In this study, we tried to investigate the influence of the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology on their devotion to the major. Research results As a result of analyzing the correlation between the career maturity level of cosmetology majors and the sub-factors of devotion to majors, all questions showed positive correlations between the career maturity of cosmetology majors and devotion to majors. as a result of analyzing the influence of career maturity on major activity sub-factors of major involvement, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness statistically. As a result of analyzing the effect of career maturity on the major satisfaction subfactor of major immersion, the crystallinity of career maturity , readiness, and certainty were shown to have statistically significant positive effects. Through research results, we aim to develop a positive career maturity for cosmetology majors, improve their immersion in their majors, and establish a sense of values through correct theory and practical education. Immersion education and ongoing guidance seem necessary. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on the career maturity of college students majoring in cosmetology and their devotion to the major.

This paper is purposed to study on the relationship of learning style, professor image, academic achievement in cosmetology majoring college students, and to find the effective education methods of them. The research methods are survey with 400 persons & statistics analysis such as frequency, factor, regression analysis, using SPSS V.14. The results are as belows; 1. Learning styles are divided by (1) shirker, (2) participate, (3) stand-alone, (4) dependent, (5) cooperative, (6) competitive, and professor images are divided by (1) professor ability, (2) professor relationship. 2. There is a relationship in learning styles and professor images. Especially cooperative, participate, dependent valued professor ability, shirker devalued it and cooperative, stand-alone, dependent, competitive valued professor relationship, shirker devalued it. 3. There is a relationship on learning styles and the academic achievement. participate, stand-alone, dependent achieve in high glades and shirker, cooperative low ones. 4. There is a no valid relationship with professor images and the students' academic achievement. 5. The conclusion are; there are the relationship of learning style, professor image, academic achievement in cosmetology majoring college students. So shirker need endless motive giving program, participate personal record management system, dependent creative motivating program, participate class attractive factors, stand-alone learner centered program.

It has recently become difficult for college students majoring in cosmetology to gain employment after graduation. Under this circumstance, this study attempted to investigate students' academic achievements and employment preparation behavior based on their demographic characteristics. To accomplish this, a questionnaire survey was conducted involving 234 college men and women in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do from April 12 to 30, 2022. Out of an initial 260 questionnaires distributed, 250 were collected. Of these, 234 copies, excluding 16 poorly answered ones, were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, a t-test, and an F-test, employing SPSS 21.0, which revealed the following: First, concerning academic achievements based on demographic characteristics, a statistically significant difference was found in "motives to select the cosmetology department," "most important aspects for career decision," and "academic major-related license." Second, concerning employment preparation behavior, a statistically significant difference was observed in "academic year," "motives to select the cosmetology department," and "academic major-related license." The above findings confirmed a statistically significant difference in academic achievements and employment preparation behavior, ensuring a better understanding of academic achievements and employment preparation behavior. It is anticipated that those majoring in cosmetology would be more active in job preparation and ultimately obtain the profession they desire with a positive and healthy mindset.

본 연구는 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도가 미용전문직관에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 전공만족과 전문직관의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 미용전문직관 간에 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고(p<0.001), 전공만족은 '전문성' t=4.625(p=.000), '직업인식' t=3.152(p=.002)로, 전공가치는 '전문성' t=2.330(p=.021), '전문활동' t=2.438(p=.015), '직업인식' t=4.843(p=.000)으로, 대학생활적응은 미용전문직관의 하위요인인 '전문활동' t=2.746(p=.006), '직업인식' t=4.303(p=.000)으로 나타나 헤어 미용 전공 대학생의 전공만족도는 미용전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 헤어 미용 전공 대학생에게 있어 전공만족은 대학 및 전공학과에 대한 만족뿐만 아니라 자기 자신에 대한 만족 및 헤어 미용 직무 자신감으로 이어져 긍정적인 영향으로 사회생활을 적응할 수 있게 해주며, 미용전문직관은 헤어 미용 직업에 대한 가치관과 태도로 미용 전공 대학생 때 전문직관이 생기게 된다. 연구결과를 통해 헤어 미용 전공 대학생들의 긍정적인 전문직관의 형성과 전공만족도를 높이고 올바른 이론과 실기교육을 통해 미용전문직관이 확립될 수 있도록 학생들의 자기계발과 더불어 교수 및 교육관계자들의 전문직업 윤리와 가치관에 관한 교육과 지속적인 지도가 필요하다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career decision self-efficacy and course maturity on followership types of undergraduate students majoring in beauty and provide basic data for development of guidelines that can facilitate career decisions. Subjects are 310 students majoring at beauty colleges and universities. Results of this study were as follows. First, career decision self-efficacy was influenced by two underlying factors such as, followership of thinking Style and fatterns of behavior. Second, the effect of followership types on career maturity was significant. Both the higher followership of thinking Style and fatterns of behavior, the career maturity was more affercted. Based on this study, students majoring in cosmetology were divided into type of followership and analyzed according to organic relevance of career decision self-efficacy and course maturity. Based on this, professors or mentors may understand characteristics of college students in cosmetology in explaining characteristics of their profession related to their major. It will be beneficial to provide an opportunity for beauty students to make a reasonable course maturity and career decision self-efficacy with followership types.

