개에서 피부세정제 적용빈도가 정상피부에 미치는 영향 (Functional Assessment of Frequency of a Commercial Shampoo for Normal Canine Skin)

  • Canine skin is a highly dynamic organ that is constantly adapted to changes in its environment. It provides structural, sensory, immunologic, and physiologic functions and contributes an essential barrier function against potential environmental insults. We assessed the changes of canine skin hydration, pH, and protein contents by noninvasive method according to the frequency of application with canine commercial shampoo. Canine commercial shampoo was applied topically every other day, 5 days, and 8 days on different sites, respectively in 8 dogs. Saline-applied site was as a control. Skin hydration was increased and skin surface pH was decreased significantly in canine commercial shampoo-applied site every other day (p < 0.05). Also, skin protein concentration measured by D-squame$^{(R)}$ tape stripping method was increased significantly in canine commercial shampoo-applied site every other day (p < 0.05). There were alterations on every 5 days and 8 days, but not significantly. These results may be recognized that the frequent use of canine commercial shampoo cause abnormalities of the skin barrier function and alteration of stratum corneum integrity/cohesion. Consequently it was suggested that bathing the dog with canine commercial shampoo was appropriate every 5 or 8 days.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 활성화되어 있는 천안 종합버스터미널 상업지역과 침체된 천안역 상업지역의 도심환경 인식 차이에 대한 분석을 통하여 천안역 상업지역의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 도심 환경요소를 찾는데 있다. 요인분석을 통하여 도심환경 요소들은 보행환경의 쾌적성, 상업 업무시설이용의 용이성, 도심환경의 쾌적성, 대중교통 접근성, 거리디자인(상징성) 등으로 분류되었다. 천안역 상업지역의 만족도에 상대적으로 크게 영향을 미치는 도심환경요인은 보행환경의 쾌적성과 상업 업무시설이용의 편리성인 2개 요인들인 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 향후 천안역 상업지역의 활성화를 위한 사업시행 시 보행환경이 쾌적하게 유지될 수 있도록 개선이 필요하며, 상업 업무시설인 은행이나 복합쇼핑몰 등을 효과적으로 배치할 수 있는 방안을 찾을 필요가 있다.

식혜의 이소말토올리고당에 관한 연구(III) -시판식혜- (A Study on Sugars in Korean Sweet Rice Drink "Sikhye"(III) -Commercial Sikhye-)

  • 시판 식혜에는 설탕과 프룩토오스, 글루코오스, 말토오스 및 여러 사이즈의 말토올리고당, 한계덱스트린이 함유되어 있다. 그 중 한계덱스트린은 0.09%, 밥알은 0.2%를 나타냈다. 1H-NMR 분석 결과, 한계덱스트린은 $\alpha$-1,4-결합 및 $\alpha$-1,6-결합이 15:1의 비율을 나타냈다. Pullulanase 처리로, 말토오스에서 글루코오스 10잔기 이상의 말토올리고당까지 다양한 분포를 나타냈다. 한계덱스트린은 여러 아미라아제 처리 결과, 전통식혜보다 가수분해율이 훨씬 높았다. $\alpha$-글루코시다아제와 타액 $\alpha$-아밀라아제를 공동 작용시킨 경우는 62% 가수분해되었다. 그러나, 밥알의 가수분해율이 매우 낮았다. 그래서 전통 식혜에 비해 한계덱스트린의 비피두스 인자로서의 효과는 적고, 밥알의 식이섬유 작용은 커졌다.

The Spatial Performance of Multi-Level Shopping Clusters A Case Study of Nanshan Commercial Cultural District

  • With the intensification of urban development in Chinese cities, mixed land use in urban centers extends vertically into 3-D and expands its scale from a single building to commercial clusters. The multi-level pedestrian system in city centers also changed its role from one of traffic isolation to spatial integration, where transit nodes, street sidewalks, squares, building entrances, atriums, and corridors are interconnected, both horizontally and vertically, into a whole spatial system, within which pedestrian flows are guided and shopping facilities are arranged. This paper uses spatial configuration analysis of space syntax to examine the impacts of spatial patterns on movement distribution and the business performance of tenant mix in the multi-level commercial system of the Nanshan Commercial Cultural District in Shenzhen, China. The key objective is to better understand the interactions between the socio-economic variables and spatial design parameters of a shopping complex. The research findings point to the importance of multiplicity between syntactic variables and other spatial variables in influencing the pedestrian flows, business performance and tenant mix in highly complex commercial systems. Particularly noteworthy is the relationship between spatial accessibility measures and the location of escalators, and the ways in which individual commercial buildings are embedded into the overall spatial system. The study suggests that this may lead to the preliminary identification of the spatial qualities of effective vertical extensions of mixed land use in a high-density urban settings.

