. In addition, the higher the age, the more women than men, and the lower the income level, the greater the digital divide, so it is necessary to increase digital capabilities through detailed class-specific programs for the vulnerable. Finally, it was found that the digital divide and the level of digital literacy had a significant effect on the life satisfaction and daily life satisfaction of the vulnerable. The expansion of competency-building education programs to enhance information utilization capabilities by changing the paradigm to a digital inclusion policy should be continuously operated.

As the external environment of SMEs is changing drastically, it is necessary to establish an appropriate management strategy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consultant's competency, on consulting performance, consulting utilization and repurchase intention, and effect of consulting's understanding and participation on consulting performance. Participants were 103 questionnaires collected from 154 SMEs that received technology and management consulting support from the Technology Guarantee Fund. According to the practical analysis result, knowledge(β=.377, p<.001) and attitude(β=.461, p<.001) among the consultant's competencies were positively correlated(R2=.623) with consulting performance, and consulting performance had positive correlation(R2=.668) with consulting utilization and repurchase intention(β=.817, p<.001). Participation in consulting had a moderating effect on the effect of consulting performance on consulting utilization.

The purpose of this study is to propose AI maker coding education as a way to improve computational thinking(CT), which is an essential competence for problem-solving capability in modern society, and to analyze the effectiveness of this education on improving CT in elementary school students. For the research, 5 students from 4th graders and 5 students from 6th graders were recruited, and AI maker coding education was planned in 8 sessions to form classes from basic block coding and maker education to real-life problem solving. To analyze the effectiveness of AI maker coding education, pre- and post-CT examinations were performed. The test results confirmed that AI maker coding education had a significant effect on "abstraction", "algorithm", and "data processing" in the five CT components, and confirmed that there was no correlation in "problem resolution" and "automation". Overall, the average score of all students increased, and the deviation between students decreased, confirming that AI maker coding education was effective in improving CT.

The purpose of this study is to review the theories and cases of performance sharing in the franchise industry to present a method for more effective franchise performance-sharing. To that end, this study reviewed the theory on resource dependence and the theory on inequality to describe the performance-sharing between the franchisor and the franchisee and their relationship. It also looked at the cases of a week-in cooler system at 'Beer Market', the allocation of fees for alcoholic beverage sales to franchisees, the scholarship program of 'Onigiri and Ikyudon' and 'Bonsamo' which is a franchisees' committee for Bonjuk to introduce examples of performance-sharing. Through a theoretical review and case review, this study presents five types of methods for performance-sharing. First, 'the sharing of core competence by the franchise company; second, 'the establishment of a royalty culture'; third, 'scientific analysis of markets and establishment of a revenue forecast system'; fourth, 'reinforced financial support from the franchisor'; and lastly, 'the positive application of franchisees' committees'. Such methods are expected to provide a groundwork for mutual benefit and co-prosperity between franchisor and franchisee.

This exploratory study aims to identify effect on core nursing competency of nursing students who experienced convergence practice due to COVID-19. The subjects of this study surveyed 123 senior nursing students in U city with a structured self-report questionnaire analyzed by the SPSS 22.0 software, t-test, One-way ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The average scores for nursing competence scale, self-directed learning ability, learning satisfaction, learning outcomes were 3.99, 3.71, 4.11 and 4.25 out of 5.00. The factors affecting of students' nursing competencies were self-directed learning ability, learning outcomes with 29 percent being explained by these variables. Learning satisfaction did not affect core nursing competency. Through this study we found that high quality educational environment should be prepared to improve these limitations. it is considered that a clear and systematic standard for the educational environment and evaluation of clinical practice is needed.

This study was conducted to identify the influences of bioethics awareness and patient-centered care on attitude of terminal care of hospice nurses. The participants were 145 nurses working in hospice care center of hospitals in Korea. Data were collected during May and June in 2018 and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple hierarchecal regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 program. Attitude of terminal care was influenced by hospice specialist certification (β=.15, p=.031), bioethics awareness (β=-.24, p=.003), and patient-centered care (β=.36, p<.001) in the regression model. These variables explained 36.9% of attitude of terminal care. In order to improve the attitude of terminal care of hospice nurses, programs for improving patient-centered care competence including bioethics awareness should be provided.

This study was attempted to identify the essence by confirming the experiences of students who participated in Habuta classes in their major subjects. From November 22, 2022 to December 6, 2022, eight nursing students were individually interviewed to collect data, and the data were analyzed by applying Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis methodology. The study's finding derived 6 categories. The specific categories were 'Coexistence of anxiety and expectation', 'Process of understanding and acquisition', 'Constant burden and discomfort', 'Progress and regression under pressure', 'Sense of security that is being recognized', 'Shift of thought to positivity'. In order for nursing students to participate in Havruta classes positively in the future, appropriate class design, active communication channels between professors and students, and strengthening of instructors' competence are required.
