신호기능은 CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)의 ORB를 이용하여 실현하였으며, 데이타 전송 기능은 TCP/IP연결을 이용하였다. 분산 객체 개념을 적용하여 연결 관리 기능을 분산 객체화 하였으며 각 분산 객체간 인터페이스를 OMG(Object Management Group) IDL(Interface Definition Language)로 정의함으로써 유연성을 갖도록 하였다.AbstractThis paper proposes communication service architecture to support dynamic communication configuration and multiple connection management which are required to handle a variety of multimedia multicast application. Our communication service architecture was designed to fulfil the objectives as the following:- To build a common networking system for various multimedia multicast services- To build a platform for rapid service development and provisioning- To provide service networking independent on transport network technologiesWe implemented communication service architecture based on Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA) for multimedia multicast applications. Our communication service architecture is distributed and object-oriented for extensibility and easy modification. The interfaces between the distributed objects are specified in (Object Management Group) OMGs Interface Definition Language.

  • Background: In the years 2014, coverage rates of cervical cancer screening in Nakornnayok province accounted to 76.5%. This was lower than the government's specified goal of 80%. Community health volunteers are members of a Thai healthcare alliance established to help promoting healthcare service communication and collaboration at the primary level. Such village health volunteers (VHVs) are established in most villages. Objective: To assess the knowledge and attitudes of cervical cancer screening among VHVs. Materials and Methods: The subjects were 128 VHVs from four Nakornnayok sub-districts; namely KlongYai, Chomphol, Buangsan and Suksara, Thailand. The study was conducted from December 2014 to January 2015. The questionnaire was designed to assess the knowledge and attitude of cervical cancer screening provided by the VHVs. In addition, cervical cancer screening coverage rates of each area were collected. The demographic data, scores of knowledge, attitudes, practices and the cervical cancer screening coverage rates were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. Results: The questionnaire reliability was assessed as 0.81. The total knowledge and attitude scores were 10 and 15 points. The mean knowledge scores of KlongYai, Chomphol, Buangsan and Suksara were 6.8, 7.0, 6.5 and 9.0 points, respectively. The VHVs had a high level of overall knowledge about cervical cancer screening. The mean attitude scores were 12.4, 13.2, 13.4 and 13.1 points. VHVs had a positive attitude to the promotion of cervical cancer screening at the overall level. The percentages of VHVs promoting cervical cancer information in respective districts were 72.2, 94.3, 94.9 and 50.0. However, the cervical cancer screening coverage rates were 62.4%, 34.7%, 80.3% and 47.3% respectively. Conclusions: The knowledge, attitudes and percentages of promoting information of cervical cancer screening among VHVs in the four sub-districts were high but did not correlate with the cervical screening coverage rates for each area. VHVs needed to understand socio-cultural beliefs of the women in the target population and design suitable strategies to encourage higher cervical screening coverage.

  • The existing cluster-based routing protocols have some problems. Firstly, because of selecting cluster head at random, they occur a node concentration problem. Secondly, they have a low reliability for data communication due to the less consideration of node communication range. Finally, data communication overhead is greatly increased because of sending all sensor node information to sink node for constructing clusters. To solve these problems, we in this paper, propose a cluster-based routing protocol using message reception success rate. Firstly, to solve the node concentration problem, we design a cluster head selection algorithm based on node connectivity and devise cluster spliting/merging algorithms. Secondly, to guarantee data communication reliability, we use message reception success rate. Finally, to reduce data communication overhead, we use only neighbor nodes information at both cluster construction and cluster head selection.

  • Important Java network application services have been rapidly increased along with the growth of the Internet. So, it is desirable for such applications to serve transparently, continuously and safely even if the network is temporally partitioned or certain hosts running those services are crashed down. To satisfy such requirements, many group communication systems have been developed. However, existing Java-based group communication systems do not support both the extended virtual synchrony and various types of message delivery such as FIFO, causal, total and safe delivery service. In this paper, we present the design and implementation of a Java group communication system, named JACE, supporting various types of message delivery between group members and the extended virtual synchrony model. The JACE system consists of a number of protocol modules which can be stacked on top of each other in a variety of ways. In addition, using the JACE system, we have developed an experimental UDDI registry for discovering and publishing information about Web services.

