한방병동과 일반병동 간호사의 직무만족도의 비교연구 (Comparative Study on the Nurses' Job Satisfaction between the Oriental Medicine Ward and the General Ward)

  • In our society today, a variety of medical caring system, along with a scientific development in the area of oriental medical science plus national demand, has increased the augmentation and the opening of oriental wards and hospitals (Han Bang), which has come to create an additional requirement of nursing activity at oriental medicine wards should be different from that of the general wards or the same as the other. In view of this, various studies need to be made in this connection. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the number of nurses who want to work at oriental medicine wards and measure job satisfaction in nursing as compared with those working at general wards so as to provide basic materials for future assignment and supplementary training for the nurses. An attempt was made to contribute toward nursing administration on the one hand improving nursing training course on the other hand. A total of 72 nurses currently working at two oriental medicine hospitals available in Seoul and 82 general nurses were selected for this study using the questionaire from December 1993 to January 1994. An instrument for the study was based on the measurement of work satisfaction developed by Paula L. Stamps including 37 questions complemented by Kim for revision (1993) and 14 questions regarding general characteristics and oriental medicine wards. The instrument to test dependability showed Cronbach's=0.7711. The collected data have been processed by computer package SPSS. General characteristics of the two groups and the matters involved in oriental medicine wards were calculated into real figure and percentage an similarities between the two groups were analyzed by t-test and F-test according to the characteristics of variables. The comparative test on work satisfaction among the two groups including general characteristics and work factors were conducted by t-test and F-test. The major findings as a result of the study are as follows : 1. As general characteristics, age group of $26{\sim}30$ years are more than any segment of age. As to marital status, the number of those in single status is slightly higher than the married. Approximately 80% of them are graduates of nursing schools and nursing colleges. They are mostly in service for one to three years. There is no significant difference between the two groups. 2. The number of those who want to work at oriental medicine wards represents 40.3% against 58.4%, being in favor of general wards. 3. The reason for service at oriental medicine wards is that "there is room for potential research" which happened to rank first, followed by "easy job," "good working atmosphere" and "growing interest in oriental medicine." 4. Work satisfactions among nurses who work at oriental medicine wards prove greater than that of nurses who work at general wards. 5. Work satisfaction between the two groups by work factors is reflected with significant difference statistically on task requirement, interaction and doctor-nurse relationships. 6. The general charcateristics and the work satisfaction by work factors prove that there are significant difference in age, marital status, education and the period of work. They tend to be more satisfied with the work as they grow in age. Significant differneces are found in the work factors such as autonomy, adiministration and professional job in the relationship with doctor-nurse. As to marital status, the married are more satisfied than the unmarried. There are significant differneces in the factors respecting administration and doctor-nurse college graduates are highly satisfied with task requirement. However, satisfaction with the professional level has proven the highest degree for those having master degree. The period of work and satisfaction : There are significant differneces in task requirement, administration, interactions, professional level and doctor-nurse relationships. As a general rule, the degree of satisfactions is in proportion to the lengrh of service. The following conclusions are drawn based on the fndings mentioned above. Even though the work satisfaction of the nurse who work at oriental medicine ward is relatively high, it is desired that personal consultation be given as to disposition of nurses when they are assigned to oriental medicine wards. It is also recommended that lectures on oriental medicine be conducted through supplementary training and/or basic nursing course in order that they may be motivated for ingenious activities with an increasing sense of self-esteem which will eventually enhance positive changes for the patients who are in need of oriental medicine nursing and for the medical teams. In addition, joint reseaches involvingclinical care and education should be in constant process for unique and scientific development for those who are subject to oriental medicine nursing care.

