The purpose of this study was to determine the factors for professional consciousness of caregivers and provide basic data that could help develop a intervention to promote their professional consciousness. For this descriptive research, a survey was conducted to collect data from 110 caregivers in G City for six weeks in September 2019. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression were used. They scored 3.41 for calling and 3.23 for Communication Competence and 4.12 for job satisfaction. Professional consciousness was positively correlated with job satisfaction (r=.636, p<.001) and calling (r=.356, p<.001) and Communication Competence (r=.378 p<.001). job satisfaction (B=.329, p<.001), followed by Communication Competence (B=.216, p<.001) and calling(B=.165, p=.002), had the strongest impact on professional consciousness, accounting for 57.5% in general. It is necessary to give job satisfaction reinforcement training constantly in long-term care givers. It is also necessary to conduct education and research that can promote professional consciousness.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of character strengths and communication types on the interpersonal relationship satisfaction among university students and to presents basic data for helping healthy University Life. A survey was held to the university students in Seoul and Chungcheong cities from May 7 to 28, 2018. 204 copies were in the final analysis for data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression was used. As a result, the factors of affecting on the interpersonal relationship satisfaction were followed by intellectual character strengths, emotional character strengths, communication types and the presence of a heterosexual friend. The multiple regression explanatory power was 45percent of the total changes in interpersonal satisfaction. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic for the development of communication education programs to increase interpersonal satisfaction among university students. It will also be useful as a basic data for the development of counseling programs that enhance self-awareness of character strengths.
The Purposes of this study ar (1) to identify types and levels of channel conflicts between an apparel manufacturer and a franchised agency, (2) to investigate the effect of economic dependence on conflicts, and (3) to examine the effect of conflicts on satisfaction in a franchised agency's perspective in distributive channel of Korean apparel industry. For this study, questionnaires were administered to the owner or manager of 300 franchised agencies. Employing a sample of 209, data were analyzed by using means, factor analysis, pearson correlation and multi-regression analysis. Major findings are as follows: 1) Types of conflicts between apparel manufacturers and franchised agencies are identified as goal divergence, difference in perception, ineffective communication and lack of role clarity. The highest level of conflicts are lack of role clarity, followed by goal divergence, difference in perception and ineffective communication. 2) Economic dependence leads to channel conflicts in part. Greater levels of economic dependence foster greater conflicts such as lack of role clarity and lower conflicts such as ineffective communication. 3) With respect to effect of conflict on satisfaction, the greater the levels of conflict, the lower the degree of satisfaction with ole performance and with business decision and overall satisfaction.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of demographic, personal and psychosocial variables on the wives' marital satisfaction in order to develop theories about the stablility of modern families. The data, collected from 490 mothers living in Seoul, is analyzed by statistical methods, such as Frequency Distribution, Pearson's Correlation, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffee-test and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings are as follows: 1) In my study, the Marital Satisfaction Scale consists of 7 dimensions; of which affective communication, problem-solving communication, and companionship are comparatively important variables. 2) Of demographic variables, wives' educational level is an influencing variable in 6 dimensions, and family monthly income, in general satisfaction. 3) Of personal variables, sex role attitude is a significantly influencing independent variable in satisfaction with children area and self actualization, variable in problem-solving communication area. 4) Of psychosocial variables, role enactment, role consensus, and role strain are proved to be influencing variables, but role salience is not. Also, role enactment is the most influencing independent variable in almost areas of marital satisfaction. 5) By given independent variables, variance is explained 30% of all. The implication that can be inferred from the above findings is that psychosocial variables are more important than demographic variables, and that personal variables such as androgyny, self-actualization should be encouraged to further research.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nurse's internal marketing on job satisfaction, turnover intention, and customer orientation. Method: The subjects were 559 nurses were working in 3 general hospitals. The data were collected from October 20 to November 15, 2006. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression were used. Results: The mean score of the total internal marketing was 2.68, communication 3.03, vacation and suspension from office 2.64, education and training 2.60, reward system 2.56, work environment 2.53, and employment benefits 2.38, total job satisfaction was 2.96, turnover intention was 3.10, and customer orientation was 3.76. 'Internal marketing', and total subcategories of internal marketing were positively related to job satisfaction. 'Internal marketing', and total subcategories of internal marketing were negatively related to turnover intention. 'Internal marketing', 'communication', 'vacation and suspension from office', 'education and training', and 'work environment' were positively related to customer orientation. Conclusion: Through this results, to increase job satisfaction and customer orientation and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving internal communication and reward system in the internal marketing strategy.
Irregular workers, which have recently caused various socio-economic issues and conflicts, generally have low loyalty to the organization and job satisfaction due to anxiety about employment. As a way to improve this, this study attempted to analyze the effect of organizational communication satisfaction of irregular workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among the 7th Human Capital Companies panel survey data, irregular workers survey data were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: First, it was analyzed that organizational communication recognized by irregular workers had a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it was analyzed that job satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was analyzed that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study is significant in that it expanded the research subject to irregular workers from the existing service industry-oriented research, and that it included more diverse industries. The results of this study suggest that mission and vision sharing and communication activation system are needed to improve organizational effectiveness of irregular workers.
