치유관광객의 여가활동 특성, 스트레스, 삶의 질의 관계 - 농촌 치유관광 관여도의 조절효과 - (The Relationships between Leisure Activity Characteristics, Stress, and Quality of Life of Healing Tourists - The Moderating Effect of Involvement on Rural Healing Tourism -)

  • Leisure activity characteristics are related to an individual's stress management as well as quality of life. This study analyzed the relationship between leisure activity characteristics, stress, and quality of life of healing tourists, and analyzed the moderating effect of involvement on rural healing tourism. For this purpose, this study analyzed 658 cases who experienced rural healing tourism. Among the characteristics of leisure activities, the conflict between work and leisure had a positive (+) effect on stress, and that stress had a negative (+) effect on the quality of life. Among the characteristics of leisure activities, social support was found to have a positive (+) effect on the quality of life. In the relationship between stress and quality of life, involvement on rural healing tourism was found to have a moderating effect. The results of this study indicate the importance of social support for work-life balance and leisure, suggesting that daily recovery through rural healing tourism has a positive effect on personal stress management as well as quality of life.

농촌성 인식, 치유관광 태도, 행동의도 간의 구조관계 분석 (A Structural Relationship among Rurality Perception, Tourism Attitude, and Behavioral Intention in Rural Healing Tourism)

  • This study aims to examine the structural relationships among rurality perception, tourism attitude, and behavioral intention in rural healing tourism. Particularly, this study focused on the mediation effect of attitude. Data were collected from 658 rural healing tourists by online survey. SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 were used for frequency, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, and structural equation modeling analyses. The results of structural equation modeling indicate perception of rurality had a positive effect on attitude and behavioral intention. In addition, attitude mediated the relationships between perception of rurality and behavioral intention. The results of this study suggest the importance of understanding the interests and pursuits of rural healing tourists and providing them with the values they want. Since rurality has a direct influence on attracting healing tourists, it is necessary to establish a positive image of rural healing tourism.

테마관광농원의 합리적인 경영모형설정 연구 (A Study of Establishing the Rationable Theme Park Farm Model of Rural Tourism)

  • As theme park farms, which attract noticeably low interest from the government have gained their own managerial skills for a long time, we can now and many successful cases, This study showed there were four types of tourism villages; those that were experienced in the harvesting and sale of agricultural products, farm sleeping, recreational and leisure, and food. 1 also suggested the successful management model according to each type. The results show the recreational and leisure type had the highest annual income out of all four groups. The total income of recreational and leisure type villages were 260,000 thousand won which is more when compared to 110,000 thousand won for sleeping, 60,000 thousand won (or food, and 40,000 thousand won for harvesting agricultural products. The ratios of capital productivity (net income/invest) were 12.4 for recreation and leisure, 7.7 for food, 6.9 for farm stay, and 2.89 for harvesting. 1 suggest that farm managers should be satisfied with farm management and the priority of improving farm management should focus on the development of specific products within each farm.

  • 본 연구에서는 농산물 전자상거래의 한 형태인 정보화 마을 조성사업의 성과를 분석하였다. 정보화마을 조성사업의 목표인 정보화를 통한 소득증대, 즉 전자상거래 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 전자 상거래 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인으로 정보화 교육, 정보기술이용, 홈페이지 커뮤니티 조직의 지식공유를 선정하였으며 체험 관광 유 무가 각 요인의 매출액에 주는 조절효과를 측정하였다. 분석결과 홈페이지 커뮤니티 활성화와 조직의 지식공유가 매출액에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났으며, 나머지 요인들은 매출액에 영향을 주지 않았다. 체험 관광의 조절 효과는 체험관광유 무에 따라 정보화 총 교육시간과 정보기술이용에 효과가 오히려 긍정적으로 나타났으며, 조직의 지식공유에는 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 이는 체험 관광이 정보화 마을의 주민들에게 정보화 교육과 정보기술을 이용 할 수 있는 촉매가 될 것으로 예상되며, 조직의 지식공유는 정보화 마을 주민들 사이에 커뮤니케이션이 이루어졌기 때문에 체험 관광에 대한 소비자들의 다양한 욕구를 충족시키지 못함으로써 신뢰를 주기보다는 실망을 주는 것으로 해석 할 수 있다.

LBS를 이용한 지속가능한 관광지 관리방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Sustainable Tourism Destination Management Plan using LBS)

  • 본 논문은 국가와 지방자치단체에서 개발하여 운영하고 있는 관광지관리의 문제점을 극복하고 국가와 지역경제에 기여할 수 있는 지속가능한 관광지 관리모델을 개발하고자 수행되었다. 정보통신서비스기술과 모바일 스마트 디바이스를 기반으로 제공되는 위치정보서비스를 이용하여 개별 관광지내에서의 개인의 특성-여가시간, 혼잡도, 활동성, 지출능력 등-을 기초로 하는 애플리케이션을 관광지에서 제공함으로써 개인여건에 부합하는 관광 프로그램을 제공함으로써 1차적으로 관광객의 만족도를 최적화하며, 관리측면에서 환경적 데미지를 최소화 할 수 있는 수용력수준을 유지함으로써 환경적 지속가능성을 유지할 수 있게 한다. 2차적으로 관광객의 소비활동을 통한 경제적 수익창출을 통하여 관광지의 지속가능성을 배가할 수 있으며, 유사시 발생할 수 있는 위험관리를 실시간으로 수행함으로써 안전사고를 예방할 수 있으며, 유사시 실시간으로 관광객들의 안전을 확보할 수 있다. 위치기반서비스를 이용한 관광지의 환경보존은 관리비용을 최소화 하는데 기여하게 되며, 이용자인 관광객의 만족도는 제고할 수 있다. 이는 관광지 관리비용을 최소화 하며, 지속적인 수익을 창출하여 국가와 지방자치단체의 관광지 수익목표 달성이 가능하게 되어 궁극적으로 지속가능한 관광지 운영모델로 정립될 수 있다.