물리치료 임상실습 교과내용 개선을 위한 조사연구 (The Survey for Improvement in Clinical Practice Curriculum of Physiotherapy)

  • This Study was to investigate elaborated research themes and direction through specifying the problems of clinical practice education and looking for the direction of improvement. It was in the basis of the viewpoint of the educators that professors and therapists who were the subjects of this study. Perform this study, the 15 colleges' professors and the 55 hospitals' therapists was made up questionnaire, and the data was analysing by Chi-square test and percentage. The results were as follow : ${\cdot}$ In a personal history among the general qualities, professors have little clinical practice history(l-5 years, 53.3%), and therapists have little lecture career(1-5 years, 43.6%, have no 49.0%), ${\cdot}$ The 78.6% subjects were unsatisfied of clinical practice systems. ${\cdot}$ The correlation between clinical history, school career and lecture career and the satisfaction level of clinical practice systems has no(P<.005), ${\cdot}$ The subjects were agreed to that clinical practice curriculum should be changed(67.1%), reinforced(82.9%), and specified(90.0%). ${\cdot}$ The clinical practice credits are 11 points averagely. ${\cdot}$ In the clinical practice curriculum, it made no difference in the practicum of diseases, modality, and the therapeutic techniques between professors and therapists. ${\cdot}$ The 100% professors said that the practicum of the patients' assessment is necessary, and the 63.6% therapists were training for that. ${\cdot}$ The 66.7% professors said that the practicum of the clinical psychology is necessary, and only the 20.0% therapists were training for that. ${\cdot}$ The 93.3% professors said that the practicum of the patients' management is necessary, and the 50.9% therapists were training for that. ${\cdot}$ The 66.7% professors said that the practicum of the medical ethics is necessary, and the 34.5% therapists were training for that. ${\cdot}$ The 46.7% professors said that the practicum of the hospital administration is necessary, but the 54.5% therapists have not training. ${\cdot}$ The 33.3% professors said that the practicum of the pharmacology is necessary, but the 81.8% therapists have not training. ${\cdot}$ The 86.7% professors said that the practicum of the patient's education is necessary, and the 43.6% therapists have training. ${\cdot}$ The 66.7% professors said that the practicum of the prosthesis and brace is necessary, but the 14.5% therapists have not training. ${\cdot}$ The 60.0% professors said that the practicum of the exercise prescription is necessary, but the 25.5% therapists have not training. ${\cdot}$ The 53.5% professors said that the practicum of the emergency treatment is necessary, but the 52.7% therapists have not training. ${\cdot}$ Drawing up the plan about the curriculum of clinical practice, the professors (46.7%) were agreed to national master plan framing by an expert advisor, but the therapists (58.2%) said that the plan that make the most of hospitals' characteristics should be specified. ${\cdot}$ It was found that a clinical special therapists(54.5%) was good as a person in charge of clinical practice education, in that each therapist's own good time (34.5%) was. ${\cdot}$ It made use of the form framing by college(40.0%) as the clinical practice textbook, the form framing by hospital (42.9%) and each therapist(22.9%) as the plan, and the form framing by college (74.3%) as the measurement. ${\cdot}$ The most difficult point in clinical practice education was the lacks of the theory-praciticum linkage(78.2%). ${\cdot}$ It was found that the period of clinical practice was in the second semester-third grade (40.0%) and the desirable period was in the first semester-third grade(50.0%). ${\cdot}$ Professors (53.3%) were agreed that the desirable clinical practice duration was from four months to six months(60.0%), and the therapists (60.0%) were agreed that from one month to three months. ${\cdot}$ This study presented the lacks of rearing the experts, the lacks of cultural education, and the lacks of the theory-clinical practice linkage. There were need to develop the systematic programs, clinical practice textbooks, the measurements and the special hospital for clinical practice. And it was need to reduce the gab between of the hospitals for clinical practice, to cut down the costs. and to improve the labour conditions of leaders. In view of this findings, it takes notice of that both professor and therapist were dissatisfied at the present clinical practice systems. These results point out the problems of clinical practice systems, and do not make expect to us the successive and positive clinical practice. The general, specific and intensive plan about the problems and the direction of improvement that establishing the level of hospital for clinical practice and physiotherapy can be elaborated.