  • Recently, the military of Korea has been establishing the next generation wireless tactical communication system so called Tactical Information Communication Network (TICN). A routing protocol for TICN transport networks has to be able to select a path with high survivality, reliability, and stability while accommodating as many flows as possible with minimum QoS guarantees. The OSPF(Open Short Path First) used widely is determined to be the routing protocol for TICN. With the typical deployment practices OSPF, however, it cannot satisfy the requirements of TICN. In this paper, we propose a cost function for OSPF and a way to tune the OSPF protocol parameters for the TICN transport networks. Through simulations, it is shown that the OSPF with the proposed cost function provides better performance than the OSPF in terms of both the services provided to the applications and the network resources utilization.

  • The male audience for melodrama, a typical women's genre, has drawn little attention in the audience research. Thus, this paper examines how and in what context they watch it, as well as how they accept and rationalize their 'feminine' taste. And in-depth interviews were conducted with seven middle-aged males. While they acknowledge their feminine taste, they tend to legitimize and re-contextualize it in ways that may not contradict their notion of masculinity. Consequently, they often demonstrate seemingly contradictory attitudes oscillating between enjoying it and distancing themselves from their please of viewing. Yet, their acknowledgement of feminization hardly extends to an acceptance of being labelled 'feminine' men. They attempt to distance themselves from emotional engagement in television viewing, either through emotional self-censorship or under-valuation of the taste for the genre itself. Finally, they hardly connect their taste for the genre to a sort of active post-viewing practices of fandom. The results have considerable implications for understanding how the melodrama-viewing males keep traversing the boundaries of gender-specific genres, and reconstitute the notion of masculinity.

  • Communication in wireless sensor networks comprising a plurality of sensor nodes located in an ad hoc environment is unidirectional in that data gathered by sensor nodes are transmitted to a sink node and not vice versa. In those networks, it is not possible for a server or a gateway to send commands to the sensor nodes to determine whether some previously received data are valid when the data indicate unusual conditions, which makes it difficult to make appropriate reactions to the unusual situations. This paper proposes and implements a TDMA-based sensor network communication protocol named BiWSLP(Bidirectional Wireless Sensor Line Protocol) supporting bidirectional communication capability. The BiWSLP is an extension of the WSLP, a unidirectional sensor network communication protocol based on the TDMA protocol. To test the feasibility of the proposed BiWSLP, we construct a virtual bridge management system capable of sending commands to sensor nodes as well as collecting data from the sensor nodes. Based on the test results of the virtual bridge management system, we show the applicability and advantages of the BiWSLP in terms of energy efficiency and bidirectional communication capability.

  • The main purpose of the work is to analyze modern innovative educational practices in the field of culture and art and their effectiveness in the context of the spread of digitalization trends. The study used general scientific theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, analogy, comparative, induction, deduction, reductionism, and a number of others, allowing you to fully understand the pattern of modern modernization processes in a long historical development and demonstrate how the rejection of the negativity of progress allows talented artists to realize their own potential. The study established the advantages and disadvantages of involving innovative technologies in the educational process on the example of European experience and outlined possible ways of implementing digitalization processes in Ukrainian institutions of higher education, formulated the main difficulties encountered by teachers and students in the use of technological innovation in the pandemic. The rapid development of digital technologies has had a great impact on the sphere of culture and art, both visual, scenic, and musical in all processes: creation, reproduction, perception, learning, etc. In the field of art education, there is a synthesis of creative practices with digital technologies. In terms of music education, these processes at the present stage are provided with digital tools of specially developed software (music programs for composition and typing of musical text, recording, and correction of sound, for quality listening to the whole work or its fragments) for training programs used in institutional education and non-institutional learning as a means of independent mastering of the theory and practice of music-making, as well as other programs and technical tools without which contemporary art cannot be imagined. In modern stage education, the involvement of video technologies, means of remote communication, allowing realtime adjustment of the educational process, is actualized. In the sphere of fine arts, there is a transformation of communicative forms of interaction between the teacher and students, which in the conditions of the pandemic are of two-way communication with the help of information and communication technologies. At this stage, there is an intensification of transformation processes in the educational industry in the areas of culture and art.
