In this paper an algorithm of image alignments for constructing seamless mosaics is proposed. After the global alignment has been run, there may still be localized mis-registrations present in the mosaic. Due to mis-registrations, there may be seams in the mosaic, such as breaking, blurring, and doubling of lines. To solve this problem, we need an algorithm of residual motion estimation, which minimizes mis-registrations. In the conventional algorithms of residual motion estimation, computational powers are too heavy and estimators of camera parameters are additionally needed such as focal lengths. In the proposed algorithm, residual motion vectors are estimated with the adequate size of estimation and measurement windows and with adjustment of initial vectors according to the established priority. By construction of mosaics with the proposed algorithm, we demonstrate the removal of seams by mis-registrations.

IGRINS, the Immersion GRating INfrared Spectrometer, is a near-infrared wide-band high-resolution spectrograph jointly developed by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute and the University of Texas at Austin. IGRINS employs three HAWAII-2RG focal plane array (FPA) detectors. The mechanical mounts for these detectors serves a critical function in the overall instrument design: Optically, they permit the only positional compensation in the otherwise "build to print" design. Thermally, they permit setting and control of the detector operating temperature independently of the cryostat bench. We present the design and fabrication of the mechanical mount as a single module. The detector mount includes the array housing, a housing for the SIDECAR ASIC, a field flattener lens holder, and a support base. The detector and ASIC housing will be kept at 65 K and the support base at 130 K. G10 supports thermally isolate the detector and ASIC housing from the support base. The field flattening lens holder attaches directly to the FPA array housing and holds the lens with a six-point kinematic mount. Fine adjustment features permit changes in axial position and in yaw and pitch angles. We optimized the structural stability and thermal characteristics of the mount design using computer-aided 3D modeling and finite element analysis. Based on the computer simulation, the designed detector mount meets the optical and thermal requirements very well.

The purpose of this study is to compensate for susceptibility and a ferromagnetic body artifact using CFA and TGV on MR Imaging. A total of 30 patients (15 men and 15 women, mean age: 45 years) were performed on head and neck diseases. MR Unit used a 1.5T superconducting magnet (GE medical system, High Density). This study have investigated by changing with CFA and TGV (70, 90, 110, 130, 150) searching for compensation values about susceptibility and a ferromagnetic body artifact in 60 kg standards of body weight (p<0.05). As a quality results, Image qualities were obtained at different score from CFA and TGV (70, 90, 110, 130, $150=3.23{\pm}0.35$, $4.31{\pm}0.02$ $4.23{\pm}0.21$, $5.12{\pm}0.25$, $7.13{\pm}0.72$, $8.31{\pm}0.01$, $5.21{\pm}0.15$, $6.14{\pm}0.08$, $5.23{\pm}0.72$, $5.91{\pm}0.06$, p<0.05). Absolute CNRs (TG, CNRpre, CNRpost) were acquired with (70:$-1.44{\pm}0.11$, $-2.7{\pm}0.04$, 90:$-2.18{\pm}0.42$, $-4.41{\pm}0.43$, 110:$-2.89{\pm}0.43$, $-5.23{\pm}0.02$, 130:$-2.34{\pm}0.05$, $-5.26{\pm}0.01$, 150: $-2.09{\pm}0.08$, $-3.87{\pm}0.12$, p<0.05). In conclusions, this study could be compensated for metal and flow artifacts surrounding the tissues having artifact by changing CFA and TGV.

