The data collection period was from April 24 to May 13, 2023. A total of 207 questionnaire responses were included in the analysis. The collected data were analyzed using t-tests and analysis of variance in the SPSS/Win 230 program. The results were reported as real numbers, percentages, mean values, and standard deviations. The correlations between the variables were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results : Smartphone addiction according to the general characteristics of the study subjects showed significant differences in 'residence type' (F=2.91, p=.035) and 'average smartphone usage time' (F=20.15, p=.000). It seemed. self-efficacy was determined by 'age' (F=2.74, p=.045), 'subjective academic level' (F=7.71, p=.001), and 'average smartphone usage time' (F=3.96, p=.009) showed a significant difference. Communication skills showed a significant difference in 'average smartphone usage time' (F=3.83, p=.011). The correlation between the variables of the study subjects showed that self-efficacy was negatively correlated with smartphone addiction (r=-.42, p<.001), and communication ability was positively correlated with self-efficacy. It was found that (r=.55, p<.001). 15) Conclusion : On the basis of the study results, the higher the nursing students' smartphone addiction, the lower their self-efficacy, and the higher their communication ability, the higher their self-efficacy. • This study is designed to find out the effect of communication between parents and adolescents, and their goal orientation on academic self-efficacy, especially among second-year high school students based on all their family and social environments. For such purposes, a variety of data regarding background variables, communication between parents and adolescents, goal orientation, and academic self-efficacy were collected in Seoul and Goyang-si, Gyunggi-do. The major results of this study are as follows: First, the female high-school students showed a higher efficiency than the male ones when it comes to the communication between parents and adolescents. For the goal orientation, the girl students marked higher levels than the male counterparts; speaking of self-regulated efficiency, the former illustrated a much higher level than the latter as well. Second, academic self-efficacy is greatly influenced by goal orientation. The higher mastery and performance-approach goals are, the higher academic self-efficacy is. It has turned out that mastery goals have significant relationship with task difficulty performance, one of the sub-scales of academic self-efficacy. In addition, performance-approach goals proved to be deeply connected with self-regulated efficiency, but performance-avoidance goals were negative predictors of task difficulty performance and self-regulated efficiency. In turn, academic confidence, one of the sub-scales of academic self-efficacy, is believed to be under the influence of mastery goals and communication between fathers and adolescents.

Using SPSS 23.0 for Windows for data analysis, t-tests, analysis of variance, Bonferroni tests, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Results: The nurse-parent partnership showed significantly positive correlations with nurses' communication competence and with self-efficacy. There was a significantly positive correlation between nurses' communication competence and self-efficacy. The factors influencing the nurse-parent partnership were nurses' communication competence, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy; the total explanatory power of these variables was 47.0%. • This study was conducted to investigate the mediated effects of self-efficacy in relation to communication competency within the medical team and turnover intention of hospital nurses. Data were collected from 208 nurses working at two university hospitals. In analyzing data using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and after analyzed with Multiple regression analysis using Baron & Kenny's 3 stage procedure, confirmed indirect effect with Sobel test. Evaluation of relationships among communication competency, turnover intention and self-efficacy of subjects revealed a negative relationship(r=-0.22, p=0.001) between communication competency and turnover intention, a positive relationship(r=0.61, p<0.001) between communication competency and self-efficacy and a negative relationship(r=-0.25, <0.001) between self-efficacy and turnover intention. Concerning the mediated effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between communication competency and turnover intention, the influence of communication competency at stage 1 on turnover intention was significant(${\beta}=-0.22$, p<0.001), but communication competency at stage 3 had no significant influence on turnover intention(${\beta}=-0.11$, p=0.194). Accordingly, the mediated effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between communication competency and turnover intention fully mediated and the mediated effect of self-efficacy was significant(z=-2.15, p=0.032). Heightening self-efficacy by improving communication competency could effectively reduce the turnover intention of nurses.