3차 만화산업중장기발전계획 수립과 전문인력양성 정책 (The Establishment of the Third Medium and Long Term Development Plan of the Comics Industry and the Policy of Training Professional Manpower)

  • 박근혜 정부 출범 이후 창조경제에 대한 관심과 지원이 크게 늘어 날 것으로 기대되고 있다. 2013년 3월 28일 문화부 장관의 문화정책관련 대통령 보고 자료에 따르면 스토리텔링, 애니, 게임, 만화, 공연 등 장르 융합형 랩을 권역별로 설치하는 기본 계획을 5월 중 수립하고, 2014년 상반기까지 콘텐츠코리아랩을 전국적으로 개소한다는 방침이 핵심과제로 포함되어 있다. 또한 창의인재 멘토링 프로그램, 현장인력 교육확대, 청소년 창의교육의 확대 등 전문 인력 양성에 정책 방향이 집중될 것으로 보인다. 2017년까지 콘텐츠 창의인재 1천명을 양성하겠다는 방안도 보고서에 나와 있다. 한편 2012년 8월 만화진흥법 발효 이후 문화부, 한국콘텐츠진흥원과 만화계가 함께 만화산업중장기발전 3차계획을 수립하고 있다. 가장 중요한 정책 가운데 하나가 전문인력 양성 부분이다. 2012년에는 45억원을 들인 <창의인재 동반사업>이 이미 시행되었고, 2013년에는 만화계의 요청으로 한국만화영상진흥원을 통해 <만화창조기업 현장인력 지원사업>이 6억원 규모로 운영을 앞두고 있다. 정부의 전문인력양성 계획은 대체로 창업 및 취업 정책과 맞물려 있어 졸업생 취업 대책에 골머리를 앓고 있는 만화 관련 전공 대학들에게는 호재가 될 것으로 전망된다. 이에따라 보다 적극적으로 정책을 개발하여 <3차만화산업중장기발전계획>에 반영시키고, 이를 실행하기 위한 정책 모임 및 연구 모임을 학계 주도로 구성해 나간다면 상당한 시너지 효과가 생길 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 만화진흥법 제정 이후 만화계와 문화부, 관련 기관의 전문인력양성 정책의 흐름과 양상을 먼저 살펴보고, 2013년 하반기 발표될 만화산업중장기 발전계획상의 전문 인력 양성 정책의 문제점을 분석하는 한편, 중장기적인 대학만화 전문인력 양성의 효율적인 방향과 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the age of global communication, more human exchange is extended at the grass-roots level. In the old days, language policy and language planning was based on one nation-state with one language. But high waves of globalizaiton have allowed extended human flow of exchange beyond one's national border on a daily basis. Under such circumstances, homogeneity in Japan may not allow Japanese to speak and communicate only in Japanese and only with Japanese people. In Japan, an advisory report was made to the Ministry of Education in June 1996 about what education should be like in the 21st century. In this report, an introduction of English at public elementary schools was for the first time made. A basic policy of English instruction at the elementary school level was revealed. With this concept, English instruction is not required at the elementary school level but each school has their own choice of introducing English as their curriculum starting April 2002. As Baker, Colin (1996) indicates the age of three as being the threshold diving a child becoming bilingual naturally or by formal instruction. Threre is a movement towards making second language acquisition more naturalistic in an educational setting, developing communicative competence in a more or less formal way. From the lesson of the Canadian immersion success, Genesee (1987) stresses the importance of early language instruction. It is clear that from a psycho-linguistic perspective, most children acquire basic communication skills in their first language apparently effortlessly and without systematic and formal instruction during the first six or seven years of life. This innate capacity diminishes with age, thereby making language learning increasingly difficult. The author, being a returnee, experienced considerable difficulty acquiring L2, and especially achieving native-like competence. There will be many hurdles to conquer until Japanese students are able to reach at least a communicative level in English. It has been mentioned that English is not taught to clear the college entrance examination, but to communicate. However, Japanese college entrance examination still makes students focus more on the grammar-translation method. This is expected to shift to a more communication stressed approach. Japan does not have to aim at becoming an official bilingual country, but at least communicative English should be taught at every level in school Mito College is a small two-year co-ed college in Japan. Students at Mito College are basically notgood at English. It has only one department for business and economics, and English is required for all freshmen. It is necessary for me to make my classes enjoyable and attractive so that students can at least get motivated to learn English. My major target is communicative English so that students may be prepared to use English in various business settings. As an experiment to introduce more communicative English, the author has made the following syllabus design. This program aims at training students speak and enjoy English. 90-minute class (only 190-minute session per week is most common in Japanese colleges) is divided into two: The first half is to train students orally using Graded Direct Method. The latter half uses different materials each time so that students can learn and enjoy English culture and language simultaneously. There are no quizes or examinations in my one-academic year program. However, all students are required to make an original English poem by the end of the spring semester. 2-6 students work together in a group on one poem. Students coming to Mito College, Japan have one of the lowest English levels in all of Japan. However, an attached example of one poem made by a group shows that students can improve their creativity as long as they are kept encouraged. At the end of the fall semester, all students are then required individually to make a 3-minute original English speech. An example of that speech contest will be presented at the Convention in Seoul.

