의-한의 동시 진료 및 통합의료서비스에 대한 인식조사 - 3차 상급종합병원 이용자를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Perception of Concurrent Use of Western and Korean Medicine Care and Integrated Medical Service in Korea - Targeting tertiary hospital users -)

  • Objectives: Currently, Korea's medical services are divided into Western medicine and Korean medicine, and people who are not satisfied with the existing treatments are looking for complementary and alternative medicine(CAM). Therefore, this study attempted to confirm patients' perception of the ongoing collaborative treatment and integrated medical service that added CAM to collaborative treatment based on tertiary hospital users. So that we can confirm the expected advantage and disadvantage of integrated medical service system and the necessity of supporting medical expenses for it. Methods: The survey was conducted on 100 people who experienced tertiary hospital treatment and other 100 people who experienced both tertiary hospital treatment and Korean medicine treatment at the same period. The survey was conducted until the number of respondents in both group reached 100. The survey was conducted through e-mail and was conducted from September 27, 2021 to October 8, 2021. Results: For the advantages of collaborative treatment 'increased in psychological stability,' and for disadvantages 'longer time spent for treatment' were the most common. If integrated medical services are implemented in the future, expected advantages include 'consideration of various treatments.' and expected disadvantages include 'increased medical cost.' The needs to expand support for health insurance for integrated medical services were 75.5% among responders. Conclusions: We were able to find out the (expected) advantages and disadvantages of the collaborative medical care and the integrated medical system that medical users experienced or expected, also confirmed positive answers to the expansion of health insurance support for the integrated medical system.

창의성과 인성 교육 방안으로서 협력 문제 만들기에 대한 수학 예비교사의 인식 (Prospective Mathematics Teachers' Perceptions of Collaborative Problem-posing as a Means to Promote Students' Creativity and Character)

  • 이 연구는 수학 예비교사가 수학교육에서 학생들의 창의성과 인성을 함양하기 위한 방법으로 협력 문제 만들기를 어떻게 인식하는지 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 통해 수학 예비교사의 창의성 교육과 인성교육 역량을 강화할 수 있는 방안의 하나로 수학 예비교사 교육 단계에서 협력 문제 만들기를 도입하는 것은, 이후 학교교육에서도 창의성 교육과 인성 교육을 위해 협력 문제 만들기를 좀 더 적극적으로 실천할 수 있는 계기가 될 것임을 밝히고자 하였다. 대학교 2학년 과정에 필수 과목으로 개설하는 '수학교육론' 강좌를 수강하는 수학 예비교사를 대상으로 협력 문제 만들기 과제를 수행하게 하고 3년에 걸쳐 설문조사, 면담 등의 방법으로 자료를 보완·수집하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수학 예비교사는 협력 문제 만들기 경험과 상관없이 협력 문제 만들기가 학생들의 다양한 아이디어 산출 능력 함양 및 협동심, 존중, 배려를 포함한 학생의 대인 관계 형성 태도 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 협력 문제 만들기 과제를 수행한 수학 예비교사의 경험은 협력 문제 만들기가 학생의 아이디어 정교화 능력 향상에 효과적이라는 것을 더 긍정적으로 인식하게 하였다. 셋째, 수학 예비교사의 협력 문제 만들기 경험은 협력 문제 만들기가 아이디어 정교화 능력, 개인의 내적 태도(정직, 공정성, 책임감), 논리적인 의견 제시와 합리적인 의사 결정 태도 등에 미치는 영향에 대해 보다 긍정적인 인식으로 이어졌다. 마지막으로 대면 환경의 단점을 온라인 환경이 보완해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 제언하였다.

울산대표도서관 활성화를 위한 인식조사 연구 (A Study on User's Perception Survey for Activation of Ulsan Representative Library)

  • 본 연구는 새롭게 건립되는 울산의 대표도서관인 울산도서관의 운영종합계획을 수립하기 위한 기초연구로서, 이용자 및 도서관 직원대상 설문을 수행함으로써 향후 도서관에서 제공해야 할 서비스 방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 이용자들의 협력형서비스에 대한 요구가 상당히 높음을 알 수 있으며, 하나의 회원증으로 전국 공공도서관의 자료 및 서비스를 높게 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 울산 공공도서관의 이용 활성화를 위한 홍보방안에 있어서, 직원의 경우 신문이나 잡지, 라디오 등 미디어 매체 활용을 가장 높게 선호하고 있는 반면, 이용자는 이러한 매체 활용에 대해 가장 낮은 선호도를 보였고 오히려 견학프로그램을 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 독서활동을 위한 다양한 교육 및 프로그램 제공공간으로서의 도서관의 역할뿐 아니라 예술 문화 등 다양한 문화 활동 체험공간으로서의 도서관 역할 부분에서는 이용자와 직원 사이에 어느 정도 의견일치를 보이고 있는 것을 알 수 있다.

