This study explored the spousal financial communication, the household financial satisfaction and their relationships among couples living in Iksan-si, Chunlabuk-do. As results of this study, the differences in financial satisfaction were significant for couples, and between full-time housewives and employed wives, but not for two groups of husbands by spouse's employment. Openness of financial communication was significantly explained by personal income ratio to total family income and conflicts of it was done by age, total family income, personal income ratio to total family income, white-color workers. Generally, financial satisfaction was significantly explained by educational level, total family income, and white-color workers.

This study attempted to identify the service satisfaction with the 119 emergency service and the factors that affect it based on the responses of subjects who used the service. Data collection was conducted from February 11 to March 11, 2021, using convenience sampling. A total of 1842 subjects who used emergency medical services using 119 ambulance in 2020 participated. For the collected data, frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were calculated, and t-test, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0. Based on these results, to further enhance the satisfaction of users of the 119 emergency service and the quality of emergency medical services, it is important to improve the quality of paramedics through education and systems. In addition, to increase user satisfaction, efficient and systematic communication education is required. The quality of emergency medical services will increase only when communication skills required for explanations and promoting understanding are improved.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of communication skills and pediatric nurse-parent partnership on the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among pediatric nurses. Methods: A survey was administered to 205 pediatric nurses working in children's, general, and tertiary hospitals situated in Chungcheong province and Seoul. Data were collected in August and September 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 26.0 along with the PROCESS macro program. Results: Emotional intelligence had a significant effect, and was a critical factor affecting the job satisfaction of pediatric nurses. Furthermore, communication skills and nurse-parent partnership had a serial double mediating effect. Conclusion: These findings underscore the significance of conducting job satisfaction improvement programs, including strategies for augmenting emotional intelligence, bolstering communication skills, and fostering nurse-parent partnership.

본 연구는 치위생과 학생들의 자기효능감과 의사소통능력 및 임상실습 만족도의 상관성과 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 자료수집은 충청남북도 3개 대학의 임상실습을 경험한 치위생과 대학생 201명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 임상실습 만족도는 자기효능감(r=.337, p<0.001), 의사소통능력(r=.293, p<0.001)과 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 자기효능감도 의사소통능력(r=.634, p<0.001)과 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 치위생과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향 요인은 자기효능감, 학점 및 전공만족도였다. 설명력은 19.0%였다. 이에 치위생과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도를 높이기 위해서 학생들의 자기효능감을 증진시키고 의사소통 능력을 키울 수 있는 임상실습 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것이다.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the relationships between positive nursing organizational culture, organizational communication satisfaction, and the level of work engagement among nurses working in tertiary hospitals, as well as to identify influencing factors on work engagement. Methods: This study used a descriptive research design. Data were collected from 184 general nurses working in four tertiary hospitals in Seoul using self-report questionnaires from March 13 to 30, 2023. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression. Results: In the hierarchical regression analysis, the variables that significantly influenced work engagement in Model 1 were marital status (β=.26, p=.002), graduate or higher degree (β=.41, p<.001), more than 1 year and less than 3 years (β=.18, p=.030) and 3 years or more but less than 5 years of clinical experience in present hospital (β=.17, p=.023), and satisfaction (β=.27, p=.002) and moderate satisfaction with pay (β=.18, p=.033). In model 2, adding the subdomains of positive nursing organizational culture and organizational communication satisfaction to the Model 1, the variables that had a significant effect on work engagement were trust-based organizational relationships (β=.50, p<.001) and organizational communication satisfaction (β=.25, p=.005). Conclusion: The results suggest that education level, clinical experience, and satisfaction with pay should be considered to improve nurses' work engagement. In addition, it was identified that organizational relationship based on trust and organizational communication satisfaction are the main influencing factors for improving work engagement.

