공무원의 직무역량과 서비스질의 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Casual Relations between Job Competence and Service Quality)

  • This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.

응급실 간호사의 문화역량과 문화간 의사소통역량이 외국인 환자 임상간호수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Cultural competency and Intercultural Communication on Clinical competence of Emergency Unit Nurses Caring for Foreign Patients)

  • Purpose : This study identified the factors affecting the clinical competence of emergency unit nurses caring for foreign patients. Methods : This study utilized a descriptive correlation design. Participants were 112 emergency unit nurses working in different hospitals designated as the government's emergency medical centers and agencies in 2018. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results : Subjects' clinical competence showed positive relationships with cultural competency (r=.45, p<.001) and intercultural communication (r=.53, p<.001). Factors that affect the clinical competence of subjects showed intercultural communication (β=0.38, p=.001). Conclusion : It is necessary to develop programs to improve intercultural communication, factors that influence clinical competence of emergency unit nurses, and apply them to practical fields.

대학생의 의사소통능력, 모의 심리적 통제, 가족 건강성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Communicative Competence, Mother's Psychological Control, Family Strengths on Interpersonal Competence of University Student)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 의사소통능력, 모의 심리적 통제, 가족건강성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 경기도 소재 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 285명을 설문조사하여 자료를 수집하였고, 통제변수들의 영향력을 고려한 후 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 주요결과로서, 대학생의 성별, 학년, 출생 순위와 형제 수를 통제한 상태에서, 의사소통능력은 대인관계 유능성 전체에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 모의 심리적 통제와 가족건강성은 대인관계 유능성 전체에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 다음으로 대인관계 유능성의 하위요인 별로 살펴본 결과, 의사소통능력은 대인관계 유능성의 하위변인 모두, 즉 관계형성 및 개시, 권리나 불쾌감에 대한 주장, 타인에 대한 배려, 갈등관리, 적절한 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 모의 심리적 통제는 갈등관리에만 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족건강성은 관계형성 및 개시와 적절한 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

중학교 학교관리자의 진로직업교육에 관한 역량모델 개발 (The Development of a Competence Model for Career and Vocational Education for Middle School principles)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중학교에서 진로직업교육이 효과적으로 이루어 질 수 있도록 하는 학교관리자에게 필요한 역량 모델을 개발하는 데 있다. 이는 학교관리자의 수준을 파악하는 지표로 활용되어 학교관리자 스스로 진로직업교육에 대한 전문성을 진단하고 필요한 역량을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 연구를 통한 이론 고찰, 기초연구, 델파이 조사, 계층화 분석(AHP), 설문조사 순으로 진행하였다. 이에 대한 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 중학교 학교관리자 진로직업교육 역량모델은 역량군 3개, 역량요소 9개, 행동지표 67개 항목으로 구성 되었다. 첫째, 중학교 학교관리자 진로직업교육 역량은 학교 진로직업교육 시스템 구축 역량, 학교 진로직업교육 지원 역량, 학교 진로직업교육 환경 조성 역량 3개 역량군으로 도출되었다. 역량 중에서 학교 진로직업교육 지원 역량이 AHP 분석결과 가장 중요도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 중학교 학교관리자 진로직업교육 역량요소는 목표관리, 성과관리, 교육문화 조성, 교원 교육활동 지원, 학교 교육과정 지원, 학생지원, 인사관리, 자원관리, 지역사회관리로 9개 영역으로 델파이 조사로 확인되었다. 또한 AHP 중요도에 있어서 학교 진로직업교육 지원 역량군의 학교 교육과정 지원 역량요소가 9개 역량요소 중 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 중학교 학교관리자 진로직업교육 행동지표는 성향 18개 항목, 지식 18개 항목, 수행 31개 항목 3개 영역으로 구분하여 도출하였다. 학교 진로직업교육 시스템 구축 역량군 행동지표는 23개 항목, 학교 진로직업교육 지원 역량군 행동지표 23개 항목, 학교 진로직업교육 환경 조성 역량군 행동지표 21개 항목으로 총 67개 항목으로 구성하였다.

전문병원의 역량이 조직성과에 미치는 영향과 전문병원제도에 관한 조사연구: 제1기 전문병원을 대상으로 (The Effect of Competence on Organizational Performance in Special Hospitals and a Study on the Special Hospital System : Focused on the First Special Hospitals)

  • This study intended to measures for high performance and for identifying competitive advantages by examining the relation between the competence and performance of the first special hospitals for which the law has now been in effect for 3 years. Furthermore, the members of special hospitals were also surveyed on measures to improve the special hospital system in order to activate it. A total of 80 special hospitals participated in this study, and 171 people responded to a survey on the special hospital system. According to the results of the multiple regression analysis the relation between the competence and performance after establishing a hypothesis that special hospital competence would have an effect on organizational performance, member competence and hospital business management competence significantly had a positive (+) effect on internal performance, and marketing management competence significantly had a positive (+) effect on external performance, which partially supported this research hypothesis. Moreover, according to the results of survey on the special hospital system, the policy thought to be the most important by special hospitals was reasonable fee system reform, followed by granting incentives.

