본 논문은 근래 사회적 쟁점이 되고 있는 방송통신융합 현상을 '이윤율의 경향적 하락의 법칙'에 따라 설명하려고 했다. 새로운 단말기 시장을 조성하고 사용료 수입을 획기적으로 늘리기 위해서는 새로운 서비스를 개발해야 하는 바, 그것이 방송 서비스의 결합으로 나타난 것이다. 그 과정에서 자본의 유기적 구성의 변화, 그로 인한 이윤율의 경향적 하락, 그것을 극복하기 위한 다양한 모색 등을 살펴보았다. 통신자본과 전자산업은 생산성 향상을 위해 불변자본 부분에 대한 끊임없는 투자를 진행하는 가운데 자본의 유기적 구성이 높아지고, 따라서 이윤율이 경향적으로 하락하는 현상으로 나타났다. 이윤량은 증가하면서도 이윤율이 하락하는 현상에 대해 사업자들이 대처하는 모습들도 확인하였다. 굳이 이 법칙을 적용해본 것은, 수면 위에 나타나는 모습만 보고 쉽게 비판하는 경향을 탈피하여 현상의 본질을 규명해보고자 하는 것이었다. 진단이 정확해야 처방도 정확할 수 있기 때문이다.

본 논문에서는 액세스 망 인터페이스로 EPON 정합을 기본으로 하는 홈 네트워크에서 방송 서비스와 IP 데이터 서비스를 융합하는 것에 초점을 두고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 액세스 망에서는 오버레이 전송 방법을 이용하고 홈 네트워크에서는 멀티캐스트 그룹 관리 프로토콜인 IGMP와 IGMP 스누핑 기능을 이용함으로써 액세스 망에서뿐만 아니라 댁내에서도 방송 서비스와 데이터 서비스를 융합시킬 수 있는 새로운 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 홈 게이트웨이를 통해 댁내 방송 서비스를 지원하기 위한 일련의 방법 및 절차에 대하여 설명한다. 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 방법은 다음의 3 가지로 구성되어 있다. I) 방송신호와 인터넷 데이터의 오버레이 전송 모델, ii) 다중 튜너 시스템을 이용하는 튜너/변화 모듈에서 특정 방송 채널을 선택하고 선택된 방송 스트림을 IP 멀티캐스트 패킷으로의 변환, iii) 변환된 IP 멀티캐스트 패킷을 L2 이더넷 홈 게이트웨이의 코어 모듈인 L2 이더넷 스위치로 보내고 IGMP 스누핑 기능을 이용하여 L2 멀티캐스트 처리 방법에 의하여 목적지 포트로의 전송.

지난 2017년 7월 6일 문재인 대통령이 독일 함부르크 G20 정상회의에 참석하여 한반도 평화구상을 통한 대북정책의 기본방향을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 북한주민들의 정보욕구가 매우 강하며, 당 간부들 역시도 대북방송을 청취하고, 남한의 드라마를 즐겨 시청하고 있다는 사실에 착안하였다. 방송통신부문은 남북의 불신이 존재하는 상황에서도 물리적인 접촉을 배제할 수 있다는 점을 감안하여 통일의 도구로서 방송의 역할을 제고할 필요가 있다. 이에 통일대비 방송을 통한 협력방안을 기술하였다.

방송통신융합은 그 자체로 현실이 아니라 그것을 정의하고 설명하는 담론 속에서 사고되고 현실로 인식된다. 이 논문은 방송통신융합 담론이 어떻게 형성되고 실천되며 변화하고 있는지를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 하나의 동일한 담론이 정치사회적 싱황에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치고 어떻게 그 진화과정을 달리 할 수 있는지를 극명하게 밝히기 위해 한국과 프랑스를 비교하였다. 방송통신융합 담론은 OECD의 보고서와 유럽위원회의 녹서에 의해 프랑스와 한국에서 지식담론으로 태어나고 본격적으로 사회적 논의의 대상이 된다. 이 담론은 프랑스에서 저항담론과 충돌하였고 한국에서는 별다른 저항 없이 수용되었다. 이 담론은 결과적으로 프랑스에서는 분리규제 유지와 수평규제 도입으로 실천된 반면 한국에서는 통합기구의 설립으로 실천된다. 마지막으로 프랑스와는 달리 방송통신융합은 한국에서 지식담론의 차원을 넘어 정치적 혹은 유토피아적 담론으로 자리를 이동하게 된다. 이러한 진화과정에서 나타난 프랑스와 한국의 극명한 차이는 담론에 의한 현실 인식의 문제, 담론의 모순과 복잡성 그리고 담론이 안고 있는 지식과 권력의 문제를 고찰할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