이 연구는 우리나라 종합병원에 근무하는 직원들의 의사소통에 대한 만족도와 조직유효성 인식과의 관계를 실증적으로 조사하기 위한 것이다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 4개의 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 전국 10개 병원에 근무하는 의사, 진료지원직, 행정직 직원 473명에 대한 설문조사를 2013년 1월 3일부터 2월 8일까지 실시했다. 단계적 회귀분석 결과, 병원 직원들의 의사소통에 대한 만족도는 조직유효성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 의사소통 만족도와 직종 간의 상호작용 효과는 조직유효성 중 안정성보다는 성장성에 더 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직종별 의사소통 만족도조사에서는 진료지원직종이 5점 만점에 3.11점으로 가장 낮아 문제점으로 지적되었다. 병원이 조직의 통합을 원한다면 직종 간 의사소통 만족도를 높이기 위한 세부적인 전략 개발이 필요하다고 하겠다.

본 연구의 주된 목적은 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션(경청요인, 배려요인, 금지요인)이 환자만족과 치료성과에 미치는 영향, 그리고 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션과 환자만족, 치료성과 간 환자참여(행동적 참여, 감정적 참여, 정보적 참여)의 매개효과 여부를 검증하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위해 C지역의 종합병원에서 진료를 한 339명의 외래환자를 중심으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 경청요인과 배려요인은 환자만족과 치료성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 보였으나 금지요인은 그렇지 않았다. 둘째, 경청요인과 배려요인은 감정적 요인과 정보적 요인에 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 보였으나, 금지요인은 환자참여의 3개 요인에 유의한 영향을 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 의사의 환자중심 커뮤니케이션과 환자만족, 치료성과 간의 관계에서 환자참여의 부분 매개효과가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구결과를 중심으로 환자만족과 치료성과를 높이기 위한 방안들을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 노년기 부부의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 성역할 태도와 의사소통, 결혼만족도의 차이를 분석하고, 성역할 태도(성역할 인식, 성 능력 인식)와 의사소통(긴밀한 관계, 배타적관계, 소극적 관계) 및 결혼 만족도의 영향관계를 분석하였다. 설문조사는 경기도에 거주하는 60세 이상의 노년기 부부를 대상으로 2012년 6월 20일에서 7월 30일까지 실시하였고, 총 378부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료의 통계처리는 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 위계적 회귀분석, t-test 및 분산분석 등을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 성역할 태도, 의사소통 및 결혼 만족도에 부분적인 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 성역할 인식과 성능력 인식은 의사소통의 긴밀한 관계와 소극적 관계에 정(+)적 영향을 미친 반면, 성능력 인식은 배타적 관계에 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 성역할 인식과 긴밀한 관계는 결혼 만족도에 정(+)적 영향력을 보였으나, 배타적 관계와 소극적 관계는 결혼 만족도의 부(-)적 영향요인이었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how the causal relationships between independent variables, marital communication decision making participation and family life satisfaction of elderly in couple household. The survey was conducted from May 26 to July 21, 2003. Total 394(male: 186, female: 208) samples were used for the analysis. Using SPSS/PC WIN program, data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, mean, standard deviation, Cronbach'a, Pearson's correlation, t-test, and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: 1) The findings showed that there were high level of the communication between the elderly males and females. In the decision making participation the finding showed that both elderly males and females generally made joint decisions with no gender differences. The elderly males and females reported overall family life satisfaction; and the elderly males were more likely satisfied with their family lives than the elderly females. 2) The path analysis on family life satisfaction presented that several variables had direct/indirect effects on family life satisfaction through communication and decision making participation. Among the moderate variables, communication agreement and communication openness had significant effects on family life satisfaction. Specifically, the elderly men were more likely satisfied when they participated in decision making on leisure: the elderly women were more likely satisfied when they participated in decision making on family life.

본 연구는 병동의 입원환자를 대상으로 환자돌봄 의사소통과 환자만족도 간의 관계에서 불안의 매개효과를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료는 2021년 10월부터 12월까지 자가설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술적 통계, 피어슨 상관관계 분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 매개효과의 유효성 검정은 Sobel test로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 환자돌봄 의사소통과 환자만족도 사이에는 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 환자돌봄 의사소통과 불안과의 사이에는 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 환자만족도와 불안 사이에도 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 환자돌봄 의사소통과 환자만족도의 관계에서 불안은 부분매개 효과가 있었으며(z=2.93, p<.001), 설명력은 38.4%이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 환자만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 간호사의 환자돌봄 의사소통 역량을 향상시키고, 환자의 불안을 감소시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.