  • 시장 여건의 변화 속에 상업용 부동산이 국가경제에서 차지하는 비중이 높아지고 있고, 기관 및 개인의 상업용 부동산 관련 직접투자 및 관심도가 증가함에 따라 객관적이고 정확한 투자정보를 제공하여 합리적 의사결정 및 투명성이 높은 시장을 이끌어야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 상업용 부동산시장을 둘러싼 여건변화에 부합하고 우리나라 상업용 부동산시장을 선진국 수준의 투명성과 경쟁력을 갖춘 선진시장으로 유도하기 위해, 한국 상황에 맞는 상업용 부동산 정보체계를 구축 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목표를 위해 먼저 우리나라 상업용 부동산 정보를 수집 생산 활용이라는 단계로 구분하여 고찰하였으며, 해외사례로 민간주도로 운영되는 미국의 NCREIF와 공공주도로 운영되는 싱가포르의 URA를 유형별로 분류하여 검토 비교하였다. 향후에도 구축한 상업용 부동산 정보체계는 모니터링 체계를 구성하여 효율적으로 관리되어야 할 것이며, 정보체계 단계적으로 확대하여 정보체계 이용자의 접근성과 활용성이 제고되어야 할 것이다.

  • 도시지역의 토지는 주변여건에 의해 그 입지적 특성이 달리 나타나고 있다. 입지적 특성은 지가 및 임대료의 차이를 발생시켰으며 이로 인해 건물에 입지하는 시설의 종류 및 규모의 차이가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 입지의 분화는 입지특성에 의해 단순히 평면적으로만 나타나는 것이 아니라 수직적 접근성에 의해 충별 분화도 나타나게 된다. 이와 같이 각각의 시설들의 입지적 특성은 단순히 지가나 임대료 둥의 경제적 특성만이 아니라 입지요소간의 상호작용 또는 시설간의 보완 및 상충작용으로 인해 발생하는 것이다. 본 연구는 현재 주거지내로 상업시설이 활발하게 확산되고 있으며 입지요소 및 시설간의 상호작용으로 그 변화가 빈번하게 일어나고 있는 압구정동 지역을 대상으로 지역의 특수성을 밝히고 시설의 입지에 영향을 미치는 요소들간의 영향력과 시설들간의 상호관계를 살펴봄으로써 상업시설의 입지특성과 상호간의 관계성을 정립하고자 하였다. 상업시설 입지에 영향을 미치는 많은 요인들과 관련된 방대한 자료를 상업시설의 입지특성분석에 효율적으로 이용하기 위해 코드체계화 하였으며 이를 ARC/INFO를 통해 분석함으로써 보다 정확한 분석을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다.

남북상사중재에 있어 중재인 선정방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving a Method of the Appointment of Arbitrators in Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration)

  • Appointment of arbitrators is very important in arbitration. As it has been a long laps since Korean peninsula was devided into two parts, South and North, it has come to be too much gaps between South and North in the law, social system, commercial practice and etc.. South Korea is familar to international commercial practice and capitalistic legal system generalized internationally in modern times. On the other hand as North Korea was closed society for a long time, they are not familar to international commercial practice and market economy. In this connection, commercial disputes arising from the transactions between South and North will occur frequently and it will be very difficult to select governing law or commercial practice referred to the disputes. Under the circumstances, when and if an arbitrator from South or North will be appointed as presiding arbitrator in the tribunal composed by three arbitrators, the part from which the presiding arbitrator come will be a majority, and it will be advantageous to the parties came from the part of which the presiding arbitrator come from. Such being the case, sole arbitrator or presiding arbitrator needs to be appointed among foreigner. Otherwise I recommend the tribunal composed by two arbitrators and umpire system. As to arbitrator's fee, as there is a big gap in its economic aspects between South and North, I supposed to need establishing the fund made by corporation with South and North in order to compensate arbitrators from South or abroad for their fee. Finally it is more important to prevent disputes arising from transactions between South and North. In order to prevent the disputes, education for North Korean about international commercial practice and skill to make a contract of international sale of goods and investment are needed.

