Sanctions by the international community can increase their effectiveness with the participation of major countries with global economic influence, and can lead to efficient sanctions against the target countries when different sanctions procedures and methods can be operated in an integrated manner. To this end, it is being carried out with the aim of maximizing the performance of sanctions through collective economic solidarity by inducing international participation centered on the joint agenda, such as drawing up a resolution for sanctions. In this study, the definition and purpose of sanctions imposed by the international community and by major specific countries were explained and an empirical analysis was conducted on the economic impact of each sanctions, focusing on the United Nations Security Council and the United States, which directly implement them. Based on the selected research model, the effects of economic sanctions on the international community and countries subject to sanctions by certain countries were mutually compared and analyzed in the data. Finally, the conclusion obtained from this study was stated and the implications were derived and the possibility of further research expansion was described.

This study aims to explore the direction of readjustment of rural areas, considering the community. Therefore, it classified the types of 37 Myeon units from 4 communities with higher aging index among rural communities in Jeonnam according to the degree of central functions and population and examined the residents' awareness of community space. As a result, The space used as a social activity for each type is as follows. First of all, the type of decline in the decline of the central index, which reduces transportation conditions, is welfare center (culture center). Second, the central index is high, but there is a low degree of access to the center of the middle and low levels of the population, and the local autonomous center and marketplace, respectively. Third, the low level of access to the central index and the higher center is Nonghyup. Fourth, the decline type with low center index and low accessibility to superior center and low population was the elderly community. Additionally, the types with higher center index on the awareness of community included solidarity and neighbor relationship, and those with lower center index were influenced by cooperation and community awareness for community activation.

브랜드커뮤니티는 브랜드에 대한 열정을 갖고 브랜드 가치 향상에 동참하는 소비자 집단을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 세계적 성공을 거두고 있는 방탄소년단의 팬 커뮤니티 '아미'를 대상으로 브랜드 커뮤니티 경험이 브랜드 만족과 신뢰, 브랜드 공동가치창출에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구결과, 브랜드 커뮤니티 경험을 통해 얻은 심미적 감수성, 자아 일치감, 지적 충족감 등의 가치는 브랜드 만족과 신뢰에 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 브랜드 공동가치창출과도 유의한 영향 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업 관점에서 브랜드 자체에 초점을 맞춰 홍보하는 전통적 마케팅 전략보다는 브랜드 커뮤니티 양성을 통해 고객-기업, 고객-고객 간 정서적 교감과 연대를 이끌어내는 방식이 미래 브랜드 마케팅의 방향성이 되어야 한다. 둘째, 브랜드 커뮤니티 활성화를 위해서는 브랜드와 관련한 감각적 자극 요소뿐 아니라 고객의 지적 호기심과 자아 일치감 충족을 위한 다양한 기회를 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

Our society has been dominated by the Dilemma Theory that rational individuals cannot get out of the 'Tragedy of the Commons' without helps from state or market. However, many empirical researches have discovered cases that common pool resources could be managed by cooperative methods of community. Based on the possibility of managing common pool resources by residents' cooperation/solidarity revealed by the recent case researches, this study aims to seek for the theoretical basis to prove it. Generally, public policies are carried forward based on the theoretical basis of the relevant social issues. The objective of this study is to suggest the new direction of policies related to domestic common resources through the researches on community's role in managing local common pool resources represented as "scenic spot". For this, it aims to reveal the influence of community activity on behavioral intention of local common pool resources, by drawing/quantitatively measuring measurement items of local residents' community activity on top of attitude, norms, and behavioral control suggested by the existing Theory of Planned Behavior. The results of this study are as follows; 4 factors such as attitude toward behavior, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, and community activity were all factors that influenced intention to manage.

유교는 본래 개인주의보다 공동체주의와 친화성이 있다. 유교의 이상은 한마디로 '인륜공동체(人倫共同體)'의 실현이었다. 조선시대에는 화수회(花樹會)나 종계(宗契), 향약(鄕約)과 사창(社倉), 서원(書院)과 서당(書堂) 등이 크게 발달했는데, 이는 바로 유교적 인륜공동체를 지탱하는 세 축이었다. 이와 같은 전통적 공동체들은 '생래적 귀속집단'이라는 성격과 '자발적 계약집단'이라는 성격을 겸하는 것이었다. 다시 말해, 이들 공동체들은 혈연(血緣) 지연(地緣) 학연(學緣) 등 '연(緣)'을 매개로 한다는 점에서는 '생래적 귀속집단'이라 할 수 있지만, 반드시 개인의 자발적 참여의사를 전제로 한다는 점에서는 '자발적 계약집단'이었던 것이다. 또 이와 같은 전통적 공동체들은 구성원들의 자발적 참여에 의해 성립한 공동체인 만큼, 공동체의 운영도 기본적으로 민주적 절차에 따랐다. 공동체 운영의 책임자들을 돌아가면서 맡고, 주요 안건을 회의에서 결정한 것 등이 그 증거이다. 한편, '전체의 질서와 개인의 개성이 서로 조화를 이루어야 한다'는 이일분수론(理一分殊論)과 '공정(公正)한 원칙에 따라 사익(私益)을 추구해야 한다'는 인심도심론(人心道心論) 등 전통 성리학(性理學)의 수기론(修己論)은 '사적(私的) 개인'을 '공적(公的) 시민'으로 승화시키는 과정이었던 것이다.