간호사의 자아존중감, 의사소통능력 및 실존적 안녕이 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Self-esteem, Communication and Existential Well-being on Spiritual Care Competence in Nurses)

  • Purpose: The World Health Organization identifies spiritual care as a component of health and thus nursing care. There is a need to identify how self-esteem, communication and existential well-being affects spiritual care competence in nurses. Methods: The participants were 189 nurses in G metropolitan city. The survey was conducted from March 21 to April 8, 2016, with a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21.0. Results: Differences in spiritual care competence were statistically significant according to education level, work department, position, having received spiritual care education, experience of providing spiritual care, experience of asking religionist to provide spiritual care for a patient and recognition of need for spiritual care. The spiritual care competence of nurses showed a significantly positive correlation with self-esteem, communication and existential well-being. Factors influencing spiritual care competence were communication, experience of providing spiritual care and existential well-being which explained about 37.5% of spiritual care competence. Conclusion: It's necessary for nurses to develop intervention programs to strengthen spiritual care competence through improving communication, providing opportunities for spiritual care and existential well-being.

어머니의 양육태도, 언어통제유형과 학령전기 아동의 사회적 능력 간의 관계 (The Relationship Between Mother's Child-Rearing Attitude, Language Control Styles, and Preschool Child's Social Competence)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between mother child-rearing attitude, language control styles and preschool child's social competence, and also, to provide a basis for development of a program to promote preschool child's social competence. Methods: The present study was a descriptive research. Participants in this study were a convenience sample of 300 preschool children and their mothers. For the final analysis 264 questionnaires were used after eliminating questionnaires with incomplete responses. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The mean score for mother's child-rearing attitude was $3.31{\pm}0.25$ out of 5 points, for hierarchical language control styles ($2.76{\pm}0.62$), commanding ($1.95{\pm}0.58$), and humanistic ($2.48{\pm}0.62$) out of 5 points, and for child's social competence, $3.50{\pm}0.34$ out of 5 points. Negative correlations were found between commanding language control styles and child's social competence (r=-.34, p<.001), and between commanding language control style and mother's child-rearing attitude (r=-.50, p<.001). Conclusion: The results demonstrate the importance of the quality of mother's child-rearing attitude and language control styles for child's social competence. It is suggested that promotion programs to enhance preschool child's social competence should be developed in conjunction with the parenting related environment.

성별에 따른 학령기 후기 아동의 자기유능감, 사회불안, 우울 (Gender Differences in Self-competence, Social Anxiety and Depression in Upper Level Primary School Children)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine gender differences in self-competence, social anxiety and depression in upper level primary school children. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, data were collected from 180 students in grades 5 or 6 (83 boys and 97 girls). The instruments used for this study were a self-report questionnaire, the Self-Perception Profile for Children, the Revised Social Anxiety Scales for Children (SASC-R) and a Depression Instrument. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression were used with the SPSS/PC ver 12.0 program. Results: The only gender difference was in depression and girls reported more depression than boys. Social competence showed significantly negative correlations with depression and social anxiety. Gender differences were found in self competence in the prediction of depression and social anxiety. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that there are gender differences in self competence which influence depression and social anxiety. Thus, enhancing self-competence could prevent social anxiety and depression in children but, differences in gender should be considered when developing programs to enhance self-competence.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the contiguity of social capital and competence on business performance moderating by government policy. A total sample of 225 Village Credit Institution (LPDs) managers in Bali, the hypothesis is examined using the WarpPLS analysis. The findings reveal that social capital has an important role in enhancing performance, Competence is also an important factor for managers because it can intensify performance. Social capital is largely related to the recognition of society regarding the credibility of the managers, while competence emphasizes the ability of the managers to manage the organization. Government policy must be viewed as a regulation that is able to help improve performance. However, the public policies issued by the government are still unable to help improve social capital and competence. Thus, to create public policies that are able to improve the competence and social capital, a further examination into the variables must be conducted. The findings suggest that two-way communication must be developed and synergy between the government and organizations to create opportunities and overcome the increasingly complex business challenges. The results emphasized the importance of social capital in enhancing business performance. In addition, the role of competence is of equal importance to enhance business performance.

신규간호사의 임상수행능력과 현장적응의 관계에서 전문직업성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Professionalism in the Relationship between Clinical Competence and Field Adaptation in Newly Graduated Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of professionalism in the relationship between clinical competence and field adaptation in newly graduated nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 213 nurses from four tertiary hospitals who had less than 12 months of nursing experience. Data were collected during January and February, 2013. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and path analysis with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Results: The mean score for clinical competence was $2.85{\pm}0.25$, for professionalism, $3.10{\pm}0.30$, and for field adaptation, $2.79{\pm}0.37$. There was a significant positive relationship between clinical competence and field adaptation. Also, professionalism was positively correlated with field adaptation. Professionalism showed mediating effects between clinical competence and field adaptation. Improvement of clinical competence increased professionalism and the increased professionalism raised the field adaptation. Conclusion: Based on these findings, orientation programs including strategies to increase professionalism, should be established to promote effective field adaptation in newly graduated nurses. These orientation programs can strengthen professionalism, the mediator between clinical competence and field adaptation in newly graduated nurses.