IPA를 활용한 지방자치단체 기록연구사의 직무분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Analysis for Records Managers in the Local Governments)

  • 본 연구는 지방자치단체 기록연구사의 업무를 명확히 밝히고 IPA를 활용한 직무분석, 고용형태 경력별로 업무에 대해 인지하는 차이와 특성을 규명하여 업무 운영에 효과적인 기초자료를 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 달성하기 위하여 지방자치단체 기록연구사의 업무를 분석하고 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 통계분석과 IPA Matrix 분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과를 토대로 도출한 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로 지방기록물 관리기관의 설치, 업무 수행을 위한 예산 확보, 처리과 직원에 대한 교육, 조직 내 타부서와의 협업 및 보조인력 활용, 고용형태별 경력별에 따른 직무 재교육을 달리할 것 등을 제안하였다.

간호사 인식개선을 위한 간호학-미디어학 융합 PBL 수업의 중재효과 연구: 수업 참여 학생들 및 PBL 성과발표회 참석 학생들의 인식 변화를 중심으로 (The intervention effect of a nursing-media studies convergence problem-based learning (PBL) program to improve nurses' public image: Changed perceptions of program participants and students attended a PBL presentation)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of Problem-based Learning (PBL) in an interdisciplinary college class. This class was run under the theme of 'Nurse Social Content Creators' (NSCC) in the Korean Nurses Association (KNA)'s industry-university collaborative project designed to promote a positive image of nurses among the public. Methods: Study 1 examined changes in perception about nurses among the PBL participants before and after the program. A one-group pre-post test experimental design was applied, and the data were analyzed using a Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Study 2 identified differences of perceptions of nurses between people who had observed the PBL final presentation and people who had not. A post-test-only with nonequivalent group experimental design was used, and the data were analyzed using a Mann-Whitney U test. Results: Study 1 revealed a significant increase of positive perceptions towards nurses. Study 2 revealed a significant difference between the PBL presentation audience group and the control group. Students who had observed the PBL program showed more positive perceptions of nurses than students who had not. Conclusion: This research is an important study with high practicality in the area of media studies as well as in nursing. The PBL teaching method was proven to be effective in enhancing perceptions of nurses.

역량 중심 임상 본초학 교육을 위한 한의과대학생의 보건의료분야 국제개발협력 인식도 조사 (A Study on the Perception of International Healthcare Development Cooperation of Korean Medicine Students for Competency-based Clinical Herbology Education)

  • Objectives : This study was aimed to assess the current educational environment of herbology and the possibility of collaborative learning of herbology with another discipline. This study will present information that can be used to find the direction of further researches and can be applied to the education of herbology. Methods : An online questionnaire was developed with and sent through SurveyMonkey to 242 korean medicine college students in Korea. The questionnaire comprised questions pertaining to herbology education in Korean Medicine universities and international healthcare cooperation education. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated, and Spearman's correlation coefficients for two types of questions were evaluated. Results : Among the questions about herbology education, those regarding the necessity of learning clinical cases using herbal medicines for preventing infectious diseases were scored the highest. Students were mostly interested in the effects and indications of herbal drugs. Even students answered they did not learn about official development assistance, 79.85% students answered that they were interested in careers related with the international cooperation or willing to participate in the international cooperation. Three types of correlations showed a statistically significant correlation. Conclusions : This study suggests that herbology education about its effects and indications needs further improvement for competency-based education. Furthermore, herbology can play a critical role in competency-based education for Korean medicine students if a well-designed career program is developed for them.

오픈 소스 개발자들의 참여 의도 강화 기제 및 참여 지속 의도에 관한 연구: 사회 정체성 이론과 조직시민행동 이론에 기반하여 (The Reinforcing Mechanism of Sustaining Participations in Open Source Software Developers: Based on Social Identity Theory and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Theory)