21세기 동아시아의 '화해와 평화'는 역사적 과제이다. 기록공동체 또한 이러한 과제를 해결하는 데 기여해야 하며, 문제의식을 공유할 필요가 있다. 이 글은 '동아시아 담론'의 연장선상에서 기록학계의 과제를 동아시아 기록공동체 형성 문제로 설정하고, 그 필요성과 형성 방향, 프로세스 등을 살펴보았다. '민주적인 책임'과 거버넌스를 매개로 한 동아시아 기록공동체 형성과정은 그 자체가 각국 내부의 기록관리 민주화 과정이기도 하다. 비공개 기록의 공개, 상호 작용을 통한 '민주적' 아카이브로의 변화, 이를 바탕으로 한 왜곡된 과거사 청산 등은 동아시아 기록공동체 형성이 필요한 분명한 이유이다.

Purpose: Ballparks of KBO which were built by local governments and operated for baseball game-centered have been required more sustainable development according to going into low growth phase in Korea recently. MLB ballparks with the teams having 100 year old tradition have been sustainable-developed economically, socially, environmentally and culturally. This research is to study the characteristics of cultural sustainability in architectural design of 30 MLB parks. Method: To begin with comparison analysis of usage rate of 10 ballparks of KBO with 30 ballparks of MLB, and architectural designs of facades, fields, accommodations, sculptures, greens, roof gardens, etc. are analyzed in the MLB ballpark. And finally, the characteristics of cultural sustainability in the architectural design are analyzed. Result: MLB ballparks have played role as core-space of urban community, accumulated space of citizens' memory being originated in natural climatic feature of region, historical image of city and tradition of home-ballpark. A basis of these characteristics could is nature of cultural sustainability, that is to say local community, historical restoration, social solidarity.

본 논문은 지역역량에 영향을 미치는 개인적인 요소 중 하나인 지역사회 활동에의 '참여 요소'를 검토하고자 한다. 지역활동에 참여하지 않던 주민이 어떤 경로를 통해 참여에 관심을 가지기 시작하고, 지속적으로 참여를 하게 되는지를 파악함으로써, 지역역량 강화를 위해서 주민참여의 수준을 높이는 방법을 모색하는 데 시사점을 제공하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다. 심층면담을 통해, 본 연구에서는 참여를 끌어내고 지속시키기 위한 3가지 핵심 요소를 도출하였다. 첫째, 자신이 한 일에 대한 지역사회로부터의 인정, 즉 사회적 성취감을 느낄 수 있도록 하는 지역사회에서의 작은 참여, 둘째, 자신의 문제를 공유할 수 있다는 신뢰 관계의 구축, 셋째, 개인적인 이해(관심)를 지역 수준의 현안으로 확대시키는 노력이다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was an attempt to improve the major satisfaction to verify the correlation of major satisfaction according to social support types of health administration major students. Methods: The subjects were 380 students with major in the Dept. of public health administration from 2 universities and 2 colleges located in Incheon city, Gyeonggi province, and Chungcheognam province. Data were collected from June 2 to 20, 2008 using structured questionnaires. Results: The study question are following : Social support type was sorted into three groups. Types of social support were classified high-support type, low-professor type, low-support type. Major satisfaction was the highest in the high-support type. The correlation between social support type and major satisfaction was the sequence correlation, low-professor type and low-support type were the reverse correlation. Conclusions: In conclusion, Students can improve of major satisfaction through study group activities, systemic learning and career counseling. Professors and students are improve solidarity through open communication methods.

온라인게임은 사용자들 간의 인터랙션에 의하여 게임성이 발생하고 또한 그것에 따라 콘텐츠의 내용이 무한하게 변화하는 유기체적 성격을 가지고 있다. 특히 캐릭터나 아이템 등 게임 플레이에 결정적 영향을 미치는 디지털 이미지들은 게임 밖의 세계에서도 설계자의 설정 범위를 벗어나 나름대로의 가치를 형성하고 있다. 게임 속에 디자인된 이미지와 정보는 그것에 사용료를 지불하는 사용자에 의해 소유의 개념이 성립하고, 그 가치를 공감하는 다른 수요자에 의해 거래가 형성되어 소유권이 바뀌기도 한다. 이와 같이 온라인게임에서의 디지털 이미지는 게임 속 다른 사용자나 게임 시스템과의 인터랙션에 의하여 새로운 가치가 형성되며 인터랙션이 증가할수록, 커뮤니티의 공감이 클수록 그 가치는 더욱 높아진다.
