Analyzing data was performed 292 copies, resulting factor analysis, Cluster analysis, X-test, Anova, Tukey test, t-test, frequency analysis, and reliability analysis. This paper showed 7 distinctive characteristics of career women about clothing consumption value. These characteristics can be listed as 1) value of brand image, 2) value of self-expression, 3) functional values, 4) epistemic values, 5) coordination values, 6) social values 7) psychological values. • This study aimed to develop an open clinical training program to improve radiology graduates' clinical competency in the hospital setting to raise quality of patient-centered medical service. Development of the training program is similar to that of an instructional system design model. The program was developed according to the ADDIE model. Elements of each phase were collected. Draft of the program was constructed from literature review and clinical demands. Preliminary training program was implemented to sample students with the draft. After consultation with related professionals, the program was modified and completed. Professional groups assessed content validity of the program. Five continuous phases of the program - analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation - accommodate changes in clinical environment and demands. They also provide adequate learning needs. Effectiveness of the program and appropriateness of contents in each phase achieved a satisfactory level of significance. This program reflected demands from medical fields and effective learning programs. The purpose of the open clinical training program is to train radiological technologists in clinical setting to actively engage in patient-centered medical service and to help utilize their professional knowledge.

  • Problem-Based Learning(PBL) is at the forefront of educational reform. The acceptance of PBL as an educational approach with wide application represents a major change in thinking about educational processes and their relationships to the wider community. In 1969, PBL as a method was introduced at the Medical School of McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada. The most important advantages in PBL are acquiring knowledge that can be retrieved and applied, learning to learn(self-directed learning) and learning to analyze and solve Problems. PBL is widely used within the sector where it had its origin, namely health profession education. A generally accepted starting point in the development of a problem-based curriculum is the set of professional competencies of future graduates, which describe the typical problems professionals have to deal with. Formulating learning objectives highly depends on the format and content of the presented problems. Contrary to that, in a classic course in higher education, it is customary that teachers express objectives in a compulsory subject matter. Curricula which advocate problem-based learning generally use case studies in the form of paper cases, simulations and real patients with the intention of stimulating classroom discussion of clinical and basic science concepts within a problem-solving framework. One goal of using paper cases is to stimulate the learning of basic science within a clinical situation. Through self-directed study the students solve problems and explore the psycho-social dimensions within the cases. The general outcome based on the program evaluation research of PBL is that PBL students respond positively about the learning experience. In summary, PBL is a curriculum design and a teaching/learning strategy which simultaneously develops higher order thinking and disciplinary knowledge bases and skills by placing students in the active role of practitioners(or problem solvers) confronted with a situation(ill-structured problem) which reflects the real world.

  • This study examined the variables that affect whether consumers change broadband internet services by examining their past experiences and intention to switch carriers by targeting consumers who have switched broadband internet service providers. Among adult consumers who intended to switch broadband providers, 341 people who had experience were subject to logistic regression analysis using SPSS for Windows ver. 17.0 to examine frequencies, means, percentages, and factor analysis. The following results were revealed. First, the targets were currently using broadband internet service in the order Company S > Company L > Company K > others. Excluding the others, Company K had the most conversions (from 96 to 78), followed by Company S (from 107 to 97), and Company L (from 43 to 97), which more than doubled the number of subscribers. The reasons for switching carriers in the past were as follows: for Company K, consumers switched to other companies because of unsatisfactory fee services; for Company S, consumers switched to other companies because of quality, advertising and promotional activities, and commitment periods ending; for Company L, the consumers switched to other companies because of fee, quality, and service; and for other companies, the consumers switched to other services because of unsatisfactory quality. Second, the analysis of the elements that determined whether a consumer will switch broadband internet service providers showed that college graduates and individuals who had switched carriers voluntarily in the past were more likely to switch to a new broadband internet service provider. Furthermore, passive consumers had a higher probability of switching. Moreover, when consumers were less satisfied with the fees and services, there was a greater chance of switching to another company.

  • The purpose of research is to examine mothers with elementary school children in Chungcheong and the convergence effect of recognition of food labeling standards on purchasing behavior. A two-step cluster analysis was performed for group classification according to the purchase behavior of processed foods and the collection was determined by Schwarz's BIC criteria. Three types were determined: "convenience pursuit," "large mart preference," and "high cost reverse purchase". The proportion of college graduates in 'large mart preference' was higher, the proportion of employment mothers in 'high cost reverse purchase' was higher, and the need for food labeling standards was higher in 'large mart preference'. 'Shelf life' was recognized as the most important item. 'Large market preference' scored higher in 'used materials' and 'food additives', 'nutrition labelling'. In order to improve the purchasing behavior of processed foods, above all else, it is necessary to develop customized educational media that can be easily applied to real life.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the factors which promoting career development of scientist and engineer laborforce. We made up three logit analysis models to figure out the factors affecting the career of scientist and engineer laborforce. Dependent variables were composed of job attributes in 2011, current job attribute, changing of working conditions, efforts of job seeking, university education, and personal characters. Three analysis model were composed of demand side model which including job attributes factors, supply side model which focus on employment or university education characters and total model including the demand and the supply factors. The results showed a stable career to the development of scientist and engineer laborforce's job attributes on the demand side than the supply side, such as a college education even more important. After all, the initial stable jobs and good matching policy were the most important policies to be seated in the science and engineering professions.