The development of the fourth industry has enabled users to quickly share a lot of data online. We can analyze big data on information about tourist attractions and users' experiences and opinions using artificial intelligence. It can also analyze the association between characteristics of users and types of tourism. This paper analyzes individual characteristics, recommends customized tourist sites and proposes a system to provide the sacred texts of recommended tourist sites as AR services. The system uses machine learning to analyze the relationship between personality type and tourism type preference. Based on this, it recommends tourist attractions according to the gender and personality types of users. When the user finishes selecting a tourist destination from the recommendation list, it visualizes the information of the selected tourist destination with AR.

In this study, keywords from representative online portal sites such as Naver, Google, and Youtube were collected based on text mining analysis technique using Textom to check the changes in metqaverse after COVID-19. before Corona, it was confirmed that social media platforms such as Kakao Talk, Facebook, and Twitter were mentioned, and among the four metaverse, consumer awareness was still concentrated in the field of life logging. However, after Corona, keywords from Roblox, Fortnite, and Geppetto appeared, and keywords such as Universe, Space, Meta, and the world appeared, so Metaverse was recognized as a virtual world. As a result, it was confirmed that consumer perception changed from the life logging of Metaverse to the mirror world. Third, keywords such as cryptocurrency, cryptocurrency, coin, and exchange appeared before Corona, and the word frequency ranking for blockchain, which is an underlying technology, was high, but after Corona, the word frequency ranking fell significantly as mentioned above.

We Design The problem of underdeveloped areas is emerging as a social problem. Industrialization drove the population to the cities, creating underdeveloped areas. Underdeveloped areas are causing social problems such as population decline and aging. It is necessary to study the continuous tourism development of underdeveloped areas through development and improvement projects. Using social media big data to investigate keywords in underdeveloped areas and see the connection between keywords. The purpose of this study was to conduct core research divided by type and to investigate the keywords of tourism in underdeveloped areas through concor analysis of underdeveloped areas. As a result of the study, keywords were connected for each type of redevelopment, regional development, regional economy, and underdeveloped areas. Through this, the keywords for sustainable tourism in underdeveloped areas were identified. It is hoped that this study will develop sustainable tourism for the keywords of underdeveloped areas.

Layered structure of the Korean terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (TDMB) transmission system for multimedia broadcasting service is presented in this paper. We made a switching module which is called the Ensemble Remultiplexer. It is designed to remultiplex the Ensemble Transport Interface (ETI) for T-DMB service. This paper describes the remultiplexing process of the Ensemble Remultiplexer.

This paper proposed the design of a new window signage system architecture, which utilized a window of a building, with attached LED for visible light communication. In this paper, the proposed method using the LED strip to transmit light data and receive the data through a HMD with a smart device camera. The LED strip attached to the existing building window, as a part of semi-transparent signage. Semi-transparent signage based on a controllable LED strip-modules and attached to the window used to provide entertainment contents and the information service to people through optical camera communication (OCC) as well. Also, this work suggests using the camera supplied Head Mounted Device (HMD) as an OCC receiver. The LED attached window signage system structure described in this paper can be utilized in various buildings infrastructure like house, shopping areas, industrial building, etc.

In the Fourth Industrial Revolution era, creative ideas are creating enormous value. This study conducted a case study on curriculum management plans aimed at protecting ideas and their results, recognizing the importance of intellectual property (IP), and cultivating basic knowledge about intellectual property. In particular, this study looked at ways to quickly learn related issues regarding new intellectual property rights related to computer software and artificial intelligence. In addition, research was conducted on ways to learn about efficient protection and utilization of inventions through actual examples. This study checked the importance and necessity of the interaction and communication between instructors and learners through the status of distance learning in domestic universities and a case study of distance learning of convergence subjects. We aim to continuously research effective class management methods and contribute to academic development through case studies of convergence subjects.