The purpose of this paper is to research on the contents and improvement of national legislations relating to space development in Korea to make the sustainable progress of space development project in Korea. Korea has launched its first satellite KITST-1 in 1992. The National Space Committee has established "The Space Development Promotion Basic Plan" in 2007. The plan addressed the development of total 13 satellites by 2010 and the space launch vehicle by 2020, and the launch of moon exploration spaceship by 2021. Korea has built the space center at Oinarodo, Goheng Province in June 2009. In Korea the first small launch vehicle KSLV-1 was launched at the Naro Space Center in August 2009, and its second launch was made in June 2010. The United Nations has adopted five treaties relating to the development of outer space as follows : The Outer Space Treaty of 1967, the Rescue and Return Agreement of 1968, the Liability Convention of 1972, the Registration Convention of 1974, and the Moon Treaty of 1979. All five treaties has come into force. Korea has ratified the Outer Space Treaty, the Rescue and Return Agreement, the Liability Convention and the Registration Convention excepting the Moon Treaty. Most of development countries have enacted the national legislation relating to the development of our space as follows : The National Aeronautic and Space Act of 1958 and the Commercial Space Act of 1998 in the United States, Outer Space Act of 1986 in England, Establishment Act of National Space Center of 1961 in France, Canadian Space Agency Act of 1990 in Canada, Space Basic Act of 2008 in Japan, and Law on Space Activity of 1993 in Russia. There are currently three national legislations relating to space development in Korea as follows : Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Act of 1987, Outer Space Development Promotion Act of 2005, Outer Space Damage Compensation Act of 2008. The Ministry of Knowledge Economy of Korea has announced the Full Amendment Draft of Aerospace Industry Development Promotion Act in December 2009, and it's main contents are as follows : (1) Changing the title of Act into Aerospace Industry Promotion Act, (2) Newly regulating the definition of air flight test place, etc., (3) Establishment of aerospace industry basic plan, establishment of aerospace industry committee, (4) Project for promoting aerospace industry, (5) Exploration development, international joint development, (6) Cooperative research development, (7) Mutual benefit project, (8) Project for furthering basis of aerospace industry, (9) Activating cluster of aerospace industry, (10) Designation of air flight test place, etc., (11) Abolishing the designation and assistance of specific enterprise, (12) Abolishing the inspection of performance and quality. The Outer Space Development Promotion Act should be revised with regard to the following matters : (1) Overlapping problem in legal system between the Outer Space Development Promotion Act and the Aerospace industry Development promotion Act, (2) Distribution and adjustment problem of the national research development budget for space development between National Space Committee and National Science Technology Committee, (3) Consideration and preservation of environment in space development, (4) Taking the legal action and maintaining the legal system for policy and regulation relating to space development. The Outer Space Damage Compensation Act should be revised with regard to the following matters : (1) Definition of space damage and indirect damage, (2) Currency unit of limit of compensation liability, (3) Joint liability and compensation claim right of launching person of space object, (4) Establishment of Space Damage Compensation Council. In Korea, it will be possible to make a space tourism in 2013, and it is planned to introduce and operate a manned spaceship in 2013. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the policy relating to the promotion of commercial space transportation industry. Also it is necessary to make the proper maintenance of the current Aviation Law and space development-related laws and regulations for the promotion of space transportation industry in Korea.

This study sought to find out the impact of conflicts in social welfare organizations on job performance and to find out the effects of controlling participatory decision-making in their relationships. To that end, a survey was conducted on workers at social welfare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Chungcheong Province, and 360 copies were finally used for analysis and Correlation and hierarchical regression and statistical significance analysis of the adjustment effects were performed. As a result, conflicts within the organization, job performance, and participatory decision-making showed a negative correlation, and as participatory decision-making in the relationship between conflict within the organization and job performance showed a controlled effect, the impact of conflicts within the organization on job performance was reduced. These results suggest that participatory decision-making can alleviate conflicts within an organization and at the same time increase job performance. Based on this, the following suggestions were proposed: They include conflict management strategies in the guidelines for social welfare subjects, establish guidelines for conflict management, provide training for workers, engage workers in employee evaluation and compensation system development, and operate permanent organizations such as the Conflict Handling Committee after investigating conflicts within social welfare organizations.

Lightweight foamed concretes are mainly used in apartment building construction for building room floor insulation, sound proof and height difference adjustment, etc. However, existing lightweight foamed concretes have problems like volume reduction by foam removal and excessive crack occurrence, etc, and for compensation, they developed improved concrete binders for lightweight foamed concrete with special characteristics by adding admixture materials used in concrete manufacturing. Therefore, this study reviewed the possibility of its practical use by analyzing all the engineering characteristics after producing imitation member proposed as actual binders and piling lightweight foamed concrete as improved lightweight foamed concrete binder through prior study, the results are as follows. Plain in which various pulverulent materials are mixed showed about 230mm of flow value, satisfying the target flow value, and at 100mm member, about 4mm of settlement occurred, showing a settlement depth reduction effect double the OPC. On strength, OPC showed highest value, but the three levels all showed strengths above the specified value of KS standard 0.5 grade. From the analysis of drying shrinkage member crack, plain, about 0.1mm, was shown very excellent against drying shrinkage crack.