광양항 항만배후단지 업무.편의시설 구상 (Commercial Districts and Amenities of Seaport Hinterland in Gwangyang Port)

  • 정부는 주요항만 배후단지를 활성화하기 위해 항만배후단지에 물류와 비즈니스의 연계강화를 통한 '국제 항만물류 비즈니스 클러스터'를 구상하고 있고, 이를 위해 업무 편의시설 조성을 계획하고 있다. 한국의 주요항만과 경쟁하고 있는 유럽, 중국, 일본 등의 항만들도 항만도시로의 발전을 위해 항만배후단지에 업무 편의시설을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내외 업무 편의에 대한 사례분석과 광양항 업무 편의시설에 대한 수요추정을 통해 광양항 업무 편의시설의 활용방안, 개발단계, 운영방안 등을 제시한다. 광양항 업무 편의 시설은 업무 숙박 상업시설 중심의 개발이 필요하며, 수요를 추정한 결과 2035년을 목표로 단계적으로 개발되어야 할 것으로 추정되었다. 또한 토지임대시 수익성 있는 토지임대료를 책정하고, 조기활성화를 위한 인센티브제를 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다. 민간분양을 위해서는 항만배후부지에 대행개발 등의 민간투자를 허용하는 방향으로의 항만법의 추후 개정도 논의되어야 할 것이다.

중소도시 토지이용유형별 이온지수 특성 - 충주시를 대상으로 - (Characteristics of Ion Index by Type of Land Use in Small City - Focused on Chungju)

  • In this study, the ion index characteristics of small and medium urban land use types were investigated in the city of Chungju. The average temperature for each land use type was in the order: general commercial district ($29.59^{\circ}C$) > general residential district ($28.34^{\circ}C$) > productive green district ($28.31^{\circ}C$). The average relative humidity was in the order: productive green district (70.12%) > general residential district (69.93%) > general commercial district (66.48%). The average wind speed was in the order: productive green district (0.95 m/s) > general commercial district (0.87 m/s) > general residential district (0.54 m/s). Positive and negative ions were investigated to determine the ion index by land use type. The average amount of positive ion generated was in the order: general commercial district ($737ea/cm^3$) > general residential district ($492ea/cm^3$) > productive green district ($445ea/cm^3$). The average negative ion production decreased in the order: productive green district ($930ea/cm^3$) > general residential district ($754ea/cm^3$) > general commercial district ($744ea/cm^3$). The ion index calculated from measured data can be arranged in the order: productive green district (2.09) > general residential district (1.53) > general commercial district (1.01). These results confirm the state of positive and negative ion generation in each land use type. Further, the differences in the ion index by land use type were confirmed. However, a limitation of this study is that simple summer measurements were conducted, and seasonal characteristics were not considered. Therefore, any future investigation and research should consider seasonal variation characteristics.

미나리를 이용한 계면활성성분 및 합성세제 제거에 관한 연구 (The Removal of Surfactants and Commercial Detergents by Oenanthe javanica)

  • The purpose of thesis was to investigate the removal efficiency of surfactants and commercial detergents by Oenanthe javanica that is one of aquatic plants in Korea. The experiment is concerned with measuring the concentrations of surfactants and commercial detergents in different media: 1) in pure water, 2) in water containing Oenanthe javanica, 3) in water containing Oenanthe javanica and commercial nutrients. The surfactants used in this research include linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS), $\alpha$-sulfo fatty acid methyl esters(MES), and alkylbenzene sulfonates(ABS). Two commercial detergents designated as A and B were in the forms of power and liquid. The results showed that LAS and MES were more effectively removed by Oenanthe javanica probably because these have a chain of linear carbon than on ABS with a branched carbon structure. In the case of commercial detergents, when the except was performed on the basis of surfactants proportion, the removal trends were similar to LAS and MES. The 5-day cultivating test with initial concentration of 0.5-1.0 ppm surfactants showed that less than 10% was removed if no nutrients an Oenanthe javanica were added. When Oenanthe javanica was added into the sample solution containing surfactants, the removal efficiency was increased 100% for the solution containing 0.5-1.0 ppm 60-70% for 5-10 ppm. In addition, chlorisis on Oenanthe javanica was observed due to surfactants and commercial detergents for all three cases. To test the dependence of population density on nutrients, the initial population density was made 300 g/0.4 m$^2$. Throughout the 5-day experiment, the on Oenanthe javanica grew 20-25% with 0.5-1.0 ppm without the synthetic nutrients but by 5% with a high concentrations of 5-10 ppm. The population density was appeared to be independent of synthetic nutrients. The leaves were to be grown with synthetic nutrients, while roots were grown without synthetic nutrients. Based on this research, the fundamental data concerning cultivation and an adequate adjustment of the water condition can provide for the utilization of Oenanthe javanica in real water treatment system.