한국인(韓國人)의 연령(年齡) 및 신장별(身長別)에 따른 표준체격치(標準體格値)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) -7세(歲)부터 20세(歲)까지의 남여(男女)를 중심(中心)으로- (Studies on Standard Physical Growth and Development by Age and Body Height in Korean Youth)

  • In order to assess the physical growth pattern of Korean Youth, the authors measured the body height, body weight, chestgirth and sitting height of 40967 persons (24832 males and 16135 females) from primary schools, middle and high schools and colleges of metropolitan (urban) and rural areas, and calculated the mene, standard deviation, standard error and coefficient variance of the body weight chestgirth, sitting height and various pertinent index by body height to demonstrate the standard physical growth and development by body height of sex and age. The following conclusions were obtained. 1. Physical growth and development: Rapid growth of physical growth in terms of body height has been observed among males in the age $7{\sim}15$ and among female $7{\sim}13$. Growth in terms of body height turned out to be slower among students of higher age by both sexes. The age of cross over between to sexes is between 10 to 13 years where upon girls out grows boys. Maximum annual growth were upon girls out grows boys. Maximum annual growth were both of 6.16cm from 8 to 9 years old and 12 to 13 years old for boys and 7.2cm from 8 to 9 and 6.1cm from 9 to 10 for girls. This indicates that girls enter a rapidly growing stage 2 years earlier than boys. Meanwhile, prominent improvement in body height of national students over period of ten year was noticed. 2. 구강건강관리행위에 따른 치면세균막지수와의 관련성 (Relationship of Oral Health Management Behavior to Plaque Index Systems)

  • 구강건강관리행위의 실태를 파악하고, 치면세균막 검사법에 따른 치면세균막지수의 차이와 이 둘의 상관성을 조사하기 위해 2013년 10월부터 2014년 10월까지 경기도와 충청남도에 소재한 3개 대학의 치위생과 학생을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지 작성과 치면세균막지수를 각각 측정하여 진행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1년 이내에 구강검진을 받았다고 응답한 대상자는 62.8%, 예방치과처치를 한 번이라도 받아봤다고 응답한 대상자는 84.1%로 조사되었다. 불소가 포함된 세치제를 사용하고 있다고 응답한 대상자는 80.5%였으며, 칫솔질은 하루에 3회 한다고 응답한 대상자가 68.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 칫솔질 방법은 회전법이, 칫솔질 시간은 3분이 각각 90.9%, 50.0%로 조사되었다. 치면세균막 검사법 중 O'leary index로 조사한 결과 평균 27.88로 조사되었으며, PHP index는 평균 1.30, PHP-M index는 평균 12.12로 조사되었다. 구강건강관리행위에 따른 치면세균막지수는 칫솔질 시간이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 조사되었다. 칫솔질 시간이 2분 이하일 경우 O'leary index 31.37, PHP index 1.61, PHP-M index 14.61로 조사되었으며, 4분 이상일 경우 O'leary index 23.32, PHP index 1.07, PHP-M index 9.59로 조사되어 칫솔질 시간이 늘어날수록 치면세균막지수는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 치면세균막지수에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 "구강건강을 위한 칫솔질 여부" (B=-9.747, t=-3.752, p<0.001)로 나타났으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 설명력은 O'leary index 13.3%, PHP index (B=-0.375, t=-3.016, p=0.003)와 PHP-M index (B=-4.541, t=-3.708, p<0.001)는 각각 12.3%, 17.5%로 조사되었다. 이상의 결과를 정리해보면, 치면세균막지수에 영향을 미치는 구강건강관리행위는 칫솔질 시간과 구강건강을 위한 칫솔질 여부로 조사되었다.

