디지털 교과서에서 협력 학습 지원을 위한 지식 인식 시스템의 적용 방안 (Application Prospects of Knowledge Awareness System for Supporting Collaborative Learning in Digital Textbook)

  • The purpose of the study is to prospect the application of knowledge awareness system in the use of the digital textbook which is one of the main educational political projects based on the exploration of the awareness theory for the computer-supported collaborative learning. To do this, first, knowledge awareness theory for computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) as a rationale for digital textbook which supports the collaborative learning was introduced. Second, three functionalities of knowledge awareness systems were extracted by analyzing the representative knowledge awareness tools of CSCL environment. Third, application prospects of knowledge awareness system toward the development and utilization of digital textbook were presented. The paper suggested the need of more researches such as the prototype development of digital textbook which applies the knowledge awareness system's functionalities and empirical researches which examine their effectiveness and efficiency.

  • 협력지식은 협력과정에서 협력그룹에 의해 계속 생성되고 수정되면서 변화하는 지식으로서 그룹의 과제를 해결하기 위해 구성원들에 의해 표출된 지식이다. 이러한 협력지식은 협력그룹 내에서 신뢰적인 환경이 조성될 때 효과적으로 구축되어지는 것을 위키피디어를 통하여 경험할 수 있었다. 또한 문제를 해결해가는 과정 속에서 쌓이는 협력지식은 그 공간이 넓어지고 복잡한 구조를 가지게 됨으로써 효율적 사고지원이 되지 못하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 협력지식관리시스템의 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서 구현한 협력지식관리 시스템은 위키 기반의 시스템으로서 개념공간의 탐색을 효율적으로 지원하는 내비게이션 시스템과 협력그룹 내에서 사고의 수렴을 지원하기 위한 지식 맵이 있으며, 이들의 효과를 실험을 통하여 검증하였다.

온라인 학습환경에서 학습참여동기와 협력적 자기효능감이 지식공유행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Learning Participation Motivation and Self-Efficacy for Group Work on Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Online Learning Environment)

  • This study analyzed the effects of learning participation motivation and collaborative self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behavior in an online learning environment. Collaborative learning in the online learning environment took the initiative in team formation, learning topic selection, learning planning and execution, and reflection. Collaborative learning was operated as an extracurricular program, and a survey was conducted targeting students who finally completed all learning activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work, showed significant influence on knowledge sharing behavior. Second, activity-oriented motivation did not show a statistically significant effect relationship. Interpreting the analysis results, it can be judged that the higher the goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work of students who performed collaborative learning in an online learning environment, the higher the willingness to share knowledge, skills, and information they know. This study explored the outcomes of collaborative learning conducted in an online learning environment. It is meaningful that the learner's learning participation motivation was identified and the effect of self-Efficacy for group work, which can be expressed in collaborative learning situations, on knowledge sharing behavior, which is a necessary behavior for group performance, is significant.

Digital Collaborative Network Architecture Model Supported by Knowledge Engineering in Heritage Sites

  • The objective of this article is to create a model of integrated management from the framework modeling of a digital collaborative network supported by knowledge engineering to make heritage site in the Brazil more effective. It is an exploratory and qualitative research with thematic analysis as technique of data analysis from the collaborative network, digital platform, world heritage, and tourism themes. The snowballing approach was chosen, and the mapping and classification of relevant studies was developed with the use of the spreadsheet tool and the Mendeley® software. The results show that the collaborative network model oriented towards strategic objectives should be supported by a digital platform that provides a technological environment that adds functionalities and digital platform services with the integration of knowledge engineering techniques and tools, enabling the discovery and sharing of knowledge in the collaborative network.

  • 지식경영이 조직의 중요한 역량으로 인식되면서, 조직들은 지식경영 정책, 기술 등에 지속적으로 투자를 하고 있다. 지식경영은 조직원의 핵심 지식에 대한 공유가 선제적으로 요구되나, 지속적인 지식경영 활동을 위한 공유 활동이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 조직의 협력적 커뮤니케이션을 통한 상호 교환 노력이 구성원의 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 연구는 지식경영 정책을 도입한 조직의 근로자들을 대상으로 설문을 하였으며, 326개의 표본을 구조방정식모델링에 적용하여 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 협력적 커뮤니케이션 구성 요인(합리성, 상호 피드백, 공식성)이 지식공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었으며, 업무 상호의존성과 지식 영역성이 협력적 커뮤니케이션과 지식공유 의도 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 연구는 구성원의 지식공유 향상을 위해 조직이 추진해야 할 활동 전략을 제시하였다는 측면에서 시사점을 가진다.