  • Open Source Software Development (OSSD) differentiates itself from traditional closed software development in that it reveals its source codes online and allows anyone to participate in projects. Even though its success was in doubt, many of the open collaborative working models produced successful results. Academia started to get interested in how developers are willing to participate even when there are no extrinsic rewards for their efforts. Many studies tried to explain developers' motivations, and the pursuit of ideology, reputation, and altruism are found to be the answers. Those studies, however, focused mostly on how the first contribution is made out of a certain motivation. Nowadays, OSSD reaches at its maturity and 70% of professional developers have used or utilized open source software or code in their works. As the proportion of people experiencing OSS, the accounts from previous studies are expected to be weakened. Also, extant literature fails to explain how the motivation of participating in OSS evolves over time and experiences. Given that changing over time or over experiences is the natural in the perception of motivation, studies in an attempt to understand how the motivation changes or evolves are in need. In this study, we aimed to explain how the perception about OSS from past usage or related experiences leads to the intention to sustain OSS participations. By doing so, we try to bridge the gap between previous studies and the actual phenomenon. We argued that perceived instrumentality about OSS learned from past experiences will first affect the formation of organizational identity towards general OSS community. And once the organizational identity is formed, it will affect the one's following behaviors related to OSS development, most likely to sustain the favoring stance toward OSS community. Our research distinguishes itself from previous one in that it divides the paths from organizational identity formed to the intention to sustain the voluntary helping behaviors, by altruistic and conforming intentions. Drawing on this structural model, we could explain how organizational identity engages in forming the sustaining intention from past experiences, and that the intention to help at individual level and organizational level works at different level in OSS community. We grounded our arguments on Social identity theory and Organizational Citizenship theory. We examined our assumption by constructing a structural equation model (SEM) and had 88 developers to answer our online surveys. The result is analyzed by PLS (partial least square) method. Consequently, all paths but one in our model are supported, the one which assumed the association between perceived instrumentality and altruistic intention. Our results provide directions in designing online collaborative platforms where open access collaboration is meant to occur. Theoretically, our study suggests that organizational citizenship behavior can occur from organizational identity, even in bottom-up organizational settings. More specifically, we also argue to consider both organizational level and individual level of motivation in inducing sustained participations within the platforms. Our result can be interpreted to indicate the importance of forming organizational identity in sustaining the participatory behaviors. It is because there was no direct association between perceived instrumentality from past experiences and altruistic behavior, but the perception of organizational identity bridges the two constructs. This means that people with no organizational identity can sustain their participations through conforming intention from only the perception of instrumentality, but it needs little more than that for the people to feel the intention to directly help someone in the community-first to form the self-identity as a member of the given community.

실내디자인학 연구에 대한 실무자들의 견해에 관한 고찰 (A Study on “How Practitioners Perceive Interior Design Research”)

  • Seidel (1981) asserted that, information produced by researchers was not being used by practicing professionals because the researchers and designers did not share the same perception of research. Nearly all of his research subjects indicated that other researchers(rather than designers) were their audience. Furthermore, criteria that were valued in academic research such as originality or choice of appropriate methods did not increase quality of information in the eyes of the designers. Instead they valued research results with relevant information, check lists, and design guidelines. More than two decades have passed since Seidel examined the gap between research and practice. Scholarly research by academics continues to be a major prerequisite to tenure and promotion. While these expectations may increase the quantity of research, the question might still be asked, "Are the data enhancing the quality of design?" The present study is an analysis on how interior design practitioners perceive and perform research. By using Seidel's research as a framework the author has developed a questionnaire in order to understand meanings and affects of research in the practitioners' field. Thus hope to serve as a step towards strengthening collaborative modes between the two communities, interior design academic and practice. practice.

u-Gov의 재난 대응체계를 위해 UT를 응용한 예측 프로토타입과 정책적과제 연구 (A study on a UT applied forecast prototype and policy for u-Gov's actional system to disaster)

  • 최근 우리사회는 예측이 불가능한 재난발생의 양상이 다변화 하고 있다. 그러므로 안전문제에 대한 부정적인 인식이 나타나면서, UT를 활용한 우리 일상의 재난 대응체계를 준비하자는 해결방안이 부각되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 u-Gov의 응용서비스로 재난 대응체계를 위해 UT를 응용한 예측 프로토타입을 제시하였다. 그리고 UT를 응용한 정책과제로, e-Gov와 u-Gov의 차별성을 비교분석하여, e-Gov의 한계를 극복하는 방안으로 u-Gov의 개선안과 예측 프로토타입 구현시 예상되는 문제의 개선점도 제시하였다.

유아용 감성교육 프로그램 개발 연구 (Development an Emotional Education Program for Young Children)

  • Children develop emotional intelligence during the early years of life, and according to experts, emotional intelligence(EI) is a more reliable predictor of academic achievement than IQ. However, nowadays children appear to be low on emotional well-being. This has potentially negative consequences, not only for academic achievement but also for personal relationships. The purpose of this study was to develop emotional education program for young children(EEPYC). In this study, EI is defined to carry out reasoning in regard to emotions and to use emotion for enhancement of thought. Designed to facilitate development of young children's EI. EEPYC is based on the four branch model, which is mental EI model and based on the guiding principle of Collaborative to Advance Social and Emotional Learning. The subgroups(curricular) that compose EEPYC are Emotional Perception, appraisal, and expression, Self-recognition program, Self-esteem program, Emotional Stress Regulation, Emotional problem solving & conflict resolution. EEPYC has the potential of fostering emotional intelligence. Moreover, EEPYC can promote a motivation, prosocial activity, and regulation of stress. This helps young children to develope cognition and emotion in harmonious fashion.