비주얼 컬처로서 만화영상의 확장된 장(場, fest)에 대한 논의: 뉴 테크놀로지를 중심으로 (Discussions about Expanded Fests of Cartoons and Multimedia Comics as Visual Culture: With a Focus on New Technologies)

  • 만화는 1990년 이후 사회 문화 전반에 디지털화가 급속하게 이루어지면서 만화의 디지털화를 이끌었고 지면에서 웹으로의 매체변화가 이동하면서 강력한 시각문화 발전하였으며 멀티미디어 기술과의 만남으로 영상문화로까지 진화하고 있다. 따라서 만화는 이제 문자문화로 보기 보다는 '확장된 장(마당, 場, fest)'으로 시각문화와 영상문화로서 다루고 더욱 넓은 의미의 만화영상으로 주목해야 한다. 연구자는 본 연구에서 빠르게 변화하는 디지털 시대에 맞춰 변화되는 만화의 현주소를 진단하고 이에 따르는 앞으로 만화가 지향해야 할 방향에 대한 이야기를 하고자 한다. 그러기 위해서 우선 만화의 디지털화와 대학에서 만화영상 전문교육을 시작했던 시점인 1990년대부터 현재의 만화영상의 장에 이르기까지의 변화들을 사례 중심으로 논의하였다. 뉴 테크놀로지와 만화의 만남에 따라 기존의 만화의 형태는 깨지고 있다. 특히 뉴 테크놀로지 기술을 작품에 적극 활용하는 작가들이 대거 등장함에 따라 만화의 내용적, 형식적 변화와 캐릭터 활용의 확장이 빠르게 이뤄지고 있다. 이러한 첨단기술의 발달은 작품에만 영향을 끼치는데 그치지 않고 감상자의 역할까지 변화 시키고 있다. 이제 독자는 적극적으로 작품에 대한 의견을 제시하고 팬덤을 형성하여 자신이 좋아하는 작품과 작가를 홍보하고 스타의 자리로 올려놓기도 한다. 더 나아가 스스로 창작물을 만들고 스스로 작가가 되는 새로운 형식의 등용시스템을 만들어 내기도 한다. 결과적으로 이러한 다양한 장르의 작가군의 형성으로 인해 새로운 이야기 텍스트 개발의 가능성과 다양한 스타일, 세계관이 등장 되면서 만화텍스트의 본질이 확장되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 만화문화, 산업, 교육, 기관, 기술 등 전반적인 만화시스템 역시 확장되고 있다. 앞으로도 만화영상은 차세대의 문화를 반영하고 매개하고 소통하는 메신저로도 공헌해 나갈 것이라고 기대한다. 오늘날의 만화는 인쇄만화와 영상만화로 구분 지을 수 없겠고, 설치개념의 만화와 더불어 블록버스터 디지털영상, 팬시용품과 서사를 바탕으로 하는 테마파크의 캐릭터 활용을 볼 때 다양한 형태와 양식으로 각 영역을 확장해 갈 것이다. 그러므로 지금보다 만화영상 교육을 다양성 있게 다각화시킬 필요가 있다. 창의적 예술 능력에 인문사회학적 기반과 뉴 테크놀로지 교육이 접목되어 문자문화와 영상문화의 감각종합형 문화 분야를 이끌어 갈 수 있는 그러한 능력을 가진 미래 세대를 키우는 것이 오늘날 우리의 과제일 것이다.

한국 소아치과의 현재와 전망 - 치아우식증관리 분야를 중심으로 - (PRESENT SITUATION AND PROSPECT OF PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY IN KOREA - FOCUSED ON MANAGEMENT OF DENTAL CARIES -)