본 연구는 미용 전공 대학생의 비대면 수업 경험이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고 With Corona 시대에 맞는 미용 교육산업에 기초자료를 제공하기 위함에 목적이 있다. 미용 전공 대학생 300명을 대상으로 2022년 06월 07일부터 06월 21일까지 자가기입식 설문법을 실시하였으며 총 286부를 표본으로 실증 분석하였다. SPSS ver. 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석법을 사용하여 연구하였다. 그 결과, 비대면 학습경험을 요인 분석한 결과 수업만족 2개의 하위요인으로 분석되었으며 학습몰입을 요인 분석한 결과 학습 즐거움과 학습몰입의 2개의 하위요인으로 분석되었다. 수업 활동이 학습몰입의 하위요인인 학습 즐거움(𝛽=.279, p<.007)과 학습몰입(𝛽=.221, p<.031)에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 수업 만족이 학습몰입의 하위요인인 학습몰입(𝛽=.223, p<.041)에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 본 연구결과를 토대로 비대면 수업 경험이 학습몰입에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 알 수 있었으며 이를 통해 시대에 맞는 효율적 비대면 교육 방안이 활발히 모색되기를 기대하는 바이다.

본 연구는 미용 전공을 하는 대학생을 대상으로 부모와의 애착관계의 정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 대학 생활 적응에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지 연구하고자 하였다. 미용 전공 대학생을 대상으로 총 223부를 최종 표본으로 실증분석 하였다. SPSS ver. 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 기술통계분석, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 부모애착이 대학생활적응의 정서불안관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 회피애착이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모애착이 대학생활적응의 부정적관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 회피애착이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모애착이 대학생활적응의 긍정적관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 신뢰애착과 회피애착이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 미용 전공 대학생의 부모애착과 대학생활적응에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어지기를 바란다.

This study sought to investigate the effect of academic satisfaction on the dropout intention of cosmetology undergraduates. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on career dropouts showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction-evaluation satisfaction, class satisfaction had a statistically significant part effect. Analyzing the effect of academic satisfaction on psychological factors for dropping out showed that the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect. Furthermore, regarding the effect of academic satisfaction on environmental factors, the sub-factors of academic satisfaction have a statistically significant effect on wealth. High satisfaction was shown to have no statistically significant effect on dropout intention. The results of the study showed that the higher the degree of satisfaction with the evaluation and the degree of satisfaction with the course of beauty majors, the more negative (-) the impact on dropout. For cosmetology majors, academic satisfaction is a subjective emotion felt through study at university and major. Students with high academic satisfaction are more likely to love their school and their work, and positively influence their intention to stay in school and reduce student dropout rates. Intention to drop out indicates the intention to lose interest and purpose in cosmetology college students. This is directly linked to the dropout rate of school students and requires steady research. Through this research, we hope that active discussions will be held on academic satisfaction and intention to drop out of university students specializing in cosmetology.

본 연구는 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계를 알아보고, 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 B지역의 전문대학에 다니고 있는 헤어전공 학생 154명이었다. 연구도구는 전공선택동기척도, 전공 만족도 척도와 취업준비행동척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하고, 매개효과에 대한 유의도 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기 중 개인적 동기는 전공만족도, 취업준비행동과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 사회적 동기는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었고 전공만족도는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 헤어전공 대학생의 개인적 동기와 전공만족도가 취업준비행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 헤어전공대학생의 전공만족도는 개인적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 있었다. 한편 전공만족도는 사회적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 직접효과만 있었다.

본 연구의 목적은 미용전공 대학생의 가치관과 진로선택유형을 파악하고, 관계를 분석하여 미용전공 대학생의 진로 결정 및 진로 지도에 도움이 될 수 있는 지침개발의 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 전국의 미용관련 학과 474명이다. 가치관이 진로의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자신의 세부전공에 따라서도 연구대상자의 가치관과 진로의사결정에 있어 차이를 보였다. 본 연구를 토대로 미용학을 전공하는 학생들의 가치관을 유형별로 나누어 이들의 진로의사결정의 유기적 관련성을 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 교수들이 미용전공대학생 개개인의 성향을 파악하여 전공과 관련한 직업 특성을 설명하고, 미용전공학생에게 직접 현장을 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다면 직업을 모색하고 결정하는데 있어 도움이 될 것이다.