This research aims to examine the influence of facilitative communication between mother and high school daughter on daughter's perceived family cohesion, family adaptability, and satisfaction of mother's working or non-working status. In order to verify statistically the research questions above, experimental tools were made for each variable, and Cluster Sampling with Stratification was conducted among high school girls in Seoul. A total of 670 questionnaire sheets were administered to 13 high schools for girls in December 2001, and only 501 sheets were used for data analysis. The SPSS 10.0 package was used for factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis. The following results were obtained: 1) Mother-high school daughter's facilitative communication significantly influences daughter's perceived family cohesion. In general, mother-high school daughter's facilitative communication had R square of 27.6% with regards to daughter's perceived family cohesion. 2) Mother-high school daughter's facilitative communication significantly influences daughter's perceived family adaptability. In general, mother-high school daughter's facilitative communication had R square of 25.3% with regards to daughter's perceived family adaptability. 3) Mother-high school daughter's facilitative communication significantly influences daughter's perceived satisfaction of mother's working of non-working status. In general, mother-high school daughter's facilitative communication had R square of 24.0% with regards to daughter's perceived satisfaction of mother's working status, and 7.4% with regards to non-working status.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of demographic-socialogical variables.(ie. educational level, duration of marriage, mate selection type, monthly income, number of children and the frequencies of family's jonit-leisure-activity) and efficiency of the interspous communication on marital satisfaction over the family life cycle. The subject were 278 husbands and wives living in Seoul area who had the eldest child attending at elementary school, middle school , high school and university , respectively. The families were categorized to Duvall's family life cycle. Before the main study was conducted from SEP. 27 to OCT. 8. 1990. a pre-test was conducted on 52 subjects form SEP. 20 to SEP.23.1990. The values of Chronbach's α were obtained on the efficiency of the interspouse communication (α =0.885) and marital satisfaction (α=0.939). Data analysis was by Chronbach's α, ANOVA. Pearson's Product Moment Correlation. Path Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results were as follows; 1) Marital Satisfaction was positively related (1) to demographic-socialogical variables; educational level , monthly income, the frequencies of family's joint-leisure-activity (2) the efficiency of the interspouse communication. 2) Efficiency of the interspouse communication was positively related to the frequencies o family's joint-leisure-activity. 3) The relative importance of independent variables on marital satisfaction over the family life cycle was found to be varied in each stage of life cycle. (1) As for the group who had elementary-school-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication (β=0.717.p<.001), joint-leisure-activity frequency (β =0.303.p<.001), monthly income(β=0.202.p<.001), mate selection type(β=0.180.p<.05), (2) As for the group who had middle-school-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication (β=0.702.p<.001), (3)As for the group who had high school-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication (β=0.488.p<.001), joint-leisure-activity frequency (β=0.368.p<.001), (4)the group who had university-aged children; efficiency of the interspouse communication.(β=0.729.p<.001), monthly income (β=0.164.p<.01). The regression model showed that 55 percent of the marital satisfaction could be account for by demographic-socialogical variables and efficiency of the interspouse communication (R2=0.551)
This study is a descriptive research study to understand the level of communication awareness between doctors and nurses, who are professional medical professionals, and the detailed areas and satisfaction of communication. Data were collected from 372 doctors and nurses at general hospitals located in C city from March to May 2021. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and correlation analysis, using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. As a result, there was a difference in the awareness level of communication between doctor and nurse groups. Specifically, out of the detailed areas of communication recognized by doctors and nurses, there were statistically significant differences in openness(t=9.91), mutual understanding between occupations(t=5.25), and satisfaction(t=8.13) between the two groups. In addition, a positive correlation was found between the detailed areas and the communication satisfaction in both groups, showing that nurses have higher communication satisfaction with the higher openness(r=.72, p<.001), mutual understanding between occupations(r=.71, p<.001) and similarly, doctors also have higher communication satisfaction with the higher mutual understanding between occupations(r=.79, p<.001), timeliness(r=.73, p<.001). Therefore, these result suggest that it is necessary to develop a communication program that can effectively improve the weak areas such as mutual understanding between occupations and openness in nurses and doctors in order to ensure patient safety and provide quality medical care.
Medical communication has the effect of increasing the patient's medical treatment satisfaction and medical facility revisit rate through better understanding of the patient, and decreasing the medical law suit rate. One of the methods to enhance medical communication is through doctor coaching. Doctor coaching is a series of coaching procedure that helps the doctors have a better understanding with the patients by enhancing the communication skills of the doctors. The current study analyzed the effect 'coach and coatee's relationship', 'coaching per se', and 'coaching activity' have on coaching satisfaction. As the result, 'coaching activity' related to the coaching program showed the most influence on the coaching satisfaction On the other hand, 'coach and coatee's relationship' and 'coaching per se' did not show any significant influence while 'coach and coatees relationship' even showed negative correlations. Such result gained agreement amongst the doctors about the medical communication enhancement and necessity of doctor coaching and it also implies that intensifying the coaching qualifications and professionalism is necessary for the doctor coaching model. The coach should not only have knowledge regarding the doctor(medical??) communication, but also should endeavor to obtain understanding and knowledge about coaching strategies.