  • General status of pediatric dentistry in Korea is to conduct vigorous academic activities and specialized medical care centering the Korean Association of Pediatric Dentistry (KAPD) that has about 1,000 pediatric dentists as members, pediatric dentistry departments of 11 Colleges of Dentistry, numbers of pediatric dentistry training institutions and private clinics specialized in children. From 1996, the accredited pediatric dentists were produced by the KAPD and from 2008, the state began to produce the accredited pediatric dentists. Since then, doctors with expertise in pediatric care had opened private clinics in addition to the university hospitals, it became the basis of a momentum to deepen the specialty of pediatric dentistry. The Dentistry community of Korea is going through rapid and profound changes recently, and the underlying reasons for such changes can be classified largely into a few categories: (1) Decreasing population and structural changes in population (2) Increase in numbers of dentists, (3) Changes in the pattern of dental diseases and (4) Changes in medical environment. In Korea, the children population in the age range of 0 ~ 14 years old had been decreased by 2 million in 2010 compared to that of 2000 due to reduction of birth rate. The current population of children in the age range of 0 ~ 4 years old in 2010 takes up 16.2% of the total population, but it is estimated that such percentage would decrease to 8.0% by 2050. Such percentage is largely behind the estimated mean global population of 19.6% by 2050. On the other hand, the number of dentists had been largely increased from 18,000 in 2000 to 25,000 in 2010. And it is estimated that the number will be increased to 41,000 by 2030. In addition, the specialized personnel of Pediatric dentistry had been shown as increased by 2.5 times during past 10 years. For the changes in the pattern of dental diseases, including dental caries, each df rate of 5 years old children and 12 years old children had been decreased by 21.9% and 16.7% respectively in 2010 compared to 2000. Each df Index also had been decreased by 2.5 teeth and 1.2 teeth respectively. The medical expenditure of Korea is less than that of OECD and more specifically, the expenditure from the National Health Plan is less than OECD but the expenditure covered by households is larger than OECD. These facts indicate that it is considered as requiring the coverage of the national health plan to be reinforced more in the future and as such reinforcement needs continuous promotion. In medical examination pattern of Pediatric dentistry, the preventive and corrective treatment were increased whereas the restorative treatment was decreased. It is considered that such change is caused from decrease of dental caries from activation of the prevention project at national level. For the restorative treatment, the restorations in use of dental amalgam, pre-existing gold crowning and endodontic treatment had been decreased in their proportion while the restorative treatment in use of composite resin had been increased. It is considered that such changes is caused by the change of demands from patients and family or guardians as they desired more aesthetic improvement along with socio-economic growth of Korean society. Due to such changes in dentistry, the pediatric dentistry in Korea also attempts to have changes in the patterns of medical examination as follows; It tends to implement early stage treatment through early diagnosis utilizing various diagnostic tools such as FOTI or QLF. The early stage dental caries so called white spot had been included in the subjects for dental care or management and in order to do so, the medical care guidelines essentially accompanied with remineralization treatment as well as minimally invasive treatment is being generalized gradually. Also, centering the Pediatric dentists, the importance of caries risk assessment is being recognized, in addition that the management of dental caries is being changed from surgical approach to internal medicinal approach. Recently, efforts began to emerge in order to increase the target patients to be managed by dentists and to expand the application scope of Pediatric dentistry along with through such changes. The interest and activities of Pediatric dentists which had been limited to the medical examination room so far, is now being expanded externally, as they put efforts for participating in the preventive policy making process of the community or the state, and to support the political theories. And also opinions are being collected into the direction that the future- oriented strategic political tasks shall be selected and researches as well as presentations on the theoretical rationale of such tasks at the association level.

신경증적 척도에 의한 대학생의 정신건강 평가 (A Study on Neuroticism in College Students)