Potential Complementary Knowledge, Collaborative Elaboration, and Synergistic Knowledge

  • Despite the importance of knowledge complementarities (KC) to firm performance, very little is known about exactly what constitutes KC and how synergistic knowledge is created in KC. This research looks into the dimensionality of KC and how synergistic knowledge as an essential component of KC is generated in a process innovation (PI) project. We propose that KC consists of potential complementary knowledge, collaborative elaboration (CE) process, and synergistic knowledge. The model is investigated quantitatively, using a sample of 26 matched-pairs of client and consultant who participated in a PI project, and then qualitatively using interviews of a sub-sample of 7 matched-pairs of client and consultant. Data were collected in a longitudinal way at four different points during the four month project period. Results show that consultant's learning about the client's business occurs first and then client learning about IT capabilities follows through CE. With this enhanced clients' knowledge about IT capabilities, clients play an initiative role in designing the To-Be business processes, while consultants play a supporting role by introducing best practices or making suggestions based on their experiences. Future research implications as well as practical implications are also discussed.

XML Topic Map을 이용한 Product Configuration 지식 교환에 관한 연구 (XTM based Knowledge Exchanges for Product Configuration Modeling)

  • Modeling product configurations needs large amounts of knowledge about technical and marketing restrictions on the product. Previous attempts to automate product configurations concentrate on representations and management of the knowledge for specific domains in fixed and isolated computing environments. Since the knowledge about product configurations is subject to continuous change and hard to express, these attempts often failed to efficiently manage and exchange the knowledge in collaborative product development. In this paper, XML Topic Map (XTM) is introduced to represent and exchange the knowledge about product configurations in collaborative product development. A product configuration model based on XTM along with its merger and inference facilities enables configuration engineers In collaborative product development to manage and exchange their knowledge efficiently. An implementation of the proposed product configuration model is presented to demonstrate that the proposed approach enables enterprises to exchange the knowledge about product configurations during their collaborative product development.

온라인 구매 행태를 고려한 토픽 모델링 기반 도서 추천 (Topic Modeling-based Book Recommendations Considering Online Purchase Behavior)

  • Thanks to the development of social media, general users become information and knowledge providers. But customers also feel difficulty to decide their purchases due to numerous information. Although recommender systems are trying to solve these information/knowledge overload problem, it may be asked whether they can honestly reflect customers' preferences. Especially, customers in book market consider contents of a book, recency, and price when they make a purchase. Therefore, in this study, we propose a methodology which can reflect these characteristics based on topic modeling and provide proper recommendations to customers in book market. Through experiments, our methodology shows higher performance than traditional collaborative filtering systems. Therefore, we expect that our book recommender system contributes the development of recommender systems studies and positively affect the customer satisfaction and management.

위키기반 프로젝트학습에서의 협력 지식 관리의 고찰 (A Collaborative Knowledge Management in Wiki-based Project Learning)

  • 본 논문은 위키 기반 프로젝트 학습에서 지식관리 유형에 대한 연구이다. 프로젝트 학습에서 학습자에게 일어나는 지식의 흐름을 분석하기 위하여 SECI 지식관리 이론을 적용하여 위키 프로젝트 학습 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현된 시스템을 통하여 프로젝트 학습을 진행하여 단계별 지식관리의 유형을 분석하였다. 분석결과 예비계획 단계에서 암묵지를 바탕으로 새로운 지식을 만드는 표출화가 두드러지게 나타났다. 그리고 주제결정 단계와 활동계획 단계에서 지식의 연결화 과정이 나타났다. 또한 탐구 및 토의단계에서는 표출화와 연결화가 두드러지며 내면화 유형이 타나나기 시작했다. 결과공유 단계에서는 지식의 연결화가 가장 많이 나타났다. 여섯째, 반성 및 평가단계에서는 내면화 유형이 가장 많이 나타났으며, 지식의 평가를 위한 연결화 과정도 보였다. 이 연구는 프로젝트 학습에서 학습자의 지식관리 유형을 밝혀냄으로써 프로젝트 학습모형의 정교화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
