전자상거래는 20년이상 동안 존재하여 왔다. 이러한 전자상거래 체제하에서 국제운송분야에서의 운송서류인 선화증권이 어떻게 발전되고 전개되는지를 살펴본다. 즉, 전자상거래 시대에 대비하여 선화증권의 전자화가 어떻게 추진되고 있는지를 고찰하고 전자식 선화증권에 대한 실험인 BOLERO 프로젝트의 실험현황과 그 문제점을 지적 하고자 한다.

The assorting process in distribution center is one of the most difficult and time-consuming process. The improvement of assorting productivity is a core element which decides efficiency of a distribution center. The time to shipping from receiving depends on assorting such as sorting by customer. To enhance efficiency of assorting typically uses the put to light system composed of computer and digital indicator etc. Generally the layout of put to light system has been performed rather than scientific analysis by a common experience. Therefore, this study analyzes the impact of assorting performance by the number of aisle in assorting process of put to light system.

A Shared Services center (SSC) is created by removing common administrative functions from operational divisions within an organization, and centralizing the functions in a separate centre. SSC helps supporting organizations to focus on core activities and to achieve cost reduction as well as service quality enhancement. In contrast to many leading global companies which has been adopted SSCs from early 90's. A Company's HR SSC which has opened this year is the first genuine SSC practice in Korea. Centering on the case of A Company' s HR SSC implementation, we discussed on some practical implications for companies which has future plan to introduce a shared service center.

If the research on double cycle is revitalized, crane productivity will be rapidly improved bemuse double cycle is an operational technique that can maximize equipments efficiency (Quay crane, RMG/RTG, Yard tractor). Unfortunately, it is very difficult for terminal operators to find out the starting point of double cycle bemuse the loading & unloading pattern and conditions are various. Therefore, terminal operators are apt to fail to find out the optimal starting point of double cycle to maximize its frequency. Experiencing the same mistakes in the process we made efforts to find out the optimal starting point, finally we found out the formula for it. And we verified its precision is perfect through a lot of testing. This paper on double cycling focused on making the formula to find out optimal starting point of double cycle to maximize its frequency. And it can be applied to various ships' stowages in common.

The mobile communication network has to offer good quality of services (QoS), high capacity, and more coverage at a lower cost. However, with the increase of cellular user, the shortage of capacity due to unbalanced call distribution and lack of QoS are common. This paper deals with dynamic sectorization for efficient resource management to solve load unbalancing among microcells in CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) microcellular system. Dynamic load balancing can be effected by grouping micro-cells properly and grouping can be developed through a routing mechanism. Therefore, we use ants and their routes to choose the optimum grouping of micro-cells into sectors using Multiple Ant Colony System (MACS)in this paper.

물류 배송은 우리 생활에 꼭 필요한 시스템 중 하나이다. 대한민국의 물류 시스템은 그 영토의 규모에 잘 부합되도록 체계적으로 정비되어 있으나, 배송 경로의 낭비 역시 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 Big Data, Deep Learning, IoT 와 같은 첨단 정보 기술을 이용하여 상기한 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 물류의 특성을 고려하여 설계한 데이터 모델을 통신 기능과 위치 판별 기능이 포함된 IoT Device 를 통해 수집하고 NoSQL Database 상에 저장한다. 이후 Longest Common Subsequence Algorithm 을 이용한 Deep Learning 으로 수집 된 Data를 학습시킨다. 배송이 발생했을 때 학습된 Data 를 기반으로 해당 배송의 경로 분석을 실시하여 기존의 경로보다 시간적, 물질적 자원이 절약된 새로운 배송 경로를 IoT Device 를 통해 제시하고자 한다.

택배 배달 서비스는 전국적 물류의 중요 부분이다. 노선이 잘못되면 시간과 비용 면에서 경제적 불이익이 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 위험을 최소화하기 위해 물류 회사나 IoT 기기 등에서 실제 배송 데이터 10만 개를 수집하여 최소 거리와 최소 시간의 관점에서 최적의 허브 후보 위치를 분석하였다. 택배의 공통 경로 데이터는 실제 택배의 경로 데이터에 Longest Common Route Sequence 알고리즘을 사용하여 계산하였다. 계산한 택배의 공통 경로 데이터를 기반으로, 최적의 허브 후보 위치를 설정하고, 이로부터 최적의 거리와 시간을 계산할 수 있다.

Marine pilot occupational accidents during transfer to/from the ship are at the top of the agenda after several safety campaigns by IMPA and individual attemptsThere is multiple transfer method for the marine pilot, but a most common way is to use the pilot cutter. This paper aims to predict marine pilot occupational accidents before it occurs by using historical data. Since the problem depends on several variables, this paper develops a model by using the random forest method to predict marine pilot accidents before happening with the random forest method by using RStudio software

Malicious hate speech and gender bias comments are common in online communities, causing social problems in our society. Gender bias and hate speech detection has been investigated. However, it is difficult because there are diverse ways to express them in words. To solve this problem, we attempted to detect malicious comments in a Korean hate speech dataset constructed in 2020. We explored bidirectional encoder representations from transformers (BERT)-based deep learning models utilizing hyperparameter tuning, data sampling, and logits ensembles with a label distribution. We evaluated our model in Kaggle competitions for gender bias, general bias, and hate speech detection. For gender bias detection, an F1-score of 0.7711 was achieved using an ensemble of the Soongsil-BERT and KcELECTRA models. The general bias task included the gender bias task, and the ensemble model achieved the best F1-score of 0.7166.

국제적으로 컨테이너를 이용한 운송이 증가함으로서 국내에서도 컨테이너화물이 자연스럽게 증가하고있다. 국내의 화물 운송로에는 공로운송, 철도운송, 항공운송로 등의 다양한 운송로가 있다. 하지만 가장 큰 비율을 차지하고 있는 운송은 공로운송이며 가장 비효율적으로 운송되어지는 수단이기도 하다. 이러한 공로운송의 비효율적인 운영에 영향을 미치는 사항들을 살펴본다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방법을 나열하는 것과 동시에 복화운송에 집중하여 설명하고자 한다. 그리고 컨테이너 복화운송을 실행하기 위해 필요한 운송절차 및 검사소 업무에 집중하여 살펴본다. 컨테이너 복화운송의 효율적인 실행을 위한 관리방안을 제시한다. 마지막으로 복화운송 실행의 효과를 실제 자료 분석을 통해 정량적으로 알아본다.