  • 영남대학교 재학생의 신경증적 경향을 평가하기 위하여 신경증 척도를 사용하여 재학생 5,869영 (남대생 : 3,893, 여대생 : 1,976명)을 대상으로 하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 총 평균점수는 남대생 $13.45{\pm}7.44$이며, 여대생 $16.89{\pm}7.19$으로 여자가 남자보아 유의하게 높은 평균점수를 보였다 (P<0.001). 신경증 척도의 항목별 성적은 남대생은 (16) 이유없는 기분변화인 행복감이나 우울감, (38) 백일몽, (1) 현기증, (2) 심장박동증가 및 (35) 건강염려 등의 항목이 높았다 (P<0.001). 여대생은 (16) 이유 없는 기분변화인 행복감이나 우울감, (1) 현기증, (38) 백일몽, (8) 혐오경험 및 (9) 과잉신경질 등의 항목이 높았다(P<0.001). 신경증 성적 분포는 남대생 24점 이상이 10.3% (398명), 여대생 26점 이상이 13.0% (256명) 이었으며 전체중 11.1% (654명)로 여대생에서 고득점자가 많았다. 신경증과 관련된 사회정신 의학적 요인중 남녀 대학생 모두에서 공통적으로 유의한 영향을 끼친 것은 소속대학 선택과 현재소속학과에 대한 불만족인 경우 (P<0.001) 및 자기자신의 과거, 현재, 미래의 만족도에 있어서 비관적인 경우 (P<0.001) 등에서 유의하게 높은 성적을 보였다. 또 학비부담자에서 남대생은 부모로 부터 학비를 받는 경우 (P<0.01) 및 여대생은 형제자매로 부터 학비를 받는 경우가 유의하게 높은 성적을 보였다. 남대생 단독으로 고득점율에 유의하게 영향을 끼친 요인은 1학년일 경우 (P<0.001), 월잡비에서 일만원 이하의 용돈을 쓰는 경우였으며, 그리고 여대생에서는 성장지별에서 읍단위인 경우 (P<0.05)와 현재거주지별에서 기타인 경우 (P<0.001) 등이었다. 상관계수 (r=0.40 이상)는 신경증척도 (33) 활동력 저하 및 (2) 심장박동 증가 등은 불안척도 (8) 피로감 (r=0.46) 및 (1) 심계항진 (r=0.45) 등이었고, 신경증 척도 (2) 심장박동증가 및 (33) 활동력 저하 등은 우울척도, (9) 심계항진 (r=0.48) 및 (10) 피로감 (r=0.42) 등에 각각 유의한 상관이 있는 것으로 평가 되었다.

의료시장 개방에 따른 국내병원 대응에 대한 치위생과 학생들의 견해에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Outlook of Dental Hygiene Students on the Possible Countermeasure of Domestic Hospitals for the Opening of the Medical Market)

  • 부산지역에 소재한 2개 대학 치위생과 1, 2, 3학년에 재학 중인 학생 269명을 대상으로 의료시장 개방에 따른 국내 병원의 대응 방안에 대한 조사 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 찬반의견과 대응방안에서 고객만족 병원마케팅의 수립(p=0.023), 해외의료시장 분석 및 진출 모색(p<0.000), 의료서비스의 질 개선 및 다양화(p=0.025)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 2. 치과 병 의원 실습 및 아르바이트 경험 유무와 대응 방안은 경험이 있는 경우 병원이미지 차별화(p=0.01), 국민건강보험 수가 현실화(p=0.004), 보험 급여대상 확대(p=0.012)평점이 높고 통계적으로 유의하였다. 3. 학년과 대응방안은 학년이 높을수록 병원이미지 차별화(p=0.009), 국민건강보험 수가 현 실화(p=0.004), 보험 급여대상 확대(p=0.045) 평점이 높고, 통계적의로 유의한 차이를 보 였다. 4. 보건/의료관련 기사에 대한 관심 유무와 대응방안은 관심이 있는 경우 경영의 합리화 (p<0.000), 중소병원과 대형 병원간 협력관계 구축(p=0.027), 고객만족 병원마케팅의 수립 (p<0.000), 의료시장 변천에 따른 정책 개발(p=0.001), 해외의료시장 분석 및 진출모색(p=0.001), 의료서비스의 질 개선 및 다양화 (p<0.01), 직원 친절서비스교육 및 훈련 (p=0.01), 병원의 이미지 차별화(p=0.012), 진료예약제의 개선(p=0.025), 병원 부대시설 의 개선(p=0.029), 의사들의 의식 개혁(p=0.007)에서 평점이 높았으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 5. 외국 병원 이용의사에서는 진료비와 상관없이 이용 (p<0.000), 국내병원 진단 후 외국병 원에서 재 진단 유무(p<0.000), 거주지와 거리부분(p=0.05), 의료서비스가 진료비와 진료 비(p=0.005), 통역사의 도움부분(p=0.023)에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 외국 병원 선호 국 가에서 1위 미국(41.9), 2위 호주(19.9), 3위 캐나다(14.2)순으로 나타났다.
