소도시 지역사회복지관의 공간구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Space Composition of the Community Welfare Center in Small City)

  • Recently the change of social environment has influence on the conditions of space for the community welfare center. And so the relation of space and function required the change. The important role of the social welfare center is family welfare, domiciliary and community care, community organization etc. In this sence, this study explore the condition of space planning for the community welfare center. For this study, it was reviewed the role and function, the service program, the usage characteristics. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and synthesized through case study and could be used in the guidelines as reference information for the future centers.

Sponsored Online Community Types and Participant's Perceived Value

  • The growth of social media has enabled firms to create virtual organizations (online communities) in which value can be co-created with members. Yet, current typologies of firm-sponsored online communities focus either on the firm or participants, and not the interaction between them. This paper provides a systematic review of the online community literature from 2000 to 2018 to develop an understanding of the types of firm-sponsored online communities and the co-creation of value within them. Four types of sponsored online communities are found. These can be differentiated based on the output for the sponsoring firm and the level of self-organization of the communities. This study contributes to the discussion of value co-creation by (i) shedding light on differences among firm-sponsored online community types based on the level and nature of interaction within an online community; and (ii) examining the perceived value co-created through community interactive experiences.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the problem s of the organization activities of rural women through the focus group interview survey (FGI) and to find ways to improve them. Research participants w ere twelve members of the Rural Women Leaders Federation. As a result of FGI in twice, the category w as derived according to the location and role, activity planning, educational activities, and community activities. This study can contribute meaningfully to growing leadership among rural women in present time that rural women's opportunities and to participate in social and economic activities should expand and play an important role for rural and agricultural development. It is also valuable as a practical resource for achieving the purpose of a rural women's organization and having a professional system.

세계화 시대의 한국 산지촌에 관한 이론연구 (A Study on the Theory of Mountain Village Region in Korea of Globalization Age)

  • The propose of this paper is to study a theory on the research of mountain village region in korea of globalization age. The theory of this study is over-depopulation region study, endogenous regional development theory and resident organization, localities and new regional studies The case of over-depopulation region study, which population and land use of mountain village region due to urbanization and industrialization are changed by external factors. However, the case of some region is changed by internal factors of community residents. The endogenous regional development theory and have approached by investment policy of authorities of the mountain village region development and resident organization. The development of mountain village region have to described simultaneously both behavior strategy of community residents and investment policy of the authorities. According to localities and new regional studies, which agricultural products of mountain village region is extended to big-scale city by the progress transportation-communication and globalzation So, the research of mountain village region have to explained together intra with inter region. In the future, the research of mountain village region has to described all of case of over-depopulation region study, endogenous regional development theory, localities and new regional studies.

공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화 방안 연구 (A Study on Community Information Service Activation Solution of Public Library)

  • 공공도서관이 지역사회에 대한 정보를 수집하고 제공해야 하는 것은 지역사회 기반시설로서 매우 중요한 업무 중의 하나이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 공공도서관 및 이용자 대상 공공도서관 지역정보서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 및 요구조사를 실시하였다. 이를 토대로 하여 공공도서관의 지역정보서비스 활성화 방안으로 지역정보 이용을 위한 접근점 다양화, 이용자 요구를 반영한 지역정보 콘텐츠 개발, 공공도서관 중심의 지역정보서비스 협의체 구성, 인식 개선 및 이용 활성화를 통한 지역정보서비스 홍보를 제언하였다.

도시주부의 가치성향에 따른 녹색소비 행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Urban Housewives따 Green-Consumption Behavior towards their value-Orientation)

  • The purpose of this study were (1)to investigate the housewives’value orientation toward environmental effect, (2)to examine the effect of environments and value-orientation on housewives’green-consumption behavior and (3)to analyze the hypothesized causal direct or indirect explanation effect among the housewives’green-consumption behavior. The 310 subjects of this study were selected from housewives lived in Seoul. The data obtained were analyzed by Mean, Pearson’s correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The major results were as follows: 1) The mean score of housewives’value-orientation was 4.45 out of 5. The value-orientation of housewives was affected by the following variables in order to: environmental pollution and participation I community organization. 2) The mean score of housewives’green-consumption behavior was 3.62 out of 5. The housewives’green-consumption behavior was affected by the following variables in order : value orientation, environmental knowledge, participation in community organization, mass media and recycling system. 3) The most influential variables on the housewives’ green-consumption behavior were in the rank of the value orientation(R²=.39). mass meia(R²=.11). and environmental knowledge(R²=.07).

And so the relation of space and function required its change. The essential role of social welfare center is family welfare, domiciliary and community care, community organization, social education etc. In this sence, this study explored the condition of space planning for the family welfare at the social welfare center. For this study, it was reviewed the role and function, the service program, the degree of unit activity importance, space satisfaction, the usage characteristics. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and synthesized through case study and could be used in the guidelines as reference information for the spatial organization of the family welfare unit at the social welfare centers in small town.

  • The research tris to provide some basic data for the efficient method of human resources management and the efficiency of hospital organization by drawing how servant leadership of physical therapists has impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. As a measuring device the method of self-fill-in questionnaire survey was utilized and the correlation and regression analysis was practiced on demographic property, the relationships of 11 kinds of variables between servant leadership and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction was concerned with internal motivation, autonomy, hearing, altruistic vocation, community sense, sympathy formation, vision in the positive order, while organizational commitment was concerned with internal motivation, altruistic vocation, vision, autonomy, community sense, hearing, and sympathy formation is the positive order. Supervisors of physical therapists should try to strive to fulfill the demands of therapists in their position, suggest the vision and objectives to them, and enhance their community sense. As a result, supervisors of physical therapists can enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the position of their employees.

  • This paper considers the case study of the change management and business innovation of the rail construction agency fer overcoming the crisis it faced in early stage. It will provide the suitable innovation techniques of each change stage. Also, each phase it evaluated the change degree of organization culture especially by the six box model of Weisbord and the Quinn's model. For the Period of Change, organization culture will grow about 10% and harmonize with 4 competitive organization culture; community, innovation, hierarchy, product. Only, it discovered that the difference of the current culture and rho organizer' wish is considerable by the Quinn's model. It wilt be able to describe the innovation fatigue which the organizers feel in the change of organization culture. For the successful innovation, it wilt have to be managed properly and the new innovation technique will have to be developed for solving.

기업의 조직간 정보시스템(IOS)의 도입에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adoption of Inter-Organizational Systems (IOS))

  • With the progress of IT, the strategic use of information systems (IS) has been applied to the inter-organization business areas, that is called Inter-organization Systems (IOS). Previous IT diffusion researches or IT adoption researches have been focused to newly emerged IT but confined into individual organization. However, IOS such as internet relates with between organizations. In this sense, this research has analysed the IT diffusion factors affected by IOS based on the previous studies of IT adoption. This study employed a research model using the factors of adopting IOS in organization, and conducted an empirical research with questionaries with top domestic 80 firms. And the finding is that the factors of the CIO support, business partners and an industry community have significance but other factors such as the size of firm, the degree of IS maturity, the degree of firm centrality, the complexity or suitability of IOS does not.