  • The scientific paper studies the impact of tourism and traveling on the economic level of development of countries at the macro level and its relationship with other sectors of the economy. Tourism is one of the budget-forming factors of every economy. This work describes the main trends in the development of tourism. It is determined that about one third of tourism revenues are generated by the food sector, i.e., the culinary niche of tourism. Culinary tourism is a new direction of tourism, but it is developing quite dynamically in the EU. Culinary is an important part of rural tourism in the EU and culinary tourism is actively promoted at fairs and festivals. In recent years rural tourism has been developing both at the international level and in Ukraine, primarily due to its features, which include the implementation of the principles of sustainable community development, preservation of local traditions and cultural values, gastronomic events to promote them. The aim of the article is to study the theoretical aspects of the development of gastronomic tourism in the world, to analyze the actual condition of gastronomic tourism in the EU and Ukraine, identifying prospects and ways to develop regional gastronomic tourism. The methodological and informational basis of the work is analytical reports and researches related to the development of event tourism and statistics. Systematic and logistical approaches to the studied problems were used to achieve this goal. Various general scientific and special research methods were also used. Based on PESTLE analysis, key aspects of the external environment of gastronomic tourism in Ukraine are identified. We took into account the principles of sustainable development: political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental. The main trends in the development of gastronomic tourism in the world are studied and it is found that the greatest development in the coming years will be the trend of combining gastronomic and event tourism on the basis of sustainable development. The main preconditions and possibilities of introduction of this holistic approach to the strategy of development of the tourist branch of Ukraine are determined. A model of sustainable value chain of gastronomic tourism in the region is formed and the main advantages of its implementation are identified: formation of a regional brand, preservation of culinary traditions, development of green farming, minimization of negative impact on the environment, sustainable development of communities.

농가민박 이용객의 여행 동기에 따른 세분시장과 방문객 선호에 따른 서비스품질 만족 차이 분석 (Service Quality Satisfaction according to Farm Stay Visitors Preferences and Segmentation by Motivation)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the difference between service quality satisfactions according to tourists' preference and segmentation by various motivations. Data were collected from 442 farm stay visitors by field surveys in rural areas. A factor-clustering method identified three distinct segments; want-it-all, overall low motivation, relaxation. MANOVA was used to examine the differences of service quality satisfaction for farm stay visitors' preference and segmentation by motivation. Results show that the type of guest room more significantly influenced farm stay visitors' satisfaction according to those three clusters. It should be noted that we have information on the characteristics and type of satisfaction of the consumers in order to improve the quality of farmstay's service in rural tourism.

2005 울진 세계 친환경 농업엑스포 관람객 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Visitor Satisfaction at Uljin Eco-Agriculture/Organic Food Expo Korea, 2005)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate Visitors' satisfaction at Eco-Agriculture/Organic Food Expo held in Uljin in 2005. The questionnaire survey with 1,120 participants was conducted at the venue for three times from July 22nd to August 15th, 2005. The evaluation considered Expo facilities and services, and motives of visit along with demographics of 1,080 valid samples. Evaluation results indicate overall satisfaction level of Expo participation was positive and 63.6% of the respondents showed intention of revisit and/or future visit to agricultural events. Expo facilities and service represented higher satisfaction level, however cost factors such as food and beverage, souvenirs and entrance fee had lower performance levels. The study outcome can help local governments and/or organizers host hallmark tourist events in planning and managing.

  • 코로나19 이후 '지속가능한 관광'에 대한 관심이 커지면서 '지속가능한 관광'을 하고자 하는 관광객 또한 증가하였다. 그러나, '지속가능한 관광'을 할 수 있는 프로그램과 방법 등이 구체적이지 않다는 문제점이 있다. 또한, 대부분의 '지속가능한 관광'의 관심사가 '환경' 및 '탄소중립' 등에 초점을 맞추고 있어 지역사회에 공헌할 수 있는 프로그램이나 정책들이 많지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 '지속가능한 관광'을 활성화하기 위하여 뉴스 데이터와 리뷰 데이터를 분석하였다. 우선, 본 연구에서는 뉴스 빅데이터 분석을 통해 지속가능한 여행의 주요한 주제들을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 지속가능한 여행의 정책적 주제 및 사건들을 분석한다. 지속가능한 여행과 관련된 뉴스 빅데이터를 분석하여 아직까지 한국에서 지속가능한 여행이 활성화되지 못한 이유들을 분석하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 지역사회가 직접 혜택을 볼 수 있는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 최종적으로, 제주시의 지속가능한 여행 활성화를 위하여 제주 지역화폐인 '탐나는전' 가맹점의 이용자 리뷰 데이터를 분석하고 지역사회와 공생할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

  • Recently, the rural village development projects are proceeding as enhancement of the rural landscape as the interest toward rural tourism and rural immigrant has increased. However, the projects are solely to support construction of community space and there has been a lack of community facility remodeling in term of both deterioration facilities and abandoned facilities. Thus in this study proposes rural community facility remodeling process to utilize remodeling of rural deterioration facilities and abandoned facilities. For setting rural community remodeling process, this study analysed preceding research data and suggested rural community remodeling process stage ; planning, spacial resolution, remodeling factor analysis, implementation, maintenance control, based on research data. For systematic performed this process, this study regulated role of local resident, expert and local government on remodeling process stage.