In most of studies on market efficiency, the stability of risk measures and the normality of residuals unexplained by the pricing model are presumed. This paper re-examines stock splits, taking the possible violation of two assumptions into accounts. The results does not change the previous studies. But, the size of excess returns during the 2-week period before announcements decreases by 43%. The results also support that betas change around announcements and the serial autocorrelation of residuals is caused by events. Based on the results, the existing excess returns are most likely explained as a compensation to old shareholders for unwanted risk increases in their portfolio, or by uses of incorrect betas in testing models. In addition, the model suggested in the paper provides a measure for the speed of adjustment of the market to the new information arrival and the intensity of information contents.

This paper presents an effective method to achieve the wideband waveform for high resolution SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) using the frequency multiplication technique. And also this paper analyzes the root causes for the spectral regrowth due to 3rd-order intermodulation in chirp bandwidth expansion scheme using quadrature modulator and frequency multipliers. The amplitude and phase imbalance requirement are defined based on the simulation results in terms of quadrature channel imbalance. This minimizes the degradation of range resolution, peak sidelobe ratio and integrated sidelobe ratio. The wideband chirp generator using the frequency multiplier and memory map scheme was manufactured and the compensation technique was presented to reduce the spectral regrowth of SAR waveform by minimizing the amplitude and phase imbalance. After I and Q channel imbalance adjustment, the carrier level reduces －28.7 dBm to －53.4 dBm. Chirp signal with 150 MHz bandwidth at S-band expands to 600 MHz bandwidth at X-band. The sidelobe levels are reduced by about 8 to 9 dB by compensating the amplitude balance between I and Q channels.

The purpose of this study is to present theoretical and policy implications based on the results of the empirical analysis of job stress in consideration of insufficient prior research on the level of job stress by public officials in charge of social welfare and public officials in general administration. For this purpose, social welfare and general administrative positions working at the City Hall of G Metropolitan City and five autonomous districts(including the Dong community service center) were selected as subjects for research. The data analysis used the SPSS statistical program to obtain technical statistics based on the average of the lower variables of the job stress. According to the analysis, there is a difference in the subjective perception level of public officials in charge of social welfare and public officials in general administration in both internal factors of job, such as job demands and job autonomy and external factors of job, such as job insecurity, organizational system, conflict of relations, inadequate compensation, and job culture. Based on this, it presented policy measures that require the granting of self-esteem of public officials in charge of social welfare, improvement of their duties, and adjustment of their workload to an appropriate level.

North Korea has conserved operas in a selective manner. The subject matters of operas recorded in the history of North Korea can be divided into classical tales, translated foreign works, Korean War and war against Japan. Operas that adapted folk classics of the 1950s are considered valuable materials to verify the changes of genres posterior to division of regime between North and South Korea. The officially confirmed works include "Kumgangsan Palseonnyeo (Gyeonwoo Jiknyeo)," "Chunhyangjeon." "Kongjwi Patjwi (Kotsin)," "Ondal," and "Geumnaneui Dal." These works had gone through recreation in terms of realistic situation setting, abolition of class difference, adjustment of social rank and punishment of evil while the base lies in the original folk classics. People emphasized in adapted folk operas are described as those who are hard-working souls without giving importance of difference of social rank, content with the currently living space, devoted to their parents and full of patriotic spirit, and members of community who participate in organized fights against unfair exploitation. This was the fruit of encouragement of work creation supporting union between labor and individual life, destruction of old things and fight promoting this destruction. Folk operas of South and North Korea posterior to Korean War have similarities in that both deal with a love story transcending social ranks and the concomitant conflicts and they focus on the audience who enjoy the operas. Nonetheless, they are different in that this love in North Korea became a tool of educating people wished by the regime, while it became an object of securing the audience by adding the tragic element to love in South Korea. North Korean operas of the initial stage are characterized by playwriting method emphasizing difficult life and compensation of common people, realistic stage expression, accentuation of melody and agreement between notes and lyrics. This was efforts designed to continuously lead senses concentrated from the theater to everyday life of people. In effect, this is in line with the playwriting method of revolutionary operas. Adapted folk operas were subject matters ideal for easily approaching the audience and leaving them good memories at the same time. To realize socialist realism, they went through an experiment of reviewing "people" through the classic folk operas. The possibility of continuation of a work was determined by thorough evaluation after carrying out an experiment in terms of subject matters, theme, music and operation plans from the moment of which the work was on the stage. The sign consisted in the possibility of visit of "Kim Il-sung" to appreciate the work and presentation of directionality. By proposing the clear directionality of which hard-working people who deny social status system can be duly compensated, it encouraged the audience who saw the opera to voluntarily put this in practice. Thus, operas established the directionality through selective processes for creating public communion even before revolutionary operas.
